Abstract
Description
Pressure Regulating Assembly, Pressure Transmitter and Air RespiratorTechnical Field
[0001] The application relates to the technical field of fire protection, in particular to a pressure regulating assembly, a pressure transmitter and an air respirator. Background
[0002] Pressure transmitter is a device used to measure a pressure of high-pressure air in an air supply cylinder of an air respirator. The pressure transmitter can transmit the detected pressure in the air supply cylinder to a pressure head-up display device in a mask, such that a firefighter using the air respirator can know a pressure state in the air supply cylinder.
[0003] The conventional pressure transmitter is installed on a back plate of the air respirator (i.e. an air respirator back plate) , and needs to be connected to a pressure reducing valve and the air supply cylinder via a long high-pressure pipeline. Therefore, an integration degree between this type of pressure transmitter and the pressure reducing valve is not high, resulting in a large number of connection parts, which increases weight loads on firefighters. At the same time, due to the large number of parts and complex connection relationship, stability of the product may be affected when surrounding environment is harsh during use.
[0004] There is a need for an improved pressure transmitter which can solve the above problems.Summary
[0005] A main object of the embodiments of the present application is to provide a pressure regulating assembly in which a pressure transmitter is mounted and fixed to a pressure regulating device and the pressure transmitter is in communication with a ventilation pipeline and the pressure regulating device via a tee joint. The above installation method is combined with a connection method, such that when the pressure regulating assembly is used in an air respirator, the pressure transmitter can be mounted and fixed to a valve body of the pressure reducing valve instead of being mounted to a back plate of the air respirator, and the pressure transmitter can be in communication with a high-pressure pipeline and the pressure reducing valve via the tee joint, and the pressure transmitter does not need to be in fluid connection with the pressure reducing valve and the air supply cylinder via a long high-pressure pipeline. In this structure, with the design of connection mode of the pipeline and positional and structural relationship between the pressure transmitter and the pressure reducing valve, an integration degree of the pressure regulating assembly is greatly improved and a quantity of parts in the assembly is greatly reduced, which is conducive to reducing a weight of the air respirator and weight loads on firefighters.
[0006] The present application further provides a pressure transmitter in which pressure indicator lights are integrated. By utilizing a raised structure formed by a mounting cavity of the pressure transmitter itself, light transmitting regions are provided on the two inclined wings of the raised structure, such that the pressure indicator lights can be visible within a 180° range behind the pressure transmitter.
[0007] For the air respirator using the above pressure transmitter, other personnel (such as companions of a user of the air respirator or other firefighters) except the user of the air respirator (such as a firefighter) can see a display state of the pressure indicator lights of the pressure transmitter, so as to timely inform the user of information on the pressure in the air supply cylinder or timely spot a dangerous situation with the user and come to rescue, thus increasing safety guarantee for the user of the air respirator.

[0075] Referring to FIGs. 1-7, an exemplary embodiment of the present application provides a pressure regulating assembly 200, which includes: a pressure transmitter 100, a pressure regulating device 4 and a tee joint 5. The pressure regulating device 4 has an intake cavity 41 and an exhaust cavity 42 for discharging pressure-regulated gas, and the pressure transmitter 100 is mounted and fixed to the pressure regulating device 4. The tee joint 5 has three interfaces, namely a first interface 51, a second interface 52 and a third interface 53. The first interface 51 is in fluid connection with the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4, and the second interface 52 is in fluid connection with the pressure transmitter 100, and the third interface 53 is configured to be in fluid connection with a ventilation pipeline 7.
[0076] Gas entering the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 may not be directly supplied to a user due to the high pressure, so it is necessary to adjust a pressure of the gas entering the intake cavity 41 to a desired pressure value by the pressure regulating device 4. The pressure-regulated gas may be output from the exhaust cavity 42 of the pressure regulating device 4 for an intended application.
[0077] The intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 is provided with a connection port 44 penetrating through the cavity wall, so that the connection port 44 is in fluid communication with the intake cavity 41. The first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 may be in fluid connection with the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 or the connection port 44 to be in fluid communication with the gas in the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 or the connection port 44. The second interface 52 of the tee joint 5 may be in fluid connection with the pressure transmitter 100 so as to measure the pressure of the gas in the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 or the connection port 44 by the pressure transmitter 100. Measured pressure information may be then transmitted to an electronic control board of the pressure transmitter 100 so as to be transmitted to other pressure display devices via a communication module for display or be displayed by the pressure transmitter 100 itself. The third interface 53 of the tee joint 5 may be in fluid connection with the ventilation pipeline 7 for directing the gas in the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 or the connection port 44 to another device for various purposes. It should be understood that the pressure transmitter 100 described here may be a variety of types of pressure transmitters, such as a pressure transmitter without pressure indicator light or a pressure transmitter with pressure indicator lights.
[0078] Because the pressure transmitter 100 is mounted and fixed to the pressure regulating device 4 and combined with the tee joint 5, such that the first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 can be in fluid connection with the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4, and the second interface 52 can be in fluid connection with the pressure transmitter 100. Therefore, the pressure transmitter 100 can be directly connected with the tee joint 5, and the tee joint 5 can be directly connected with the pressure regulating device 4, without need of connecting an additional gas pipeline between the pressure transmitter 100 and the pressure regulating device 4, which is conducive to saving cost, simplifying the structure, making the structure more compact and integrated, and also improving a reliability of connection. When the pressure regulating assembly 200 is used in an air respirator, the pressure transmitter 100 may be mounted and fixed to a pressure regulating device (e.g., a pressure reducing valve) 4 instead of being mounted to a back plate of the air respirator, and the pressure transmitter 100 may be in communication with the ventilation pipeline (e.g., a high pressure pipeline) and the pressure regulating device (e.g., a pressure reducing valve) 4 through the tee joint 5. The pressure transmitter 100 does not need to be connected to the pressure regulating device (e.g., a pressure reducing valve) 4 and an air supply cylinder through a long high pressure pipeline. In this structure, by designing an installation position of the pressure transmitter 100 and a connection mode of the pipeline, an integration degree of the pressure regulating assembly 200 is greatly improved, a quantity of parts in the pressure regulating assembly 200 is greatly reduced, which is thus conducive to reducing a weight of the air respirator and weight loads on firefighters. Moreover, reliability of pipeline connection of the air respirator is improved, and performance of the air respirator is improved.
[0079] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 1-3, the pressure transmitter 100 has a mounting cavity 13, the pressure regulating device 4 includes a pressure regulating valve, and a valve body 43 of the pressure regulating valve is embedded in the mounting cavity 13 of the pressure transmitter 100.
[0080] An upper portion of the valve body 43 of the pressure regulating valve may be provided with a cylindrical protrusion, and the mounting cavity 13 of the pressure transmitter 100 is correspondingly provided with a cylindrical cavity to cooperate with the cylindrical protrusion of the valve body 43. The pressure transmitter 100 is mounted to the valve body 43 of the pressure regulating valve through the mounting cavity 13, such that the pressure transmitter 100 and the pressure regulating valve are integrated together. Such a structure is compact, occupies little space, and can make the pressure transmitter 100 close to the tee joint 5, making it easy for the pressure transmitter 100 and the pressure regulating valve to be connected to the tee joint 5.
[0081] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 3-4, high-pressure gas pipelines may be provided between the intake cavity 41 and the connection port 44 as well as the ventilation pipeline 7, and the pipelines are intercommunicated. The exhaust cavity 42 may be a medium-pressure gas pipeline for pressure-reduced gas, and is indirectly connected through a pressure reducing component with the intake cavity 41, the connection port 44, and the ventilation pipeline 7, instead of being directly connected with the intake cavity 41, the connection port 44, and the ventilation pipeline 7. The connection port 44 is connected with the first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 by insertion.
[0082] The cavity wall of the intake cavity 41 is provided with the connection port 44 that may be in communication with the interior of the intake cavity 41, and the connection port 44 may be in fluid connection with the first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 by insertion to introduce the gas from the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 into the tee joint 5. The first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 may be inserted into the connection port 44 of the intake cavity 41, or the connection port 44 of the intake cavity 41 may be inserted into the first interface 51 of the tee joint 5.A sealing element may be arranged between the first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 and the connection port 44 to ensure good sealing between the first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 and the connection port 44 and prevent air leakage.
[0083] In addition, the first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 is connected with the connection port 44 by insertion, allowing the first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 to be directly connected with the connection port 44, without need of providing a connection pipeline between the first interface 51 and the connection port 44, which is conducive to reducing an overall weight of the pressure regulating assembly 200 and improving reliability of the connection.
[0084] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the pressure transmitter 100 includes a pressure sensor 3, and a portion of the pressure sensor 3 extends into the second interface 52 of the tee joint 5.
[0085] Because the first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 may be in communication with the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 or the connection port 44 and a portion of the pressure sensor 3 extends into the second interface 52 of the tee joint 5, the gas in the intake cavity 41 or the connection port 44 can be introduced into the tee joint 5, and the pressure sensor 3 of the pressure transmitter 100 can detect a pressure of gas in the tee joint 5 and transmit detected pressure information to an electric control board of the pressure transmitter 100, so as to display the pressure information by the display device.
[0086] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 1-4, the pressure regulating device 4 includes a pressure reducing valve, and the first interface 51 of the tee joint 5 is in fluid connection with the intake cavity 41 of the pressure reducing valve. For example, the gas in the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 may be high-pressure compressed air (e.g. the intake cavity 41 may be connected to an air supply cylinder of the air respirator) and cannot be directly used, for example, the air cannot be directly breathed by human. The pressure reducing valve of the pressure regulating device 4 can reduce the pressure of the gas in the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4, making gas discharged from the exhaust cavity 42 suitable for need of an application, for example, suitable for human breathing.
[0087] The pressure regulating device 4 may further include a pressure increasing valve, such that the pressure of the gas discharged from the exhaust cavity 42 is higher than the pressure of the gas in the intake cavity 41.
[0088] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the pressure regulating assembly 200 further includes a pressure gauge 6, and the ventilation pipeline 7 is in fluid connection with the pressure gauge 6. The pressure gauge 6 may be in communication with the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 through the ventilation pipeline 7 and the tee joint 5, so as to measure the pressure of the gas in the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 or an air source in communication with the intake cavity 41. The pressure gauge 6 can display a pressure of high pressure gas in the intake cavity 44 or the air source. The pressure gauge 6 can display an accurate pressure value for user reference.
[0089] An embodiment of the present application further provides an air respirator, referring to FIG. 15, the air respirator includes: an air respirator back plate 9, an air supply cylinder 10 and the pressure regulating assembly 200 according to any of the preceding embodiments. Among them, the air supply cylinder 10 has an air outlet and is mounted to the air respirator back plate 9. The pressure regulating assembly 200 is removably mounted to the air respirator back plate 9, and the intake cavity of the pressure regulating device 4 of the pressure regulating assembly 200 is in communication with the air outlet of the air supply cylinder 10.
[0090] The air respirator back plate may be provided with a waist belt and a shoulder strap, which may be worn by a user (such as a firefighter) . The air supply cylinder 10 is an air source of the air respirator 300, and the air supply cylinder 10 can contain compressed air. The air supply cylinder 10 is installed on an outer side of the air respirator back plate 300 (i.e. a side facing away from the human body) . The pressure regulating device 4 of the air respirator 300 may include a pressure reducing valve. A rated working pressure of the air supply cylinder 10 of the air respirator 300 is usually 30MPa, which does not meet a normal breathing pressure of human. Therefore, it is necessary to use a pressure reducing valve to decompress the high-pressure air in the air supply cylinder 10 and then supply it to the user. The air outlet of the air supply cylinder 10 may be connected to an intake port of the pressure reducing valve to be in communication with an intake cavity 41 of the pressure reducing valve, thereby supplying high-pressure air to the pressure reducing valve. The high-pressure air is supplied to the user for breathing after being decompressed by the pressure reducing valve.
[0091] In the air respirator 300, referring to FIGs. 1 to7 and FIG. 15, a first interface 51 of a tee joint 5 may be in communication with the intake cavity 41 of the pressure reducing valve (i.e., in communication with the air supply cylinder) , and a third interface 53 and a second interface 52 of the tee joint 5 may be connected to a pressure gauge 6 and a pressure sensor 3 of a pressure transmitter 100 respectively. The pressure gauge 6 may be connected to the third interface 53 of the tee joint 5 through a ventilation pipeline (e.g. a high-pressure hose) 7, such that the user of the air respirator 300 can easily see reading of the pressure gauge 6 from the front of his body. The pressure sensor 3 of the pressure transmitter 100 may be connected to the second interface 52 of the tee joint 5, and the second interface 52 of the tee joint 5 connected with the pressure sensor 3 may face the back of the user, such that the pressure transmitter 100 is disposed adjacent to the back of the user and at a gap at the bottom of the air respirator back plate 9.
[0092] By providing the tee joint 5 in the air respirator 300, the pressure transmitter 100 can be skillfully integrated with the pressure reducing valve by utilizing existing space at the bottom of the air respirator back plate 9, thus avoiding the pressure transmitter 100 occupying additional space and reducing a volume of the air respirator 300. The pressure sensor 3 of the pressure transmitter 100 may be mounted to the tee joint 5 by insertion, with no need of connecting a high-pressure hose from the pressure reducing valve to the pressure transducer 100, thus reducing a quantity of the high-pressure hoses, making the air respirator 300 more compact and lightweight, and reducing costs. In addition, the pressure transmitter 100 is directly connected to the tee joint 5, which increases firmness of the connection and improves overall stability and reliability of the air respirator 300. An output port of the pressure reducing valve may be in communication with the exhaust cavity 42 of the pressure reducing valve, and the output port of the pressure reducing valve may be located on a same side of the pressure reducing valve as the connection port 44 of the intake cavity 41 and adjacent to the tee joint 5. The output port of the pressure reducing valve is connected to the air supply valve through a medium-pressure pipeline 8, so as to output decompressed air to the air supply valve for the user to breathe.
[0093] An embodiment of the present application provides a pressure transmitter 100, referring to FIGs. 8-12, the pressure transmitter 100 includes a housing 1, a pressure sensor 3 (which can be connected to the tee joint 5, as shown in FIG. 7) , and a mounting plate 2.
[0094] The housing 1 has a mounting cavity 13, and the mounting cavity 13 is configured to mount and fix the pressure regulating device 4 (as shown in FIG. 1) . The mounting cavity 13 enables the housing 1 to have a raised structure protruding outwardly, and the raised structure has two inclined wing portions which are provided with light transmitting regions.
[0095] The pressure sensor 3 is accommodated in the housing 1, and the mounting plate 2 is mounted in the housing 1. The mounting plate 2 is equipped with a pressure indicator light for indicating a pressure detected by the pressure sensor 3. The pressure indicator light is configured to emit light and the light can be transmitted from the light transmitting regions.
[0096] The housing 1 of the pressure transmitter 100 has the mounting cavity 13, and the mounting cavity 13 enables the housing 1 to have a raised structure protruding outwardly, that is, a portion of a cavity wall of the mounting cavity 13 forms the raised structure protruding outwardly. The two wing portions of the raised structure are disposed to be inclined with respect to outer surfaces of other portions of the housing adjacent to the raised structure, and the light transmitting regions are provided at the two inclined wing portions for light emitted by the pressure indicator light to be transmitted.
[0097] The two wing portions of the raised structure are directly formed by using the mounting cavity 13, such that the mounting cavity 13 can not only be used for mounting and fixing with the pressure regulating device 4, but also the cavity wall of the mounting cavity 13 forming the raised structure may be provided with light transmitting regions, making the mounting cavity 13 have dual functions, and the structure of the housing 1 can be simplified. The two wing portions of the raised structure are inclined, allowing the light emitted by the pressure indicator light to be visible within a wide field of view outside the pressure sensor, for example, with a field of view of 180° .
[0098] The pressure sensor 3 is mounted in the housing 1, such that the pressure transmitter 100 can use the pressure sensor 3 to detect gas pressure (e.g., a pressure of gas in an air supply cylinder of an air respirator) . By providing the pressure indicator light for the pressure transmitter 100, pressure data detected by the pressure sensor 3 of the pressure transmitter 100 is visually presented by the light emitted from the pressure indicator light. The light emitted by the pressure indicator light of the pressure transmitter 100 can be displayed to people through the light transmitting regions of the housing 1, and can be easily observed in real time, thereby enabling people to quickly and timely know a pressure state of the gas.
[0099] By providing the pressure indicator light, pressure information detected by the pressure transmitter 100 is transformed into an optical signal of the pressure indicator light which is visible for human eyes, making the pressure information visually presented by the pressure indicator light. Therefore, by observing the pressure indicator light, people can easily detect abnormal situations such as insufficient gas pressure, promptly recognize dangers and take measures. Thus, arrangement of the pressure indicator light add important pressure indication and reminder functions to the pressure transmitter 100, and further guarantees safety of the user.
[0100] The pressure indicator light is arranged in the housing 1 of the pressure transmitter 100, such that when the pressure information detected by the pressure sensor 3 is displayed using the pressure indicator light, there is no need to transmit a pressure signal through remote communication, thus avoiding the problem that people cannot know the pressure information in case of communication failure. The arrangement of the pressure indicator light ensures a pressure display effect, such that people can timely find abnormal or dangerous situations such as insufficient gas pressure and take measures, thus increasing the safety guarantee. When the pressure transmitter 100 is applied to the air respirator, the pressure transmitter 100 can detect information on a pressure in the air supply cylinder of the air respirator, such that other personnel (such as a companion of the user or another firefighter) other than the user of the air respirator (such as a firefighter) can see a display state of the pressure indicator light of the pressure transmitter 100, in order that other personnel can timely inform the user of the air respirator of the information on the pressure in the air supply cylinder, or other personnel can timely find the dangerous situation of the user using the air respirator and come to rescue, thus increasing safety guarantee of the user of the air respirator.
[0101] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 8-12, the housing 1 includes a housing body 11 and a mounting part 12. The mounting part 12 may be provided at an outer side of the housing body 11, and a first end and a second end of the mounting part 12 oppositely arranged are both connected with the housing body 11. The mounting part 12 may form the raised structure, the two portions of the mounting part 12 adjacent to the first end and the second end respectively form the two inclined wing portions, and the mounting cavity 13 is formed between the mounting part 12 and the housing body 11.
[0102] For the housing 1, the mounting part 12 may be arranged at an appropriate position at the outer side of the housing body 11 (for example, the mounting part 12 may be arranged at an upper portion of the rear side of the housing body 11) , and the light transmitting regions may be formed by through holes penetrating the two wing portions of the raised structure. Light transmitting elements may be mounted at the through holes (the light transmitting regions) , and the light emitted by the pressure indicator light mounted in the housing body 11 may be transmitted from the light transmitting elements, and the transmitted light can be visible from the outside without being blocked, such that other personnel other than the user of the air respirator can timely know the pressure information of the air supply cylinder.
[0103] In the embodiment of the present application, the mounting part 12 and the housing body 11 are in an integrated structure. However, it should be understood that the mounting part 12 and the housing body 11 may also be separated structures and are connected together in an appropriate manner, such as by clamping, screwing, or other connection modes. The mounting cavity 13 is formed between the mounting part 12 and the housing body 11, and the mounting cavity 13 may be used for assembling the pressure transmitter 100 with other devices, for example, the mounting cavity 13 may be used for assembling with the pressure regulating device (such as the pressure reducing valve) 4 of the air respirator for regulating the pressure of the air supply cylinder.
[0104] In some exemplary embodiments, the light transmitting elements are mounted in the light transmitting regions. Shapes of the light transmitting elements match shapes of the light transmitting regions. The light transmitting regions may be continuous or provided at intervals. The light transmitting regions and the light transmitting elements may extend in a transverse direction, such that the pressure indicator light has a large irradiation range in the transverse direction, in order that the light emitted by the pressure indicator light can be visible within a wide field of view outside the pressure sensor.
[0105] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 8-11, the light transmitting regions at least include a first light transmitting region 121 and a second light transmitting region 122. The first light transmitting region 121 is adjacent to the first end of the mounting part 12 connected to the housing body 11, and the second light transmitting region 122 is adjacent to the second end of the mounting part 12 connected to the housing body 11. The light transmitting elements may at least include a first light transmitting element 151 mounted in the first light transmitting region 121 and a second light transmitting element 152 mounted in the second light transmitting region 122.
[0106] Left and right ends of the mounting part 12 may be respectively connected to the housing body 11, and the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122 are symmetrically provided at the left and right ends of the mounting part 12. The first light transmitting region 121and the second light transmitting region 122 may extend by a certain length in the transverse direction. The first light transmitting elements 151 and the second light transmitting element 152 are respectively mounted in the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122, and the shapes of the first light transmitting elements 151 and the second light transmitting element 152 respectively match the shapes of the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122. Since the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122 extend by a certain length in the transverse direction, the pressure indicator light has a larger irradiation range, such that other personnel other than the user of the air respirator can see the light emitted by the pressure indicator light from different positions. It should be understood that the light transmitting regions and corresponding light transmitting elements may also be provided in other quantities or be provided at other positions.
[0107] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9, the pressure indicator light include at least one first pressure indicator light 21 and at least one second pressure indicator light 22. The at least one first pressure indicator light 21 is configured to emit light which can be transmitted from the first light transmitting element 151, and the at least one second pressure indicator light 22 is configured to emit light which can be transmitted from the second light transmitting element 152.
[0108] The at least one first pressure indicator light 21 and the at least one second pressure indicator light 22 may be LED lights. The at least one first pressure indicator light 21 and the at least one second pressure indicator light 22 may be symmetrically arranged on left and right sides of the mounting plate 2, and the at least one first pressure indicator light 21 and the at least one second pressure indicator light 22 may face the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122 of the mounting part 12 respectively, such that light emitted by the at least one first pressure indicator light 21 can be transmitted from the first light transmitting element 151 mounted in the first light transmitting region 121, and the light emitted by the at least one second pressure indicator light 22 can be transmitted from the second light transmitting element 152 mounted in the second light transmitting region 122. The at least one first pressure indicator light 21 and the at least one second pressure indicator light 22 can always have a same display state during use, i.e. the light emitted from the first light transmitting element 151 and the light emitted from the second light transmitting element 152 are the same, such that the same pressure information can be obtained when only one of the first pressure indicator light 21 and the second pressure indicator light 22 is seen. One or multiple first pressure indicator lights 21 may be provided and one or multiple second pressure indicator lights 22 may also be provided. "Multiple" here includes at least two.
[0109] In addition to the at least one first pressure indicator light 21 and the at least one second pressure indicator light 22 respectively provided on the left and right sides of the mounting plate 2 corresponding to the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152, at least one pressure indicator light may also be provided in the middle of the mounting plate 2, and light emitted by the at least one pressure indicator light can be transmitted from both the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152.
[0110] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 8-11, the mounting part 12 is connected to a first end face 113 of the housing body 11, and a light-exiting surface of the first light transmitting element 151 and a light-exiting surface of the second light transmitting element 152 are arranged obliquely with respect to the first end face 113.
[0111] Left and right side portions of an end face at one end of the mounting part 12 facing away from the housing body 11 are respectively arranged obliquely with respect to the first end face 113 of the housing body 11. The first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122 respectively penetrate through the left and right side portions of the end face of the end of the mounting part 12 facing away from the housing body 11. The light-exiting surfaces of the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152 mounted in the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122 respectively are integrally flush with the end face of the end of the mounting part 12 facing away from the housing body 11, such that light emitted from the pressure indicator light can be easily observed from different angles after being emitted from the light-exiting surfaces of the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152, in order that the light emitted from the pressure indicator light can be seen from different positions by personnel other than the user of the air respirator.
[0112] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 8-11, a side of the light-exiting surface of the first light transmitting element 151 away from the first end of the mounting part 12 is inclined in a direction away from the housing body 11 and close to the second light transmitting element 152, and a side of the light-exiting surface of the second light transmitting element 152 away from the second end of the mounting part 12 is inclined in a direction away from the housing body 11 and close to the first light transmitting element 151.
[0113] Among them, the right side of the light-exiting surface of the first light transmitting element 151 on the left side is inclined in the direction away from the housing body 11 and close to the second light transmitting element 152 on the right side, and the left side of the light-exiting surface of the first light transmitting element 151 on the right side is inclined in the direction away from the housing body 11 and close to the second light transmitting element 152 on the left side. In this way, a light-out range of the light-exiting surfaces of the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152 is enlarged, and the field of view of the pressure indicator light is enlarged, such that the light emitted by the pressure indicator light can be seen by other personnel other than the user of the air respirator within a 180° range behind the user.
[0114] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 8-11, light transmitting ranges of the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152 are partially overlapped, and a sum A of the light transmitting ranges of the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152 is set as: A ≤ 180° . The light emitted by the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152 can be visible within a wide field of view, for example, a range of the field of view is up to 180° . It should be noted that the sum of the light transmitting ranges of the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152 described herein does not simply add the light transmitting range of the first light transmitting element 151 and the light transmitting range of the second light transmitting element 152, but takes into account whether there is an overlapping range between the light transmitting ranges of the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152. If there is an overlapping range, it is necessary to subtract the overlapping range after the light transmitting range of the first light transmitting element 151 and the light transmitting range of the second light transmitting element 152 are added.
[0115] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 8-11, there is a spacer region between the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122, and the spacer region is a non-light-transmitting region.
[0116] The spacer region between the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122 may be provided as a non-light-transmitting region. After the pressure transmitter 100 is applied to the air respirator, the spacer region between the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122 may be blocked by other components (such as the air supply cylinder) , so the spacer region is provided as a non-light-transmitting region, which facilitates arrangement of other components (such as the air supply cylinder) and prevents other components (such as the air supply cylinder) from affecting light transmitting of the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122.
[0117] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 9 and 13, the mounting plate 2 for installing the pressure indicator lights may be an electric control board of the pressure transmitter 100. The pressure sensor 3 and the pressure indicator lights are both electrically connected to the electric control board, and the electric control board is configured to control the pressure indicator lights to give an indication based on the pressure signal detected by the pressure sensor 3.
[0118] The pressure sensor 3 can detect the pressure in the air supply cylinder, and can transfer a detected gas pressure signal into an electric signal and output the electric signal to the electric control board in the housing 1. A control chip of the electronic control board can control the pressure indicator lights arranged on the electronic control board to present various display states based on the electric signal output by the pressure sensor 3, so as to indicate the pressure states detected by the pressure sensor 3.
[0119] In some exemplary embodiments, the pressure indicator lights have different display states, the display states including at least one of on / off states of the pressure indicator lights and a color of the pressure indicator lights.
[0120] The electric control board is configured to control the pressure indicator lights to present different display states when the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 3 is within different preset ranges. For example, the pressure indicator lights can present different display states based on the different pressure levels, such as on, off, flashing at a certain frequency, or presenting different colors.
[0121] Preset pressure ranges may be set according to specific applications, for example, the preset pressure ranges may be divided into a safe pressure range, an intermediate pressure range and a dangerous pressure range. By making the pressure indicator lights present different display states in different preset ranges, the user or his companions can be alerted in a simple and intuitive way to know the pressure range in real time, spot dangerous situations and take measures timely, thus avoiding accidents to the user and improving safety of the user.
[0122] In some exemplary embodiments, the electronic control board is configured to control the pressure indicator lights to display a first color and to keep lighting when the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 3 is in a first preset range. The electric control board is configured to control the pressure indicator lights to display a second color and keep lighting when the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 3 is in a second preset range. The electric control board is configured to control the pressure indicator lights to display a third color and turn on and off alternately at a preset frequency when the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 3 is in a third preset range. Here, a value of the first preset range is greater than a value of the second preset range, and the value of the second preset range is greater than a value of the third preset range.
[0123] For example, a preset pressure range of the air supply cylinder of the air respirator may be 0 to 30Mpa. The first preset range may be a safe pressure range, for example 10MPa to 30MPa. When the pressure of the air supply cylinder is within the first preset range, the pressure indicator lights display a first color, such as green, and are always turned on. The second preset range may be an intermediate pressure range, for example 6MPa to 10MPa. When the pressure of the air supply cylinder is within the second preset range, the pressure indicator lights display a second color, such as yellow, and are always turned on. The third preset range may be a dangerous pressure range, for example, it may be less than 6 MPa. When the pressure of the air supply cylinder is within a third preset range, the pressure indicator lights display a third color, such as red, and are turned on and off alternately at a preset frequency, such as flashing at a frequency of 2Hz. By flashing a red light, a prompt is more obvious and easier to be timely spotted.
[0124] It should be understood that the color, on-off state, flashing frequency and the like of the above-mentioned indicator lights may be set according to specific requirements, which are not limited to the above description, and the preset pressure range may also be set to other ranges according to actual needs. It should also be understood that the same pressure indicator may display different colors to indicate pressure states, and a plurality of pressure indicators of different colors may also be used to indicate pressure states.
[0125] In high-risk environments, users (such as firefighters, etc. ) are prone to accidents, such as falling or being injured and unable to move. Therefore, in addition to indicating the pressure states, the pressure indicator lights can also give an alarm when a user falls down or no longer moves.
[0126] The alarm may be divided into two states: pre-alarm and full alarm. When it is initially detected that the user is still, the pressure indicator lights send out a pre-alarm, and if the user continues to have no action, it enters the full alarm state. The time of no action may be set. For example, it may be set by default that no action within 30 seconds being the pre-alarm state, and if there is no action for another continuous 10 seconds, it will enter the full alarm state. In the pre-alarm state, the pressure indicator lights may be configured to turn on and off alternately at the preset frequency, or display two different colors alternately at the preset frequency, for example, yellow and green may be displayed alternately at a frequency of 1Hz.
[0127] Full alarm refers to an alarm state in which the user is detected to have no action after a period of time (for example, 10 seconds) after the pre-alarm, which may be called fall alarm. At this time, the pressure indicator lights indicate an SOS alarm, that is, the pressure indicator lights flash intermittently in red, so as to alert companions or rescuers to come and rescue in time.
[0128] A priority of various display states of the pressure indicator lights is: full alarm > pressure alarm (i.e. pressure less than 6MPa) > pre-alarm > pressure warning (i.e. pressure between 6MPa and 10MPa) > normal pressure (i.e. pressure between 10MPa and 30MPa) .
[0129] In some exemplary embodiments, the pressure transmitter 100 further includes a communication module that may be mounted in the housing 1 and electrically connected with the electronic control board. The electronic control board is configured to control the communication module to transmit pressure signals outward.
[0130] The communication module may be a wireless module, such as a Bluetooth module. The communication module may be installed on the electronic control board. The communication module can transmit pressure data detected by the pressure sensor 3 to the outside in a wireless manner (e.g. Bluetooth) for use in cooperation with other devices provided with a wireless data reception module (such as a display device in the mask of the air respirator) . Of course, the present application is not limited to this form of wireless transmission, and other wireless transmission technologies such as RFID, zigbee, wifi, NFC, etc. may also be used. The pressure information is transmitted to the outside in wireless manner, without the need for wiring, allowing to conveniently realize long-distance signal transmission.
[0131] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGs. 8-12, the housing body 11 includes a first housing 111 and a second housing 112. The first housing 111 and the second housing 112 are fixedly connected and mated to form an accommodation cavity, and the mounting plate 2, the pressure sensor 3, the communication module, etc. may be mounted in the accommodation cavity. The mounting part 12 is provided in the second housing 112.
[0132] The first housing 111 and the second housing 112 of the housing body 11 may be connected together by fasteners (e.g. screws) or by other means to facilitate disassembly and maintenance. A sealing member 14 may be provided between the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 to achieve a sealed connection between the first housing 111 and the second housing 112. The mounting plate 2 is arranged in the accommodation cavity formed by the first housing 111 and the second housing 112. The mounting plate 2 may be provided with through holes for fasteners to pass through, in order to connect the mounting plate 2 with the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 by the fasteners. The mounting part 12 may be provided at an upper end of the second housing 112 on a side away from the first housing 111 (i.e. the outer side) . A trapezoidal projection may be provided at a side of the first housing 111 facing the second housing 112, and the second housing 112 may be correspondingly provided with a trapezoidal groove. The trapezoidal projection of the first housing 111 can pass through the trapezoidal groove of the second housing 112 to position the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 relative to each other, so as to connect the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 together by the fasteners.
[0133] An embodiment of the present application further provides a pressure regulating assembly 200' , referring to FIGs. 13 and 14, the pressure regulating assembly 200' includes: a pressure regulating device 4 and the pressure transmitter 100 having pressure indicator lights according to any of the above embodiments. The pressure regulating device 4 has an intake cavity 41 and an exhaust cavity 42 for discharging pressure-regulated gas. The mounting cavity 13 of the pressure transmitter 100 is mounted and fixed to the pressure regulating device 4. The pressure sensor 3 of the pressure transmitter 100 is configured to detect a pressure of the intake cavity 41 the pressure regulating device 4 or the connection port 44, wherein the connection port 44 may be provided on a cavity wall of the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4, and penetrates through the cavity wall of the intake cavity 41, such that the connection port 44 is in communication with the intake cavity 41.
[0134] The pressure sensor 3 of the pressure transmitter 100 can transmit measured pressure information to the electric control board of the pressure transmitter 100 for display using the pressure indicator lights of the pressure transmitter. That is, the pressure of the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 or the connection port 44 can be visually displayed by different display states of the pressure indicator lights of the pressure transmitter 100.
[0135] It should be noted that the pressure transmitter 100 mounted to the pressure regulating device 4 may be directly or indirectly connected to the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4. Or, the pressure transmitter 100 mounted to the pressure regulating device 4 and the intake cavity 41 (or the connection port 44) of the pressure regulating device 4 may be respectively connected with two interfaces of the tee joint. Or, the pressure transmitter 100 may also be connected to the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 or the connection port 44 through a communication pipeline, such that the pressure transmitter 100 can detect the pressure of the intake cavity 41 of the pressure regulating device 4 or the connection port 44.
[0136] An embodiment of the present application further provides an air respirator 300, as shown in FIGs. 16 and 17, which includes an air respirator back plate 9 and an air supply cylinder 10. The air supply cylinder has an air outlet and is mounted to the air respirator back plate 9. The air respirator 300 further includes the pressure transmitter 100 having pressure indicator lights or the pressure regulating assembly 200' including such a pressure transmitter 100 according to any of the above embodiments. The pressure transmitter 100 or the pressure regulating assembly 200' is mounted to the air respirator back plate 9. The air supply cylinder 10 is positioned at the outer side of the raised structure of the housing 1 of the pressure transmitter 100, and the air supply cylinder 10 can pass between the light transmitting regions provided at the two inclined wing portions of the raised structure. FIG. 17 is a schematic diagram of a detailed structure of portion A of Fig 16 (with an air supply cylinder omitted) .
[0137] In the air respirator 300, the pressure indicator light of the pressure transmitter 100 can be called a companion light, and its main function is to make a companion or other personnel of the user wearing the air respirator 300 intuitively see the display state of the pressure indicator light from the back of the user, so as to timely inform the user or spot a dangerous situation of the user and come to rescue, thus increasing the safety guarantee of the user. The pressure transmitter 100 can be automatically activated as soon as a cylinder valve of the air supply cylinder 10 is opened.
[0138] The pressure transmitter 100 may be provided between the air supply cylinder 10 and the air respirator back plate 9. The middle part of the pressure transmitter 100 (e.g. the part between the first light transmitting region 121 and the second light transmitting region 122, referring to FIG. 10) is blocked by the air supply cylinder 10 and is not visible from the outside (i.e., behind the user) . However, the first light transmitting elements 151 and the second light transmitting elements 152 mounted in the first light transmitting region and the second light transmitting region on the left and right sides of the pressure transmitter 100 are not blocked by the air supply cylinder 10, i.e. light emitted by the pressure indicator lights through the first light transmitting element 151 and the second light transmitting element 152 is not blocked by the air supply cylinder 10, such that the pressure indicator lights are visible within a 180° range behind the user.
[0139] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 16, the air respirator 300 further includes a face mask 11, the air supply cylinder 10 is configured to be able to provide gas to the mask 11, the mask 11 has a display device mounted therein, the display device is configured to display the pressure collected by the pressure transmitter 100 of the pressure regulating assembly 200.
[0140] In the air respirator 300, referring to FIGs. 8 to 14 and FIG. 16, the gas in the air supply cylinder 10 can be supply to the mask 11 for use by the firefighter after the pressure of the gas is regulated (for example, the pressure being reduced by the pressure regulating device 4) . The display device may be a pressure head-up display device, which is arranged in the mask 11 and near the front of the user's eyes. Information displayed by the display device can be observed by the user's eyes, such that the user can conveniently know a pressure state of the air supply cylinder 10 in real time without looking at the pressure gauge 6. The pressure transmitter 100 can establish wireless communication with the pressure head-up display device, such that the pressure signal collected by the pressure sensor 3 of the pressure transmitter 100 is wirelessly transmitted to the pressure head-up display device in real time through the communication module. Wireless methods include Bluetooth, RFID, zigbee or NFC etc. The pressure head-up display device may indicate different pressure values through different display states of the indicator lights (e.g. the number and / or color of the indicator lights illuminated, etc. ) . The user can observe the display state of the indicator lights in the mask 11 at any time. The pressure head-up display device may also be provided with a companion light indicating a pressure for companions of the user to see.
[0141] By providing an externally visible pressure indicator lights in the pressure transmitter 100 of the air respirator 300, in combination with the indicator lights of the pressure head-up display device, two ways of monitoring the pressure inside the air supply cylinder 10 of the air respirator 300 are provided. The pressure indicator lights of the pressure transmitter 100 are electrically connected with the control board of the pressure transmitter 100 in a wired connection mode, while the indicator lights of the pressure head-up display device are communicated with the control board of the pressure transmitter 100 in a wireless connection mode. In the event of failure of one connection mode (such as the wireless connection mode) , the other connection mode (such as the wired connection mode) can still effectively provide pressure indication, thereby providing double safety guarantee for the user of the air respirator 300.
[0142] In summary, in some cases, the pressure transmitter is installed on the air respirator back plate and connected to the pressure reducer and the air supply cylinder through a long high-pressure pipeline, increasing weight load on the user of the air respirator together with related connection parts. At the same time, due to the large number of the parts, the cost is high, and the product stability is not high. Compared with these cases, the embodiment of the application has the following beneficial effects:
[0143] 1. The pressure transmitter 100 of the air respirator 300 is provided with pressure indicator lights visible from the outside, to display a pressure state in the air supply cylinder 10 to the user's companion in real time, which is beneficial for the user and his companion to remind each other and spot the dangerous condition timely, adding a life safety guarantee method and improving safety guarantee performance of the air respirator 300;
[0144] 2. The pressure transmitter 100 may be arranged in the gap at the bottom the air respirator back plate 9 by the tee joint 5 arranged at the pressure reducing valve adjacent to the back of the user, such that the pressure transmitter 100 and the pressure reducing valve can be integrated together, eliminating a longer high-pressure hose connecting the pressure reducing valve and the pressure transmitter 100, reducing the number of connection parts, improving the connection reliability, making the structure of the air respirator more compact, and reducing costs.
