[0043] With the advancement of display and wireless communication technologies, the requirements for the communication performance of wireless communication equipment are becoming increasingly stringent. Intelligent Reflecting Surfaces (IRS) are a key communication design currently receiving widespread attention and research investment. They can alter the direction of the reflected beam from a wireless signal source by regulating the amplitude and phase of the electrical signals on multiple reflective units on the surface (i.e., by changing the electrical load of the reflective units). This can significantly improve the quality of wireless communication by maintaining a single reflected beam or splitting it into multiple beams to focus on one or more communication targets. IRSs can be installed on either the interior or exterior walls of buildings.

[0044] An IRS typically consists of a three-layer structure. The top layer consists of reflective elements, which are conductive structures used to reflect wireless signals. Beneath the reflective elements is a metal plate, such as copper, that blocks and reflects wireless signals. A control circuit board is located on the side of the metal plate facing away from the reflective elements. The control circuitry on this board is electrically connected to the reflective elements and is used to control the signal amplitude and phase of each reflective element, thereby controlling the direction and number of reflected beams. These three layers are not visually transparent to the human eye, making the IRS also not visually transparent.

[0045] To improve the communication performance of the display, this application integrates an IRS into the display. However, as mentioned above, current IRSs are generally not visually transparent, so they block the background (such as the wall) on which they are deployed, which is detrimental to the design and consistency of the original background, thus limiting the scenarios and scope of IRS applications.

[0046] In order to solve the above problems, the present application is proposed. In order to better understand the present application, the display screen and wireless communication device of the embodiment of the present application are described in detail below with reference to Figures 1 to 33.

[0047] Please refer to Figures 1 to 3. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a display screen 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 2 is a circuit diagram of a display screen 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application. Figure 3 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along line AA in Figure 1.

[0048] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the display screen 10 provided in the embodiment of the first aspect of the present application includes a substrate 11, a functional layer 100, and a shielding layer 200. The substrate 11 includes a modulation circuit 620; the functional layer 100 is disposed on the substrate 11 and includes a plurality of reflection units 110, which are used to reflect wireless signals. The reflection units 110 and the modulation circuit 620 are interconnected, and the modulation circuit 620 is used to adjust at least one of the amplitude and phase of the electrical signal on the reflection units 110; the shielding layer 200 is disposed on the side of the functional layer 100 facing the substrate 11.

[0049] Optionally, the modulation circuit 620 is used to adjust the electrical load of the reflection unit 110 .

[0050] In the display screen 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the display screen 10 includes a substrate 11, a functional layer 100, and a shielding layer 200. A modulation circuit 620 is provided on the substrate 11, and a reflective unit 110 is provided on the functional layer 100. The reflective unit 110 is capable of reflecting wireless signals, thereby improving the wireless communication performance of the display screen 10. The modulation circuit 620 can be used to adjust the amplitude and / or phase of the electrical signal on the reflective unit 110, so that the reflective unit 110 can reflect different wireless signals, further enriching the wireless communication performance of the display screen 10. The shielding layer 200 is provided on the side of the functional layer 100 facing away from the display surface of the display screen 10, which can reduce the impact of wireless signal transmission into the display screen 10 on the display screen 10 and also improve the reflection effect of the reflective unit 110. In addition, the present application integrates the modulation circuit 620 into the substrate 11. On the one hand, it can reduce the distance between the reflection unit 110 and the modulation circuit 620, and improve the signal transmission effect between the modulation circuit 620 and the reflection unit 110 (for example, it can reduce the path loss of the signal). On the other hand, when the display screen 10 is used in a wireless communication device, there is no need to install an external modulation circuit 620 for the display screen 10 in the wireless communication device, which can evolve the structure of the wireless communication device and achieve a smaller volume.

[0051] Optionally, the shielding layer 200 serves as a metal plate of the IRS to shield and reflect wireless signals.

[0052] Optionally, the reflection unit 110 is further connected to the control circuit 610. [0053] Optionally, the functional layer 100 can be disposed within a mesh metal wiring layer. FIG1 illustrates the structure of the mesh metal wiring with gray lines, and black lines illustrate the reflective units 110 and the second connecting lines 302. Optionally, the mesh metal wiring multiplexed as the reflective units 110 and the second connecting lines 302 is insulated from metal lines at other locations to prevent short circuits between adjacent reflective units 110. Optionally, FIG1 illustrates a control circuit 610, with the second connecting lines 302 connected between the control circuit 610 and the reflective units 110. In other embodiments, the display screen 10 may not include the control circuit 610. For example, when the display screen 10 is used in a wireless communication device, the wireless communication device includes the control circuit 610.

[0054] Please refer to Figures 1 to 4 together. Figure 4 differs from Figure 1 in the connection position between the second connecting line 302 and the reflective unit 110. The second connecting line 302 can be connected to any side of the reflective unit 110 in the circumferential direction. As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the first connecting line 301 can be connected to different positions on the reflective unit 110.

[0055] Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 . FIG. 5 differs from FIG. 1 in that the extension directions of the metal traces in the grid-shaped metal wiring layer are different.

[0056] In other optional embodiments, the reflective unit 110 and / or the second connecting line 302 may not be arranged in the grid-shaped metal wiring layer. For example, as shown in Figure 6, the reflective unit 110 and / or the second connecting line 302 are arranged in the light-transmitting conductive layer.

Optionally, the control circuit 610 and the modulation circuit 620 are also used to connect to the baseband 700, and the baseband 700 is used to control the states of the modulation circuit 620 and the control circuit 610. The baseband 700 can be disposed within the display screen 10, or when the display screen 10 is disposed in a wireless communication device, the baseband 700 can also be disposed within the wireless communication device. For example, the wireless communication device includes a circuit board, and the baseband 700 and the control circuit 610 can be disposed on the same circuit board, or the baseband 700 and the control circuit 610 can be disposed on different circuit boards.

[0058] Optionally, the control circuit 610 includes a filter 611, an amplifier 612, and a downconverter 613, and the filter 611, the amplifier 612, and the downconverter 613 are sequentially connected between the reflection unit 110 and the baseband 700. Optionally, the baseband 700 and the amplifier 612 are electrically connected to each other, so that the baseband 700 can control the switching of the control circuit 610 through the amplifier 612. Optionally, the amplifier 612 is an adjustable low-noise amplifier.

[0059] There are many ways to set up the modulation circuit 620. For example, the modulation circuit 620 includes at least one of a variable resistor, a variable capacitor and a variable inductor, and adjusts the amplitude and / or phase of the electrical signal on the reflection unit 110 by adjusting the resistance value of the variable resistor, the capacitance of the variable capacitor and the inductance value of the variable inductor.

[0060] In other optional embodiments, please continue to refer to Figures 2 and 3. The modulation circuit 620 includes a first transistor 310, and the first transistor 310 includes a first source 311, a first drain 312, a first gate 313, and a first semiconductor portion 314. One of the first source 311 and the first drain 312 is connected to the reflection unit 110, and the other is connected to the first power signal line 630 through the first semiconductor portion 314. This application uses the example of the first source 311 being connected to the reflection unit 110 and the first drain 312 being connected to the first power signal line 630 as an example. In other embodiments, the first source 311 may also be connected to the first power signal line 630, and the first drain 312 may be connected to the reflection unit 110.

[0061] In these optional embodiments, the reflection unit 110 is electrically connected through the first source 311, the first semiconductor part 314, the first drain 312 and the first power signal line 630. [0062] Optionally, the first power signal line 630 is a low-level power signal line or a negative voltage power signal line.

[0063] Optionally, the other of the first source 311 and the first drain 312 can also be connected to the second signal line. For example, when the first source 311 is connected to the reflective unit 110, the first drain 312 can also be connected to the second signal line. Alternatively, when the first drain 312 is connected to the reflective unit 110, the first source 311 can also be connected to the second signal line. That is, the other is connected to the first power signal line 630 and the second signal line.

[0064] In these optional embodiments, there is a voltage difference between the second signal line and the reflection unit 110, and there is also a voltage difference between the first power signal line 630 and the reflection unit 110. By adjusting the potential of the second signal line, the current direction between the first source 311 and the first drain 312 in the first transistor 310 can be controlled, thereby adjusting the amplitude and / or phase of the electrical signal on the reflection unit 110.

[0066] In these optional embodiments, the substrate 11 includes a driving circuit for driving the light-emitting unit 11e to emit light, so the substrate 11 includes an array substrate 11c, and the modulation circuit 620 is arranged in the array substrate 11c including the driving circuit, so that the modulation circuit 620 can be prepared and formed synchronously with at least part of the structure in the driving circuit, which can improve the preparation of the display screen 10.

[0067] Optionally, the substrate 11 further includes a base, and the array substrate 11c is disposed on the base.

[0068] In some optional embodiments, as shown in FIG3 , the driving circuit includes a second transistor 11T, and the second transistor 11T includes a second semiconductor portion 11P, a second gate 11G, a second source 11S, and a second drain 11D. Optionally, the driving circuit can be any one of a 2T1C circuit, a 7T1C circuit, a 7T2C circuit, a 9T1C circuit, and a 14T2C circuit. Herein, a "2T1C circuit" refers to a pixel circuit that includes two thin-film transistors (T) and one capacitor (C) in a pixel circuit, and other "7T1C circuits," "7T2C circuits," "9T1C circuits," and so on.

The first source electrode 311 is electrically connected to the first source region 314a, and the first drain electrode 312 is electrically connected to the first drain region 314b. Optionally, the first semiconductor portion 314 also includes a first channel region 314c, which is located between the first source region 314a and the first drain region 314b. Optionally, the projection of the first channel region 314c along the thickness direction of the display screen 10 is located within the projection of the first gate 313 along the thickness direction.

[0074] In some optional embodiments, the first drain 312 is connected to the reflection unit 110 , the first semiconductor portion 314 includes a first source region 314 a , the first source region 314 a is connected to the first power signal line 630 , and the first source region 314 a is connected to the first source 311 .

[0075] In these optional embodiments, the first source region 314a is connected to the first source 311 and the first power signal line 630. By controlling the voltage on the first power signal line 630 and the first source 311, the current flow between the first source region 314a and the first drain region 314b can be controlled.

[0076] In other optional embodiments, the first source 311 may be connected to the reflection unit 110, and the first drain region 314b may be connected to the first power signal line 630. By controlling the voltage on the first power signal line 630 and the first drain 312, the current flow direction between the first source region 314a and the first drain region 314b can be controlled.

[0077] There are many ways to set the number of the first transistors 310 . The number of the first transistor 310 can be one, and one first transistor 310 is connected in series between the reflection unit 110 and the first power signal line 630 .

[0078] In other embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 and 7, the number of first transistors 310 can also be multiple, and multiple first transistors 310 are connected in series to form a series circuit, and the first transistor 310 at the head end of the series circuit is connected to the reflection unit 110, and the first transistor 310 at the end is connected to the first power signal line 630.

[0079] In the above embodiment, the "first end" refers to the first transistor 310 having the shortest current path length with the reflective unit 110 in the series circuit, and the "last end" refers to the first transistor 310 having the longest current path length with the reflective unit 110 in the series circuit. The current path refers to the path along which current flows when current flows between the reflective unit 110 and the first power signal line 630 or the series circuit.

[0080] In these optional embodiments, multiple first transistors 310 are connected in series to form a series circuit. The first transistor 310 at the head of the series circuit is connected to the reflection unit 110, and the first transistor 310 at the end of the series circuit is connected to the first power signal line 630. That is, the two first transistors 310 at the two ends of the series circuit are respectively connected to the reflection unit 110 and the first power signal line 630. By providing multiple first transistors 310, the adjustment range of the modulation circuit 620 can be increased.

[0081] Optionally, the first transistor 310 at the head end is connected to the first reflection unit, and the first transistor 310 at the end is connected to the first power signal line 630. When the first drain 312 of the first transistor 310 at the head end is connected to the reflection unit 110, the first source 311 of the first transistor 310 at the end is connected to the first power signal line 630, or, when the first source 311 of the first transistor 310 at the head end is connected to the reflection unit 110, the first drain 312 of the first transistor 310 at the end is connected to the first power signal line 630.

[0082] Optionally, when there are multiple first transistors 310 and the multiple first transistors 310 are connected in series to form a series circuit, the characteristics of the multiple first transistors 310 can be the same or different. For example, the sizes of the first channel regions 314c of the multiple first transistors 310 can be different, and / or the resistance values of the first channel regions 314c of the multiple first transistors 310 can be different. This allows the first semiconductor portions 314 of different first transistors 310 to be adjusted to meet different adjustment requirements.

[0083] In some other embodiments, when there are multiple first transistors 310 , the multiple first transistors 310 may be connected in parallel to each other to improve the regulation accuracy of the modulation circuit 620 .

[0084] In some optional embodiments, as shown in FIG3 , as described above, the display screen 10 further includes a light-emitting layer and an encapsulation layer 12. The light-emitting layer is located on the side of the functional layer 100 facing the substrate 11 and includes a plurality of light-emitting units 11e spaced apart from each other. The encapsulation layer 12 is located on the side of the light-emitting layer facing away from the substrate 11 and is used to encapsulate the light-emitting units 11e. As described above, the display screen 10 further includes a connecting wire 300. One end of the connecting wire 300 is connected to the reflective unit 110, and the other end of the connecting wire 300 is connected to the modulation circuit 620, so that the modulation circuit 620 is connected to the reflective unit 110 via the connecting wire 300. Alternatively, the other end of the connecting wire 300 is used to connect to the control circuit 610, so that the control circuit 610 can change the electrical load of the reflective unit 110 via the connecting wire 300. At least a portion of the orthographic projection of the connecting wire 300 on the substrate 11 is located outside the orthographic projection of the encapsulation layer 12 on the substrate 11.

[0085] For example, when the connection line 300 is the second connection line 302 , the connection line 300 connects the reflection unit 110 and the control circuit 610 ; when the connection line 300 is the first connection line 301 , the connection line 300 connects the reflection unit 110 and the modulation circuit 620 .

[0086] In these optional embodiments, the display screen 10 further includes a light-emitting layer and an encapsulation layer 12. The light-emitting units 11e within the light-emitting layer are used to achieve the light-emitting display of the display screen 10. The encapsulation layer 12 is used to encapsulate the light-emitting units 11e, thereby improving the problem of water and oxygen intrusion into the light-emitting material within the light-emitting units 11e, which affects the light-emitting effect. The connecting wires 300 are used to connect the modulation circuit 620 and the reflective unit 110, or the connecting wires 300 are used to connect the control circuit 610 and the reflective unit 110. At least a portion of the orthographic projection of the connecting wires 300 on the substrate 11 is located outside the orthographic projection of the encapsulation layer 12 on the substrate 11, thereby reducing the impact of the connecting wires 300 on the encapsulation effect of the encapsulation layer 12.

[0087] Optionally, the reflective unit 110 is located on a side of the encapsulation layer 12 facing away from the substrate 11 , so as to improve the influence of the reflective unit 110 on the encapsulation effect of the encapsulation layer 12 .

[0088] Optionally, as described above, the connecting line 300 includes a first connecting line 301 and a second connecting line 302, the first connecting line 301 connects the reflecting unit 110 and the modulation circuit 620, and the second connecting line 302 is used to connect the reflecting unit 110 and the control circuit 610, and the orthographic projections of at least part of the first connecting line 301 and at least part of the second connecting line 302 on the substrate 11 are located outside the orthographic projection of the encapsulation layer 12 on the substrate 11.

[0089] In these optional embodiments, the first connecting line 301 is used to connect the reflection unit 110 and the modulation circuit 620, and the second connecting line 302 is used to connect the reflection unit 110 and the control circuit 610. At least part of the projections of the first connecting line 301 and the second connecting line 302 are located outside the projection of the encapsulation layer 12, which can improve the influence of the first connecting line 301 and the second connecting line 302 on the encapsulation effect of the encapsulation layer 12.

[0090] Optionally, at least part of the first connecting line 301 and the second connecting line 302 can be reused. For example, one end of the connecting line 300 is connected to the reflecting unit 110, and the other end of the connecting line 300 is divided into a first sub-line and a second sub-line. The first sub-line is connected to the modulation circuit 620, and the second sub-line is used to connect to the control circuit 610, so that the reflecting unit 110 can be connected to the modulation circuit 620 and the control circuit 610 at the same time through the connecting line 300.

[0091] In some optional embodiments, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the encapsulation layer 12 can be a full-surface encapsulation structure. For example, the orthographic projections of the plurality of light-emitting units 11e on the substrate 11 are located within the orthographic projection of the encapsulation layer 12 on the substrate 11. The connecting line 300 includes a first sub-section 320 and a second sub-section 330. The first sub-section 320 connects the reflective unit 110 and the second sub-section 330; the second sub-section 330 extends along the thickness direction and connects the first sub-section 320 with the modulation circuit 620 and / or the control circuit 610; and the orthographic projection of the second sub-section 330 on the substrate 11 is located outside the orthographic projection of the encapsulation layer 12 on the substrate 11. The location of the encapsulation layer 12 is schematically indicated by dashed lines in Figure 8; these dashed lines do not constitute a structural limitation on the display screen 10 of this embodiment of the present application.

[0092] In these optional embodiments, the encapsulation layer 12 has a full-surface encapsulation structure, and the multiple light-emitting units 11e are located within the orthographic projection of the same encapsulation layer 12 on the substrate 11, and the multiple light-emitting units 11e are encapsulated by the same encapsulation layer 12. The first subsection 320 of the connecting line 300 connects the reflective unit 110 and the second subsection 330. The second subsection 330 extends along the thickness direction to connect the first subsection 320 with the modulation circuit 620 and / or the control circuit 610. The orthographic projection of the second subsection 330 on the substrate 11 is located outside the orthographic projection of the encapsulation layer 12 on the substrate 11, which can improve the impact of the second subsection 330 on the encapsulation effect and prevent the second subsection 330 from penetrating the encapsulation layer 12 along the thickness direction.

[0093] Optionally, the first sub-section 320 and the reflective unit 110 are provided in the same layer to reduce a connection distance between the first sub-section 320 and the reflective unit 110 .

[0094] Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first sub-section 320 and the reflective unit 110 may be disposed in different layers, the first sub-section 320 and the reflective unit 110 being connected via a via, and the first sub-section 320 being located on a side of the encapsulation layer 12 facing the reflective unit 110 to prevent the first sub-section 320 from penetrating the encapsulation layer 12. For example, the first sub-section 320 may be located between the encapsulation layer 12 and the reflective unit 110, or the first sub-section 320 may be located on a side of the reflective unit 110 facing away from the encapsulation layer 12.

[0095] In other embodiments, referring again to Figures 1 and 3 , the encapsulation layer 12 includes a plurality of spaced-apart encapsulation portions 12a, with the orthographic projection of each light-emitting unit 11e on the substrate 11 located within the orthographic projection of each encapsulation portion 12a on the substrate 11. The reflective unit 110 includes a first portion and a second portion, with the orthographic projection of the first portion on the substrate 11 located within the orthographic projection of the encapsulation portion 12a on the substrate 11, and the orthographic projection of the second portion on the substrate 11 located outside the orthographic projection of the encapsulation portion 12a on the substrate 11. A connecting line 300 extends along the thickness of the display screen 10 and connects the second portion to the modulation circuit 620 and / or the control circuit 610. The locations of the encapsulation portions 12a are schematically indicated by dashed lines in Figure 1 .

[0096] In these optional embodiments, the encapsulation layer 12 includes a plurality of independently disposed encapsulation portions 12a, and each light-emitting unit 11e is encapsulated by each encapsulation portion 12a. The reflective unit 110 includes a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion and the encapsulation portion 12a overlap, while the second portion and the encapsulation portion 12a do not overlap. The connecting wire 300 connects the second portion with the modulation circuit 620 and / or the control circuit 610, thereby preventing the connecting wire 300 from affecting the encapsulation effect of the encapsulation portion 12a.

[0097] Optionally, as described above, the connecting line 300 includes a second connecting line 302 and a first connecting line 301. Figures 1 and 3 show that the first connecting line 301 extends along the thickness direction of the display screen 10. As shown in Figure 10, the orthographic projections of the second connecting line 302 and the first connecting line 301 on the substrate 11 are both located outside the orthographic projection of the encapsulation portion 12a on the substrate 11. That is, at least a portion of the second connecting line 302 extends along the thickness direction and connects the reflective unit 110 and the control circuit 610.

[0098] Optionally, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, when the same reflection unit 110 is connected to more than two control circuits 610, the same reflection unit 110 is connected to more than two second connecting lines 302, and the orthographic projections of the two or more second connecting lines 302 on the substrate 11 are all located outside the orthographic projection of the packaging part 12a on the substrate 11.

[0099] 12 to 14 , the same reflective unit 110 may be connected to more than two modulation circuits 620 . The same reflective unit 110 may be connected to more than two modulation circuits 620 and more than two control circuits 610 .

[0100] In other optional embodiments, when the reflection unit 110 and the packaging part 12a completely overlap, or when the orthographic projection of the reflection unit 110 on the substrate 11 is located within the orthographic projection of the packaging part 12a on the substrate 11, the connecting line 300 may include the above-mentioned first sub-part 320 and second sub-part 330, the first sub-part 320 connecting the reflection unit 110 and the second sub-part 330, and the second sub-part 330 extending along the thickness direction and connecting the first sub-part 320 with the modulation circuit 620 and / or the control circuit 610. That is, when the reflection unit 110 and the packaging part 12a completely overlap, and the connecting line 300 directly extending along the thickness direction will damage the packaging part 12a, the connecting line 300 may include a first sub-part 320 and a second sub-part 330. The connection position of the connecting line 300 is led to the outside of the packaging part 12a through the first sub-part 320, and then the first sub-part 320 is extended along the thickness direction through the second sub-part 330 to connect the first sub-part 320 with the modulation circuit 620 and / or the control circuit 610, which can also improve the influence of the connecting line 300 on the packaging effect of the packaging part 12a.

[0101] Optionally, the functional layer 100 and the shielding layer 200 are transparent structural layers, for example, the combined light transmittance of the functional layer 100 and the shielding layer 200 is greater than 50%. Optionally, the light transmittance of the emitting layer is greater than 60%, 70%, 80%, or even 90%. Optionally, the light transmittance of the shielding layer 200 is greater than 60%, 70%, 80%, or even 90%.

[0102] In the display screen 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the functional layer 100 includes a reflective unit 110. The reflective unit 110 is capable of reflecting wireless signals. For example, the reflective unit 110 can reflect the wireless signals toward the communication target, thereby improving the wireless communication quality of the display screen 10. The shielding layer 200 is disposed on the side of the functional layer 100 that is away from the display surface of the display screen 10. On the one hand, the shielding layer 200 can block the wireless signals, causing the wireless signals to be reflected by the functional layer 100. On the other hand, it also prevents the wireless signals from entering the interior of the display screen 10 and affecting the operation of other components of the display screen 10. The combined light transmittance of the functional layer 100 and the shielding layer 200 is greater than 50%, which can reduce the impact of the functional layer 100 and the shielding layer 200 on the display effect of the display screen 10. Therefore, by disposing the functional layer 100 and the shielding layer 200 with high light transmittance within the display screen 10, the embodiment of the present application can effectively improve the wireless communication performance of the display screen 10.

[0103] Optionally, the display screen 10 may be an organic light emitting diode display screen 10 , a liquid crystal display screen 10 , or a micro light emitting diode display screen 10 .

[0104] Optionally, each reflection unit 110 is connected to at least one modulation circuit 620 , and different reflection units 110 are connected to different modulation circuits 620 , so that the amplitude and / or phase of the electrical signal on each reflection unit 110 can be adjusted separately through the modulation circuit 620 .

[0105] Optionally, each reflective unit 110 is connected to at least one control circuit 610 , and different reflective units 110 are connected to different control circuits 610 , so that the electrical load of each reflective unit 110 can be controlled separately through the control circuit 610 .

[0106] Optionally, the orthographic projections of the two or more reflective units 110 on the substrate 11 are located within the orthographic projection of the shielding layer 200 on the substrate 11 .

[0107] There are many ways to set the number of functional layers 100. For example, as shown in Figure 1, there is one functional layer 100, and one functional layer 100 is provided with two or more reflective units 110 distributed in an array. Optionally, there is one shielding layer 200.

[0108] In other optional embodiments, as shown in FIG15 , which is a partially enlarged view of a display screen 10, there are two or more functional layers 100, and at least two reflective units 110 located in different functional layers 100 have different orthographic projection areas on the substrate 11. Optionally, the top view in FIG15 shows two reflective units 110 nested within each other and located within two different functional layers 100. FIG15 only illustrates one set of at least partially overlapping reflective units 110; the number of at least partially overlapping reflective units 110 may be multiple.

[0109] In these optional embodiments, by setting more than two functional layers 100 and setting reflection units 110 of different sizes in different functional layers 100, the reflection units 110 of different sizes can reflect wireless signals of different frequency bands, which can further improve the wireless communication performance of the display screen 10.

[0110] Optionally, the orthographic projection areas of two or more reflection units 110 in the same functional layer 100 on the substrate 11 are the same, that is, the sizes of the two or more reflection units 110 in the same functional layer 100 are the same, so that the two or more reflection units 110 in the same functional layer 100 can reflect wireless signals of the same frequency band, thereby enhancing the reflection capability of wireless signals of the same frequency band.

[0111] In some optional embodiments, referring to FIG. 15 , when there are two or more functional layers 100, the two or more functional layers 100 include a first functional layer 101 and a second functional layer 102, i.e., one of the two or more functional layers 100 is the first functional layer 101 and the other is the second functional layer 102. The reflective unit 110 includes a first reflective unit 111 located in the first functional layer 101 and a second reflective unit 112 located in the second functional layer 102, wherein the first functional layer 101 is located on a side of the second functional layer 102 facing the display surface of the display screen 10, and the orthographic projection area of the first reflective unit 111 on the substrate 11 is smaller than the orthographic projection area of the second reflective unit 112 on the substrate 11.

[0112] In these optional embodiments, the first reflecting unit 111 is located on the side of the second reflecting unit 112 facing the display surface of the display screen 10, and the size of the first reflecting unit 111 is smaller than the size of the second reflecting unit 112. On the one hand, at least part of the second reflecting unit 112 is not blocked by the first reflecting unit 111, and the second reflecting unit 112 can also reflect wireless signals; on the other hand, the size of the first reflecting unit 111 is different from the size of the second reflecting unit 112, so it can reflect wireless signals of multiple frequency bands, so that the display screen 10 can have the ability to control the reflected signals for wireless signals of different frequency bands.

[0113] Optionally, the orthographic projection of each first reflecting unit 111 on the substrate 11 and the orthographic projection of each second reflecting unit 112 on the substrate 11 are arranged to at least partially overlap, thereby reducing the overall distribution area of the two or more reflecting units 110. The orthographic projection of each first reflecting unit 111 on the substrate 11 and the orthographic projection of each second reflecting unit 112 on the substrate 11 are arranged to at least partially overlap, including: the first reflecting units 111 and the second reflecting units 112 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and the orthographic projection of each first reflecting unit 111 on the substrate 11 and the orthographic projection of each second reflecting unit 112 on the substrate 11 are arranged to at least partially overlap. Alternatively, more than two first reflecting units 111 are provided corresponding to the same second reflecting unit 112, or the same first reflecting unit 111 is provided corresponding to more than two second reflecting units 112, as long as the orthographic projection of each first reflecting unit 111 on the substrate 11 can at least partially overlap with the orthographic projection of at least one second reflecting unit 112 on the substrate 11, and the orthographic projection of each second reflecting unit 112 on the substrate 11 can at least partially overlap with the orthographic projection of at least one first reflecting unit 111 on the substrate 11.

[0114] Optionally, as shown in FIG. 15 , at least a portion of the connecting line 300 is disposed in an overlapping region of the first reflecting unit 111 and the second reflecting unit 112 and connects the first reflecting unit 111 and the second reflecting unit 112 .

[0115] In these optional embodiments, at least a portion of the connecting line 300 is arranged in the overlapping area of the first reflecting unit 111 and the second reflecting unit 112, so that the connecting line 300 extends along the thickness direction of the display screen 10 to simultaneously connect the first reflecting unit 111 and the second reflecting unit 112, which can simplify the structure of the connecting line 300.

[0116] Optionally, the orthographic projection of the overlapping region on the substrate 11 is outside the orthographic projection of the packaging portion 12 a on the substrate 11 , so that the connecting wire 300 can be disposed outside the orthographic projection of the packaging portion 12 a on the substrate 11 .

[0117] Alternatively, as shown in Figure 15 , the first reflecting unit 111 and the second reflecting unit 112 may be provided in a one-to-one correspondence. Alternatively, as shown in Figure 16 , since the size of the first reflecting unit 111 is smaller than that of the second reflecting unit 112 , two or more first reflecting units 111 may be provided in correspondence with the same second reflecting unit 112 .

[0118] In some optional embodiments, as shown in FIG16 , two or more first reflecting units 111 are provided corresponding to the same second reflecting unit 112. In the corresponding second reflecting units 112 and the two or more first reflecting units 111, the orthographic projections of the two or more first reflecting units 111 on the substrate 11 are located within the orthographic projection of the same second reflecting unit 112 on the substrate 11. FIG5 illustrates only one second reflecting unit 112. Optionally, there may be multiple second reflecting units 112, with the multiple second reflecting units 112 being arranged at intervals, and each second reflecting unit 112 being provided with two or more first reflecting units 111 on the side facing the display surface of the display screen 10.

[0119] In these optional embodiments, since the first reflective unit 111 is relatively small, two or more first reflective units 111 are provided corresponding to the same second reflective unit 112, which can increase the number of arranged first reflective units 111 and improve the wireless communication performance of the first functional layer 101. The orthographic projections of the two or more first reflective units 111 on the substrate 11 are located within the orthographic projection of the same second reflective unit 112 on the substrate 11, making the arrangement of the first reflective units 111 and the second reflective units 112 more regular and facilitating manufacturing and molding.

[0120] Optionally, as shown in Figure 17, among the corresponding second reflection units 112 and more than two first reflection units 111, the projection areas of the more than two first reflection units 111 on the substrate 11 are different, so that the more than two first reflection units 111 corresponding to the same second reflection unit 112 can reflect wireless signals of different frequency bands, further improving the wireless communication performance of the display screen 10.

[0121] In some other optional embodiments, as shown in FIG16 , among the mutually corresponding second reflection units 112 and the two or more first reflection units 111 , the projection areas of the two or more first reflection units 111 on the substrate 11 may also be the same.

[0122] 18 and 19 , the orthographic projection shape of the first reflecting unit 111 on the substrate 11 and the orthographic projection shape of the second reflecting unit 112 on the substrate 11 may be the same or different. For example, the orthographic projection shape of the second reflecting unit 112 on the substrate 11 may be rectangular, and the orthographic projection shape of the first reflecting unit 111 on the substrate 11 may be rectangular or circular.

[0123] Optionally, when the same reflective unit 110 is connected to more than two control circuits 610, as shown in FIG20 , the same reflective unit 110 is connected to more than two second connection lines 302, and the reflective unit 110 is connected to each control circuit 610 through each second connection line 302. When the same reflective unit 110 is connected to more than two second connection lines 302, the two or more second connection lines 302 are spaced apart on the same reflective unit 110 to reduce mutual influence between the two or more second connection lines 302.

[0124] Optionally, when the same reflective unit 110 is connected to more than two modulation circuits 620, the same reflective unit 110 is connected to more than two first connection lines 301, and the reflective unit 110 is connected to each modulation circuit 620 through each first connection line 301. When the same reflective unit 110 is connected to more than two first connection lines 301, the two or more first connection lines 301 are spaced apart on the same reflective unit 110 to reduce mutual influence between the two or more first connection lines 301.

[0125] In some optional embodiments, as shown in FIG1 , the display screen 10 further includes a signal line layer 11 a . The reflective unit 110 and the second connection line 302 can be provided in the same layer and both located in the signal line layer 11 a to simplify the structure of the display screen 10 .

[0126] As shown in Figures 21 to 23, the reflective unit 110 is disposed in the signal line layer 11a, and the second connecting line 302 is disposed in other conductive layers. The reflective unit 110 and the second connecting line 302 are disposed in different layers, which facilitates the free arrangement of the second connecting line 302 in other conductive layers. Alternatively, the second connecting line 302 is disposed in the signal line layer 11a, and the reflective unit 110 is disposed in other conductive layers. This facilitates the free arrangement of the second connecting line 302 in the signal line layer 11a, and the free arrangement of the reflective unit 110 in other conductive layers, so that the arrangements of the reflective unit 110 and the second connecting line 302 do not interfere with each other. In Figures 21 and 23, because the reflective unit 110 and the second connecting line 302 are disposed in different layers, the reflective unit 110 can be observed in the top view, but the second connecting line 302 cannot be observed.

[0127] Alternatively, the second connection line 302 may be arranged in the conductive layer on the side of the functional layer 100 facing away from the shielding layer 200. For example, the second connection line 302 may be arranged in the signal line layer 11a, which may be located on the side of the functional layer 100 facing away from the shielding layer 200. Alternatively, as shown in FIG22 , the second connection line 302 may be arranged in the conductive layer between the functional layer 100 and the shielding layer 200. Alternatively, the second connection line 302 may be arranged in the signal line layer 11a, which may be located between the functional layer 100 and the shielding layer 200.

[0128] The signal line layer 11a can be arranged in various ways. For example, as shown in FIG1 , the signal line layer 11a includes a grid-like metal wiring, at least part of which is reused as the reflective unit 110 and / or the connecting line 300. The grid-like metal wiring includes first signal lines extending along a first direction X (gray signal lines extending along the first direction X in FIG1 ) and second signal lines extending along a second direction Y (gray signal lines extending along the second direction Y in FIG1 ). The plurality of first signal lines and the plurality of second signal lines are arranged in a cross-pattern to form a grid.

[0129] As described above, when part of the metal wiring is reused as the reflection unit 110 and / or the connection line 300 , the part of the metal wiring is insulated from the metal wiring at other positions to avoid short circuit connection between adjacent reflection units 110 and / or connection lines 300 .

[0130] Optionally, as shown in Figure 5, the extension direction of the grid metal wiring intersects with the length direction of the display screen 10. The extension direction of the grid metal wiring can be the extension direction of the first signal line, or the extension direction of the second signal line. The display screen 10 includes a first side and a second side, and the two first sides and the two second sides are alternately connected to enclose the display screen 10. The length of the first side is greater than the length of the second side, and the extension direction of the first side can be the length direction of the display screen 10. The extension direction of the grid metal wiring intersects with the length direction of the display screen 10, that is, the extension direction of the first signal line and / or the second signal line intersects with the extension direction of the first side, which can reduce the influence of the grid metal wiring on the display effect of the display screen 10.

[0131] In other optional embodiments, as shown in FIG6 , the display screen 10 further includes a light-transmitting conductive layer 11 b. The material of the light-transmitting conductive layer 11 b includes, for example, a light-transmitting conductive material such as indium tin oxide to increase the light transmittance of the light-transmitting conductive layer 11 b. The light-transmitting conductive layer 11 b has high light transmittance and is electrically conductive.

[0132] Optionally, at least one of the reflective unit 110, the connecting line 300 and the shielding layer 200 is arranged on the transparent conductive layer 11b to improve the light transmittance of the reflective unit 110 and the shielding layer 200 and reduce the impact of the reflective unit 110 and the shielding layer 200 on the display effect of the display screen 10.

[0133] Optionally, the light-transmitting conductive layer 11b includes a first conductive layer (not shown) and a second conductive layer (not shown) stacked together, with at least one of the reflective unit 110 and the connecting wire 300 disposed in the first conductive layer, and the light-shielding layer 200 disposed in the second conductive layer. In these optional embodiments, the connecting wire 300 and the light-shielding layer 200 are both disposed in the light-transmitting conductive layer 11b, but are located in different conductive layers. This can, on the one hand, reduce the mutual influence between the arrangement of the connecting wire 300 and the light-shielding layer 200, and on the other hand, ensure the light transmittance of the reflective unit 110 and the light-shielding layer 200.

[0134] Optionally, when the reflecting unit 110 and / or the connecting line 300 are arranged in the light-transmitting conductive layer 11b, as shown in Figure 24, the reflecting unit 110 can be connected to a connecting line 300 (the connecting line 300 is, for example, the second connecting line 302); or, as shown in Figure 25, the reflecting unit 110 can be connected to more than two connecting lines 300 (the connecting line 300 is, for example, the second connecting line 302).

[0135] In some optional embodiments, as shown in FIG26 , the substrate 11 includes an array substrate 11c and a common electrode layer 11d. The common electrode layer 11d is located on the side of the array substrate 11cc facing the display surface of the display screen 10. The common electrode layer 11d is reused as a shielding layer 200. This allows the shielding layer 200 to reuse the original layer structure of the display screen 10, thereby simplifying the structure of the display screen 10.

[0136] Optionally, the array substrate 11c includes a substrate and a driving circuit disposed on the substrate. The optional substrate 11 is provided with a planarization layer, a pixel electrode layer, and a pixel definition layer. The pixel electrode layer includes a plurality of pixel electrodes arranged in an array on the planarization layer. The pixel definition layer is located on the side of the pixel electrode layer facing away from the planarization layer. The pixel definition layer includes a pixel defining portion and a pixel opening formed by the pixel defining portion. A light-emitting unit 11e can be disposed within the pixel opening. The common electrode layer 11d is disposed on the side of the pixel defining portion and the light-emitting unit 11e facing away from the planarization layer.

[0137] Optionally, an encapsulation layer 12 and a touch layer are further provided on the side of the common electrode layer 11 d facing away from the pixel definition layer, and the reflective unit 110 can be provided in the touch layer to further simplify the structure of the display screen 10 .

[0138] As shown in Figures 26 to 33 , embodiments of the second aspect of the present application further provide a wireless communication device, comprising the display screen 10 of any of the first aspects described above. Since the wireless communication device of the present application comprises the display screen 10 of the above embodiments, the wireless communication device of the present application embodiment has the beneficial effects of the display screen 10 of any of the above embodiments, which will not be further elaborated here.

[0139] The wireless communication devices in the embodiments of the present application include but are not limited to mobile phones, wireless wearable devices, personal digital assistants (PDAs), tablet computers, e-books, televisions, access control systems, smart landline phones, consoles, electronic billboards, transparent substrate billboards, and other devices with display functions.

[0140] As shown in Figures 26 to 30, the reflective unit 110 and / or the second connecting line 302 of the display screen 10 can be disposed in a mesh-shaped metal wiring layer. The difference between Figure 30 and Figure 28 is that the metal traces in the mesh-shaped metal wiring layer extend in different directions. Alternatively, as shown in Figure 31, the reflective unit 110 and / or the second connecting line 302 of the display screen 10 can be disposed in the light-transmitting conductive layer 11b.

[0141] In some optional embodiments, as shown in Figures 28 and 33 , the wireless communication device further includes a circuit board 500 , which can be a flexible circuit board. The control circuit 610 is disposed on the circuit board 500 . The circuit board 500 is bent so that the control circuit 610 is located on the non-display side of the display screen 10 .
