[0003] The present invention relates to a belt with sensor, which can be easily used by visually impaired individuals in their daily life and can be used to detect objects on the ground or in the air.

[0005] Nowadays, there are many visually impaired individuals. Various products have been developed to ensure that these individuals are not affected by the challenges they may encounter in daily life or are affected as little as possible. The most common of these products are the walking sticks used by visually impaired individuals. However, these walking sticks keep the individual's hand constantly occupied and lead to fatigue. They are also not helpful in every situation.
[0006] Utility model application numbered CN201244168Y describes "Walking Stick for the Visually Impaired". The invention provides a crutch that is used by the blind. The front end of a handle of the crutch is equipped with a warning light, and the warning light is located on the underside of the front end of the handle by a light sensation gauge tap connected to a built-in circuit. The warning light can illuminate at night or in poor light conditions by turning on the light sensation gauge tap to warn other pedestrians against blocking the blind from walking, and provide safety and comfort to the blind using crutches at night.

[0011] The present invention is a belt with sensors that overcomes the above mentioned disadvantages and is characterized by being used as a belt, having ultrasonic distance sensors, having a vibration module, vibrating according to the distance of the object, and being low cost.
[0012] The invention is a belt with ultrasonic distance sensors. The belt can be easily worn on all kinds of underwear products. When the sensors detect the surrounding objects, the vibration module vibrates and sends an alert to the user. The vibration increases as the individual gets closer to the object. In this way, the user can estimate the distance of the object. Compared to products such as walking sticks, it can detect not only objects on the ground but also objects suspended in the air above the user's waist. In this way, the safety of visually impaired individuals will increase. With the easy fastening of the parts that make up the invention to each other, it is easy to install, and thanks to the short assembly time, costs are low. Also, the invention has a solid structure.

[0025] The invention consists of a belt (1) that can be worn on any bottom wear article, a lock mechanism (2) positioned on the front of the belt (1) so that it can be easily put on and removed by visually impaired individuals, having male and female ends and allowing the lock to be unlocked with a button on top, at least 4 HC-SR04 model ultrasonic distance sensors (3) placed on the outer surface of the belt (1), at least 1 vibration module (4) positioned on the inner surface of the belt (1), which allows the user to be alerted by vibrating upon detection of an object by the ultrasonic distance sensor (3), and a control unit (5) positioned on the back side of the belt (1) and containing a battery and an Arduino nano in which ultrasonic distance sensor (3) and vibration module (4) are coded.

[0028] The constituent parts of the invention are essentially; belt (1), lock mechanism (2), ultrasonic distance sensor (3), vibration module (4), and control unit (5).
[0029] There is a locking mechanism (2) positioned in the opening at the front of the belt (1). The belt (1) can be worn on all kinds of bottom wear article, not just products with belt slots, such as trousers or shorts. The lock mechanism (2) consists of a male and a female end. The lock can be unlocked by pressing the button on the lock mechanism (2). At least 4 HC-SR04 model ultrasonic distance sensors (3) are positioned around the belt (1) to prevent visually impaired individuals from hitting the surrounding objects. At least 1 vibration module (4) is located on the inside of the belt (1). When ultrasonic distance sensors (3) detect an object, the vibration module (4) vibrates according to the distance of the object. It vibrates with light power for an object that is far away, and the vibration increases as the object gets closer. There is a control unit (5) at the back of the belt (1). Inside the control unit (5) there is a battery and Arduino nano where the ultrasonic distance sensor (3) and vibration module (4) are coded.
Claims
CLAIMS1 . A belt with sensors, characterized in that it comprises;— a belt (1) that can be worn over any bottom wear article,— a lock mechanism (2) positioned on the front of the belt (1) so that it can be easily put on and removed by visually impaired individuals, having male and female ends and allowing the lock to be unlocked with a button on top,— at least 4 HC-SR04 model ultrasonic distance sensors (3) placed on the outer surface of the belt (1),— at least 1 vibration module (4) positioned on the inner surface of the belt (1), which allows the user to be alerted by vibrating upon detection of an object by the ultrasonic distance sensor (3), and— a control unit (5) positioned on the back side of the belt (1) and containing a battery and an Arduino nano in which ultrasonic distance sensor (3) and vibration module (4) are coded.
2. The belt with sensor according to claim 1 , characterized in that it has a vibration module (4), which vibrates when ultrasonic distance sensors (3) detect the object and the vibration strength increases as the object is approached and the vibration decreases as it is moved away.
