1. A communication management device comprising: a management unit that manages connections between user terminals in an online session in which multiple users participate using their own user terminals; and a change unit that changes the length of the remaining time of the online session based on the level of communication activity between the multiple users in the online session.
2. The communication management device according to claim 1, wherein the change unit increases the length of the remaining time when the activity level exceeds a first threshold value.
