Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0016] Referring to Figures 1 to 3, the present application discloses a temperature sampling device comprising: a substrate 1, an NTC 2, and a packaging structure 3. The substrate 1 comprises an exposed surface 11 and a connection surface 12 opposite to the exposed surface 11. The NTC 2 is integrally connected to the connection surface 12. The packaging structure 3 is integrally connected to the connection surface 12 and completely covers the NTC 2, effectively protecting the NTC 2. In addition to packaging the NTC 2, the connection surface 12 is also electrically connected to the FPC 4 for data transmission by welding. The packaging structure 3 is used to contact the surface of the object to be measured. In order to improve the assembly stability of the substrate 1 itself, it can be fixed to a fixed object next to the object to be measured. By connecting the substrate 1 to the FPC 4, the NTC 2 located on the substrate 1 is directly in contact with the object to be measured through the packaging method to achieve temperature sampling, which saves the step of designing a fixed structure on the object to be measured.
[0017] The package structure 3 is an injection-molded part integrally connected to the connection surface 12 of the substrate 1. This integral connection includes, but is not limited to, welding, soldering, or bonding. This integral connection improves the stability of the connection between the two. It is sufficient to simply connect the substrate 1 to the FPC 4 at the appropriate position. Specifically, the package structure 3 is a structure of a certain height that can integrally connect the NTC 2 to the connection surface 12 and has good mechanical, chemical, and electrical properties. Therefore, in this embodiment 1, the package structure 3 is formed using epoxy resin, which has good mechanical, chemical, and electrical properties, as well as low toxicity and workability.
[0018] In this embodiment 1, the above structure is applied in the field of batteries, and the substrate 1 adopts an aluminum substrate, the NTC 2 adopts a patch type NTC, the substrate 1 is welded to the conductive bar 6 on the surface of the battery cell 7, and the conductive bar 6 is fitted with the pole 71 of the battery cell. The substrate 1 is also connected to the FPC 4 in the battery, so that the packaging structure 3 can directly contact the pole 71 of the battery cell 7 or the side of the battery cell 7 where the pole 71 is located according to its own height, so as to achieve the temperature measurement effect of the battery cell surface. Therefore, there is no need to set a complex welding structure on the battery bracket 5, which reduces the difficulty of opening the mold of the bracket 5. The temperature is collected by directly encapsulating, which improves the assembly efficiency and reduces the assembly difficulty. It should be noted that this temperature collection device is not limited to the battery field.
[0019] The substrate 1 includes a circuit board, an insulating layer and a metal substrate. The metal substrate is not limited to an aluminum substrate. The circuit board forms a connection surface 12, and the metal substrate forms an exposed surface 11. The insulating layer is located between the metal substrate and the circuit board, which enables the substrate 1 to have the ability to transmit data and can transmit the voltage and temperature information collected by the NTC2. The metal substrate has good thermal conductivity, and the insulating layer can prevent the metal substrate from affecting the circuit board.
[0020] In some embodiments, in order to separate the fixation, connection, and temperature measurement of the substrate 1, the substrate 1 is divided into an integrally formed first connecting plate 13 and a second connecting plate 14. The first connecting plate 13 is respectively connected to the conductive bar 6 and the FPC 4 of the battery cell 7, and the NTC 2 is located on the second connecting plate 14. By dividing the substrate 1 into two parts, the first connecting plate 13 and the second connecting plate 14, they can be used to connect to different positions respectively, thereby being able to adapt to the structure of different battery holders 5, achieve the effect of fitting and assembling with the battery cell 7 and measuring the temperature, which is conducive to reducing the difficulty of its own production, improving production efficiency, and meeting the effect of multiple connections at the same time. It should be noted that the angle between the length direction of the first connecting plate 13 and the length direction of the second connecting plate 14 ranges from 15° to 180°. In this embodiment, the angle between the length direction of the first connecting plate 13 and the length direction of the second connecting plate 14 is 90°. In other embodiments, the first connecting plate 13 and the second connecting plate 14 can be a coplanar structure or a non-coplanar structure, as long as the above-mentioned connection, fixation, and temperature measurement effects can be achieved.
[0021] The present application also specifically relates to a CCS component, which is connected to one side of the pole 71 of the battery cell 7, and includes an FPC4, a bracket 5, a conductive bar 6 and a temperature fixing structure. The bracket 5 is assembled on one side of the pole 71 of several of the battery cells 7. The bracket 5 includes a first connecting surface 51 and a second connecting surface 52. The first connecting surface 51 covers the surface where the end faces of the poles 71 of several battery cells 7 are located. The second connecting surface 52 is perpendicularly connected to the edge of the first connecting surface 51. Therefore, at least one second connecting surface 52 is set, and the axis of each of the battery cells 7 is parallel to the second connecting surface 52. The first connection surface 51 is hollowed out corresponding to the pole 71 of each battery cell 7. The conductive bar 6 is arranged at each hollow part and contacts the pole 71 of the battery cell 7. The conductive bars 6 are mutually conductive. The FPC 4 is arranged on the second connection surface 52. The connection surface 12 of the first connection plate 13 in the substrate 1 is used to connect with the FPC4 and the conductive bar 6 respectively. The packaging structure 3 on the second connection plate 14 contacts the pole 71 of the battery cell 7 or the side of the battery cell 7 where the pole 71 is located. This enables a temperature collection fixing structure to be provided on the CCS component without providing a corresponding complex structure on the bracket 5. It is only necessary to connect the substrate 1 to the FPC4 and the conductive bar 6. The packaging structure 3 can be directly fitted with the side where the pole 71 of the battery cell 7 is located to realize temperature and voltage collection.
[0022] The welding between the first connecting plate 13 of the substrate 1 and the FPC 4 is performed by SMT welding, and the welding between the first connecting plate 13 of the substrate 1 and the conductive bar 6 is performed by laser welding, which can realize the connection between the first connecting plate 13 and the FPC 4 and the conductive bar 6 respectively. The SMT welding can ensure that the circuit of the FPC 4 is connected to the circuit board in the substrate 1 to realize signal transmission. The laser welding can fix the metal substrate of the substrate 1 and the conductive bar 6, and can directly transmit the temperature of the bottom arrangement to the metal substrate, so that the packaging structure 3 receives the temperature of the conductive bar 6 on one side and the temperature of the battery cell 7 on the other side, thereby improving the accuracy and stability of the temperature and voltage acquisition of the battery cell 7. It should be noted that in other embodiments, the connection method between the first connecting plate 13 and the FPC 4 and the conductive bar 6 is not specifically limited, and it is sufficient to achieve the above-mentioned connection effect.
[0023] In order to improve the assembly stability of the conductive bar 6, a plurality of interconnected hollow grooves 511 and a plurality of first assembly posts 512 are provided on the first connection surface 51. The conductive bar 6 is assembled in the hollow groove 511 where each battery cell 7 is located, and abuts against the pole 71 of the battery cell 7. The conductive bar 6 has a first assembly hole 61, which is limitedly engaged with the first assembly post 512, so that the conductive bar 6 can be fixed on the first connection surface 51 to achieve conduction with the pole 71 of the battery cell 7.
[0024] In order to improve the assembly stability of FPC4, a plurality of second assembly posts 521 are provided on the second connecting surface 52, and a plurality of second assembly holes 41 corresponding to the second assembly posts 521 are provided on the FPC4. The second assembly holes 41 and the second assembly posts 521 are limitedly engaged with each other, so that the FPC4 can be fixed on the second connecting surface 52, thereby achieving a fixing effect between the FPC4 and the second connecting surface 52, and providing a stable environment for the conduction between the FPC4 and the substrate 1.
[0025] It should be noted that the first assembly column 512 and the second assembly column 521 are only one way of fixing the conductive bar 6 and the FPC 4 in this embodiment. In other embodiments, they include but are not limited to snap connection, threaded connection, welding or bonding.
[0026] In this first embodiment, the FPC 4 extends toward the first connection surface 51 and bends to form a connecting portion 42. This connecting portion 42 connects to the connection surface 12 of the substrate 1, enabling the FPC 4 located on the second connection surface 52 to connect to the substrate 1 located on the first connection surface 51, thereby achieving a non-coplanar connection. The height of the packaging structure 3 is consistent with the height of the pole 71 of the cell 7, both being 2 mm. This facilitates temperature and pressure measurement on the side of the pole 71 of the cell 7, and the packaging structure 3 does not contact the pole 71. This allows the packaging structure 3 to directly adhere to the side of the pole 71 of the cell 7 after assembly of the substrate 1. The epoxy resin used in the packaging structure 3 effectively transfers temperature to the NTC 2, facilitating the NTC 2 to collect temperature and voltage on the cell surface. It should be noted that in other embodiments, the height of the packaging structure 3 can simply be consistent with the height of the pole 71 of the cell 7, without specifying a specific parameter range. In some embodiments, the packaging structure 3 may also partially contact the side of the pole 71 to improve collection efficiency.
[0027] The present application also relates to a battery pack, comprising a battery pack shell, a plurality of battery cells 7 located in the battery pack shell, and a CCS assembly, which can improve the assembly efficiency of temperature collection of the CCS assembly in the battery pack.
[0028] In summary, the temperature sampling device, CCS assembly, and battery module provided by this application have the following technical effects:
[0029] 1. By using the substrate 1 to collect the temperature and voltage of the battery cell 7, the traditional NTC 2 fixing structure designed on the bracket 5 is eliminated, which can realize automatic assembly and significantly reduce labor costs. At the same time, the substrate 1 has good heat dissipation properties, and the temperature of the battery cell 7 is more accurately collected;
[0030] 2. By connecting the substrate 1 to the FPC 4 and the conductive bus 6 respectively, the temperature data of the battery cell 7 collected by the NTC 2 can be smoothly transmitted to the FPC 4. It can also be connected to the conductive bus 6 to achieve the effect of temperature synchronization with the conductive bus 6, which is conducive to improving the accuracy of the temperature collection of the battery cell 7;
[0031] 3. By performing SMT welding between the substrate 1 and the FPC 4, stable data transmission can be achieved, and the collected temperature and voltage signals can be transmitted. By laser welding the substrate 1 and the conductive bar 6, the welding stability can be improved, and the welding speed is fast, which is conducive to the rapid assembly of the substrate 1.
[0032] 4. By using the packaging structure 3 to package the NTC 2 on the substrate 1, after the substrate 1 is connected and fixed to the FPC 4 and the conductive bar 6, the packaging structure 3 can directly fit the battery cell 7 to collect temperature and voltage.
