4-amino-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-6-one derivative and use thereof in medicine
By developing a 4-amino-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-6-one derivative as a new sGC modulator or agonist, we solve the problem of existing drugs in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases and respiratory diseases. The problem of toxic side effects and limited therapeutic effects in systemic diseases has been achieved by effectively stimulating sGC activity and reducing side effects.
