Abstract

The weight adjustable fitness tool of the present invention includes a body, control components, and a plurality of weight blocks. The body has weight-loading portions each formed with a first barrier edge and a first protrusion on its slot walls. The control component has two transverse rods disposed through channels in a handlebar of the body and a locking member provided with a second barrier edge and a second recess at its both sides. Each of the weight blocks has a third barrier edge and a third protrusion on its two slot walls. When the locking member is lifted upward, locked relationships between the second barrier edge and the first barrier edge and between the second recess and the first protrusion are released to allow left or right displacement of the two transverse rods and to allow the weight-loading portion to be assembled with any of the weight blocks.
