An inner cavity wall of the cap body is sequentially provided from top to bottom with an upper pressing ring, a lower pressing ring, and an internal thread, with an accommodating gap formed between the upper and lower pressing rings. A limiting ring is provided on an outer side wall of the storage container. The elastically deformable sleeve is tightly fitted over and covers a top port of the storage container, and an outward flange is formed so as to protrude outward at an edge of a bottom port of the elastically deformable sleeve. The cap body is tightly fitted over an outer side wall of the elastically deformable sleeve. A top surface of the limiting ring abuts a bottom surface of the outward flange, and the outward flange protrudes into the accommodating gap. The lower pressing ring presses down on the limiting ring, and the upper pressing ring presses down on a top surface of the outward flange. An inner cavity wall of the cap body and an outer side wall of the storage container together define an installation space, into which the internal thread protrudes.

[0008] Further, the inner cavity wall of the cap body is further provided with a pressing ring, wherein the pressing ring is located above the upper pressing ring and is configured to press an outer peripheral wall of the elastically deformable sleeve against the outer side wall of the storage container.

[0009] Further, at least one of a bottom wall and a side wall of the storage container is provided with a plurality of liquid passage holes, which communicate with an inner cavity of the storage container.

[0014] Further, a thickness of the elastically deformable membrane is smaller than a thickness of the elastic sleeve portion.

[0015] Further, the pressing rings are provided in plurality and are arranged from top to bottom.

[0016] The present invention further provides a bottle, comprising a bottle body and the solid-liquid separation bottle cap as described above, wherein the solid-liquid separation bottle cap is fitted onto a bottle mouth of the bottle body, an outer side wall of a bottle mouth portion of the bottle body is provided with an external thread threadedly connected to the internal thread, the bottle mouth portion of the bottle body is capable of protruding into the installation space, and a bottle mouth end surface of the bottle body abuts against a bottom surface of the limiting ring.

[0017] Beneficial Effects of the Present Invention: During assembly, a material can be stored in the storage container, and the elastically deformable sleeve is fitted over the top port of the storage container to seal the material inside the storage container, with the bottom surface of the outward flange of the elastically deformable sleeve abutting against the top surface of the limiting ring on the storage container. The storage container with the elastically deformable sleeve fitted thereon is then inserted from below into the cap body. During the assembly process, the outer side wall of the elastically deformable sleeve is compressed and undergoes elastic deformation until the outward flange enters the accommodating gap between the upper pressing ring and the lower pressing ring, with the lower pressing ring abutting against the limiting ring and the upper pressing ring abutting against the top surface of the outward flange. Under the action of the resilient force of the elastically deformable sleeve, the storage container, the elastically deformable sleeve, and the cap body are firmly assembled together, and the top surface of the elastically deformable sleeve seals the top port of the cap body. As the solid-liquid separation bottle cap and bottle is screwed onto the bottle mouth of the bottle body, the upper pressing ring presses the outward flange against the limiting ring, and the lower pressing ring presses the limiting ring against the bottle mouth end surface of the bottle body. The tighter the solid-liquid separation bottle cap and bottle is screwed, the more secure the connection among the storage container, the elastically deformable sleeve, and the cap body becomes. During use, when the bottle body contains a liquid and the storage container contains a material (e.g., brewing granules, etc.) that can be brewed with the liquid, the bottle body can be inverted, or a pressing force may be applied to the bottle body, allowing the liquid inside the bottle body to enter the storage container to brew the material with the liquid. During squeezing of the bottle body, the liquid impacts the material inside the storage container, which accelerates extraction and mixing of the material with the liquid. Moreover, under the action of pressure, the sealed top surface of the elastically deformable sleeve undergoes elastic deformation and bulges outward, providing good entertainment and stress-relief effects. The present invention achieves a modular assembly of the storage container, the elastically deformable sleeve, and the cap body, facilitating quick assembly and disassembly, simplifying the manufacturing process of these components, reducing processing difficulty, and thereby lowering overall production costs.DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0024] For ease of understanding by those skilled in the art, the present invention is further described below with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings. The contents mentioned in the embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0025] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a solid-liquid separation bottle cap, which comprises a storage container 1, an elastically deformable sleeve 2, and a cylindrical cap body 3. The storage container 1 and the cap body 3 may be made of a hard plastic, and the elastically deformable sleeve 2 may be made of a soft plastic. An inner cavity wall of the cap body 3 is sequentially provided from top to bottom with an upper pressing ring 4, a lower pressing ring 5, and an internal thread 6. An accommodating gap 7 is formed between the upper pressing ring 4 and the lower pressing ring 5. A limiting ring 8 is provided on an outer side wall of the storage container 1. The elastically deformable sleeve 2 is tightly fitted over the top of the storage container 1 and covers a top port of the storage container 1. An outward flange 9 is convexly provided at an edge of a bottom port of the elastically deformable sleeve 2. The cap body 3 is tightly fitted over an outer side wall of the elastically deformable sleeve 2. A top surface of the limiting ring 8 is configured to abut against a bottom surface of the outward flange 9. The outward flange 9 is capable of protruding into the accommodating gap 7. The lower pressing ring 5 is configured to press down on the limiting ring 8, and the upper pressing ring 4 is configured to press down on the top surface of the outward flange 9. The inner cavity wall of the cap body 3 and the outer side wall of the storage container 1 enclose an installation space 10, and the internal thread 6 protrudes into the installation space 10.

[0026] During assembly, a material can be stored in the storage container 1, and the elastically deformable sleeve 2 is fitted over the top port of the storage container 1 to seal the material inside the storage container 1, with the bottom surface of the outward flange 9 of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 abutting against the top surface of the limiting ring 8 on the storage container 1. The storage container 1 with the elastically deformable sleeve 2 fitted thereon is then inserted from below into the cap body 3. During the assembly process, the outer side wall of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 is compressed and undergoes elastic deformation until the outward flange 9 enters the accommodating gap 7 between the upper pressing ring 4 and the lower pressing ring 5, with the lower pressing ring 5 abutting against the limiting ring 8 and the upper pressing ring 4 abutting against the top surface of the outward flange 9. Under the action of the resilient force of the elastically deformable sleeve 2, the storage container 1, the elastically deformable sleeve 2, and the cap body 3 are firmly assembled together, and the top surface of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 seals the top port of the cap body 3. The assembled solid-liquid separation bottle cap and bottle is threadedly connected via the internal thread 6 to the external thread 19 on the bottle mouth of the bottle body 18, such that the bottle mouth portion of the bottle body 18 protrudes into the installation space 10, the bottom of the storage container 1 is inserted into the bottle mouth of the bottle body 18, and the limiting ring 8 abuts against the bottle mouth end surface of the bottle body 18, thereby capping the solid-liquid separation bottle cap onto the bottle mouth of the bottle body 18. As the solid-liquid separation bottle cap is screwed onto the bottle mouth of the bottle body 18, the upper pressing ring 4 presses the outward flange 9 against the limiting ring 8, and the lower pressing ring 5 presses the limiting ring 8 against the bottle mouth end surface of the bottle body 18. The tighter the solid-liquid separation bottle cap is screwed, the more secure the connection among the storage container 1, the elastically deformable sleeve 2, and the cap body 3 becomes. During use, when the bottle body 18 contains a liquid and the storage container 1 contains a material (e.g., brewing granules, etc.) that can be brewed with the liquid, the bottle body 18 can be inverted or a pressing force can be applied to the bottle body 18, allowing the liquid inside the bottle body 18 to enter the storage container 1 to brew the material with the liquid. During the squeezing of the bottle body 18, the liquid can impact the material inside the storage container 1, accelerating the brewing efficiency of the material with the liquid. Moreover, under the action of pressure, the sealed top surface of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 undergoes elastic deformation and bulges outward, providing good entertainment and stress-relief effects. The solid-liquid separation bottle cap achieves a modular assembly of the storage container 1, the elastically deformable sleeve 2, and the cap body 3, facilitating quick assembly and disassembly, simplifying the manufacturing process of these components, reducing processing difficulty, and thereby lowering overall production costs.

[0027] In this embodiment, the inner cavity wall of the cap body 3 is further provided with a pressing ring 11, wherein the pressing ring 11 is located above the upper pressing ring 4 and is configured to press an outer peripheral wall of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 against the outer side wall of the storage container 1. During the process of assembling the storage container 1 fitted with the elastically deformable sleeve 2 into the cap body 3, the pressing ring 11 compresses the elastically deformable sleeve 2, causing the elastically deformable sleeve 2 to undergo elastic deformation. At the same time, the resilient force of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 acts in reverse on the pressing ring 11, such that the elastically deformable sleeve 2 is firmly clamped between the storage container 1 and the cap body 3.

[0028] In this embodiment, a bottom or / and a side wall of the storage container 1 is provided with a plurality of liquid passage holes 12, wherein the liquid passage holes 12 are communicated with an inner cavity of the storage container 1. The liquid inside the bottle body 18 enters the inner cavity of the storage container 1 via the liquid passage holes 12 to brew the material inside the storage container 1, and even impacts the sealed top surface of the elastically deformable sleeve 2, causing the sealed top surface of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 to bulge outward.

[0029] Specifically, initially, an outer side wall of the storage container 1 is covered with an easily tearable film that seals the liquid passage holes (12) so as to prevent the liquid from unintentionally entering and contacting the material inside the storage container (1), thereby facilitating storage of the material inside the storage container (1).

[0030] In this embodiment, a bottom surface of the lower pressing ring 5 is provided with a lower pressing bevel 13, wherein the lower pressing bevel 13 is configured to abut against the limiting ring 8; a top surface of the limiting ring 8 is provided with an abutting bevel 14, wherein the abutting bevel 14 is configured to abut against and cooperate with the lower pressing bevel 13. The abutting bevel 14 abuts against and cooperates with the lower pressing bevel 13, and a downward pressing force is applied to the abutting bevel 14 by the lower pressing bevel 13, increasing the contact area between the lower pressing ring 5 and the limiting ring 8, which facilitates the lower pressing ring 5 to firmly press the limiting ring 8 against the bottle mouth end surface of the bottle body 18.

[0031] In this embodiment, a bottom port of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 is provided with a flared incline 15. The provision of the flared incline 15 enlarges the bottom port of the elastically deformable sleeve 2, facilitating the fitting of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 over the top of the storage container 1.

[0032] In this embodiment, the elastically deformable sleeve 2 comprises an elastic sleeve portion 16 and an elastically deformable membrane 17 integrally connected to a top port of the elastic sleeve portion 16. The outward flange 9 is provided at an outer edge of a bottom port of the elastic sleeve portion 16. The elastic sleeve portion 16 is tightly sandwiched between the cap body 3 and the storage container 1. The elastically deformable membrane 17 covers the top port of the storage container 1, and the elastically deformable membrane 17 is capable of undergoing a bulging elastic deformation. The elastic sleeve portion 16, the elastically deformable membrane 17, and the outward flange 9 are of an integral construction, facilitating the manufacturing of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 and providing low cost.

[0033] In this embodiment, a thickness of the elastically deformable membrane 17 is smaller than a thickness of the elastic sleeve portion 16. This structural design facilitates the elastically deformable membrane 17 to undergo elastic deformation and bulge outward.

[0034] In this embodiment, a number of the pressing ring 11 is plural, and the plurality of pressing rings 11 are arranged from top to bottom. When the elastically deformable sleeve 2 undergoes elastic deformation, a portion of the elastically deformable sleeve 2 becomes embedded between two adjacent pressing rings 11, causing the elastically deformable sleeve 2 to interlock with the plurality of pressing rings 11, thereby increasing the friction therebetween and making the assembly of the storage container 1, the elastically deformable sleeve, and the cap body 3 more secure.

[0035] The present invention further provides a bottle, comprising a bottle body 18 and the solid-liquid separation bottle cap as described above, wherein the solid-liquid separation bottle cap is capped onto a bottle mouth of the bottle body 18, an outer side wall of a bottle mouth portion of the bottle body 18 is provided with an external thread 19 threadedly connected to the internal thread 6, the bottle mouth portion of the bottle body 18 is capable of protruding into the installation space 10, and a bottle mouth end surface of the bottle body 18 abuts against a bottom surface of the limiting ring 8. The bottle possesses all of the beneficial effects of the solid-liquid separation bottle cap described above, and therefore the details are omitted here for brevity.

[0036] All technical features in this embodiment may be combined as appropriate according to actual needs.

[0037] The above embodiments are preferred implementations of the present invention. Apart from these, the present invention can also be implemented in other ways. Any obvious substitution without departing from the concept of the present technical solution shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
