The software compares the form requirements from the Master Checklist to each state's unique requirements and generates a list of recommended revisions.• Tagging and Revision: When a revision is recommended, the software highlights the relevant language in the form that needs to be modified into a modified form. The user can either: o Revise the form language in real-time within the software. o Withdraw the form. o Override the automatic recommendation.• Redlining and Peer Review: As show with reference to FIG. 6, all revisions are redlined using a redlining feature within the software showing highlights of modified text sections, allowing for easy review by peers. The peer reviewer can toggle between form requirements and the corresponding revisions, streamlining the review process.Finalization of State-Specific Forms: Once all revisions are approved, the software automatically generates state-specific forms that meet the requirements for eachjurisdiction.
