[0002] Technical Field

[0003] The present invention relates to a system which enables the information related to the vehicle to be displayed on a mobile application and the vehicle to be controlled remotely by accessing the vehicle through a mobile application run on the electronic device.

[0004] Background of the Invention

[0005] With the development of technology, the variety of hardware and software used in the vehicle is increasing and the time spent in the vehicle is tried to be made more comfortable. Information related to the vehicle can only be accessed from inside the vehicle. This leads to a situation in which the driver needs to get to his / her vehicle when he / she is far away from it but requires to access information. For this reason, there is a need for solutions that enable information related to the vehicle to be reached by the vehicle user by accessing it remotely and also enable the desired changes in the vehicle to be realized after accessing the information.

[0006] The Chinese patent document no. CN115158224A, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a system which allows the vehicle to be monitored against vehicle theft by tracking the instantaneous location information of the vehicle through a GPS positioning device located on the vehicle. In the said invention, it is ensured that the instantaneous position data of the vehicle is calculated upon the GPS positioning device enables positioning signal received via the satellite connection to be obtained. The system mentioned in the invention has functions such as monitoring and controlling the vehicle remotely through the positioning system by realizing a vehicle theft monitoring and prevention system. It sends the vehicle information to the cell phone of the vehicle owner as a text message, picture or video by enabling the alarm to be activated when the vehicle encounters a dangerous situation. In this way, the vehicle owner receives information about an abnormal situation occurring on the vehicle and enables the vehicle to be monitored.

[0007] The Japanese patent document no. JP2023049594A, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a system which enables a high security digital key to be generated. In the vehicle digital key generation system in the said invention, the user is allowed to access the vehicle after the digital key is shared with the user upon enabling the verification of the credentials of the user by enabling a service key to be generated on a specific vehicle that is in communication with the server. Communication is established between the device placed on the vehicle and a mobile device carried by a user who wants to use the vehicle. A digital key defined on the mobile device allows the user to access the vehicle by communicating with the device located on the vehicle and scanning the digital key information that is generated for the user and that is a single-use and / or can be used for a certain period of time.

[0008] Summary of the Invention

[0009] An object of the present invention is to realize a system which enables data of the vehicle to be viewed on the mobile application and the vehicle to be controlled remotely by the vehicle users accessing the vehicle through the mobile application run on their smart phones.
