Abstract
In an embodiment, a method performed by a user equipment (UE) device is disclosed for computing and reporting a Channel State Information (CSI) quantity for downlink (DL) Coherent Joint Transmission (CJT) from a network node to the UE. The method can include receiving, from the network node, a DL Reference Signal (DL-RS) configuration for a plurality of DL-RS resource sets, each comprising one or more DL-RS resources. The method can further include receiving, from the network node, a CSI report configuration about CSI quantities to be reported, where the CSI quantities are associated to the plurality of DL-RS resource sets. The method can further include computing the CSI quantities to be reported based on the plurality of DL-RS resource sets and reporting the computed CSI quantities based on the CSI report configuration.
