[0031] The following will be combined with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of this application to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of this application. Obviously, the embodiments described are only part of the embodiments of this application, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of this application, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without making creative efforts are within the scope of protection of this application.

[0032] Referring to Figure 1, the present application provides a transmission tower 10, which includes a tower body 100 and a composite crossarm 200 arranged on the tower body 100. The composite crossarm 200 includes a post insulator 210, a diagonal insulator 220, and a node hardware 230. The first ends of the post insulator 210 and the first ends of the diagonal insulator 220 are both connected to the tower body 100, and the second ends are connected to the node hardware 230. The node hardware 230 connects the post insulator 210 and the diagonal insulator 220 together to form the end of the composite crossarm 200 for hanging a conductor 320.

[0033] Specifically, the tower body 100 can be a common transmission tower structure, such as a lattice iron tower, a pole body, or a composite pole tower. A composite crossarm 200 can be provided on one side of the tower body 100, or on multiple sides of the tower body 100. A single composite crossarm 200 can be provided on one side of the tower body 100, or multiple composite crossarms 200 can be provided at intervals along the vertical direction.

[0034] In one application scenario, there are two post insulators 210 and one diagonal insulator 220 (as shown in FIG1 ). The first ends of both post insulators 210 and one diagonal insulator 220 are connected to the tower body 100, and the second ends are connected together via a node fitting 230. The two post insulators 210 are located on the same side of the tower body 100, and the diagonal insulator 220 is located above the two post insulators 210. In another application scenario, there are two post insulators and two diagonal insulators. In yet another application scenario, there is one post insulator and one diagonal insulator. In summary, this application does not limit the number of post insulators 210 and diagonal insulators 220.

[0035] 1 and 2 , the node fitting 230 includes a first connecting plate 231 , a second connecting plate 232 and a shielding ring 233 .

[0036] The first connecting plate 231 is used to connect the second end of the post insulator 210. The first connecting plate 231 includes a first surface 231A and a second surface 231B arranged opposite to each other. The second connecting plate 232 is installed on the first surface 231A and the side surface is connected to the first surface 231A. The second connecting plate 232 is used to connect the second end of the inclined insulator 220. The shielding ring 233 is installed on the first surface 231A.

[0037] The first connecting plate 231 is connected to the post insulator 210, and the second connecting plate 232 is connected to the diagonal insulator 220. In other words, the post insulator 210 and the diagonal insulator 220 are connected to different connecting plates. This arrangement prevents concentrated force at the same location and increases the service life of the node hardware 230.

[0038] Among them, a shielding ring 233 is installed on the first surface 231A, making the space of the node hardware 230 more compact, and the shielding ring 233 can balance the voltage and protect the node hardware 230, further improving the service life of the node hardware 230, thereby improving the service life of the composite crossarm 200.

[0039] The node hardware 230 of the present application has a simple structure, is easy to process, has a clear force transmission path, and has a simple force form.

[0040] Referring to FIG. 2 , the shielding ring 233 is a semi-enclosed structure and is disposed on the periphery of the first connecting plate 231 .

[0041] Shielding ring 233 has a semi-enclosed structure, meaning it has a gap to prevent interference with post insulator 210. Shielding ring 233 is positioned around first connecting plate 231, effectively protecting it and, by extension, node fitting 230. In one application scenario, as shown in Figure 2, the shape of shielding ring 233 matches the contour of first connecting plate 231.

[0042] Of course, in some other embodiments, the shielding ring can also be a fully enclosed structure, as long as the second end of the post insulator does not interfere with the shielding ring. Alternatively, the shielding ring can be disposed on the first connecting plate rather than on its periphery. In short, this application does not limit the specific structure or specific installation location of the shielding ring 233.

[0043] At least one connecting bracket (not shown) is protruded from the shielding ring 233 , and the connecting bracket is connected to the first surface 231A.

[0044] The connecting bracket securely connects the shielding ring 233 and the first connecting plate 231 together, thereby ensuring a stable connection.

[0045] In one application scenario, a connecting hole (not shown) is defined on the first connecting plate 231 , and the connecting bracket is connected to the first connecting plate 231 through the connecting hole.

[0046] In some other embodiments, the shielding ring may also be connected to the first connecting plate by welding, riveting or other connection methods.

[0047] 2 , the node fitting 230 further includes a third connecting plate 234 . The third connecting plate 234 is mounted on the first surface 231A and connected to the second connecting plate 232 at its side. The third connecting plate 234 is located inside the shielding ring 233 .

[0048] The third connecting plate 234 is connected to both the first connecting plate 231 and the second connecting plate 232, thereby increasing the connection strength between the first connecting plate 231 and the second connecting plate 232. Furthermore, the third connecting plate 234 may be provided with through holes for construction and maintenance. Furthermore, the third connecting plate 234 is disposed within the shielding ring 233, thereby effectively protecting the shielding ring 233 from the third connecting plate 234.

[0049] In some other embodiments, the third connecting plate may not be provided.

[0050] Continuing to refer to FIG. 2 , any two of the first connecting plate 231 , the second connecting plate 232 , and the third connecting plate 234 are vertically arranged.

[0051] Among them, the first connecting plate 231, the second connecting plate 232, and the third connecting plate 234 are perpendicular to each other. During construction or maintenance, the force acting on the third connecting plate 234 can be evenly distributed to the entire node hardware 230, which can maximize the protection of the node hardware 230.

[0052] 2 , the shielding ring 233 is a plane-symmetrical structure, and the symmetry plane of the shielding ring 233 is parallel to the first connecting plate 231 . The symmetry plane of the shielding ring 233 is parallel to the first connecting plate 231 , which can improve the voltage balancing effect of the shielding ring 233 .

[0053] In other embodiments, there are multiple shielding rings, and the multiple shielding rings are stacked.

[0054] Among them, multiple shielding rings can be stacked on the first surface. The shielding rings can be connected by connecting brackets or by direct contact. By setting up multiple layers of shielding rings, the voltage balancing effect of the shielding rings can be improved, thereby improving the protection of the node hardware and increasing the service life of the node hardware.

[0055] It should be noted that the present application does not limit the number of shielding rings 233 , which can be one or more.

[0056] Please refer to Figures 2 and 3. The node hardware 230 further includes a hanging plate 235, which is installed on the second surface 231B and connected to the second surface 231B on the side. The hanging plate 235 is provided with two first hanging holes 2351 spaced apart and a first construction hole 2352 located between the two first hanging holes 2351, wherein the two first hanging holes 2351 and the first construction hole 2352 are spaced apart in a direction parallel to the first connecting plate 231.

[0057] The two first hanging holes 2351 of the hanging plate 235 are used to mount the hanging hardware string 310, and the first construction hole 2352 is used for construction or maintenance. The two first hanging holes 2351 and the first construction hole 2352 are arranged parallel and spaced apart in a direction parallel to the first connecting plate 231 to ensure uniform force on the node hardware 230.

[0058] For a clearer explanation, please refer to Figures 1 to 3. The node hardware 230 is connected to the hanging hardware string 310 through the hanging plate 235. Each first hanging hole 2351 corresponds to a hanging hardware string 310. Each hanging hardware string 310 corresponds to two conductors 320. In this embodiment, the transmission tower 10 uses a composite crossarm 200 to suspend a single-phase four-split conductor.

[0059] During use, the first construction hole 2352 can be used to mount the wire hanging hardware string 310, while the first wire hanging hole 2351 can be used for construction or maintenance. In other words, the functions of the first wire hanging hole 2351 and the first construction hole 2352 can be interchanged. In other embodiments, the number of first wire hanging holes and first construction holes can also be set to other numbers as long as the wire hanging requirements are met.

[0060] Please refer to Figure 2. The first connecting plate 231 is perpendicular to the symmetry plane of the plate surface, the second connecting plate 232 is parallel to the symmetry plane of the plate surface, and the hanging plate 235 is parallel to the symmetry plane of the plate surface, which overlap. That is to say, the overall structure composed of the first connecting plate 231, the second connecting plate 232 and the hanging plate 235 is a symmetrical structure. This arrangement can make the node hardware 230 more evenly stressed when connecting the post insulator 210 and the inclined insulator 220, when mounting the hanging hardware string 310, and during construction and maintenance, and can effectively protect the composite crossarm 200.

[0061] 1 and 2 , the first connecting plate 231 is provided with a first mounting hole 2311 for mounting the post insulator 210 ; the second connecting plate 232 is provided with a second mounting hole 2321 and a second construction hole 2322 , the second mounting hole 2321 is used to mount the inclined insulator 220 , and the second construction hole 2322 is used for construction or maintenance.

[0062] The number of first mounting holes 2311 can be one or more, and can be set as needed. Providing first mounting holes 2311 facilitates the installation and connection between post insulator 210 and first connecting plate 231. The number of second mounting holes 2321 can be one or more, and can be set as needed. Providing second mounting holes 2321 facilitates the installation and connection between diagonal insulator 220 and second connecting plate 232. Second construction holes 2322 facilitate construction, providing construction personnel with more options.

[0063] Referring to Figures 5 and 6 , in another embodiment, there are two post insulators 210 and two diagonal insulators 220. A node fitting 230 includes a first connecting plate 231, two second connecting plates 232, and a shielding ring 233. The two second connecting plates 232 are spaced apart on the first surface 231A of the first connecting plate 231 and are laterally connected to the first surface 231A. The first connecting plate 231 is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes for mounting the two post insulators 210. The two second connecting plates 232 are each provided with a plurality of second mounting holes for connecting the two diagonal insulators 220. The node fitting 230 further includes a third connecting plate 234 and a wire hanging plate. The structures of the shielding ring 233, third connecting plate 234, and wire hanging plate are consistent with those described above and are not further described.

[0064] In one embodiment, a third construction hole is provided on the first connecting plate 231 of the node fitting 230 for construction or maintenance of the composite crossarm 200 .

[0065] In another embodiment, a fixing plate 236 can be installed between the two second connecting plates 232 to provide a third construction hole. The fixing plate 236 is disposed on the first surface 231A and is connected to the first surface 231A from the side. The fixing plate 236 is provided with a third construction hole. Other auxiliary devices used for construction or maintenance of the composite crossarm 200 are fixedly connected to the node hardware 230 through the third construction hole. The provision of the fixing plate 236 can prevent interference between other auxiliary devices and the composite crossarm 200 when directly installed on the first connecting plate 231, thereby facilitating installation. In other embodiments, the third construction hole can also be provided on other components of the node hardware, which are not limited here.

[0066] The first connecting plate 231 , the second connecting plate 232 , the third connecting plate 234 , the wire hanging plate and the fixing plate 236 can be formed separately and then connected by welding, or can be directly formed as one piece, which is not limited here.

[0067] Referring to Figure 1 , the transmission tower 10 further includes a first hinge 410 and a second hinge 420, both of which are rotatable connectors. The first hinge 410 connects the first end of the post insulator 210 to the tower body 100, allowing the post insulator 210 to rotate relative to the tower body 100. The second hinge 420 connects the first end of the cable-stayed insulator 220 to the tower body 100, allowing the cable-stayed insulator 220 to rotate relative to the tower body 100.

[0068] In one embodiment, when there are two post insulators 210 and one diagonal insulator 220, the two post insulators 210 and the one diagonal insulator 220 form a stable triangular pyramid structure. Simultaneously, the two post insulators 210 and the tower body 100 also form a stable triangular structure. Under normal circumstances, although the first hinge 410 and the second hinge 420 support rotation, the composite crossarm 200 cannot rotate relative to the tower body 100 because the structure formed by the two post insulators 210, the one diagonal insulator 220, and the tower body 100 is stable.

[0069] When one of the post insulators 210 breaks, the sudden change in load causes the inclined insulator 220 and the remaining post insulator 210 to rotate relative to the tower body 100, thereby releasing the unbalanced tension load through rotation and avoiding complete damage to the composite crossarm 200. Therefore, before maintenance is performed on the composite crossarm 200, the composite crossarm 200 can also serve as a conductor mounting to prevent a larger accident.

[0070] Since this design has a certain effect of releasing unbalanced tension loads, it is possible to consider lowering the design specifications during the design. Compared with the fixed connection method, this application can adopt a smaller disconnection load design, which can reduce the production cost.

[0071] At the same time, in the existing technology, the support insulator 210 is usually connected to the tower body 100 in the form of a strap (including a plug-in plate, etc.). This connection method is actually between fixed connection and hinged connection. However, when performing the corresponding compressive stability calculation, for safety reasons, it is often assumed to be a hinged boundary condition, resulting in design redundancy. However, in the design of this application, the connection method between the support insulator 210 and the inclined insulator 220 and the tower body 100 is hinged, which is consistent with the boundary condition assumption in the stability calculation formula, and can avoid design redundancy.

[0072] It should be noted that although the above description is based on an embodiment of two post insulators 210 and one oblique-pull insulator 220 , it is also applicable to an embodiment of two post insulators 210 and two oblique-pull insulators 220 .

[0073] In some other embodiments, the composite cross-arm and the tower body may also be connected via a fixed connector, in which case the post insulators and the diagonal insulators cannot rotate relative to the tower body.

[0074] Referring to Figure 1 , the tower 100 includes a tower body 110, a first support frame 120, and a second support frame 130. The first support frame 120 and the second support frame 130 are protruding from the same sidewall of the tower body 110. The first support frame 120 is connected to the first end of the post insulator 210, and the second support frame 130 is connected to the first end of the diagonal insulator 220.

[0075] The first support frame 120 can be adaptively designed according to the relative position and angle between the post insulator 210 and the tower body 100 , and the second support frame 130 can be adaptively designed according to the relative position and angle between the inclined insulator 220 and the tower body 100 .

[0076] The arrangement of the first support frame 120 and the second support frame 130, on the one hand, allows for convenient and efficient maintenance of the composite crossarm 200 and the tower body 100; on the other hand, when a plurality of composite crossarms 200 are arranged on the tower body 100, the sizes of the plurality of composite crossarms 200 can be made consistent because the spacing between the composite crossarm 200 and the tower body 100 can be adjusted by the first support frame 120 and the second support frame 130, thereby improving production efficiency.

[0077] In some other embodiments, the first and second support frames may not be installed, and the post insulators and diagonal insulators may be directly installed on the tower body. Alternatively, only the first support frame may be installed without the second support frame. In this case, the post insulators are connected to the first support frame, and the diagonal insulators are directly installed on the tower body. This is not a limitation.

[0078] Referring to Figures 1, 3, and 4, the transmission tower 10 includes at least one arc-striking device 500. Each arc-striking device 500 includes an arc-striking ring 510 and an arc-striking end 520. The arc-striking ring 510 has a notch 530, which forms two ends of the arc-striking ring 510. The arc-striking end 520 is located at one end of the arc-striking ring 510 and is bent away from the arc-striking ring 510. The arc-striking end 520 is a smooth arc-striking ball or arc-striking rod.

[0079] Arcing devices 500 can be selectively installed at both ends of the post insulator 210 and the inclined insulator 220 for arcing to protect the composite crossarm 200. The arcing ring 510 is provided with a notch 530. This notch 530 saves material and prevents contact between the arcing end 520 and the arcing ring 510, ensuring the arcing effect of the arcing end 520. Furthermore, bending the arcing end 520 away from the arcing ring 510 further enhances the arcing effect of the arcing end 520.

[0080] Continuing to refer to FIG. 1 , in order to further improve safety performance and ensure the service life of the composite cross-arm 200 , both ends of the post insulator 210 are sleeved with equalizing rings.

[0081] Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present application, rather than to limit them. Although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the aforementioned embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that they can still modify the technical solutions described in the aforementioned embodiments, or make equivalent replacements for some or all of the technical features therein.
