[0025]
[0026] For convenience of explanation, in the following description, the horizontal direction of Fig. 1 is described as the longitudinal direction, and the vertical direction as the up-down direction. In addition, the surface shown in Fig. 1 is described as the inner surface, and the opposite surface is described as the outer surface. As illustrated in Fig. 3, when used, the inner surfaces of the cut portions on both sides are faced by bending the bend portion.
[0027]
[0028] A roll cake knife (100) according to the present invention is used to cut breads such as roll cakes and pound cakes. As illustrated in Fig. 1, the roll cake knife (100) is provided in the form of a plate having a length in the longitudinal direction. The roll cake knife (100) is manufactured from a synthetic resin such as plastic, and may also be manufactured from a material such as vinyl coated on thick paper.
[0029] The roll cake knife (100) according to the present invention comprises a connecting portion (110) and a cutting portion (120) provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion (110).
[0030] The above connecting portion (110) is provided in the form of a plate extending in the longitudinal direction. A folded portion (111) is formed on both sides of the connecting portion (110) in the longitudinal direction between the connecting portion (110) and the cutting portion (120). The folded portion (111) is formed on the inner surface of the roll cake knife (100). The folded portion (111) is formed as a concave groove extending vertically between the connecting portion (110) and the cutting portion (120).
[0031] The above roll cake knife (100) can be bent at the above bending portion (111) so that the cutting portions (120) face each other. The inner surfaces of the two cutting portions (120) bent at the above bending portion (111) face each other.
[0032] The above cutting portion (120) is provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the above connecting portion (110). The above cutting portion (120) is provided in the shape of a plate extending in the longitudinal direction on both sides of the above connecting portion (110).
[0033] A handle portion (121) having a width that decreases in the vertical direction is provided at the longitudinal outer end of the cutting portion (120). The handle portion (121) extends in the longitudinal direction. The handle portion (121) may be provided at the upper portion of the longitudinal end of the cutting portion (120).
[0034] An inclined portion (123) is provided on the longitudinal inner side of the cutting portion (120) so that the width in the vertical direction decreases as it goes in the longitudinal inner side, and a connecting portion (110) can be connected to the end of the inclined portion (123).
[0035] The above-mentioned cutting portion (120) is bent at the bending portions (111) on both sides of the above-mentioned connecting portion (110), so that the cutting portions (120) on both sides are spaced apart from each other and face each other. When the above-mentioned cutting portions (120) on both sides are bent to face each other, the cutting portions (120) on both sides are spaced apart from each other by the length of the connecting portion (110) and are provided in parallel. When the above-mentioned cutting portion (120) is bent at the bending portions (111) on both sides of the above-mentioned connecting portion (110), a right angle is formed between the above-mentioned cutting portion (120) and the connecting portion (110).
[0036] As described above, the roll cake knife (100) according to the present invention can cut the roll cake (B) to a thickness equal to the distance (D) between the cutting portions (120) when the cutting portion (120) is bent at the bending portions (111) on both sides of the connecting portion (110), by holding the handle portion (121) of the cutting portion (120) located on the opposite side of the connecting portion (110), as shown in FIG. 3. Accordingly, the roll cake (B) can be cut to a constant thickness.
[0037] In addition, it is hygienic because it is possible to lift the cut cake by pressing the side of the roll cake (B) cut by the cutting section on both sides (120) and move it to a plate, etc.
[0038]
[0039] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the roll cake knife (100) according to the present invention may further include a spacing member (130).
[0040] The above spacing member (130) is provided at a position spaced apart from the connecting member (110) toward the end of the cutting member (120) while the cutting member (120) is facing each other and bent. The spacing member (130) functions to maintain the spacing between the cutting members (120) on both sides.
[0041] The above-mentioned gap maintaining portion (130) is provided at the longitudinal end of at least one cutting portion (120) among the two-sided cutting portions (120). The gap maintaining portion (130) is provided to extend in the longitudinal direction from the longitudinal end of the one-sided cutting portion (120). The gap maintaining portion (130) is provided parallel to the handle portion (121) below the handle portion (121) of the one-sided cutting portion (120). In Fig. 4, reference numeral 122 illustrates a cut portion formed between the handle portion (121) and the gap maintaining portion (130).
[0042] A second bending portion (133) is formed between the gap maintaining portion (130) and the cutting portion (120) on the longitudinal inner side of the gap maintaining portion (130). The second bending portion (133) is formed on the inner surface of the roll cake knife (100). The second bending portion (133) may be formed as a concave groove extending in the vertical direction between the gap maintaining portion (130) and the cutting portion (120).
[0043] The above spacing maintenance part (130) extends in the longitudinal direction from the longitudinal end of one side cutting part (120) and is provided so as to be foldable by the second bending part (133).
[0044] The above spacing maintenance part (130) is provided in one side cutting part (120), and an insertion hole (135) into which the spacing maintenance part (130) is inserted is formed in the other side cutting part (120).
[0045] The above-mentioned gap maintaining portion (130) is provided with a projection (131) extending in the longitudinal direction at the longitudinal outer end. The projection (131) is provided to extend in a state in which the cross-sectional area is reduced compared to that of the gap maintaining portion (130).
[0046] The above insertion hole (135) is formed to a size in which the protrusion (131) is inserted and the gap maintaining member (130) is caught.
[0047] The above spacing member (130) is bent at the second bending portion (133) with the cutting portions (120) on both sides facing each other, and the spacing member (130) is bent so that the protrusion (131) of the spacing member (130) is inserted into the insertion hole (135), and the spacing member (130) is caught in the insertion hole (135).
[0048] The above-mentioned gap maintaining portion (130) and connecting portion (110) are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the cutting portion (120) so that the gap between the cutting portions (120) on both sides is maintained. Since the gap between the cutting portions (120) on both sides is maintained, the cutting portions (120) on both sides can be maintained in a parallel state. The gap maintaining portion (130) may be provided to have a length that forms the same gap as the gap between the cutting portions (120) on both sides spaced apart by the connecting portion (110) when the gap maintaining portion (130) is inserted and caught in the insertion hole (135).
[0049] The roll cake knife (100) according to the present invention can easily cut a roll cake (B) to a certain thickness by anyone through a connecting part (110) and a spacing part (130), and is convenient to use because the roll cake can be moved to a plate or the like without a separate tool.
[0050] The roll cake knife according to the present invention can easily and quickly cut a roll cake to a certain thickness, thereby reducing the number of cuttings, making it convenient to use, and reducing manufacturing costs and making it simple to manufacture as it can be manufactured with a single cake knife. In addition, strict tolerance management is not required during the manufacturing process, thereby reducing costs.
