Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] Fitness bar with fixed and mobile multi-grip and multi-position system
[0003] TECHNICAL SECTOR
[0004] The present invention belongs to the fitness equipment sector, and more specifically to the free-weight equipment sector. The main object of the present invention is a bar with two movable grips, one for each hand, which move around the bar and can be adjusted and fixed to three different widths. Each grip has four different handles, allowing multiple exercises to be performed safely and stably with a single device.
[0005] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0006] Currently, the fitness equipment sector is a powerful industry that requires continuous innovation and updating. Broadly speaking, for strength training, such equipment can be grouped into two main categories: machines and free weights. Within free weights, dumbbells are elements that allow greater freedom of movement, but at the same time, they transmit less stability and require prior training to master their execution. With them, exercises can be performed by varying the angles, distance from the body's center, and grips. The second element within free weights are bars, which increase stability but require less training to ensure proper technical execution. With Olympic bars or long bars, exercises can be performed by varying the angles, but thereby shifting the weight relative to the joint and increasing or decreasing the distance from the body's center while maintaining a single grip, prone or supine depending on the movement and the muscle group or groups used. Aside from these Olympic or long bars generally used in "Press" exercises to work the pectoral and deltoid muscles and, in "Pulí" exercises in rows to work the back along with its corresponding synergistic muscle groups, the sector has bars categorized as special such as the Ultimate Fitness bars: UF® Olympic Triceps Bar; UF® Special Multi-Grip Olympic Bar; Olympic Log Bar; UF® Olympic Log Type2 Bar; UF® Angled Log Olympic Bar; UF® Swiss Bar or the UF® Ultimate Bar, the Rogue Fitness bars: ROGUE MG-1 MULTI GRIP BAR 2.0; the ROGUE MG-2 MULTI GRIP BARS or the ROGUE MG-3 MULTI-GRIP BAR or,ATX bars: ATX® Multi-Grip Bar; ATX® Short Multi-Grip Bar; ATX® Parallel Grip "camber bar" press bar or the ATX® Curved Hammer Bar, which include other grips, such as grips with angles between 20° and 45° and neutral grip. The problem with these bars is that the different exercises cannot be performed with the stability and precision offered by barbell executions together with the freedom of movement offered by dumbbells, without being able to use the five possible types of grips (Prone, between 20° and 45°, Neutral, between 135° and 160° and supine) increasing or decreasing the distance of the grips with respect to the body center by performing wide, medium and narrow grips and without being able to vary the angles of the joint on which the movement is performed without shifting the weight in relation to it but rather, they only allow a single grip by varying the distance or,a maximum of three grips in a single distance, always shifting the weight if the angle of the joint on which the movement is performed varies, so it is necessary to continually change bars to be able to execute different possibilities, making it impossible to execute many of them even with the changes of bars. It is also important to mention the Physicus bar called "Rotating W Bar" or the Bum Machine bar called "Universal Barbell", which have rotating grips that allow great progress in the execution of movements, being able to start with one grip and along the same, by rotation, finish in another, varying between the aforementioned five possible types of grips. The problem posed by these bars remains the same as that posed by the others, it is still not possible to vary the angles without thereby shifting the weight with respect to the joint,Since the grips cannot be moved around the bar, it is not possible to increase or decrease their distance from the center of the body by using wide, medium, and narrow grips with the five possible types. Only the long bar has two widths. Furthermore, since the grips cannot be fixed, the entire movement cannot be performed in the same stable position. With regard to short bars, generally used to work small muscle groups such as the biceps and triceps, the exact same situation arises, encountering the same problems.
[0007] EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
[0008] In order to achieve the objectives and avoid the problems mentioned in the previous section, the invention proposes a bar with two mobile grips, one for each hand, which move around the same and can be adjusted and fixed to three different widths, each grip having four different handles allowing to perform with a single device multiple exercises for different muscle groups such as bench press for pectoral, deadlift and row for dorsal, military press for deltoids, biceps curl or, triceps press among others, in a safe way with the stability and precision in the execution of the movement offered by executions with bars together with the freedom of movement and versatility offered by dumbbells, being able to even vary the angles of execution without shifting the weight with respect to the joint. This device eliminates the need for the performer to constantly change bars, offering complete versatility, reducing the time spent switching. Due to its versatility in grips, distances, and angles of execution, each exercise can be adjusted to the specific biomechanics of each performer, achieving greater results, avoiding injuries and inefficient movements, and focusing on the combination that best suits the desired goal.
[0009] Furthermore, users who, due to their lack of experience handling dumbbells, find the grips, distances, and angles of current bars limited will be able to perform exercises stably with the freedom of movement that dumbbells provide (a variety of grips, distances, and angles).
[0010] Also because the work of the different portions and muscle fibers of the muscle groups involved in the exercises to be performed will vary depending on the grip selected, distance and angle of execution, in a stable and safe way it will be possible to affect a specific portion, area and fibers by selecting the most appropriate combination for the objective to be achieved, thus achieving the benefits that changes in grips, distances and angles provide in strength work described in the sciences of physical activity and sport.
[0011] The device object of the invention is composed of three elements: a bar and two mobile multi-grip elements, these elements are detailed below.
[0012] The bar, based on the men's Olympic barbell, is made of solid steel, 2200 mm long, and 28 mm in diameter. The central part (handlebar) measures 1310 mm long and 28 mm in diameter. At each end, there is a stop measuring 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter, and a continuation (bearing) measuring 415 mm long and 50 mm in diameter for inserting weight plates. The main feature of the bar with respect to the other Olympic bars is that it has two mobile grips with four different grips each inserted in the diameter of its central part and twenty-four perforations, twelve in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter located, two at 60 mm, two at 210 mm, two at 220 mm, two at 370 mm, two at 380 mm and two at 530 mm respectively from the center of the bar and twelve in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter located, two at 70 mm, two at 200 mm, two at 230 mm, two at 360 mm, two at 390 mm and two at 520 mm respectively from the center of the bar, strategically located to be able to fix said mobile grips at three different distances (wide, medium and narrow) by means of four pins per grip.
[0013] The two mobile multi-grip elements are twins, so one is described individually. Said mobile multi-grip element is formed by a hollow cylindrical steel tube inserted in the central part of the described bar, its length is 160 mm and its internal diameter is 30 mm, which allows it to move on the bar from left to right on the frontal plane as well as rotate 360° on it in the transverse axis. Said hollow cylindrical tube in its central part has 4 different solid steel grips of 28 mm in diameter and 120 mm in length forming part of the body of the hollow cylindrical tube, said grips are located individually on the three axes of the Cartesian plane. The four grips are covered by a rubber that facilitates adherence and padding, said grips correspond to a first grip called prone 180 ° / supine 360 °, a second grip called oblique between 20 ° and 45 °, a third grip called neutral 90 ° and a fourth grip opposite to the second called oblique between 135 ° and 160 °. Said hollow cylindrical tube in its distal parts has four perforations, two at each end, one in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter located 75 mm away from the center of the hollow cylindrical tube that will coincide with the perforations made in the bar in the same frontal plane and another in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter located 65 mm away from the center of the hollow cylindrical tube. Finally, the distal portions of the hollow cylindrical tube are provided with four solid steel pins, each 52.5 mm long and 9 mm in diameter, each with a magnetized top and a diameter of 14 mm. These pins are inserted into the perforations described above to secure the mobile multi-grip element to one of three selectable widths. These pins rest on the distal portions of the hollow cylindrical tube by means of a ring that forms part of the tube, connected by a cable to prevent loss. The main characteristics of this mobile multi-grip element can be summarised in three: the first is that due to its capacity to rotate on the bar and the transverse axis of the mobile multi-grip element, four different handles or grips can be selected on three axes of the Cartesian plane; the second is that due to its capacity to move on the bar in the sagittal plane, it can be located in three different widths; and the third is that due to the perforations in the bar and the mobile multi-grip element, it can be fixed in a double adjustment and two different planes using the pins, avoiding lateral displacement and rotation.
[0014] The main advantages of this invention include:
[0015] • Possibility of performing multiple exercises with five different grip shapes on the same device (Prone 180°, oblique between 20° and 45°, neutral 90°, oblique between 135° and 160° and supine 360°), By having on the two hollow cylindrical tubes four different grips, with five different grip shapes, located individually on each of the axes of the Cartesian plane, by rotating the hollow cylindrical tube on the bar in the transverse axis, selecting a grip and fixing it to the bar with the relevant magnetic pins, 25 stable and safe combinations of different grips are obtained in a single grip distance and on a single axis.
[0016] • Possibility of increasing or decreasing the distance between the grips and the centre of the body (Wide grips with a separation of 750 mm between them, medium grips with a separation of 430 mm between them and narrow grips with a separation of 110 mm between them). By having two hollow cylindrical tubes that slide over the bar along the sagittal axis, containing the bar inside, wide grips (750 mm separation between them), medium grips (430 mm separation between them) and narrow grips (110 mm separation between them) can be made by fixing the two hollow cylindrical tubes containing the four different grips to the desired width using the appropriate magnetic pins, obtaining 9 different distance combinations.
[0017] • Possibility of varying the angles when executing movements without shifting the weight relative to the joint. By being able to place the same grip on three different axes* (first axis: under the bar [between the bar and the floor] or above the bar [between the bar and the ceiling] depending on the exercise, second axis: behind the bar [between the bar and the performer if standing, or between the bar and the distal upper part of the body if lying supine] and third axis: in front of the bar [between the bar and the opposite side of the performer if standing, or between the bar and the distal lower part of the body if lying supine]) due to the rotation capacity of the two hollow cylindrical tubes around the bar and the transverse axis,The angle of execution can be varied by changing the same axis grip by rotating the hollow cylindrical tubes on the bar and the transverse axis, keeping the weight always on the line of the bar, obtaining 9 different axes combinations. * The 90° neutral grip cannot be used on the first axis (below the bar [between the bar and the floor] or above the bar [between the bar and the ceiling] depending on the exercise, due to the ergonomics of the grip).
[0018] To understand the variation in the joint angle during the execution of the movement, we will proceed to give an example of the bench press exercise in which the performer is in a supine position on the bench. When the grip is located on the first axis (below the bar) during the execution of the movement the bar will rise and fall approximately taking the inter-amyllar line as a reference, for which the shoulder maintains an approximate abduction of between 60 0and 45° resting the weight on the bar line. When the grip is located on the second axis (between the bar and the distal upper part of the performer's body) to maintain the execution of the movement of the bar up and down taking as a reference approximately the interamillary line, during the execution of the movement the shoulder will increase its abduction approximately to 90° with the variations in muscle fiber involvement that this entails, maintaining the weight resting on the bar line (without this type of grip the bar would have to be brought above the interamillary line moving the weight to this line). When the grip is located on the third axis (between the bar and the distal lower part of the performer's body) to maintain the execution of the movement of the bar up and down taking as a reference approximately the inter-amyllar line, during the execution of the movement the shoulder will decrease its abduction approximately between 45° and 30° with the variations in implications of muscle fibers that it entails, maintaining the rest of the weight on the line of the bar (without this type of grip it would be necessary to take the bar below the inter-amyllar line moving the weight to this line).
[0019] • Possibility of combining the five different grip shapes with the three distances while maintaining the same axis, obtaining a total of 225 possibilities. By having 25 combinations of different grips in a single grip distance and on a single axis and 9 combinations of different distances, making a product of both combinations (25 * 9), a total of 225 combinations is obtained.
[0020] • Possibility of combining the five different grip shapes with the three distances and the three axes, obtaining 2025 possibilities. (The neutral grip cannot be used in the first axis due to the ergonomics of the grip, so all combinations containing it would be eliminated). Due to the high number of resulting combinations (2025 [25 * 9 * 9] without eliminating the combinations in which there was a neutral grip in the first axis), a specific number is not specified, since these combinations will depend on the exercise and muscle group or groups used, being more or less recommended based on biomechanical parameters.
[0021] The steps to follow for the use of the device object of the invention are described chronologically below, including:
[0022] • Select the desired grip length (wide, medium, or narrow) when performing the exercise by moving the right and left mobile multi-grip elements over the bar and the sagittal plane, matching the perforations of the mobile multi-grip elements with those of the bar.
[0023] • Selection of the grips (prone 180°, oblique between 20° and 45°, neutral 90°, oblique between 135° and 160° or supine 360°) desired to perform the exercise by rotating the right and left mobile multi-grip elements on the bar and the transverse plane, matching the perforations of the mobile multi-grip elements with those of the bar.
[0024] • Selection of the desired Cartesian axes (above the bar, below the bar, in front of the bar or behind the bar) on which to place the selected grips by rotating the right and left mobile multi-grip elements on the bar and the transverse plane, matching the perforations of the mobile multi-grip elements with those of the bar.
[0025] • Fixing the selected grip and axle lengths by inserting the four pins of the right multi-grip element, as well as the four of the left, into the perforations of said elements and of the bar in the frontal and transverse planes.
[0026] • Incorporation of the desired weight by inserting load discs into the ends of the bar designed for this purpose.
[0027] • Execution of the exercise.
[0028] In a preferred embodiment, keeping intact all the characteristics and features of the described device, it can be adapted to the size of the bar taking as a reference the women's Olympic bar that measures 2000 mm in length, maintaining the central part (handlebar) at 1310 mm in length with a diameter of 25 mm, then at each end there is a stop of 30 mm in length and 70 mm in diameter and a continuation (bearing) of 315 mm in length and 50 mm in diameter where weight discs are introduced. Said preferred embodiment only requires for the two mobile multi-grip elements to reduce the internal diameter of their hollow cylindrical tubes by 3 mm to adapt to the 25 mm diameter of the bar, as well as maintaining said decrease in the diameter of its four grips. Said preferred embodiment is based on its preferential use by women or performers who require a shorter, lighter bar with a smaller grip diameter.
[0029] In another preferred embodiment, while maintaining all the characteristics and features of the described device intact, it can be adapted to the size of the bar taking as a reference the short Olympic bar that measures 1520 mm in length, the central part (handlebar) 960 mm in length with a diameter of 28 mm, then at each end there is a stop 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter and a continuation (bearing) 250 mm long and 50 mm in diameter where weight discs are inserted. This preferred embodiment only requires modifying the distance between the perforations in the bar in proportion to the distances indicated on the long Olympic bar, keeping their diameters at 10 mm. The distances between the twelve perforations in the frontal plane would be two at 10 mm, two at 160 mm, two at 170 mm, two at 320 mm, and two at 470 mm respectively from the center of the bar. The twelve perforations in the transverse plane, while maintaining their diameters of 10 mm, would be two at 20 mm, two at 150 mm, two at 180 mm, two at 310 mm, two at 330 mm, and two at 460 mm respectively from the center of the bar. This preferred embodiment is based on its preferential use for exercises involving small muscle groups, such as biceps curls, triceps presses, or front deltoid raises, among others, which require a shorter bar length.
[0030] In another preferred embodiment, while maintaining all the characteristics and features of the described device, it can be adapted to the size of the bar taking the long and short Olympic bars as a reference, doubling the distance of its central parts (handlebars) becoming double bars where the exercises can be performed simultaneously in a dual manner (two performers) obtaining three variants.
[0031] The first one, taking the men's Olympic bar as a reference, requires doubling the distance of its central part (handlebar) to 2620 mm, maintaining its diameter of 28 mm, then its stops of 30 mm in length and 70 mm in diameter and its ends (bearings) extended its length by 50 percent to 622 mm in length and 50 mm in diameter, obtaining a total length of 3924 mm. The second one, taking the women's Olympic bar as a reference, requires doubling the distance of its central part (handlebar) to 2620 mm, maintaining its diameter of 25 mm, then its stops of 30 mm in length and 70 mm in diameter and its ends (bearings) extended its length by 50 percent to 472 mm in length and 50 mm in diameter, obtaining a total length of 3624 mm.The third, taking the short Olympic bar as a reference, requires doubling the distance of its central part (handlebar) to 1920 mm, maintaining its diameter of 28 mm, then its stops of 30 mm in length and 70 mm in diameter and its ends (bearings) extended by 50 percent to 375 mm in length and 50 mm in diameter, obtaining a total length of 2730 mm. In all three cases, the number of perforations would be doubled, 24 in the frontal plane and 24 in the transverse plane at the same distances as those mentioned for their individual counterparts, introducing four mobile multi-grip elements, two for each performer. This preferred execution is based on a preferential use for exercises targeting large muscle groups such as bench presses for the chest, rows and deadlifts for the back, or squats and lunges, among others, in the case of the long double bar, and for exercises targeting small muscle groups such as biceps curls, triceps presses, or front deltoid raises, among others, which require a shorter bar length, in the case of the short double bar, always performed simultaneously by two performers. This dual variant is a very important element in the case of personal training, allowing multiple exercises to be performed jointly by the performer and the trainer, as well as a motivating element for training in pairs of performers, both beginners and advanced.
[0032] In another preferred embodiment, while maintaining all the characteristics and features of the described device, it can be adapted to the shape and size of the bar, varying its straight shape to a circular or curvilinear shape, becoming circular bars where the exercises can be performed simultaneously in a group (four performers), obtaining, as with the double bars, three variants.
[0033] The first, taking the men's Olympic barbell as a reference, respecting the handlebar length of 1310 mm for each of the four performers plus the necessary space occupied by the discs, would have a length of 7028 mm and a diameter of 28 mm, forming a circle of 2237 mm in diameter and 1118 mm in radius. The bearings would be four located inside the circle perpendicular to its center on the four axes, 622 mm long and 50 mm in diameter. The perforations would maintain their diameters of 10 mm, maintaining the same proportion of distances as in the case of the men's Olympic bar, needing to adapt to the circular shape. The two mobile multi-grip elements need to adapt the shape of their hollow cylindrical tubes also to the circular shape, maintaining the proportion of length and maintaining their internal diameter at 30 mm, as well as that of their four grips at 28 mm.
[0034] The second, taking the women's Olympic barbell as a reference, respecting the handlebar length of 1310 mm for each of the four performers plus the necessary space occupied by the discs, would have a length of 7028 mm and a diameter of 25 mm, forming a circle of 2237 mm in diameter and 1118 mm in radius. The bearings would be four located inside the circle perpendicular to its center on the four axes, 472 mm long and 50 mm in diameter. The perforations would maintain their diameters of 10 mm, maintaining the same proportion of distances as in the case of the women's Olympic bar, needing to adapt to the circular shape. The two mobile multi-grip elements need to adapt the shape of their hollow cylindrical tubes also to the circular shape, maintaining the proportion of length and maintaining their internal diameter at 27 mm, as well as that of their four grips at 25 mm.
[0035] The third, taking the short Olympic bar as a reference, respecting the handlebar length of 960 mm for each of the four performers plus the necessary space occupied by the discs, would have a length of 5380 mm and a diameter of 28 mm, forming a circle of 1712 mm in diameter and 856 mm in radius. The bearings would be four located inside the circle perpendicular to its center on the four axes, 375 mm long and 50 mm in diameter. The perforations would maintain their diameters of 10 mm, maintaining the same proportion of distances as in the case of the short Olympic bar, needing to adapt to the circular shape. The two mobile multi-grip elements need to adapt the shape of their hollow cylindrical tubes also to the circular shape, maintaining the proportion of length and maintaining their internal diameter at 30 mm, as well as that of their four grips at 28 mm.In all three cases, the pins that secure the two mobile multi-grip elements to the bars need to adapt their shape to the circular shape, maintaining the proportion in their length and maintaining their diameter of 9 mm. This preferred embodiment is based on a preferential use for exercises of large muscle groups such as bench presses for the pectoral muscles, rows and deadlifts for the dorsal muscles, or squats and scissors, among others, in the case of long circular bars, and for small muscle groups such as biceps curls, triceps presses, or front deltoid raises, among others, which require a shorter bar length, in the case of the short circular bar, always performed in a group simultaneously by four performers. This group variation is a very important element in the case of classes aimed at a small number of users or personal training with a small group of users, allowing multiple exercises to be performed jointly by four performers, as well as a motivating element for group training of performers, both beginners and advanced users.
[0036] The option of modifying the device by keeping the mobile multi-grip elements without attaching them to the bar is also contemplated. In this case, it also consists of three elements: a bar and two mobile multi-grip elements.
[0037] The only difference with respect to the bar described in the initial device is the elimination of its 24 perforations, maintaining two mobile grips with four different grips, each inserted into the diameter of its central part.
[0038] The two mobile multi-grip elements continue to be twins, the differences with respect to the mobile multi-grip elements described in the initial device are the inclusion at the ends of the hollow cylindrical steel tube inserted in the central part of the bar, of two bearings (between the tube and the bar) reinforcing the movement on the bar from left to right on the frontal plane and, depending on the positioning of the bearings, being able to eliminate or maintain the 360° rotation of the hollow cylindrical tube on the bar on the transverse axis, as well as the elimination of the perforations in its distal parts and of the pins preventing fixation to the bar at a desired width.Another difference is the placement of the four grips, which are located only on two axes of the Cartesian plane, using the central part of the hollow cylindrical tube as a grip (prone / supine 180°), with the oblique grip between 20° and 45° and the neutral 90° on one axis and the oblique between 135° and 160° on the other axis.
[0039] The main characteristics of this modified mobile multi-grip element, which cannot be fixed to the bar, can be summarized in two: the first is that due to its ability to move on the bar in the sagittal plane, improved by the arrangement of bearings in its distal parts, it can move along the entire bar during the execution of movements in multiple exercises, being able to perform concentric phases by moving the mobile multi-grip elements from the central part of the bar to the ends or, from the ends to the central part, in the same way as it can be performed in the eccentric phases. And the second is that, depending on the placement of the bearings inserted between the bar and the hollow cylindrical tube in its distal parts, the rotation capacity on the bar and the transverse axis of the mobile multi-grip element can be maintained, thus being able to continue selecting three of its four grips or handles on three axes of the Cartesian plane, allowing greater mobility to the wrist joint while executing the movement, or, eliminate said rotation capacity without being able to select the grips on the different axes, offering greater stability during the execution of the movement.
[0040] Finally, the modified device features rubber stops that can be placed on the bars to reduce the length of the movement required during the exercise. These stops, of varying lengths, can be easily placed manually by surrounding the bar in its central and distal sections, thus selecting the desired distance of movement along the sagittal plane based on the exercise and the desired goal.
[0041] With this modification of the device, while keeping the multi-grip elements mobile without attaching them to the bar, the aim is to be able to perform multiple exercises, taking advantage of the movement of the mobile multi-grip element along the sagittal plane of the bar, starting the movement at a desired width and ending it at another. This way, during the execution of the movements in their concentric and eccentric phases, the angle on the joint changes, affecting different portions of muscle fibers of the same muscle group in a different way than conventional movement, as well as involving other fibers of synergistic muscle groups, movement stabilizers, and antagonist fixators, similar to movements performed on guided machines and pulleys with the stability offered by movements with bars.
[0042] The main advantages of modifying the device by keeping the multi-grip elements mobile without attaching them to the bar include:
[0043] • Possibility of increasing or decreasing the distance of the grips from the center of the body during the execution of the movement. By arranging the mobile multi-grip elements on bearings in the distal parts of their hollow cylindrical tubes, the bar can be moved in the sagittal plane, allowing concentric and eccentric phases to be performed by moving the mobile multi-grip elements, choosing the movement from the central part of the bar to the ends or from the ends to the central part.
[0044] • Maintain the possibility of performing multiple exercises with five different grip shapes on the same device (Prone 180°, oblique between 20° and 45°, neutral 90°, oblique between 135° and 160° and supine 360°) in the desired width or by increasing or decreasing the distance of the grips from the body center during the execution of the movement. By arranging four different grips on the two hollow cylindrical tubes, with five different grip shapes, individually located on two of the axes of the Cartesian plane,By rotating the hollow cylindrical tube over the bar on the transverse axis by selecting a grip, 25 different grip combinations are obtained. • Maintaining the possibility of varying the angles in the execution of the movements without shifting the weight with respect to the joint in three of its four grips if the rotation capacity of the hollow cylindrical tube on the bar and the transverse plane is not eliminated due to the arrangement of its bearings. By being able to place three of the four grips (oblique between 20° and 45°, neutral 90° and oblique between 135° and 160°) on three different axes* (first axis: below the bar [between the bar and the floor] or above the bar [between the bar and the ceiling] depending on the exercise, second axis: behind the bar [between the bar and the performer if the performer is standing or between the bar and the distal upper part of the body if the performer is lying supine] and, third axis: in front of the bar [between the bar and the opposite side of the performer if standing, or between the bar and the distal lower part of the performer's body if lying supine]) due to the rotation capacity around the bar and the transverse axis of the two hollow cylindrical tubes, the execution angle can be varied by changing the same axis grip by rotating the hollow cylindrical tubes on the bar and the transverse axis, keeping the weight always on the line of the bar, obtaining 9 different axes combinations. * The 90° neutral grip cannot be used on the first axis (below the bar [between the bar and the floor] or above the bar [between the bar and the ceiling] depending on the exercise, due to the ergonomics of the grip) as well as the prone / supine grip 1807360°, since it is incorporated into the hollow cylindrical tube, it cannot be used on any axis and always remains in line with the bar.,
[0045] • Maintain the possibility of combining the five different grip shapes with the three axes, obtaining new multiple possibilities. By having 25 combinations of different grips and 9 combinations of different axes, making a product of both combinations (25 * 9), a total of 225 combinations is obtained without eliminating the combinations in which there was a neutral grip in the first axis (The neutral grip cannot be used in the first axis due to the ergonomics of the grip) as well as the combinations in which there was a 180° prone grip and a 360° supine grip in two axes (The 1807360° prone / supine grip is located in the hollow cylindrical tube in line with the bar).
[0046] The steps to follow for the use of the device object of the invention in the case of keeping the multi-grip elements mobile without fixing them to the bar would differ from the previous steps in which, if they were fixed to a desired width, they would be included in:
[0047] • Pre-select the movement to be performed during the exercise to position the movable multi-grip elements at the desired width of the bar. This can be done by keeping the movable multi-grip elements at the same width throughout the movement, moving toward the ends of the bar or toward the inside of the bar during the concentric phase, or moving toward the ends of the bar or toward the inside of the bar during the eccentric phase.
[0048] • If you want to perform the movement during the exercise by moving the mobile multi-grip elements on the bar, you must first select the path of the movement, placing the desired rubber stops on the distal, central, or central and distal parts.
[0049] • Incorporation of the desired weight by inserting load discs into the ends of the bar designed for this purpose.
[0050] • Move the right and left mobile multi-grip elements over the bar and the sagittal plane to the desired width to begin the exercise movement.

[0144] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0145] In view of the aforementioned figures and, in accordance with the numbering adopted, one can observe in them the preferred embodiments of the invention, which comprise the elements identified in their description, indicated and described in detail below.
[0146] As can be seen in Figure 1, the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention is composed of three elements: a long, perforated straight bar (Fig. 2) and two thick, perforated, mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 3) inserted into the bar. These elements are detailed below. The long, perforated straight bar (Fig. 2), taking the men's Olympic bar as a reference, is made of solid steel, 2200 mm long and 28 mm in diameter. The central part called long handlebar (1) measures 1310 mm in length and 28 mm in diameter, has twenty-four perforations (4), twelve on the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter located, two at 60 mm, two at 210 mm, two at 220 mm, two at 370 mm, two at 380 mm and two at 530 mm respectively from the center of the bar and twelve on the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter located, two at 70 mm, two at 200 mm, two at 230 mm, two at 360 mm, two at 390 mm and two at 520 mm respectively from the center of the bar, strategically located to be able to fix at three different distances (wide, medium and narrow) the thick perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 3) inserted in the diameter of its central part by means of straight pins (6). At the ends of the long handlebar (1) there is a stop (3) also made of steel, 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter and a continuation called a long bearing (2) also made of steel, 415 mm long and 50 mm in diameter, where weight discs can be inserted.
[0147] The two perforated thick mobile multi-grip elements are twins, so one is described individually. Said perforated thick mobile multi-grip element (Fig. 3) is formed by a thick hollow cylindrical tube (5) made of steel inserted in the central part of the described bar, its length is 160 mm and its internal diameter is 30 mm, which allows it to move on the bar from left to right on the frontal plane, as well as rotate 360° (al) on it in the transverse axis. Said thick hollow cylindrical tube (5) in its central part has four different solid steel grips of 28 mm in diameter and 120 mm in length forming part of the body of the thick hollow cylindrical tube (5), said grips are located individually on the three axes of the Cartesian plane. The four grips are covered by a rubber that facilitates adherence and padding, said grips correspond to a first grip called prone 180° / supine 360° thick (7), a second grip called oblique between 20° and 45° thick (9), a third grip called neutral 90° thick (8) and a fourth grip opposite to the second called oblique between 135° and 160° thick (10). Said thick hollow cylindrical tube (5) in its distal parts has four perforations (4), two at each end, one in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter located 75 mm away from the center of the tube that will coincide with the perforations (4) made in the long perforated straight bar (Fig. 2) in the same frontal plane and another in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter located 65 mm away from the center of the tube that will coincide with the perforations (4) made in the long perforated straight bar (Fig. 2) in the transverse plane. Finally, said thick hollow cylindrical tube (5) in its distal parts has four solid straight pins (6) (two at each end) made of steel, 52.5 mm long and 9 mm in diameter, with the upper part called the magnetic head (6.1) with a length of 2 mm and a diameter of 14 mm, to be introduced into the perforations (4) described to fix the perforated thick mobile multi-grip element (Fig. 3) to one of the three selectable widths. Said straight pins (6 and Fig. 4) rest on the distal parts of the thick hollow cylindrical tube (5) by means of a ring that is part of said tube, joined by a cable to prevent its loss.
[0148] In another preferred embodiment (number two), shown in Figure 5, the size of the bar and the mobile multi-grip elements are modified with respect to the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1), maintaining intact all the characteristics and features mentioned in the description. This modification is based on its preferential use by women or performers who require a shorter, lighter bar with a smaller grip diameter. It is composed of three elements: a perforated medium straight bar (Fig. 6) and two thin perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 7) inserted into the bar. These elements are detailed below.
[0149] The perforated medium straight bar (Fig. 6), taking the women's Olympic bar as a reference, is made of solid steel, 2000 mm long and 25 mm in diameter. The central part called middle handlebar (11) measures 1310 mm in length and 25 mm in diameter, has twenty-four perforations (4), twelve in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter located, two at 60 mm, two at 210 mm, two at 220 mm, two at 370 mm, two at 380 mm and two at 530 mm respectively from the center of the bar and twelve in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter located, two at 70 mm, two at 200 mm, two at 230 mm, two at 360 mm, two at 390 mm and two at 520 mm respectively from the center of the bar, strategically located to be able to fix at three different distances (wide, medium and narrow) the perforated thin mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 7) inserted in the diameter of its central part by means of straight pins (6).At the ends of the middle handlebar (11) there is a stop (3) also made of steel, 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter and a continuation called the middle bearing (12) also made of steel, 315 mm long and 50 mm in diameter, where weight discs can be inserted.
[0150] The two perforated thin mobile multi-grip elements are twins, so one is described individually. Said perforated thin mobile multi-grip element (Fig. 7) is formed by a thin hollow cylindrical tube (13) made of steel inserted in the central part of the described bar, its length is 160 mm, its external diameter is 47 mm and its internal diameter is 27 mm, which allows it to move on the bar from left to right on the frontal plane, as well as rotate 360° (al) on it in the transverse axis. Said thin hollow cylindrical tube (13) in its central part has four different solid steel grips of 25 mm in diameter and 120 mm in length forming part of the body of the thin hollow cylindrical tube (13), said grips are located individually on the three axes of the Cartesian plane. The four grips are covered by a rubber that facilitates adherence and padding. These grips correspond to a first grip called prone 180° / supine 360° fine (14), a second grip called oblique between 20° and 45° fine (16), a third grip called neutral 90° fine (15) and a fourth grip opposite to the second called oblique between 135° and 160° fine (17). Said thin hollow cylindrical tube (13) in its distal parts has four perforations (4), two at each end, one in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter located 75 mm away from the center of the tube that will coincide with the perforations (4) made in the perforated middle straight bar (Fig. 6) in the same frontal plane and another in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter located 65 mm away from the center of the tube that will coincide with the perforations (4) made in the perforated middle straight bar (Fig. 6) in the transverse plane. Finally, said thin hollow cylindrical tube (13) in its distal parts has four solid straight pins (6) (two at each end) made of steel, 52.5 mm long and 9 mm in diameter, with the upper part called the magnetic head (6. 1) with a length of 2 mm and a diameter of 14 mm, to be introduced into the perforations (4) described to fix the perforated thin mobile multi-grip element (Fig. 7) to one of the three selectable widths through a double fixation, two straight pins (6) in the frontal plane (perpendicular to the ground) and two straight pins (6) on the transverse plane (horizontal to the ground). Said straight pins (6 and Fig. 4) rest on the distal parts of the thin hollow cylindrical tube (13) by means of a ring that is part of said tube joined by a cable to avoid its loss.
[0151] In another preferred embodiment (number three), shown in Figure 8, the size of the bar is modified with respect to the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1) while maintaining all the characteristics and features mentioned in the description intact. This modification is based on a preferential use for exercises of small muscle groups such as biceps curls, triceps press or front deltoid raises, among others, which require a shorter bar length. It is composed of three elements: a short perforated straight bar (Fig. 9) and two thick perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 3) inserted into the bar. These elements are detailed below.
[0152] The perforated short straight bar (Fig. 9), taking the short Olympic bar as a reference, is made of solid steel, 1520 mm long and 28 mm in diameter. The central part called short handlebar (18) measures 960 mm in length and 28 mm in diameter, has twenty-four perforations (4), twelve in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter, located two at 10 mm, two at 160 mm, two at 170 mm, two at 320 mm and two at 470 mm respectively from the center of the bar and twelve in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter, located two at 20 mm, two at 150 mm, two at 180 mm, two at 310 mm, two at 330 mm and two at 460 mm respectively from the center of the bar, strategically located to be able to fix at three different distances (wide, medium and narrow) the perforated thick mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 3) inserted in the diameter of its central part by means of straight pins (6).At the ends of the short handlebar (18) there is a stop (3), also made of steel, 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter, and a continuation called a short bearing (19), also made of steel, 250 mm long and 50 mm in diameter, where weight discs can be inserted.
[0153] The two thick, perforated, mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 3) are those described in the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1), so they are not detailed further. In another preferred embodiment (Number four), shown in Figure 10, the size of the bar and the number of elements are modified with respect to the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1), while maintaining all the characteristics and features mentioned in the description intact. This modification based on doubling the distance of its central part (long handlebar) becoming a double bar where exercises can be performed simultaneously in a dual manner (two performers) is based on a preferential use for exercises of large muscle groups such as bench press for pectoral, rows and deadlifts for dorsal or squats and scissors among others, always performed simultaneously by two performers, because this dual variant is an element of great importance in the case of personal training allowing multiple exercises to be performed jointly by the performer and the trainer as well as a motivating element for training in pairs of performers both beginners and advanced. It is composed of five elements: a long straight perforated double bar (Fig. 11) and four thick perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 3) inserted into the bar, these elements are detailed below.
[0154] The long perforated double straight bar (Fig. 11), taking the men's Olympic bar as a reference, is made of solid steel, 3924 mm long and 28 mm in diameter. The central part called double long handlebar (20) measures 2620 mm in length and 28 mm in diameter, has forty-eight perforations (4), twenty-four in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter, located two at 125 mm, two at 275 mm, two at 285 mm, two at 435 mm, two at 445 mm, two at 595 mm, two at 715 mm, two at 865 mm, two at 875 mm, two at 1025 mm, two at 1035 mm and two at 1185 mm respectively from the center of the bar and twenty-four in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter located two at 135 mm, two at 265 mm, two at 295 mm, two at 425 mm, two at 455 mm, two at 585 mm, two at 725 mm, two at 855 mm, two at 885 mm, two at 1015 mm, two at 1045 mm and two at 1175 mm respectively from the centre of the bar, strategically located to be able to fix at three different distances (wide, medium and narrow) the thick perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 3) inserted in the diameter of its central part by means of straight pins (6).At the ends of the long double handlebar (20) there is a stop (3) also made of steel, 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter and a continuation called an enlarged long bearing (21) also made of steel, 622 mm long and 50 mm in diameter, where weight discs can be inserted.
[0155] The four thick perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 3) are those described in the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1) so they are not detailed further.
[0156] In another preferred embodiment (Number five), shown in Figure 12, the size of the bar and the size of the mobile multi-grip elements, as well as the number of elements, are modified with respect to the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1), keeping intact all the characteristics and features mentioned in the description. This modification, based on doubling the distance of its central part (middle handlebar), turning it into a double bar where exercises can be performed simultaneously in a dual manner (two performers), is based on a preferential use for exercises of large muscle groups such as bench press for the pectoral, rows and deadlifts for the back, or squats and scissors, among others, by women or performers who require a shorter, lighter bar with a smaller grip diameter, always performed simultaneously by two performers because this dual variant is an element of great importance in the case of personal training, allowing multiple exercises to be performed jointly by the performer and the coach, as well as a motivating element for training in pairs of performers, both beginners and advanced. It is composed of five elements: a medium straight perforated double bar (Fig.13) and four thin perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 7) inserted into the bar, these elements are detailed below.
[0157] The perforated medium straight double bar (Fig. 13), taking the women's Olympic bar as a reference, is made of solid steel, 3624 mm long and 25 mm in diameter. The central part called double half handlebar (22) measures 2620 mm in length and 25 mm in diameter, has forty-eight perforations (4), twenty-four in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter, located two at 125 mm, two at 275 mm, two at 285 mm, two at 435 mm, two at 445 mm, two at 595 mm, two at 715 mm, two at 865 mm, two at 875 mm, two at 1025 mm, two at 1035 mm and two at 1185 mm respectively from the center of the bar and twenty-four in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter, located two at 135 mm, two at 265 mm, two at 295 mm, two at 425 mm, two at 455 mm, two at 585 mm, two at 725 mm, two at 855 mm, two at 885 mm, two at 1015 mm, two at 1045 mm and two at 1175 mm respectively from the centre of the bar, strategically located to be able to fix at three different distances (wide, medium and narrow) the perforated thin mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 7) inserted in the diameter of its central part by means of straight pins (6).At the ends of the double middle handlebar (22) there is a stop (3) also made of steel, 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter and a continuation called an enlarged middle bearing (23) also made of steel, 472 mm long and 50 mm in diameter, where weight discs can be inserted.
[0158] The four fine perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 7) are those described in preferred embodiment number two (Fig. 5) so they are not detailed further.
[0159] In another preferred embodiment (Number six), shown in Figure 14, the size of the bar and the number of elements are modified with respect to the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1), keeping intact all the characteristics and features mentioned in the description. This modification based on doubling the distance of its central part (short handlebar) becoming a double bar where the exercises can be executed simultaneously in a dual manner (two performers) is based on a preferential use for exercises of small muscle groups such as biceps curls, triceps press or front deltoid raises among others, which require a shorter bar length, because this dual variant is an element of great importance in the case of personal training, allowing multiple exercises to be performed jointly by the performer and the trainer as well as a motivating element for training in pairs of performers both beginners and advanced. It is composed of five elements: a short perforated straight double bar (Fig. 15) and four thick perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 3) inserted into the bar, these elements are detailed below.
[0160] The short perforated double straight bar (Fig. 15), taking the short Olympic bar as a reference, is made of solid steel, 2730 mm long and 28 mm in diameter. The central part called double short handlebar (24) measures 1920 mm in length and 28 mm in diameter, has forty-eight perforations (4), twenty-four in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter located two at 10 mm, two at 160 mm, two at 310 mm, two at 320 mm, two at 470 mm, two at 490 mm, two at 640 mm, two at 650 mm, two at 800 mm and two at 950 mm respectively from the center of the bar and twenty-four in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter located two at 20 mm, two at 150 mm, two at 170, two at 300 mm, two at 330 mm, two at 460 mm, two at 500 mm, two at 630 mm, two at 660 mm, two at 790 mm, two at 810 mm and two at 940 mm respectively from the center of the bar, strategically located to be able to fix the thick perforated mobile multi-grip elements at three different distances (wide, medium and narrow) (Fig.3) inserted into the diameter of its central part by means of straight pins (6). At the ends of the short double handlebar (24) there is a stop (3) also made of steel, 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter and a continuation called an enlarged short bearing (25) also made of steel, 375 mm long and 50 mm in diameter, where weight discs are inserted.
[0161] The four thick perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 3) are those described in the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1) so they are not detailed further.
[0162] In another preferred embodiment (Number seven), shown in Figure 16, the shape and size of the bar, the shape of the mobile multi-grip elements and the number of elements are modified with respect to the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1), keeping intact all the characteristics and features mentioned in the description. This modification, based on varying its straight shape to a circular or curvilinear shape, becoming a circular bar where exercises can be performed simultaneously in a group (four performers), is based on a preferential use for exercises of large muscle groups such as bench presses for the pectoral muscles, rows and deadlifts for the back, or squats and scissors, among others, always performed in a group simultaneously by four performers, because this group variant is an element of great importance in the case of classes aimed at a small number of users or personal training with a small group of users, allowing multiple exercises to be performed jointly by four performers, as well as a motivating element for training by groups of performers, both beginners and advanced users. It is composed of nine elements: a long perforated circular bar (Fig.17) and eight perforated thick curved mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 18) inserted into the bar, these elements are detailed below.
[0163] The long perforated circular bar (Fig. 17), taking the male Olympic bar as a reference, respecting the length of the long handlebar of 1310 mm for each of the four performers plus the necessary space occupied by the discs, is made of steel, solid, with a length of 7028 mm and a diameter of 28 mm, forming a circle of 2237 mm in diameter and 1118 mm in radius. The central part called long circular handlebar (26), also made of steel, coincides with the total length of the bar, measuring 7028 mm in length and 28 mm in diameter, and has ninety-six perforations (4) of 10 mm in diameter, forty-eight in the frontal plane and forty-eight in the transverse plane, keeping the same proportion of distances as those described in the long perforated straight bar (Fig. 2) in the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig.1) needing to adapt to the circular shape, strategically placed to be able to fix at three different distances (wide, medium and narrow) the thick perforated curved mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 18) inserted in the arches of its central parts by means of curved pins (28). The stops disappear because said function is performed by the four long enlarged steel bearings (21) located inside the circle formed by the long circular handlebar (26) perpendicular to its center on the four axes, 622 mm long and 50 mm in diameter where weight discs are introduced.
[0164] The eight perforated thick curved mobile multi-grip elements are twins, so one is described individually. Said perforated thick curved mobile multi-grip element (Fig. 18) is formed by a thick curved hollow cylindrical tube (27) made of steel inserted in the central part of the described bar; its length, of 208 mm, maintains the proportion of length of its straight counterpart by adapting to the circular shape, maintaining its internal diameter at 30 mm, which allows it to move on the bar from left to right on the frontal plane, as well as rotate 360° (al) on it on the transverse axis.Said thick curved hollow cylindrical tube (27) in its central part has four different grips made of solid steel with a diameter of 28 mm and a length of 120 mm, forming part of the body of the thick curved hollow cylindrical tube (27), said grips are located individually on the three axes of the Cartesian plane, covered by a rubber that facilitates adherence, and correspond to a first grip called prone 180° / supine 360° thick (7), a second grip called oblique between 20° and 45° thick (9), a third grip called neutral 90° thick (8) and a fourth grip opposite the second one called oblique between 135° and 160° thick (10). Said thick curved hollow cylindrical tube (27) in its distal parts has four perforations (4), two at each end, one in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter located 99 mm away from the center of the tube that will coincide with the perforations (4) made in the long perforated circular bar (Fig.17) in the same frontal plane and another in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter located at 89 mm distance from the center of the tube that will coincide with the perforations (4) made in the long perforated circular bar (Fig. 17) in the transverse plane. Finally, said thick curved hollow cylindrical tube (27) in its distal parts has four curved pins (28) (two at each end) solid steel, its length of 68.25 mm keeps the proportion of length of its straight counterpart by adapting to the circular shape maintaining its diameter of 9 mm with the upper part called magnetic curved head (28. 1) with a length of 2 mm and a diameter of 14 mm, to be introduced into the perforations (4) described, to fix the perforated thick curved mobile multi-grip element (Fig.18) to one of three selectable widths by means of a double fixation, two curved pins (28) in the frontal plane (perpendicular to the ground) and two curved pins (28) on the transversal plane (horizontal to the ground). Said curved pins (28 and Fig. 19) rest on the distal parts of the thick curved hollow cylindrical tube (27) by means of a ring that is part of said tube joined by a cable to avoid its loss.
[0165] In another preferred embodiment (Number eight), shown in Figure 20, the shape and size of the bar, the shape and size of the mobile multi-grip elements and the number of elements are modified with respect to the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1), keeping intact all the characteristics and features mentioned in the description. This modification based on varying its straight shape to a circular or curvilinear shape, becoming a circular bar where exercises can be performed simultaneously in a group (four performers) is based on a preferential use for exercises of large muscle groups such as bench press for pectoral, rows and deadlifts for dorsal or squats and scissors among others, by women or performers who need a shorter, lighter bar with a smaller grip diameter, always performed in a group simultaneously by four performers, because this group variant is an element of great importance in the case of classes aimed at a small number of users or personal training with a small group of users, allowing multiple exercises to be performed jointly by four performers as well as a motivating element for training by groups of performers both beginners and advanced. It is composed of nine elements: a perforated half circular bar (Fig. 21) and eight perforated thin curved mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 22) inserted into the bar, these elements are detailed below.
[0166] The perforated half circular bar (Fig. 21), taking the female Olympic bar as a reference, respecting the length of the average handlebar of 1310 mm for each of the four performers plus the necessary space occupied by the discs, is made of solid steel, with a length of 7028 mm and a diameter of 25 mm, forming a circle of 2237 mm in diameter and 1118 mm in radius. The central part called the half circular handlebar (29), also made of steel, coincides with the total length of the bar, measuring 7028 mm in length and 25 mm in diameter, and has ninety-six perforations (4) of 10 mm in diameter, forty-eight on the frontal plane and forty-eight on the transverse plane, keeping the same distance ratio as those described in the perforated half straight bar (Fig.6) in the preferred embodiment number two shown in figure 5, needing to adapt to the circular shape, strategically located to be able to fix at three different distances (wide, medium and narrow) the perforated thin curved mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 22) inserted in the arches of its central parts by means of curved pins (28). The stops disappear because said function is performed by the four enlarged middle bearings (23) made of steel, located inside the circle formed by the middle circular handlebar (29) perpendicular to its center on the four axes, 472 mm long and 50 mm in diameter where weight discs are introduced.
[0167] The eight perforated thin curved mobile multi-grip elements are twins, so one is described individually. Said perforated thin curved mobile multi-grip element (Fig. 22) is formed by a curved thin hollow cylindrical tube (30) made of steel inserted in the central part of the described bar, its length maintains the proportion of the length of its straight counterpart by adapting to the circular shape, maintaining its internal diameter at 27 mm, which allows it to move on the bar from left to right on the frontal plane, as well as rotate 360° (al) on it on the transverse axis.Said thin curved hollow cylindrical tube (30) in its central part has four different grips made of solid steel with a diameter of 25 mm and a length of 120 mm, forming part of the body of the thin curved hollow cylindrical tube (30), said grips are located individually on the three axes of the Cartesian plane, covered by a rubber that facilitates adherence, corresponding to a first grip called prone 180° / supine 360° fine (14), a second grip called oblique between 20° and 45° fine (16), a third grip called neutral 90° fine (15) and a fourth grip opposite to the second called oblique between 135° and 160° fine (17). Said curved thin hollow cylindrical tube (30) in its distal parts has four perforations (4), two at each end, one in the frontal plane of 10 mm in diameter located 99 mm away from the center of the tube that will coincide with the perforations (4) made in the perforated middle circular bar (Fig.21) in the same frontal plane and another in the transverse plane of 10 mm in diameter located at 89 mm distance from the center of the tube that will coincide with the perforations (4) made in the perforated middle circular bar (Fig. 21) in the transverse plane. Finally, said thin curved hollow cylindrical tube (30) in its distal parts has four curved pins (28) (two at each end) solid steel, its length of 68.25 mm keeps the proportion of length of its straight counterpart by adapting to the circular shape, maintaining its diameter of 9 mm with the upper part called magnetic curved head (28.1) with a length of 2 mm and a diameter of 14 mm, to be introduced into the perforations (4) described, to fix the perforated thin curved mobile multi-grip element (Fig.22) to one of three selectable widths by means of a double fixation, two curved pins (28) in the frontal plane (perpendicular to the ground) and two curved pins (28) on the transversal plane (horizontal to the ground). Said curved pins (28 and Fig. 19) rest on the distal parts of the thin curved hollow cylindrical tube (30) by means of a ring that is part of said tube joined by a cable to avoid its loss.
[0168] In another preferred embodiment (Number nine), shown in Figure 23, the shape and size of the bar, the shape of the mobile multi-grip elements and the number of elements are modified with respect to the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention (Fig. 1), keeping intact all the characteristics and features mentioned in the description. This modification, based on varying its straight shape to a circular or curvilinear shape, becoming a circular bar where exercises can be performed simultaneously in a group (four performers), is based on a preferential use for exercises of small muscle groups such as biceps curls, triceps press or front deltoid raises, among others, which require a shorter bar length, always performed in a group simultaneously by four performers, because this group variant is an element of great importance in the case of classes aimed at a small number of users or personal training with a small group of users, allowing multiple exercises to be performed jointly by four performers as well as a motivating element for training by groups of performers, both beginners and advanced users. It is composed of nine elements: a short perforated circular bar (Fig.24) and eight perforated thick curved mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 18) inserted into the bar, these elements are detailed below.
[0169] The short perforated circular bar (Fig. 24), taking the short Olympic bar as a reference, respecting the length of the short handlebar of 960 mm for each of the four performers plus the necessary space occupied by the discs, is made of solid steel, with a length of 5380 mm and a diameter of 28 mm, forming a circle of 1712 mm in diameter and 856 mm in radius. The central part called the short circular handlebar (31), also made of steel, coincides with the total length of the bar, measuring 5380 mm in length and 28 mm in diameter, and has ninety-six perforations (4) of 10 mm in diameter, forty-eight on the frontal plane and forty-eight on the transverse plane, keeping the same distance ratio as those described in the short perforated straight bar (Fig.9) in the preferred embodiment number three shown in figure 8, needing to adapt to the circular shape, strategically located to be able to fix at three different distances (wide, medium and narrow) the thick perforated curved mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 18) inserted in the arches of its central parts by means of curved pins (28). The stops disappear because said function is carried out by the four enlarged short bearings (25) made of steel, located inside the circle formed by the short circular handlebar (31) perpendicular to its center on the four axes, 375 mm long and 50 mm in diameter where weight discs are introduced.
[0170] The eight perforated, thick curved mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 18) are those described in preferred embodiment number seven (Fig. 16), so they are not detailed further. The modification of the device, maintaining the mobile multi-grip elements without fixing them to the bar as indicated above, can be included in the preferred embodiment (Fig. 1) as well as in the eight preferred embodiments that accompany it (Figs.: 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20 and 23), obtaining nine new preferred embodiments described below:
[0171] As can be seen in Figure 25, the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention modified to hold the mobile multi-grip elements without fixing them to the bar, called preferred embodiment number ten, is composed of three elements: a long, straight, non-perforated bar (Fig. 26) and two thick, non-perforated mobile multi-grip elements (Fig. 27) inserted into the bar. These elements are detailed below.
[0172] The long undrilled straight bar (Fig. 26), taking the men's Olympic bar as a reference, is made of solid steel, 2200 mm long and 28 mm in diameter. The central part called the long handlebar (1) measures 1310 mm long and 28 mm in diameter, without any perforation. At the ends of the long handlebar (1) there is a stop (3), also made of steel, 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter, and a continuation called the long bearing (2), also made of steel, 415 mm long and 50 mm in diameter, where weight discs can be inserted. This bar also has thick, straight, adjustable length pads (34 and Fig. 28) of 120 mm, 240 mm and 360 mm long and 28 mm in internal diameter, to be placed on the bar at its ends or in its middle area if it is desired to reduce the displacement distance of the undrilled mobile multi-grip elements from left to right on the bar in the frontal plane.
[0173] The two thick, unperforated mobile multi-grip elements are twins, so one is described individually. Said thick, unperforated mobile multi-grip element (Fig. 27) is formed by a thick, hollow cylindrical tube with steel bearings (32) inserted in the central part of the described bar, it has no perforations and does not have pins, its length is 160 mm, its internal diameter in the central part is 30 mm and in the distal part (bearings) it is 35 mm, its external diameter in the central part is 35 mm and in the distal part (bearings) it is 55 mm.The arrangement of the bearings at the ends of the thick hollow cylindrical tube with bearings (32) between the inside of the same and the bar, allows it to move easily on the bar from left to right on the frontal plane, as well as depending on the orientation of said bearings, choose between being able to rotate 360° (al) on it on the transverse axis or, eliminate said rotation, granting greater stability.Said thick hollow cylindrical tube with bearings (32) in its central part has four different solid steel grips of 28 mm in diameter (the thick 180° prone / 360° supine grip (7) is 35 mm in diameter as it coincides with the external diameter of the central part of the tube) and 120 mm in length, forming part of the body of the thick hollow cylindrical tube with bearings (32), said grips are located on two of the four axes of the Cartesian plane, with a first grip always remaining on one axis (above, below, in front of or behind the bar), a second grip, as it coincides with the central part of the thick hollow cylindrical tube with bearings (32), in line with the bar, and a third and fourth grip, on the axis opposite to the first grip (above, below, in front of or behind the bar). The four grips are covered by a rubber that facilitates adherence and padding, said grips correspond to a first grip called oblique between 20° and 45° thick (9), a second grip called prone 180° / supine 360° thick (7), a third grip called neutral 90° thick (8) and a fourth grip opposite to the first called oblique between 135° and 160° thick (10).
[0174] In another preferred embodiment (number eleven), shown in Figure 29, the size of the bar and the size of the mobile multi-grip elements are modified with respect to the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention modified to hold the mobile multi-grip elements without fixing them to the bar (Fig. 25), called preferred embodiment number ten, keeping intact all the characteristics and features of the device object of the invention modified to hold the mobile multi-grip elements without fixing them to the bar, mentioned in the description. Said modification is based on what is mentioned in preferred embodiment number two, so it is not detailed again. It is composed of three elements: a medium straight bar without perforations (Fig. 30) and two thin mobile multi-grip elements without perforations (Fig. 31) inserted into the bar, these elements are detailed below.
[0175] The unperforated medium straight bar (Fig. 30), taking the women's Olympic bar as a reference, is made of solid steel, 2000 mm long and 25 mm in diameter. The central part called the middle handlebar (11) measures 1310 mm long and 25 mm in diameter, without any perforation. At the ends of the middle handlebar (11) there is a stop (3), also made of steel, 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter, and a continuation called the middle bearing (12), also made of steel, 315 mm long and 50 mm in diameter, where weight discs can be inserted. Said bar additionally has thin straight pads adjustable in length (36 and Fig. 28) of 120 mm, 240 mm and 360 mm in length and 25 mm in internal diameter to be placed on the bar at its ends or in its middle area if it is desired to reduce the displacement distance of the mobile multi-grip elements without perforation from left to right on the bar in the frontal plane.
[0176] The two thin, unperforated mobile multi-grip elements are twins, so one is described individually. Said thin, unperforated mobile multi-grip element (Fig. 31) is formed by a thin, hollow cylindrical tube with steel bearings (35), inserted in the central part of the described bar, it has no perforations nor does it have pins, its length is 160 mm, its internal diameter in the central part is 27 mm and in the distal part (bearings) it is 32 mm, its external diameter in the central part is 32 mm and in the distal part (bearings) it is 52 mm.The arrangement of the bearings at the ends of the thin hollow cylindrical tube with bearings (35) between the inside of the same and the bar, allows it to move easily on the bar from left to right on the frontal plane, as well as depending on the orientation of said bearings, choose between being able to rotate 360° (al) on it on the transverse axis or, eliminate said rotation, granting greater stability.Said thin hollow cylindrical tube with bearings (35) in its central part has four different solid steel grips of 25 mm in diameter (the thin 180° prone / 360° supine grip (14) is 32 mm in diameter as it coincides with the external diameter of the central part of the tube) and 120 mm in length, forming part of the body of the thin hollow cylindrical tube with bearings (35), said grips are located on two of the four axes of the Cartesian plane, with a first grip always on one axis (above, below, in front of or behind the bar), a second grip, as it coincides with the central part of the thin hollow cylindrical tube with bearings (35), in line with the bar, and a third and fourth grip, on the axis opposite to the first grip (above, below, in front of or behind the bar). The four grips are covered by a rubber that facilitates adherence and padding, said grips correspond to a first grip called oblique between 20° and 45° fine (16), a second grip called prone 180° / supine 360° fine (14), a third grip called neutral 90° fine (15) and a fourth grip opposite to the first called oblique between 135° and 160° fine (17).
[0177] In another preferred embodiment (Number twelve), shown in Figure 32, the size of the bar is modified with respect to the preferred embodiment of the device object of the invention modified to keep the multi-grip elements mobile without fixing them to the bar (Fig. 25), called preferred embodiment number ten, keeping intact all the characteristics and features of the device object of the invention modified to keep the multi-grip elements mobile without fixing them to the bar, mentioned in the description. Said modification is based on what is mentioned in preferred embodiment number three, so it is not detailed again. It is composed of three elements: a short straight bar without perforations (Fig. 33) and two thick mobile multi-grip elements without perforations (Fig. 27) inserted into the bar, these elements are detailed below.
[0178] The short straight bar without perforations (Fig. 33), taking the short Olympic bar as a reference, is made of steel, solid, 1520 mm long and 28 mm in diameter. The central part called short handlebar (18) measures 960 mm long and 28 mm in diameter, without any perforation. At the ends of the short handlebar (18) there is a stop (3) also made of steel, 30 mm long and 70 mm in diameter and a continuation called short bearing (19) also made of steel, 250 mm long and 50 mm in diameter, where weight discs are inserted.
