Abstract
Description
[0001] WATERPROOF PRESCRIPTION EYEGLASSES STORAGE AND PROTECTION
[0002] TOOL
[0003] Field of the Invention
[0004] The present invention relates to eyeglasses storage and protection tool having a waterproof storage and handling mechanism, which enables people wearing prescription eyeglasses to use their eyeglasses under water or in watery areas.
[0005] Prior Art
[0006] Nowadays, people who usually wear eyeglasses cannot get enough pleasure because they cannot see their surroundings clearly enough in their activities when they need to take off their eyeglasses. The invention is a new type of product having a waterproof housing and operating mechanism that allows people using eyeglasses to use their eyeglasses under water or in watery areas.
[0007] When the state of the art is examined, it is seen that although there are prescription underwater eyeglasses available today, these underwater eyeglasses are only partially useful for those with myopic eye defects and the lens degrees are not specific. At the same time, people with hyperopia and astigmatism are unlikely to benefit fully from this invention. In addition, the fact that eye defect is a constantly changing reality makes the current prescription underwater eyeglasses inadequate. This invention subject to patent provides a solution to these problems.
[0008] When the known state of the art is examined, prescription underwater eyeglasses are designed directly for myopic eye defect. Even for hypermetropic eye defects, since the number of astigmatism directly creates blurring in the image, prescription underwater eyeglasses cannot completely solve the problem in this regard. Even if a person with bad eyesight finds prescription underwater eyeglasses and has myopic eye defect, it cannot be fully benefited in case of astigmatism. Since the user wears the eyeglasses storage container together with the glasses, both the eyeglasses are protected and their functionality is not destroyed.
[0009] When the known state of the art is examined, it is used in a waterproof way under water for those with myopic eye defects, while at the same time there is no apparatus that can be used by the personal eyeglasses placed inside. In the known state of the art, there are numbered underwater eyeglasses for those with eye defects, but although it contributes to individuals with myopic eye defects, the myopic numbers of the numbered underwater eyeglasses sold in the market cannot exactly coincide with the number of eyeglasses used in normal life, since the myopic numbers of the numbered underwater eyeglasses sold in the market are 0.5, 1.5 and so on.
[0010] Hyperopia is used for those who cannot see near and myopia is used for those who cannot see far clearly. Also, if there is astigmatism, it is known to blur the image depending on the type and number of astigmatism. Although there are many eye defects, the current prescription underwater eyeglasses used underwater are far from solving this problem. In the known state of the art, there are applications that solve the existing problems to some extent, and this problem is solved with the invention that enables the person to use the prescription eyeglasses that are adjusted according to him / her and used in normal life under water.
[0011] Brief Description of the Invention
[0012] The advantage of the invention is that it allows people to use their prescription eyeglasses underwater or in watery areas.
[0013] Another object of the invention is to provide waterproof eyeglasses developed to eliminate all the drawbacks identified above.
[0014] Another object of the invention is to ensure that prescription eyeglasses can be used underwater.
[0015] Another object of the invention is to prevent any damage to the prescription eyeglasses inside, thanks to their waterproof structure. Another object of the invention is to provide a kind of underwater eyeglasses feature when going underwater, thanks to the vacuum rubber it contains.
[0016] Another object of the invention is to provide ease of use to the user thanks to its rear adjustable tires.
[0017] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0018] The "Waterproof Prescription Eyeglasses Storage and Protection Tool" designed to achieve the purpose of this invention is shown in the attached figure;
[0019] Figure -1 is a general perspective view of the invention.
[0020] Figure-2 is another view of the invention from a general perspective.
[0021] The parts in the figure are enumerated one by one and the parts correspond to these numbers are given in the following.
[0022] 1. Flexible plastic structure
[0023] 2. Waterproof two-end closed zip fastener
[0024] 3. Plastic surface
[0025] 4. Transparent plexiglass plate
[0026] 5. Adjustable rubber
[0027] 6. Vacuum rubber
[0028] The inventive eyeglass storage and protection tool comprises a waterproof two-end closed zip fastener (2) and a flexible plastic structure (1), while offering a transparent viewing angle to the user thanks to at least one transparent plexiglass plate (4) positioned opposite the eyeglasses on the inside glass plate; thanks to the thinness of at least one plastic surface (3), it has a structure that does not damage the ear when the invention is used by the user, and provides the use of waterproof underwater eyeglasses that can be used under water by means of the vacuum rubber (6), the tightness of which can be adjusted with the adjustable rubber (5) if desired. The structure which enables the protection of prescription eyeglasses under water is a waterproof zip fastener (2) closed at both ends, which provides waterproofness to the invention when closed after the eyeglasses are inserted into the invention. After closing the waterproof zip fastener (2) closed at both ends, the eyeglasses placed inside can be stored under water and can be used at the same time.
[0029] The inventive eyeglasses storage and protection tool for preserving prescription eyeglasses comprises an adjustable rubber (5), the tightness of which can be adjusted at the rear part of the eyeglasses storage and protection device, which allows the inventive product to fit more comfortably on the user's head, and a vacuum rubber (6), which allows the user to see under water due to the fact that the eyeglasses are located inside the inventive eyeglasses storage and protection container while using the above-mentioned inventive product, and a waterproof two- end closed zip fastener (2), which allows prescription glasses to be stored under water.
[0030] The lens part of the prescription glasses sits between at least one transparent plexiglass plate (4) positioned opposite each other, and thus the prescription glasses can be used in a waterproof space with a transparent viewing angle.
[0031] The eyeglasses between at least one at least one plexiglass plate (4) are waterproof when the waterproof two-end closed zip fastener is closed, and the transparent and opposed at least one plexiglass plate (4) ensures that the field of vision and the features of the goggles can be used without any problems.
