Abstract
The invention relates to a system for improving email transmission success in telecommunications email server infrastructures against blocking and filtering mechanisms implemented by receiving email services. The system includes a Sequential Sending and Delay Analyzer (1), an SMTP Retry Queue Manager (2), an NLP and HTML Inspection Engine (3), and a Dynamic Content Dilution and Polymorphism Module (4). In the system, potential hidden blocking is detected by analyzing connection behavior and response times when the receiving server (6) does not return an official error code. Undelivered emails are held in the resend queue, while the email content is evaluated for spam triggering using natural language processing and HTML analysis techniques. Before resending, email content is dynamically optimized; images are converted into links, HTML structure is simplified, and text content is reorganized to reduce the likelihood of being flagged by spam filters. Once optimized, the email is resent, increasing its chances of delivery. This improves email delivery success, reduces unnecessary delivery failures, protects the reputation of carrier email servers, and makes resending processes more efficient through adaptive content optimization.
