Abstract
A method of generating color change maps from longitudinal medical imaging data includes pre-processing the longitudinal medical imaging data to create an image series of spatially, temporally, and radiometrically comparable images. The pre-processing including space-time calibration and denoising. The method further includes selecting an image feature relevant to a change of interest, defining an output space dependent on the image feature, and generating a color change map.
