Abstract

The present invention makes it possible to easily ready a green fork. A golf head cover 10 includes: a body 1 that is to cover a head portion of a golf club; and an accommodation part 2 that is provided to the body 1 and is to accommodate a green fork 3. The accommodation part 2 includes: a magnetic, plate-like base 21; and a support part 22 that is provided on the base 21 and supports a base part 31 and a tip part 32 of the green fork 3.

While pockets and other locations are considered suitable places to store greens forks, problems arise, such as forgetting which pocket you put them in, the pockets becoming soiled with grass or dirt, and the sharp part of the fork hitting your thighs or buttocks when stored in a pocket. One aspect of the present invention is to provide a greens fork that can be easily prepared.

The notch 521a forms a step, making it easier to remove the green fork 3 from the support section 52. The support section 52 also includes band sections 22a and 22b that support the base end 31 and tip end 32 of the green fork 3, respectively.

Claims

1. A golf head cover comprising: a main body that covers the head portion of a golf club; and a storage section that is disposed on the main body and stores a green fork, wherein the storage section has a magnetic plate-shaped base and support sections that are disposed on the base and support the base and tip ends of the green fork, respectively.

2. The golf head cover according to claim 1, wherein the base has an oblique notch on the side where the base end of the green fork is housed.

3. A golf head cover as described in claim 1, wherein the support portion has a first band portion that supports the base end of the green fork and a second band portion that supports the tip end, and the second band portion of the base has a placement portion on the opposite side from the first band portion where a metal ball marker can be placed.

4. The golf head cover according to claim 1, wherein the receiving portion is disposed at a portion of the main body corresponding to the bottom of the golf club.

5. The golf head cover according to claim 1, wherein the receiving portion is disposed at a portion of the main body corresponding to a side of the golf club.
