Description

[0001] PLUG-IN TYPE VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER WITH FUSE

[0002] Technical Field

[0003] The invention relates to a voltage transformer with a fuse slot, which is used especially in gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear systems, where the fuse block can be disconnected, and the fuse can be driven in the fuse block.

[0004] State of the Art

[0005] Gas insulated switchgear systems / cells (GIS) are increasingly used today.

[0006] The GIS cells are located in the sealed gas tank from the busbar port to the cable port and use SF6 (Sulphur Hexafluoride) as the gas. SF6 gas can be kept stable in the cell due to its colorless, odorless, and fireproof properties with high dielectric strength. Again, the heat conduction and arc suppression performance of the SF6 gas may also allow the reduction of electricity-based problems that may occur during operation in the cell. However, SF6 is a greenhouse gas and therefore the sealing of the formed cell is also important.

[0007] As it is known, SF6 gas provides 2.5 times better insulation than air and its arc suppression feature is also 100 times better than air. In particular, due to this positive effect of the SF6 gas on suppressing the arc formations that may be formed by the system components, the system components can be positioned closer to each other in the GIS cells. Operating the system with gas insulation can provide a serious advantage when it reduces the possibility of failure of the system. The isolation of the system created can cause the structure to be minimally affected by the weather conditions.

[0008] In particular, thanks to the fact that the system components can be positioned closer to each other, GIS cells can be formed in much smaller sizes than air-insulated cells (AIS). Since the space requirements are much lower, GIS cells, especially high-voltage facilities in city centers, have been transformed into gas-insulated facilities and are being transformed. Since their size is much smaller, these facilities are also included in the building.

[0009] Due to this increasing usage trend, the interest in GIS cells and sub-parts is increasing.

[0010] Since the entire system operates under gas insulation in GIS cells, it is expected that the lower parts will also be suitable for this operation.

[0011] One of these parts is the voltage transformers used in GIS cells. As is known, voltage transformers are systems that reduce the primary voltage in the circuit at the desired rate and feed the instruments connected to the secondary terminals with this voltage and isolate them from high voltage.

[0012] Voltage transformers can be operated with or without a fuse during use. For these uses, voltage fuse bodies with different structures must be used.

[0013] Separate production and storage of different body structures with or without insurance creates a significant cost disadvantage.

[0014] Existing systems have fuse blocks equipped with fixed fuses in their structure. Since GIS systems have to be operated in SF6 isolation, the fuses are inseparably embedded in the fuse blocks.

[0015] Examples of voltage transformers that do not have existing fuses can be given on the website httDs: / / eam.com.tr / urun / oq-salt-urunleri / olcu-trafolari / qerilim-trafosu- recine-qovdeli. Within this embodiment, it is observed that the voltage transformer also does not have connection elements that can be equipped with a fuse block.

[0016] On the website httDs: / / store.betatron.com.tr / Bloq / GERILIM-TRAFOSU-NEDIR-.html, different voltage transformer structures used with and without fuses are shown. From these embodiments, it is understood that the structures containing fuses have fuse blocks embedded in the resin total body and inseparable.

[0017] When these existing systems are evaluated, it is understood that the fuses are also produced by being inseparably embedded in the fuse block.

[0018] Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0019] The object of the invention is to create a voltage transformer, which is used especially in gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear systems, where the fuse block can be disconnected and connected to the voltage transformer body.

[0020] In this way, the fuse block and the voltage transformer can be produced and stored separately. Only the body can be used for uninsured use applications, and in insured use applications, the fuse block and the body can be connected and used together.

[0021] In order to ensure this connection, a contact point is formed on the upper surface of the voltage fuse body. The fuse block and the body can be electrically connected through this contact. Then, the union is completed by connecting the body and fuse block over the connection elements.

[0022] Since both the fuse block and the body are coated with resin, the contact is also provided from the upper surface of the body, it can be formed as peripherally sealed with resin in the jointed structure after mounting. In this way, the isolated final structure can be formed.

[0023] Within the voltage transformer of the invention, the fuse can be disconnected and connected to the fuse block. After the fuse is connected to the inside of the fuse block, the outer cover can be closed, and the fuse can be sealed on the inside.

[0024] In this way, even if a voltage transformer with a removable fuse is created, arc insulation will be provided. Description of the Figures

[0039] Description of the Invention

[0040] The invention relates to a voltage transformer (B) intended to be used in high-voltage switchgear cells (A) equipped with a connection terminal associated with the base plate, a body (1 ) formed by coating the functional parts of a primary and secondary winding formed around a core placed on the base plate with resin and a fuse block (2) formed on the upper surface of said body (1 ).

[0041] Said voltage transformer (B) comprises the following:

[0042] • the body (1 ) and the fuse block (2), which can be detached from and attached to each other in a way that does not disrupt the total arc insulation,

[0043] • the fuse (4) that can be detached from and attached into the fuse block (2) so as not to disturb the arc insulation of said fuse block (2). According to Figure 1 , the cover (3) is positioned at the end of the fuse block (2) extending out of the body (1 ). The fuse (4) can be taken out of the fuse block (2) by removing this cover (3).

[0044] The part of the fuse block (2) on the upper surface of the body (1 ) is equipped with a fuse contact (5). When the fuse block (2) is placed on the body (1 ), the fuse contact (5) can be connected with the body contact (6) and the two parts can be electrically connected.

[0045] According to Figure 2, the cover (3) is designed in the form of a plug and seals the inner cavity of the fuse block (2). In this way, arc insulation of the fuse block (2) can be provided after the mounting of the fuse (4).

[0046] The end of the inner cavity of the fuse block (2) is provided with at least one flexible element (7). The user slides the fuse (4) into the inner cavity of the fuse block (2) and places it by compressing the flexible element (7).

[0047] The flexible element (7) is designed in the form of a spring within the application presented in Figure 2.

[0048] Figure 1 shows the mounting elements (8) used to detachably connect the fuse block (2) and the body (1 ) to each other. The mounting elements (8) can be designed in structures such as screws.

[0049] The voltage transformer of the invention is basically created for use in gas-insulated cells. Again, both the fuse block (2) and the body (1 ) are covered with resin to prevent arcing between the electrical parts.

[0050] In order to ensure arc insulation, the fuse contact (5) and the body contact (6) are passed to the contact to provide electrical transmission, the fuse block (2) and the body (1 ) are adhered to each other, and then the mounting elements (8) are mounted. The cover (3) is also formed by coating the resin in order to prevent the first arc formation.

[0051] According to Figure 3, the fuse block (2) can be detachably connected to the connection element (9). The connection element (9) connects the fuse block (2) and thus the voltage transformer (B) to the switchgear (A).

[0052] For this purpose, a port is formed on the cover (3) formed at the end of the fuse block (2). Again, the connection element (9) has a counterpart that aims to be connected to the port. In this way, the connection element (9) and the fuse block (2) can be connected.

[0053] The port and its equivalent interface used for connecting the fuse block (2) and the connection element (9) are formed in a C compatible structure.
