Abstract

A device intended to apply, onto arrow shafts commonly used in the practice of archery, three helicoidal feathers at intervals of 120°, distinguished by the fact that it comprises a central housing with an orifice at its center, a double compressing cable gland, through which the user passes an arrow shaft and locks it in the desired position, and three articulated arms attached to the upper surface of housing at 120° intervals. The arms have two plates—one integral to arm and the other attached to the latter—spaced by a narrow gap in which a feather may be inserted and prepared for gluing, and jointed at their lower end around a transverse axis that enables the user to pivot the arms until the feather comes into contact with the shaft and remains adhered to the shaft thanks to double-sided adhesive applied to the feather.
