Abstract

This network node comprises: a reception unit that receives a registration request including a deletion condition pertaining to whether to execute a change in the performance of a program provision device and deletion of the program provision device; a control unit that determines execution of the performance change on the basis of the deletion condition and the current service quality in the program provision device, and determines the performance of a program provision device to be newly constructed for the purpose of the performance change on the basis of an expected value of the quality of service for the program provision device; and a transmission unit that transmits a trigger for instructing the construction of the program provision device to be newly constructed.
