[0036] The following will be combined with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of this application to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of this application. Obviously, the embodiments described are only part of the embodiments of this application, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of this application, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without making creative efforts are within the scope of protection of this application.

[0037] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, the present application discloses a transmission tower 10, which includes a tower body 100 and a composite crossarm 200 disposed on the tower body 100. The composite crossarm 200 includes a post insulator 210, a diagonal insulator 220, and a node hardware 230. The first ends of the post insulator 210 and the first ends of the diagonal insulator 220 are both connected to the tower body 100, and the second ends are connected to the node hardware 230. The node hardware 230 connects the post insulator 210 and the diagonal insulator 220 together to form the end of the composite crossarm 200 for hanging conductors.

[0038] The tower body 100 can be a common transmission tower structure, such as a lattice iron tower, a pole body, or a composite pole tower. A composite crossarm 200 can be provided on one side of the tower body 100, or on multiple sides of the tower body 100. A single composite crossarm 200 can be provided on one side of the tower body 100, or multiple composite crossarms 200 can be provided at intervals along the vertical direction.

[0039] Post insulator 210 comprises an insulator, sheds wrapped around the insulator's outer periphery, and end fittings at each end of the insulator. The insulator is a composite insulator made of glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin, while the sheds can be made of materials such as high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, liquid silicone rubber, or room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, without limitation. The structure and materials of the oblique-stayed insulator 220 are similar to those of the post insulator 210 and will not be further described.

[0040] In one application scenario, there are two post insulators 210 and one diagonal insulator 220 (as shown in FIG1 ). The first ends of both post insulators 210 and one diagonal insulator 220 are connected to the tower body 100, and their second ends are connected together via a node fitting 230. The two post insulators 210 are located on the same side of the tower body 100, and the diagonal insulator 220 is located above the two post insulators 210. In another application scenario, there are two post insulators and two diagonal insulators. In yet another application scenario, there is one post insulator and one diagonal insulator. In summary, this application does not limit the number of post insulators 210 and diagonal insulators 220.

[0041] Referring to Figures 1-3 , the node fitting 230 includes a first connection fitting 231, a second connection fitting 232, and two hanging fittings 233. Both hanging fittings 233 are connected to the second connection fitting 232, and the first connection fitting 231 is connected to the second connection fitting 232 via one of the hanging fittings 233. Both hanging fittings 233 are used to hang the conductor 300. The post insulator 210 is connected to the first connection fitting 231, and the inclined insulator 220 is connected to the first connection fitting 231 or the second connection fitting 232.

[0042] The two hanging fittings 233 are connected to opposite ends of the second connecting fitting 232. The second connecting fitting 232 serves to secure the two hanging fittings 233. The two hanging fittings 233 are used to hang the conductors 300, such as a double-connected four-split conductor. The length of the second connecting fitting 232 can be adjusted based on the required spacing between the two hanging fittings 233. The first connecting fitting 231 is connected to one of the hanging fittings 233, so that the first connecting fitting 231, the second connecting fitting 232, and the two hanging fittings 233 are fixedly connected together.

[0043] The post insulator 210 is connected to the first connection fitting 231 , and the oblique-pull insulator 220 can be connected to either the second connection fitting 232 (as shown in FIG. 2 ) or the first connection fitting 231 .

[0044] The node fitting 230 provided in the present application includes two hanging wire fittings 233. The two hanging wire fittings 233 are integrated into one node fitting 230, which can reduce the inter-layer spacing, compress the overall size of the tower head of the transmission tower 10, improve the electromagnetic environment of the transmission tower 10, reduce the wind load of the transmission tower 10, and save the production cost.

[0045] 3 and 4 , the wire hanging fitting 233 includes a wire hanging flange 2331 and a wire hanging portion 2332. The wire hanging portion 2332 is disposed on the periphery of the wire hanging flange 2331 and connected to the wire hanging flange 2331 for hanging the conductor 300. The central axes of the wire hanging flanges 2331 of the two wire hanging fittings 233 are aligned.

[0046] The wire hanging flange 2331 is hollow along the axial direction. In this embodiment, the diameters of the wire hanging flanges 2331 of the two wire hanging fittings 233 are equal, which can reduce the difficulty of manufacturing and improve production efficiency. In another embodiment, the diameters of the wire hanging flanges of the two wire hanging fittings can also be unequal, designed according to actual mechanical strength requirements to avoid design redundancy. The central axes of the wire hanging flanges 2331 of the two wire hanging fittings 233 are aligned, which can ensure that the overall structure formed by the two wire hanging flanges 2331 is symmetrical, ensuring that the two wire hanging fittings 233 hang the wire 300 with balanced force.

[0047] Please refer to Figures 3, 4 and 5. In one application scenario, the transmission tower 10 is a tension tower 10, and the wire hanging fitting 233 includes two wire hanging parts 2332, and the two wire hanging parts 2332 are distributed on both sides of the wire hanging flange tube 2331 along the extension direction of the wire 300, so that the wires 300 located on both sides of the wire hanging flange tube 2331 are respectively connected to the two wire hanging parts 2332, and at the same time, the jumper 310 is electrically connected to the wires 300 located on both sides of the wire hanging flange tube 2331.

[0048] Among them, the two hanging parts 2332 are distributed on both sides of the hanging flange tube 2331 along the extension direction of the conductor 300, which can ensure that the conductor 300 will not be bent at an angle and affect its service life. At the same time, since the support insulator 210 and the inclined insulator 220 are both made of composite materials, the jumper 310 can be directly electrically connected to the conductor 300 located on both sides of the hanging flange tube 2331 through the node hardware 230, which can save tension insulators and shorten the jumper system, and can avoid wind deflection flashover.

[0049] Referring to Figures 4 and 5 , the wire hanging portion 2332 includes a wire hanging shaft 23321 and a wire hanging plate 23322. The wire hanging shaft 23321 is rotatably connected to the wire hanging flange 2331. The wire hanging plate 23322 is connected to the wire hanging shaft 23321 and is provided with a wire hanging hole A. The central axis of the wire hanging hole A is perpendicular to the extension direction of the wire hanging shaft 23321, and the extension direction of the wire hanging shaft 23321 is parallel to the central axis of the wire hanging shaft 23321. The extension direction of the wire hanging shaft 23321 is perpendicular or parallel to the extension direction of the wire hanging flange 2331.

[0050] Among them, the wire hanging shaft 23321 can rotate freely in one direction relative to the wire hanging flange tube 2331, and a wire hanging hole A is opened on the wire hanging plate 23322. The number of wire hanging holes A can be one or more. In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 5, the wire hanging hole A is used to directly connect the triangular connecting plate and other connecting hardware to hang the wire 300. In another embodiment, as shown in Figure 11, the wire hanging hole A can also be connected to the triangular connecting plate and other connecting hardware through the insulator string 236 to hang the wire 300. At this time, one end of the insulator string 236 is connected to the wire hanging plate 23322 of the wire hanging hardware 233, and the other end of the insulator string 236 is connected to the triangular connecting plate to hang the wire 300. The provision of the insulator string 236 can enable the current to be transmitted through the jumper 310 without being diverted to the node hardware 230, thereby avoiding the problem of reduced service life of the node hardware 230 due to heat.

[0051] The extension direction of the wire hanging shaft 23321 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the wire hanging flange 2331. Therefore, when there is a corner between different transmission towers, the automatic rotation of the wire hanging shaft 23321 can align the wire with the corner, making the transition between adjacent transmission towers smoother and protecting the wire 300 and the node hardware 230. The central axis of the wire hanging hole A is perpendicular to the extension direction of the wire hanging shaft 23321, ensuring that the rotation of the wire hanging shaft 23321 does not affect the connection between the wire hanging shaft 23321 and the wire hanging plate 23322.

[0052] Please refer to Figures 6 and 7. Unlike the application scenarios of Figures 4 and 5, the extension direction of the wire hanging shaft 23321 is parallel to the extension direction of the wire hanging flange 2331. When there is a height difference between different transmission towers, there is also a height difference between the wire hanging points on adjacent transmission towers. The automatic rotation of the wire hanging shaft 23321 can match the height of the wire and the wire hanging point, making the transition between adjacent transmission towers smoother, thereby protecting the wire and the node hardware. Of course, Figure 7 also includes a wire hanging plate 23322 and a wire hanging hole A, the effects of which are similar to those in Figure 5, and this application will not be repeated here.

[0053] The extension directions of the wire hanging shafts on both sides of the wire hanging flange can be different or the same. For example, the extension direction of the wire hanging shaft on one side is perpendicular to the extension direction of the wire hanging flange, and the extension direction of the wire hanging shaft on the other side is parallel to the extension direction of the wire hanging flange, or the extension directions of the wire hanging shafts on both sides are parallel or perpendicular to the extension direction of the wire hanging flange.

[0054] Please refer to Figure 5. When the extension direction of the wire hanging shaft 23321 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the wire hanging flange tube 2331, the wire hanging part 2332 further includes two support plates 23323. The two support plates 23323 are arranged at intervals on the outer periphery of the wire hanging flange tube 2331 along the extension direction perpendicular to the wire hanging flange tube 2331 and are connected to the wire hanging flange tube 2331, wherein the wire hanging shaft 23321 is arranged between the two support plates 23323 and is rotatably connected to the two support plates 23323. The support plates 23323 are used to further fix the wire hanging shaft 23321.

[0055] The two support plates 23323 are arranged at intervals, and the wire hanging shaft 23321 is arranged between the two support plates 23323. The two support plates 23323 support and limit the position of the wire hanging shaft 23321, so as to ensure the connection strength between the wire hanging shaft 23321 and the wire hanging flange tube 2331. At the same time, the two support plates 23323 can be connected with the wire hanging shaft 23321 by setting a through hole. The central axis of the through hole and the central axis of the wire hanging shaft 23321 are on the same straight line, and then a fastener can be inserted into the central axis of the through hole to connect the wire hanging shaft 23321 with the two support plates 23323.

[0056] Referring to Figure 3 , the wire hanging fitting 233 further includes two sealing plates 2333 . The two sealing plates 2333 respectively cover the ends of the wire hanging flange tube 2331 , wherein both sealing plates 2333 protrude from the wire hanging flange tube 2331 in the radial direction of the wire hanging flange tube 2331 , while the wire hanging portion 2332 is located between the two sealing plates 2333 , and the sealing plates 2333 are provided with a first connection hole B located on the periphery of the wire hanging flange tube 2331 .

[0057] The extended surface of the sealing plate 2333 seals the end surface of the hanging line flange tube 2331, which is beneficial to improving the radial structural strength of the hanging line flange tube 2331, can reduce the wall thickness of the hanging line flange tube 2331, reduce material costs, and prevent water vapor from invading the interior of the hanging line flange tube 2331. The two sealing plates 2333 both protrude from the hanging line flange tube 2331, and the two ends of the hanging line portion 2332 are interconnected with the two sealing plates 2333, which is beneficial to improving the structural strength of the hanging line portion 2332. The hanging line flange tube 2331, the two sealing plates 2333 and the hanging line portion 2332 form an intersecting connection structure, which mutually enhances the structural strength in all directions. The shape of the two sealing plates 2333 can be rectangular, circular or trapezoidal, etc., and this application does not impose any restrictions. The sealing plate 2333 is provided with a first connection hole B located on the periphery of the hanging line flange tube 2331. The first connection hole B can be used for construction or connecting a shielding ring, and the specific selected position is not limited.

[0058] Continuing to refer to Figures 6 and 7, the extension direction of the wire hanging shaft 23321 is parallel to the extension direction of the wire hanging flange tube 2331. The wire hanging shaft 23321 is arranged between the two sealing plates 2333. The two ends of the wire hanging shaft 23321 are rotatably connected to the two sealing plates 2333 respectively. The sealing plates 2333 are used to further fix the wire hanging shaft 23321, which is beneficial to improving the overall structural strength of the wire hanging part 2332.

[0059] Referring to Figures 1 and 3 , there are two post insulators 210, and the first connecting fitting 231 includes two first flange tubes 2311 and a first connecting plate 2312. One end of the two first flange tubes 2311 is connected together and connected to one of the wire hanging fittings 233, while the other end is connected to the second end of each of the two post insulators 210. The first connecting plate 2312 connects the outer circumferences of the two first flange tubes 2311.

[0060] The central axis of the two first flange tubes 2311 forms a certain angle with the central axis of the hanging flange tube 2331 of the hanging fitting 233. One end of the two first flange tubes 2311 approaches each other toward the side of the hanging fitting 233 so that the two first flange tubes 2311 are combined and connected to the hanging fitting 233. This can reduce the volume of the node fitting 230. The other ends of the two first flange tubes 2311 are separated from each other on the side away from the hanging fitting 233, which can facilitate the connection between the two post insulators 210 and the two first flange tubes 2311. The first connecting plate 2312 is connected between the outer circumferences of the two first flange tubes 2311. Since the distance between the two first flange tubes 2311 increases as the two first flange tubes 2311 move away from the hanging fitting 233, the structural strength of the two first flange tubes 2311 can be improved by the first connecting plate 2312. Preferably, the two first flange tubes 2311 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the central axis of the hanging flange tube 2331 of the hanging fitting 233 , which can ensure that the overall structure composed of the two first flange tubes 2311 is balanced in force when connecting two post insulators 210 .

[0061] Please refer to Figure 3. At least one second connection hole C is also provided on the first connection plate 2312. The second connection hole C is used to connect a temporary support beam during construction or installation. The temporary support beam can reduce the force on the post insulator 210 under installation conditions. Since the installation condition generally occurs only once in the operating cycle and often becomes the controlling condition for component selection, design waste can be avoided by installing a temporary support beam.

[0062] Of course, in some other embodiments, the number of the post insulators may be one, or three, etc., and accordingly, the number of the first flange tubes may be one, or three, etc.

[0063] 3 , the second connection fitting 232 includes a second flange 2321 and a second connection plate 2322 . The second flange 2321 is connected to one wire hooking fitting 233 at one end and to another wire hooking fitting 233 at the other end. The second connection plate 2322 is connected to the outer circumference of the second flange 2321 .

[0064] The ends of the second flange tube 2321 are connected to the wire hanging fittings 233 on either side. The spacing between the two wire hanging fittings 233 is controlled by setting the length of the second flange tube 2321 to different values. A second connecting plate 2322 is provided on the outer circumference of the second flange tube 2321 to improve the structural strength of the second flange tube 2321. To further enhance the structural strength of the connection, the second connecting plate 2322 can also be connected to the two wire hanging fittings 233.

[0065] Referring to Figure 3 , the second connecting plate 2322 is further provided with a third connecting hole D. In this embodiment, the third connecting hole D is used to connect a diagonal insulator. When there is only one diagonal insulator, the third connecting hole can be connected directly to the diagonal insulator or via a connecting fitting. When there are two diagonal insulators, the third connecting hole connects to both diagonal insulators via a connecting fitting. In another embodiment, the third connecting hole D can serve as a construction hole rather than a diagonal insulator.

[0066] Continuing with Figure 3, a construction plate 2323 is provided on the outer circumference of the second flange cylinder 2321, perpendicular to the central axis of the second flange cylinder 2321. The construction plates 2323 may be multiple and symmetrically arranged about the central axis of the second flange cylinder 2321. The construction plates 2323 are provided with at least one construction hole E, which is used for maintenance and construction.

[0067] 8 and 9 , in another embodiment, a construction hole may be provided by installing a fixing plate 234 on the node fitting 230 for construction or maintenance of the composite crossarm 200 .

[0068] The node fitting 230 also includes two fixing plates 234, which are inserted above and below the first flange tube 2311, respectively, and are vertically connected to the periphery of the first flange tube 2311. Each fixing plate 234 includes a transition plate 2341 and an auxiliary connecting plate 2342 perpendicularly connected to the transition plate 2341. The surface of the transition plate 2341 is parallel to the surface of the sealing plate 2333 on the wire hanging fitting 233. The auxiliary connecting plates 2342 are arranged on the surface of the transition plate 2341 near the tower body 100. In this embodiment, there are two auxiliary connecting plates 2342, which are arranged perpendicular to each other. In other embodiments, there can be only one auxiliary connecting plate, which is perpendicular to the transition plate. In this case, the fixing plate is a plate with a T-shaped cross-section. Of course, the auxiliary connecting plate can also be placed at other locations on the transition plate, as long as it does not interfere with the post insulator 210. This is not limited here. Auxiliary connecting plate 2342 is provided with construction holes to securely connect other auxiliary devices used for construction or maintenance of composite crossarm 200 to node fitting 230. This ensures that other auxiliary devices do not interfere with composite crossarm 200 when installed on node fitting 230, facilitating installation while also ensuring balanced force across the entire connection structure. In other embodiments, other auxiliary devices may also be connected by providing construction holes in other components of the node fitting, which are not limited here.

[0069] The node fitting 230 further includes an irregularly shaped reinforcement plate 235. One end of the reinforcement plate 235 is connected to the surface of the transition plate 2341 away from the tower body 100, and the other end is connected to the sealing plate 2333 of the wire hanging fitting 233 located near the tower body 100. This further connects and secures the fixing plate 234 to the wire hanging fitting 233, making the fixing plate 234 more stable. Simultaneously, the side of the reinforcement plate 235 is connected to the wire hanging flange of the wire hanging fitting 233 located near the post insulator 210. Two reinforcement plates 235 are provided, one above and one below the wire hanging flange 2331.

[0070] Referring to Figure 1 , the transmission tower 10 further includes a first hinge 410 and a second hinge 420, both of which are rotatable connectors. The first hinge 410 connects the first end of the post insulator 210 to the tower body 100, allowing the post insulator 210 to rotate relative to the tower body 100. The second hinge 420 connects the first end of the cable-stayed insulator 220 to the tower body 100, allowing the cable-stayed insulator 220 to rotate relative to the tower body 100.

[0071] In one embodiment, when there are two post insulators 210 and one diagonal insulator 220, the two post insulators 210 and the one diagonal insulator 220 form a stable triangular pyramid structure. Simultaneously, the two post insulators 210 and the tower body 100 also form a stable triangular structure. Under normal circumstances, although the first hinge 410 and the second hinge 420 support rotation, the composite crossarm 200 cannot rotate relative to the tower body 100 because the structure formed by the two post insulators 210, the one diagonal insulator 220, and the tower body 100 is stable.

[0072] When one of the post insulators 210 breaks, the sudden change in load causes the inclined insulator 220 and the remaining post insulator 210 to rotate relative to the tower body 100, thereby releasing the unbalanced tension load through rotation and avoiding complete damage to the composite crossarm 200. Therefore, before maintenance is performed on the composite crossarm 200, the composite crossarm 200 can also serve as a conductor mounting to prevent a larger accident.

[0073] Since this design has a certain effect of releasing unbalanced tension loads, it is possible to consider lowering the design specifications of the composite crossarms during the design. Compared with the fixed connection method, the composite crossarm specifications of this application can adopt a smaller disconnection load design, which can reduce the production cost.

[0074] At the same time, in the existing technology, the support insulator 210 is usually connected to the tower body 100 in the form of a strap (including a plug-in plate, etc.). This connection method is actually between fixed connection and hinged connection. However, when performing the corresponding compressive stability calculation, for safety reasons, it is often assumed to be a hinged boundary condition, resulting in design redundancy. However, in the design of this application, the connection method between the support insulator 210 and the inclined insulator 220 and the tower body 100 is hinged, which is consistent with the boundary condition assumption in the stability calculation formula, and can avoid design redundancy.

[0075] It should be noted that although the above description is based on an embodiment of two post insulators 210 and one oblique-pull insulator 220 , it is also applicable to an embodiment of two post insulators 210 and two oblique-pull insulators 220 .

[0076] In some other embodiments, the composite cross-arm and the tower body may also be connected via a fixed connector, in which case the post insulators and the diagonal insulators cannot rotate relative to the tower body.

[0077] Referring to Figure 1 , the tower 100 includes a tower body 110, a first support frame 120, and a second support frame 130. The first support frame 120 and the second support frame 130 are protruding from the same sidewall of the tower body 110. The first support frame 120 is connected to the first end of the post insulator 210, and the second support frame 130 is connected to the first end of the diagonal insulator 220.

[0078] The first support frame 120 can be adaptively designed according to the relative position and angle between the post insulator 210 and the tower body 100 , and the second support frame 130 can be adaptively designed according to the relative position and angle between the inclined insulator 220 and the tower body 100 .

[0079] The arrangement of the first support frame 120 and the second support frame 130, on the one hand, allows for convenient and efficient maintenance of the composite crossarm 200 and the tower body 100; on the other hand, when a plurality of composite crossarms 200 are arranged on the tower body 100, the sizes of the plurality of composite crossarms 200 can be made consistent because the spacing between the composite crossarm 200 and the tower body 100 can be adjusted by the first support frame 120 and the second support frame 130, thereby improving production efficiency.

[0080] In some other embodiments, the first and second support frames may not be installed, and the post insulators and diagonal insulators may be directly installed on the tower body. Alternatively, only the first support frame may be installed without the second support frame. In this case, the post insulators are connected to the first support frame, and the diagonal insulators are directly installed on the tower body. This is not a limitation.

[0081] Referring to Figures 1 and 8 , the transmission tower 10 includes at least one arc-striking device 500. Each arc-striking device 500 includes an arc-striking ring 510 and an arc-striking end 520. The arc-striking ring 510 has a notch 530, which forms two ends of the arc-striking ring 510. The arc-striking end 520 is located at one end of the arc-striking ring 510 and is bent away from the arc-striking ring 510. The arc-striking end 520 is a smooth arc-striking ball or arc-striking rod.

[0082] Arcing devices 500 can be selectively installed at both ends of the post insulator 210 and the inclined insulator 220 for arcing to protect the composite crossarm 200. The arcing ring 510 is provided with a notch 530. This notch 530 saves material and prevents contact between the arcing end 520 and the arcing ring 510, ensuring the arcing effect of the arcing end 520. Furthermore, bending the arcing end 520 away from the arcing ring 510 further enhances the arcing effect of the arcing end 520.
