The area outside the opaque portions and within the animating portion of the display screen or portion thereof indicates transparent portions of the animated graphical user interface through which content that forms no part of the claimed design is visible. When the display screen or portion thereof moves, the animated graphical user interface shows the appearance of the parallax effect, as shown in the figures.
