Public lighting remote management system

Abstract

The intelligent public lighting remote management system is part of a digital, energy and ecological transition approach. This system was designed to control the public lighting network by centralizing devices and software connected via various communication protocols, including LoRaWAN, GSM, and Wi-Fi. This system uses technologies capable of controlling street and public space lighting, with the main objective of optimizing energy use, improving lighting efficiency, reducing electricity and maintenance costs, and enhancing biodiversity. It relies on the integration of intelligent devices and software that enable remote control and adjustment of lighting levels according to actual needs, diagnosis, data collection and analysis, thus contributing to more efficient and sustainable management of public lighting.
