[0023] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0024] 1 is a diagram illustrating an overall configuration according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The monitoring system 1 includes an integrated monitoring device 10, a first monitoring device 11 that monitors facility devices 20, and a second monitoring device 12 that monitors facility devices 20.
[0025] <<Integrated Monitoring Device>> The integrated monitoring device 10 acquires information about the equipment 20 from two or more monitoring devices (this specification describes the case of two monitoring devices, the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12, but the same applies to the case of three or more monitoring devices), and associates information about the equipment 20 installed in the same property. The integrated monitoring device 10 is composed of one or more computers.
[0026] The information about the equipment associated by the integrated monitoring device 10 may be provided to a user terminal 30 or the like operated by a person who manages each equipment 20 in each property.
[0027] <<First Monitoring Device>> The first monitoring device (also referred to as a monitoring device) 11 monitors the facility devices 20 installed in multiple properties. The first monitoring device 11 is composed of one or more computers. The first monitoring device 11 acquires information about the facility devices, such as monitoring data of the facility devices 20 (for example, receives the monitoring data of the facility devices 20 from communication devices provided in the facility devices 20 via an arbitrary network).
[0028] <<Second Monitoring Device>> The second monitoring device (also referred to as a monitoring device) 12 monitors the facility devices 20 installed in multiple properties. The second monitoring device 12 is composed of one or more computers. The second monitoring device 12 acquires information about the facility devices, such as monitoring data of the facility devices 20 (for example, receives the monitoring data of the facility devices 20 from communication devices provided in the facility devices 20 via an arbitrary network).
[0029] As in property 1, one piece of equipment within a property (equipment A in the example of FIG. 1) may be monitored by the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12, or as in property 2, multiple pieces of equipment within a property (equipment B and equipment C in the example of FIG. 1) may be monitored by the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12. As in property 3, in addition to equipment monitored by the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12 (equipment D and equipment E in the example of FIG. 1), there may also be equipment monitored by one of the monitoring devices (equipment F and equipment G in the example of FIG. 1).
[0030] For example, the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12 may be monitoring devices that each monitor different types of equipment, such as a "monitoring device that monitors an air conditioner" and a "monitoring device that monitors lighting equipment" (i.e., monitoring devices for each type of equipment).
[0031] For example, the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12 may be monitoring devices that each provide different services (i.e., monitoring devices for each service), such as a "monitoring device that provides air conditioner operation services" and a "monitoring device that provides air conditioner inspection services."
[0032] For example, one of the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12 may be a monitoring device for each type of facility device, and the other may be a monitoring device for each service.
[0033] <<Facility Equipment>> The facility equipment 20 may be any equipment, such as an air conditioner, a lighting device, etc. Note that although facility equipment A to G (collectively referred to as facility equipment 20) are shown in Fig. 1, the number of facility equipment 20 is not limited to this.
[0034] <<Property>> The property is a location (e.g., a building) where the facility device 20 is installed. Note that one property may be monitored by one or more monitoring devices (i.e., at least one of the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12).
[0035] 2 is a diagram showing the hardware configuration of the integrated monitoring device 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The same applies to the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12.
[0036] The integrated monitoring device 10 can include a control unit 1001, a main memory unit 1002, an auxiliary memory unit 1003, an input unit 1004, an output unit 1005, and an interface unit 1006. Each of these will be described below.
[0037] The control unit 1001 is a processor (for example, a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), etc.) that executes various programs installed in the auxiliary storage unit 1003 .
[0038] The main memory unit 1002 includes a non-volatile memory (Read Only Memory (ROM)) and a volatile memory (Random Access Memory (RAM)). The ROM stores various programs, data, etc. required for the control unit 1001 to execute various programs installed in the auxiliary memory unit 1003. The RAM provides a working area into which the various programs installed in the auxiliary memory unit 1003 are expanded when executed by the control unit 1001.
[0039] The auxiliary storage unit 1003 is an auxiliary storage device that stores various programs and data used when the various programs are executed.
[0040] The input unit 1004 is an input device through which the operator of the integrated monitoring device 10 inputs various instructions to the integrated monitoring device 10 .
[0041] The output unit 1005 is an output device that outputs the internal state of the integrated monitoring device 10 and the like.
[0042] The interface unit 1006 is a communication device for connecting to a network and communicating with other devices.
[0043] <Functional Configuration> Figure 3 is a diagram showing the functional configuration of the control unit 1001 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The control unit 1001 can include an equipment information acquisition unit 101, a property information acquisition unit 102, a identical property identification unit 103, and an equipment information management unit 104. By executing a program, the control unit 1001 can function as the equipment information acquisition unit 101, the property information acquisition unit 102, the identical property identification unit 103, and the equipment information management unit 104. The equipment information storage unit 100 is a storage unit included in the integrated monitoring device 10, etc.
[0044] The facility equipment information acquisition unit 101 acquires information about the facility equipment monitored by the first monitoring device 11 from the first monitoring device 11, and acquires information about the facility equipment monitored by the second monitoring device 12 from the second monitoring device 12. The facility equipment information acquisition unit 101 stores the acquired information about the facility equipment in the facility equipment information storage unit 100.
[0045] With regard to monitoring data (e.g., operation data of equipment), which is an example of information related to equipment, only the latest operation data (current value) may be stored, or the latest operation data (current value) and past operation data may be stored, or only past operation data may be stored.
[0046] The property information acquisition unit 102 acquires information about the property in which the facility equipment 20 monitored by the first monitoring device 11 is installed from the first monitoring device 11, and acquires information about the property in which the facility equipment 20 monitored by the second monitoring device 12 is installed from the second monitoring device 12. The property information acquisition unit 102 stores the acquired property information in the facility equipment information storage unit 100.
[0047] In addition, the property information acquisition unit 102 may acquire information about the property in which the equipment 20 monitored by the first monitoring device 11 is installed and information about the property in which the equipment 20 monitored by the second monitoring device 12 is installed from a device other than the monitoring devices (the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12).
[0048] The property information acquisition unit 102 can acquire property information when the facility equipment is installed, when it is undergoing a test run, or the like.
[0049] The identical property identifying unit 103 identifies identical properties from information about the property where the equipment 20 monitored by the first monitoring device 11 is installed (e.g., acquired from the first monitoring device 11 by the property information acquiring unit 102) and information about the property where the equipment 20 monitored by the second monitoring device 12 is installed (e.g., acquired from the second monitoring device 12 by the property information acquiring unit 102). The identical property identifying unit 103 may determine whether the property information is information about a property that can identify the property based on the accuracy of the property information, and identify identical properties using only property information with a predetermined accuracy (i.e., property information about a property that can identify the property). Alternatively, the identical property identifying unit 103 may convert the property information into a predetermined format (also referred to as normalization) and identify identical properties based on the converted property information.
[0050] For example, the identical property identifying unit 103 may identify identical properties based on property address information included in the property information. The identical property identifying unit 103 may convert the address information into a predetermined format (also referred to as normalization) and identify identical properties based on the converted address information. The identical property identifying unit 103 may determine, based on the accuracy of the address information, whether the address information is address information that can identify the property, and identify identical properties using only address information with a predetermined accuracy (i.e., address information that can identify the property).
[0051] The identical property specifying unit 103 may present the property information and accuracy to the user operating the user terminal 30, and obtain the result of determining whether the users identify the same property. Furthermore, when the property information does not have a predetermined accuracy (i.e., the property cannot be identified), the identical property specifying unit 103 may present the property information to the user operating the user terminal 30, and obtain the result of determining whether the users identify the same property.
[0052] [Property Information] Here, we will explain how to identify a property based on property information and the property information. For example, the property information is not limited to the address information described above, but may also be the property name, the longitude and latitude of the property, an image of the property, the telephone number of the property, etc.
[0053] When the property information includes a property name, the identical property identifying unit 103 can identify properties with the same property name as the same property.
[0054] When the property information includes the longitude and latitude of the property, the identical property specifying unit 103 can specify that properties with the same longitude and latitude are the same property.
[0055] If the property information includes an image of the property (e.g., an image of a building), the identical property identification unit 103 can determine whether the properties in the image are identical and identify properties whose images are identical as the same property.
[0056] For example, property information may include one or more of the following information (for example, information obtainable from monitoring devices (first monitoring device 11 and second monitoring device 12)): [Property information] - Address of the property, property name, longitude and latitude of the property, image of the property (for example, exterior image of a building or the like, floor plan), telephone number of the property [Equipment information] - Name of equipment such as air conditioners - Model of equipment such as air conditioners (for example, model name listed in a catalogue) - Unit number or serial number of equipment such as air conditioners - Monitoring data of equipment such as air conditioners (operating data, image data) - Overall equipment configuration including IoT devices (edge devices (communication devices provided on equipment)) required for equipment such as air conditioners to connect to the monitoring device. The number of edge devices, indoor units, and outdoor units.・IP (Internet Protocol) addresses of equipment such as air conditioners [Contract information] ・Customer information, administrator contact information ・User information accessing property data ・Sales history information of the property linked to the monitoring device in the sales history management system [Commissioning information] ・Date and time of commissioning, and person who carried out the commissioning ・IP (Internet Protocol) addresses and GPS (Global Positioning System) data of devices such as tablets when commissioning equipment such as air conditioners
[0057] For example, the identical property specifying unit 103 can determine that the property is the same when equipment with the same machine number or serial number is installed. Also, the identical property specifying unit 103 can determine that the property is the same when equipment with the same model and machine number or serial number is installed (i.e., when the model matches and the machine number or serial number matches).
[0058] [Identifying the Same Property Based on Similarity] For example, the same property identifying unit 103 can determine that the property is the same when the similarity of the property information is equal to or greater than a threshold. The same property identifying unit 103 can determine that the property is the same when the similarity of the property information (a combination of information on two or more properties, for example, a combination of a model and an aircraft number or a serial number) is equal to or greater than a threshold.
[0059] For example, when information on a plurality of properties (a combination of information on two or more properties, for example, a combination of a model and a machine number or a serial number) matches, the importance (for example, (1) to (4) below) is defined, and the identical property identification unit 103 determines the sum of the importance of the combination of information on the matching properties as the similarity, and if the similarity is equal to or greater than a threshold, it can determine that the properties are the same. (1) Model and machine number or serial number of equipment: importance 10 (2) Address of the property and contact information for the property manager: importance 9 (3) Property name and user information accessing the property data: importance 8 (4) Exterior image and floor plan of the property: importance 7
[0060] For example, when each piece of property information matches, the importance level (for example, (1') to (4') below) is defined, and the identical property specifying unit 103 determines the sum of the importance levels of the information on the matching properties as the similarity level, and if the similarity level is equal to or greater than a threshold, it can determine that the properties are the same. (1') Property information (property name): importance level 5 (2') Property information (address): importance level 10 (3') Property information (exterior image): importance level 3 (4') Equipment information (machine number or serial number): importance level 15
[0061] In this way, by using information other than the address, such as the model and model number or serial number, it is possible to identify the same property even if there are different properties in the same building (i.e., multiple properties in one building).
[0062] [Accuracy of Property Information] Here, the accuracy of property information will be described. The accuracy of property information includes at least one of the degree of precision (e.g., granularity) of the property information (e.g., whether the property information represents the point where the property is located, or whether the property information represents the area (certain range) where the property is located, etc.) and the degree of accuracy (e.g., certainty) of the property information (e.g., certainty that the property is located at the point, certainty that the property is located in the area (certain range), etc.).
[0063] The equipment information management unit 104 associates information about equipment installed in the same property identified by the identical property identification unit 103 and stores the associated information in the equipment information storage unit 100. Note that the equipment information management unit 104 may associate information about equipment installed in the same property identified by the identical property identification unit 103 and output the associated information (for example, display it on the screen of an arbitrary device or transmit data to an arbitrary device).
[0064] For example, when the information on the facility equipment collected from the first monitoring device 11 and the information on the facility equipment collected from the second monitoring device 12 are information on the same facility equipment, the facility equipment information management unit 104 may store only the information on the facility equipment collected from either of the monitoring devices. For example, when the information on the facility equipment collected from the first monitoring device 11 and the information on the facility equipment collected from the second monitoring device 12 are information on the same facility equipment, the facility equipment information management unit 104 may store both the information on the facility equipment collected from the first monitoring device 11 and the information on the facility equipment collected from the second monitoring device 12.
[0065] 4 illustrates an example of information related to facility equipment according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, the information related to facility equipment includes a property ID, monitoring data, and information for identifying the facility equipment.
[0066] "Property ID" is an ID assigned to each property by each monitoring device. Note that if a property ID is not assigned by the monitoring device, the integrated monitoring device 10 may assign a property ID (note that the integrated monitoring device 10 is assumed to identify each property using any method). In the example of FIG. 4 , the first monitoring device 11 assigns property ID: 11 to property 1, and the second monitoring device 12 assigns property ID: 21 to property 1. Furthermore, the first monitoring device 11 assigns property ID: 12 to property 2, and the second monitoring device 12 assigns property ID: 22 to property 2. Furthermore, the first monitoring device 11 assigns property ID: 13 to property 3, and the second monitoring device 12 assigns property ID: 23 to property 3.
[0067] "Monitoring data" is any data (for example, operating data of an air conditioner) acquired from the equipment 20 installed in the property.
[0068] The "information for identifying the facility equipment" is any information that can identify the facility equipment 20 installed in the property. For example, the "information for identifying the facility equipment" is the equipment number (serial number) of the facility equipment 20, the address of the facility equipment 20 on the network, the detailed location where the facility equipment 20 is installed (for example, which floor and room in the building the facility equipment 20 is installed in, etc.), etc.
[0069] 5 is an example of property information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, the property information includes a "property ID," an "address," and a "property name."
[0070] The "property ID" is an ID assigned to each property by each monitoring device. Note that if a property ID is not assigned by the monitoring device, the integrated monitoring device 10 may assign a property ID. In the example of FIG. 5 , the first monitoring device 11 assigns property ID: 11 to property 1, and the second monitoring device 12 assigns property ID: 21 to property 1.
[0071] "Address" is the address of the property. Note that the address does not have to be written in Japanese, but may be written in any language.
[0072] "Property name" is the name of the property. Note that there are cases where the property information includes a "property name" (in the example of FIG. 5, the property information from the first monitoring device 11 includes a "property name") and cases where the property information does not include a "property name" (in the example of FIG. 5, the property information from the second monitoring device 12 does not include a "property name").
[0073] 6 is a diagram illustrating management of identical properties according to an embodiment of the present disclosure (first embodiment). The integrated monitoring device 10 can identify identical properties from property address information acquired from the first monitoring device 11 and property address information acquired from the second monitoring device 12. The integrated monitoring device 10 can associate information about the identified identical properties.
[0074] 6, when the address obtained by normalizing (i.e., converting to a predetermined format) the address of property ID: 11 matches the address obtained by normalizing (i.e., converting to a predetermined format) the address of property ID: 21, the integrated monitoring device 10 determines that the two properties (the property with property ID: 11 and the property with property ID: 21) are the same property. Similarly, when the address obtained by normalizing (i.e., converting to a predetermined format) the address of property ID: 12 matches the address obtained by normalizing (i.e., converting to a predetermined format) the address of property ID: 22, the integrated monitoring device 10 determines that the two properties (the property with property ID: 12 and the property with property ID: 22) are the same property. Similarly, if the address obtained by normalizing (i.e., converting to a predetermined format) the address of property ID: 13 matches the address obtained by normalizing (i.e., converting to a predetermined format) the address of property ID: 23, the integrated monitoring device 10 determines that the two properties (property ID: 13 and property ID: 23) are the same property.
[0075] The integrated monitoring device 10 may adopt property information from a specific monitoring device (for example, property information from a monitoring device that manages a property name) as the property information used by the integrated monitoring device 10 (i.e., enable the status), and disable the status of other property information associated with the property information (property information adopted by the integrated monitoring device 10). In this way, the integrated monitoring device 10 can use either the information on the property in which the equipment 20 monitored by the first monitoring device 11 or the information on the property in which the equipment 20 monitored by the second monitoring device 12 are installed, which have been identified as the same property, as the property information used by the integrated monitoring device 10.
[0076] 7 is a diagram for explaining management of the same property according to an embodiment of the present disclosure (second embodiment). Differences from the first embodiment of FIG. 6 will be explained.
[0077] In the second embodiment of Fig. 7 , when the integrated monitoring device 10 identifies the same property from information about the property where the equipment 20 monitored by the first monitoring device 11 is installed and information about the property where the equipment 20 monitored by the second monitoring device 12 is installed, the integrated monitoring device 10 links the identified information about the same property (in the example of Fig. 7 , property ID: 11 of the first monitoring device 11 and property ID: 21 of the second monitoring device 12) to newly created property information (in the example of Fig. 7 , property ID: 31), and can adopt the newly created property information (in the example of Fig. 7 , property ID: 31) as property information used by the integrated monitoring device 10 (i.e., enable the status). Note that the status of property information other than the newly created property information (in the example of Fig. 7 , property ID: 11 of the first monitoring device 11 and property ID: 21 of the second monitoring device 12) may also be enabled.
[0078] FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining association of information related to facility devices according to an embodiment of the present disclosure (first embodiment).
[0079] 8, the integrated monitoring device 10 associates information about equipment installed in the same property. For example, the integrated monitoring device 10 assigns the property ID of the property information adopted by the integrated monitoring device 10 to the information about equipment installed in the same property and manages it.
[0080] Specifically, the integrated monitoring device 10 assigns the property ID (property ID: 11) of the property information adopted by the integrated monitoring device 10 to information about equipment installed in the property with property ID: 11 and the property with property ID: 21 (information about equipment A with property ID: 11 and information about equipment A with property ID: 21), and manages the information. The integrated monitoring device 10 also assigns the property ID (property ID: 12) of the property information adopted by the integrated monitoring device 10 to information about equipment installed in the property with property ID: 12 and the property with property ID: 22 (information about equipment B with property ID: 12 and information about equipment C, and information about equipment B with property ID: 22 and information about equipment C). In addition, the integrated monitoring device 10 manages information about the equipment installed in the property with property ID: 13 and the property with property ID: 23 (information about equipment D, equipment E, and equipment F of property ID: 13, information about equipment D, equipment E, and equipment G of property ID: 23) by assigning the property ID (property ID: 13) of the property information adopted by the integrated monitoring device 10.
[0081] [Management of original property ID] The integrated monitoring device 10 may assign and manage the original property ID of the information regarding each piece of equipment (i.e., the property ID that was assigned to the information regarding the equipment acquired from each monitoring device).
[0082] [Management of duplicate data] The integrated monitoring device 10 may store only information about the same equipment collected from one of the monitoring devices (for example, information about the equipment collected by a monitoring device that manages information about the property adopted by the integrated monitoring device 10) (i.e., the shaded portion in Figure 8 is not stored).
[0083] 9 is a diagram for explaining association of information related to facility devices according to an embodiment of the present disclosure (second embodiment), and the differences from the first embodiment of FIG. 8 will be explained.
[0084] In the second embodiment of FIG. 9, the integrated monitoring device 10 manages information about equipment installed in the same property by assigning a property ID of property information newly created by the integrated monitoring device 10 to the information about the equipment installed in the same property.
[0085] Specifically, the integrated monitoring device 10 manages information about the equipment installed in the property with property ID: 11 and the property with property ID: 21 (information about equipment A with property ID: 11 and information about equipment A with property ID: 21) by assigning the property ID (property ID: 31) of the property information newly created by the integrated monitoring device 10.
[0086] [Management of original property ID] The integrated monitoring device 10 may assign and manage the original property ID of the information regarding each piece of equipment (i.e., the property ID that was assigned to the information regarding the equipment acquired from each monitoring device).
[0087] [Management of duplicate data] The integrated monitoring device 10 may store information about the same equipment collected from either monitoring device (i.e., if the information about the equipment collected from the first monitoring device 11 and the information about the equipment collected from the second monitoring device 12 are information about the same equipment, both the information about the equipment collected from the first monitoring device 11 and the information about the equipment collected from the second monitoring device 12 may be stored).
[0088] <Method> The process of collecting information about facility equipment will be described with reference to FIG. 10, the association of information about facility equipment will be described with reference to FIG. 11, and the identification of the same property will be described with reference to FIG.
[0089] [Collection of Information on Facility Devices] FIG. 10 is a sequence diagram of a process for collecting information on facility devices according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0090] In step 1 (S1), each of the equipment 20 monitored by the first monitoring device 11 transmits information about the equipment to the first monitoring device 11.
[0091] In step 2 (S2), each of the equipment 20 monitored by the second monitoring device 12 transmits information about the equipment to the second monitoring device 12.
[0092] S1 and S2 may be executed simultaneously or in reverse order.
[0093] In step 3 (S3), the first monitoring device 11 transmits the information about the facility devices acquired in S1 to the integrated monitoring device 10.
[0094] In step 4 (S4), the second monitoring device 12 transmits the information about the facility devices acquired in S2 to the integrated monitoring device 10.
[0095] S3 and S4 may be executed simultaneously or in reverse order.
[0096] In step 5 (S5), the integrated monitoring device 10 manages the information about the facility devices acquired in S3 and S4.
[0097] [Association of Information Related to Facility Devices] FIG. 11 is a sequence diagram of a process for associating information related to facility devices (management process of information related to facility devices in S5 of FIG. 10) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0098] In step 11 (S11), the first monitoring device 11 transmits to the integrated monitoring device 10 information about the property in which the facility device 20 monitored by the first monitoring device 11 is installed.
[0099] In step 12 ( S12 ), the second monitoring device 12 transmits to the integrated monitoring device 10 information on the property where the facility device 20 monitored by the second monitoring device 12 is installed.
[0100] S11 and S12 may be executed simultaneously or in reverse order.
[0101] In step 13 (S13), the integrated monitoring device 10 identifies the same property from the property information acquired from the first monitoring device 11 in S11 and the property information acquired from the second monitoring device 12 in S12.
[0102] In step 14 (S14), the integrated monitoring device 10 associates information about the equipment installed in the same property identified in S13.
[0103] In step 15 (S15), the integrated monitoring device 10 stores the information associated in S14 in the facility equipment information storage unit 100, or outputs it (for example, displays it on the screen of an arbitrary device, or transmits data to an arbitrary device).
[0104] [Identifying Identical Properties] FIG. 12 is a flowchart of a process for identifying identical properties based on addresses according to an embodiment of the present disclosure (an example of S11, S12, and S13 in FIG. 11).
[0105] In step 101 (S101), the integrated monitoring device 10 acquires information about the address of the property.
[0106] For example, the integrated monitoring device 10 acquires address information in the Japanese format ({zip} {state} {city} {street} {house number}), address information in the American format ({house number} {street} {city} {state} {zip} {State} {Country}), etc.
[0107] In step 102 (S102), the integrated monitoring device 10 saves the address information acquired in S101 in an international standard format ({house number} {street}, {zip} {city} {state}, {country}).
[0108] In step 103 (S103), the integrated monitoring device 10 normalizes (i.e., converts into a predetermined format) the address information stored in the international standard format in S102. The integrated monitoring device 10 may also use a service that normalizes the address information and provides the normalized address and its accuracy.
[0109] [Normalization of Address Information] Here, normalization of address information will be described. Normalization of address information means converting address information into a predetermined format (e.g., {house number} {street}, {city}, {state} {zip}, {country}) and into a predetermined language to eliminate variations in notation.
[0110] In step 104 (S104), the integrated monitoring device 10 acquires the accuracy of the address information normalized in S103.
[0111] In step 105 (S105), the integrated monitoring device 10 extracts address information (specifically, address information that can identify a property) that has a predetermined accuracy obtained in S104.
[0112] In step 106 (S106), the integrated monitoring device 10 extracts matching address information from the address information extracted in S105.
[0113] As described above, according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, an integrated monitoring device 10 can be provided that collects information about the equipment 20 from a first monitoring device 11 that monitors the equipment 20 installed in multiple properties and a second monitoring device 12 that monitors the equipment 20 installed in multiple properties, wherein the control unit 1001 of the integrated monitoring device 10 acquires information about the properties in which the equipment 20 monitored by the first monitoring device 11 is installed, acquires information about the properties in which the equipment 20 monitored by the second monitoring device 12 is installed, identifies the same property from the information about the property in which the equipment monitored by the first monitoring device 11 is installed and the information about the property in which the equipment monitored by the second monitoring device 12 is installed, and associates and stores information about the equipment 20 installed in the same property. This makes it possible to link data collected from monitoring devices that monitor different types of equipment, such as a monitoring device that monitors air conditioners and a monitoring device that monitors lighting equipment (i.e., monitoring devices for each type of equipment). Furthermore, it is possible to link data collected from monitoring devices that each provide a different service (i.e., monitoring devices for each service), such as a "monitoring device that provides an air conditioner operation service" and a "monitoring device that provides an air conditioner inspection service." Furthermore, it is possible to link data collected from monitoring devices for each type of facility equipment and data collected from monitoring devices for each service.
[0114] Preferably, the property information includes address information of the property, and the control unit 1001 identifies the same property based on the address information. This makes it possible to more accurately identify the same property by using the address.
[0115] Preferably, the control unit 1001 converts property information (e.g., address information) into a predetermined format and identifies the same property based on the converted property information (e.g., address information). This makes it possible to identify the same property by normalizing the address (i.e., using a unified notation) even if there are variations in notation between monitoring devices.
[0116] Preferably, the control unit 1001 determines whether the property information (e.g., address information) is information (e.g., address information) that can identify the property based on the accuracy of the property information (e.g., address information), thereby enabling the use of useful information.
[0117] Preferably, the control unit 1001 sets either the information on the property in which the equipment monitored by the first monitoring device 11 is installed or the information on the property in which the equipment monitored by the second monitoring device 12 is installed, which have been identified as the same property, as the property information used by the integrated monitoring device 10. This eliminates the need to manage information on multiple properties.
[0118] Preferably, the control unit 1001 links information about the property in which the equipment monitored by the first monitoring device 11 and information about the property in which the equipment monitored by the second monitoring device 12 are installed, which have been identified as the same property, to the newly created property information, and sets the newly created property information as property information used by the integrated monitoring device 10. This makes it possible to link property information from various monitoring devices to the newly created property information.
[0119] Preferably, when the information about the facility device 20 collected from the first monitoring device 11 and the information about the facility device 20 collected from the second monitoring device 12 are information about the same facility device 20, the control unit 1001 stores only the information about the facility device 20 collected from either of the monitoring devices. As a result, when the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12 are monitoring devices for each service, or when the first monitoring device 11 and the second monitoring device 12 are monitoring devices for each service and monitoring devices for each type of facility device, it is only necessary to manage either of the overlapping data.
[0120] Preferably, when the information about the facility device 20 collected from the first monitoring device 11 and the information about the facility device 20 collected from the second monitoring device 12 are information about the same facility device 20, the control unit 1001 stores both the information about the facility device 20 collected from the first monitoring device 11 and the information about the facility device 20 collected from the second monitoring device 12. This makes it possible to store information about the facility devices of various monitoring devices.
[0121] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a method executed by an integrated monitoring device 10 that collects information about the equipment 20 from a first monitoring device 11 that monitors the equipment 20 installed in multiple properties and a second monitoring device 12 that monitors the equipment 20 installed in multiple properties, the method including the steps of acquiring information about the properties in which the equipment 20 monitored by the first monitoring device 11 are installed, acquiring information about the properties in which the equipment 20 monitored by the second monitoring device 12 are installed, and identifying a single property from the information about the properties in which the equipment monitored by the first monitoring device 11 is installed and the information about the properties in which the equipment monitored by the second monitoring device 12 is installed, and associating and storing information about the equipment 20 installed in the same property. This makes it possible to link the information about the equipment 20 installed in the same property collected from the multiple monitoring devices.
[0122] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a program for causing an integrated monitoring device 10, which collects information about the equipment 20 from a first monitoring device 11 that monitors the equipment 20 installed in multiple properties and a second monitoring device 12 that monitors the equipment 20 installed in multiple properties, to execute the following procedures: acquiring information about the properties in which the equipment 20 monitored by the first monitoring device 11 are installed; acquiring information about the properties in which the equipment 20 monitored by the second monitoring device 12 are installed; and identifying a single property from the information about the properties in which the equipment monitored by the first monitoring device 11 is installed and the information about the properties in which the equipment monitored by the second monitoring device 12 is installed, and associating and storing information about the equipment 20 installed in the same property. This makes it possible to link information about the equipment 20 installed in the same property collected from the multiple monitoring devices.
[0123] Although the embodiments have been described above, it will be understood that various changes in form and details can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the claims.
