Technical Field
[0002] This application belongs to the field of clothing devices, specifically relating to a clothing handling device and its control method. Background Technology
[0003] With the development of technology, laundry appliances such as washing machines and washer-dryer combos have become commonplace in households. Front-loading and top-loading washing machines use electrical energy to generate mechanical action to clean clothes. As consumers' living standards improve, their demands for laundry appliances are also increasing.
[0004] In related garment processing devices, the garment processing device typically includes a housing and a drum assembly. The drum assembly is located inside the housing and includes an outer drum and an inner drum, with a washing chamber formed within the inner drum. A dispensing assembly is usually located on the top of the housing, including a water inlet box and a soap dispenser within the water inlet box. When using the garment processing device to wash clothes, the laundry detergent in the soap dispenser is dispensed into the washing chamber via water flow.
[0005] Summary of the Invention
[0006] This application provides a garment processing apparatus and its control method to improve the processing effect of the garments to be processed.
[0007] According to one aspect of this application, a garment handling apparatus is provided, comprising:
[0008] The housing is configured as an outer shell of the garment handling device;
[0009] A drum assembly, wherein the drum assembly is disposed within the housing, and a washing chamber is formed within the drum assembly;
[0010] The dispensing assembly includes a water inlet box, a soap dispenser, and a dispensing pump; the water inlet box is located inside the housing; the soap dispenser is removably located inside the water inlet box and has a liquid storage chamber inside;
[0011] The water inlet box is provided with a constant volume chamber, and the dispensing pump can pump the liquid from the storage chamber into the constant volume chamber.
[0012] The water inlet box is equipped with a premixed water path, one end of which is used to connect to a water source, and the other end of which is used to connect to the washing chamber.
[0013] The premixed water circuit is equipped with a Venturi tube, and the negative pressure suction port of the Venturi tube extends into the constant volume chamber.
[0014] When water enters the premixed water path, the negative pressure suction port of the venturi tube can draw liquid and air from the constant volume chamber into the premixed water path, mix them with the water in the premixed water path, and then release them into the washing chamber.
[0015] According to another aspect of this application, a control method for a garment processing device is provided. The garment processing device includes a housing, a drum assembly, a water inlet valve, and a dispensing component. The housing is configured as an outer shell of the garment processing device. The drum assembly is disposed within the housing, and a washing chamber for accommodating garments to be processed is formed within the drum assembly. The water inlet valve is disposed within the housing and is used to supply water to the washing chamber. The dispensing component includes a water inlet box, a soap dispenser, and a dispensing pump. The water inlet box is disposed within the housing. The soap dispenser is removably disposed within the water inlet box, and a liquid storage chamber is provided within the soap dispenser. The water inlet box includes a constant volume chamber, and the dispensing pump can pump liquid from the liquid storage chamber into the constant volume chamber. The water inlet box includes a pre-mixing water path, the inlet end of which is connected to the water inlet valve, and the outlet end of which is connected to the washing chamber. A Venturi tube is provided in the pre-mixing water path, and the negative pressure suction port of the Venturi tube extends into the constant volume chamber. The premixed water circuit includes a Venturi tube comprising an inlet, a constriction, and a diffuser connected in sequence. The diameter of the inlet gradually decreases in the direction of liquid flow, while the diameter of the diffuser gradually increases in the direction of liquid flow. The inlet is the water intake of the premixed water circuit, and a negative pressure suction port is located on the constriction. The method includes controlling the inlet valve to open or close. When the inlet valve is open, water is supplied to the premixed water circuit to draw liquid from the constant volume chamber into the premixed water circuit through the negative pressure suction port. When the inlet valve is closed, water supply to the premixed water circuit is stopped.
[0016] The garment processing device of this application pumps laundry detergent from the storage chamber into the fixed volume chamber using a dispensing pump. The laundry detergent and air in the fixed volume chamber are extracted through the negative pressure suction port of the premixed water circuit and the venturi tube, and mixed with the water flow in the premixed water circuit to form a foam liquid. The foam liquid is then dispensed into the washing chamber, thereby improving the mixing degree of the dispensed laundry detergent and water, enhancing the washing effect of the dispensed laundry detergent, and increasing the washing ratio of the garment processing device.

[0073] In some embodiments, the soap dish 32 may be exposed outside the housing 1. When the soap dish 32 is pulled out of the water inlet box 31, the soap dish 32 may be exposed on the front side wall of the housing 1 to facilitate the replenishment or addition of laundry detergent into the soap dish 32.
[0074] Referring to Figure 4, in some embodiments, the dispensing component 3 may include a dispensing pump 33. The dispensing pump 33 can be used to draw laundry detergent from the soap dish 32, deliver the drawn laundry detergent to the water inlet box 31, and then deliver it to the drum assembly 2 through the water flow in the water inlet box 31.
[0075] In some embodiments, the dispensing pump 33 may be disposed on the water inlet box 31. When the soap dish 32 is pushed into the water inlet box 31, the dispensing pump 33 may communicate with the inside of the soap dish 32, thereby enabling the dispensing pump 33 to draw laundry detergent from the soap dish 32.
[0076] In some embodiments, the dispensing pump 33 may be disposed on the rear wall of the water inlet box 31. It should be noted that in other embodiments, the dispensing pump 33 may also be disposed on other side walls of the water inlet box 31, or it may also be disposed inside the water inlet box 31.
[0077] Figure 7 is a structural schematic diagram of Figure 6 in another state. Figure 8 is a structural schematic diagram of the interior of Figure 7.
[0078] Please refer to Figures 7 and 8. In some embodiments, the soap dish 32 may have a liquid storage chamber 320. The liquid storage chamber can be used to store laundry detergent. The dispensing pump 33 can draw laundry detergent from the liquid storage chamber 320.
[0079] In some embodiments, the soap dish 32 may contain two liquid storage chambers 320. The two liquid storage chambers 320 may be arranged separately from each other. One liquid storage chamber 320 may be used to store detergent. The other liquid storage chamber 320 may be used to store fabric softener.
[0080] It should be noted that in some other embodiments, three or more liquid storage chambers 320 may be provided. The number of liquid storage chambers 320 can be adjusted as needed and is not limited here.
[0081] Referring to Figure 8, in some embodiments, a filter element 321 may be provided inside the liquid storage chamber 320. The filter element 321 can be used to filter the liquid inside the liquid storage chamber 320. The laundry detergent in the liquid storage chamber 320 can be filtered by the filter element 321 before being drawn out by the dispensing pump 33. Therefore, the function of filtering the dispensed laundry detergent can be realized. This can effectively prevent flocculent matter in the laundry detergent from clogging the dispensing pump 33, avoiding affecting the dispensing volume of the dispensing pump 33 and ensuring the normal operation of the dispensing pump 33.
[0082] In some embodiments, the filter element 321 can divide the space of the liquid storage chamber 320 into a liquid storage area 3201 and a filtration area 3202. The liquid storage area 3201 and the filtration area 3202 can be located on opposite sides of the filter element 321. The liquid in the liquid storage area 3201 can be filtered by the filter element 321 and then flow into the filtration area 3202. The liquid in the liquid storage area 3201 is not filtered. The inlet end of the dispensing pump 33 can be connected to the filtration area 3202. The inlet end of the dispensing pump 33 can draw liquid from the filtration area 3202. Therefore, the liquid in the filtration area 3202 can be filtered by the filter element 321 before being drawn by the dispensing pump 33. The laundry detergent in the soap dish 32 can be filtered by the filter element 321 before being drawn by the dispensing pump 33, which can effectively prevent the dispensing pump 33 from clogging.
[0083] Figure 9 is a partial exploded view of Figure 8.
[0084] Please refer to Figures 8 and 9. In some embodiments, the filter element 321 may be detachably disposed inside the soap dispenser 32. The filter element 321 may also be detachably disposed in the liquid storage chamber 320. The filter element 321 may be placed in or removed from the liquid storage chamber 320 to facilitate cleaning or replacement of the filter element 321.
[0085] In some embodiments, the filter element 321 may have a plate-like structure. The filter element 321 may be vertically arranged between the liquid storage area 3201 and the filtration area 3202, thereby separating the liquid storage area 3201 and the filtration area 3202. The liquid storage area 3201 and the filtration area 3202 may be located on opposite sides of the filter element 321.
[0086] In some embodiments, the filter element 321 may be a filter screen. The filter screen may be arranged vertically between the liquid storage area 3201 and the filtration area 3202.
[0087] In some embodiments, the liquid storage area 3201 may be arranged on the front side of the filter element 321. The filter area 3202 may be arranged on the rear side of the filter element 321. When the soap dish 32 is pushed into the water inlet box 31, the filter area 3202 may be connected to the dispensing pump 33 on the back side of the water inlet box 31, so that the liquid inlet end of the dispensing pump 33 can draw laundry detergent liquid from the filter area 3202 nearby.
[0088] In some embodiments, the space of the filter zone 3202 is smaller than the space of the liquid storage zone 3201 to prevent excessive accumulation of filtered laundry detergent in the filter zone 3202.
[0089] In some embodiments, the volume of the liquid storage area 3201 is relatively large, meaning the volume of the liquid storage chamber 320 can be large. The volume of the liquid storage area 3201 in the liquid storage chamber 320 can be used to pre-store the amount of laundry detergent needed for multiple washing cycles. For example, a user can pre-store several days' or several weeks' worth of laundry detergent in the liquid storage area 3201 of the liquid storage chamber 320 to reduce the frequency of refilling. Each time a washing cycle is started, only a single amount of laundry detergent needs to be drawn by controlling the dispensing pump 33. Therefore, the user does not need to manually add laundry detergent to the soap dish 32 before each washing cycle, which improves the user experience.
[0090] Referring to Figure 9, in some embodiments, a mounting groove 3221 may be provided on the side wall of the liquid storage chamber 320. The mounting groove 3221 may extend vertically. The mounting groove 3221 may extend vertically. The side edge of the filter element 321 may be inserted downward into the mounting groove 3221 from the upper port, thereby vertically arranging the filter element 321 between the liquid storage area 3201 and the filtration area 3202.
[0091] In some embodiments, two mounting slots 3221 may be provided. The two mounting slots 3221 may be respectively provided on opposite side walls of the liquid storage chamber 320. The opposite side edges of the filter element 321 may be inserted downward into the mounting slot 3221 from the upper port of the mounting slot 3221, thereby allowing the filter element 321 to be detachably arranged between the liquid storage area 3201 and the filtration area 3202.
[0092] Referring to Figure 9, in some embodiments, a mounting position 322 may be formed between the liquid storage area 3201 and the filtration area 3202. The filter element 321 may be detachably disposed within the mounting position 322. The mounting position 322 may extend vertically so that the filter element 321 can be vertically arranged between the liquid storage area 3201 and the filtration area 3202.
[0093] In some embodiments, two mounting slots 3221 may be respectively provided on opposite side walls of the mounting position 322. When the filter element 321 is disposed in the mounting position 322, the opposite ends of the filter element 321 may be respectively inserted into a mounting slot 3221, thereby fixing the filter element 321 in the mounting position 322.
[0094] In some embodiments, the bottom of the mounting position 322 may be provided with a positioning slot 3222. When the filter element 321 is disposed in the mounting position 322, the bottom end of the filter element 321 can be inserted into the positioning slot 3222, thereby fixing the filter element 321 in the mounting position 322.
[0095] Please refer to Figures 6 to 8. In some embodiments, the top of the soap dish 32 may have a lid 323. The lid 323 may cover the top surface of the liquid storage cavity 320.
[0096] In some embodiments, the lid 323 may have a replenishment port 3231. The replenishment port 3231 may be located above the top of the liquid storage area 3201. When the soap dish 32 is pulled out from the water inlet box 31, the user can replenish laundry detergent into the liquid storage chamber 320 through the replenishment port 3231. The laundry detergent can first enter the liquid storage area 3201, be filtered by the filter element 321, and then flow into the filter area 3202.
[0097] In some embodiments, the lid 323 may be provided with two replenishment ports 3231. The two replenishment ports 3231 may be respectively located above the top of the two liquid storage chambers 320. Therefore, the user can add detergent to one liquid storage chamber 320 through one replenishment port 3231 and add fabric softener to the other liquid storage chamber 320 through the other replenishment port 3231.
[0098] In some embodiments, a valve plug 3232 may be provided at the fluid inlet 3231. The valve plug 3232 may be detachably provided at the fluid inlet 3231. The valve plug 3232 may be used to seal the fluid inlet 3231. The valve plug 3232 may be removed from the fluid inlet 3231 by manual pulling. The valve plug 3232 may be sealed at the fluid inlet 3231 by manual insertion.
[0099] In some embodiments, the cover 323 may be provided with a replenishment cap 3233. The replenishment cap 3233 may be rotatably connected to the top surface of the cover 323. The replenishment cap 3233 may cover the top surface of the replenishment port 3231 and the valve plug 3232, thereby sealing the replenishment port 3231 and the valve plug 3232.
[0100] Please refer to Figures 6 to 8. In some embodiments, the soap dish 32 may be provided with a manual dispensing slot 324. The manual dispensing slot 324 may communicate with the inside of the water inlet box 31. The user can directly dispense laundry detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry liquids into the manual dispensing slot 324, allowing the laundry liquid to flow into the inside of the water inlet box 31 through the manual dispensing slot 324, and then be directly dispensed into the washing chamber 20 inside the drum assembly 2 through the water flow in the water inlet box 31.
[0101] Figure 10 is a front view of Figure 9. Figure 11 is a sectional view along line AA in Figure 10. Figure 12 is a structural schematic diagram of the lid 323 in Figure 7.
[0102] Please refer to Figures 10 to 12. In some embodiments, a manual dispensing port 3234 may be provided on the lid 323. The manual dispensing port 3234 may be located at the top of the manual dispensing trough 324. The manual dispensing port 3234 may be vertically aligned with the manual dispensing trough 324. When the soap dish 32 is pulled out from the water inlet box 31, the user can directly dispense laundry detergent into the manual dispensing trough 324 through the manual dispensing port 3234.
[0103] In some embodiments, when using laundry detergent, the user can add detergent into the manual dispensing tank 324 through the manual dispensing port 3234, and the detergent in the manual dispensing tank 324 is flushed into the washing chamber 20 by the water flow in the water inlet box 31. In this scenario, the user can independently control the amount of laundry detergent used in a single wash.
[0104] In some embodiments, during a single wash, the user can add the required amount of laundry detergent to the manual dispensing tank 324 via the manual dispensing port 3234. The water flow from the water inlet box 31 then flushes the detergent from the manual dispensing tank 324 into the washing chamber 20. In this scenario, the user can control the amount of laundry detergent used in a single wash.
[0105] It should be noted that when users replenish laundry detergent into the storage chamber 320 through the replenishment port 3231, they do not need to consider the amount of laundry detergent used in a single wash, but rather the total amount of laundry detergent needed to be replenished into the storage chamber 320 for multiple washes.
[0106] Referring to Figures 8 and 11, in some embodiments, the height of the bottom surface of the filter zone 3202 may not be higher than the height of the bottom surface of the liquid storage zone 3201. That is, the height of the bottom surface of the filter zone 3202 may be lower than the height of the bottom surface of the liquid storage zone 3201, or the height of the bottom surface of the filter zone 3202 may be equal to the height of the bottom surface of the liquid storage zone 3201. Therefore, when the laundry detergent in the filter zone 3202 is drawn out, the laundry detergent in the liquid storage zone 3201 can automatically flow to the filter zone 3202, be filtered by the filter element 321, and then flow into the filter zone 3202.
[0107] In some embodiments, the bottom surface height of the end of the liquid storage area 3201 near the filter area 3202 may be lower than the bottom surface height of the end of the liquid storage area 3201 away from the filter area 3202. Therefore, when the laundry detergent in the filter area 3202 is drawn out, the laundry detergent in the liquid storage area 3201 can automatically move towards the direction of the liquid storage area 3201.
[0108] In some embodiments, a guide wall 3203 may be provided on the bottom surface of the liquid storage area 3201. The guide wall 3203 may be located at the middle of the liquid storage area 3201. In the direction from the liquid storage area 3201 toward the filter area 3202, the guide wall 3203 may be arranged to extend downward at an angle, so that the bottom surface height of the end of the liquid storage area 3201 away from the filter area 3202 may be higher than the bottom surface height of the end of the liquid storage area 3201 near the filter area 3202, so that the laundry detergent in the liquid storage area 3201 can automatically move toward the direction closer to the liquid storage area 3201.
[0109] In some embodiments, the entire bottom surface of the liquid storage area 3201 can be a guide wall 3203. In this case, the entire bottom surface of the liquid storage area 3201 can be arranged in an inclined manner, so that the laundry detergent in the liquid storage area 3201 can automatically move towards the direction of the liquid storage area 3201.
[0110] Please refer to Figure 11. In some embodiments, the bottom surface height of the filtration zone 3202 can be equal to the bottom surface height of the liquid storage zone 3201 at the end closest to the filtration zone 3202. It should be noted that in other embodiments, the bottom surface height of the filtration zone 3202 can also be lower than the bottom surface height of the liquid storage zone 3201 at the end closest to the filtration zone 3202.
[0111] Figure 13 is a partially enlarged structural schematic diagram of the suction tube 325 in Figure 12. Figure 14 is an exploded structural schematic diagram of Figure 13. Figure 15 is a sectional view along line BB in Figure 10. Figure 16 is a partially enlarged structural schematic diagram of Figure 15.
[0112] Please refer to Figures 12 to 16. In some embodiments, the soap dish 32 may be equipped with a liquid extraction tube 325. The liquid extraction tube 325 may be arranged in the liquid storage chamber 320. The liquid extraction tube 325 may be arranged in the filter zone 3202. The liquid extraction tube 325 may be connected to the liquid inlet of the dispensing pump 33. The dispensing pump 33 can extract laundry detergent from the filter zone 3202 in the liquid storage chamber 320 through the liquid extraction tube 325.
[0113] In some embodiments, the suction pipe 325 may extend vertically. The upper end of the suction pipe 325 may communicate with the inlet end of the dispensing pump 33. The lower end of the suction pipe 325 may communicate with the bottom region of the storage chamber 320. The lower end of the suction pipe 325 may communicate with the bottom region of the filtration zone 3202. Therefore, the dispensing pump 33 can draw laundry detergent from the clean filtration zone 3202 through the suction pipe 325.
[0114] In some embodiments, the liquid extraction tube 325 may be disposed on the bottom surface of the lid 323. The liquid extraction tube 325 may extend downward from the bottom surface of the lid 323. The lid 323 may be detachably disposed on the top of the soap box 32. When the lid 323 is installed on the top of the soap box 32, the liquid extraction tube 325 may extend downward from the bottom surface of the lid 323 and be disposed within the filter zone 3202, and the bottom end of the liquid extraction tube 325 may communicate with the bottom area of the filter zone 3202.
[0115] In some embodiments, the liquid extraction tube 325 can be integrally formed with the lid 323. The liquid extraction tube 325 can be integrally formed on the bottom surface of the lid 323, and thus the liquid extraction tube 325 and the lid 323 can be integrally formed by injection molding process, thereby simplifying the manufacturing and assembly difficulty of the liquid extraction tube 325.
[0116] It should be noted that in other embodiments, the liquid extraction tube 325 can also be detachably connected to the lid 323. The liquid extraction tube 325 can also be detachably arranged on the bottom surface of the lid 323.
[0117] In other embodiments, the liquid extraction tube 325 may also be detached from the cover 323. The liquid extraction tube 325 may be arranged independently within the liquid storage chamber 320. The liquid extraction tube 325 may be detachably and independently arranged within the liquid storage chamber 320, or the liquid extraction tube 325 may be integrally formed and fixed within the liquid storage chamber 320.
[0118] Please refer to Figures 6 and 16. In some embodiments, the rear end of the lid 323 may be provided with a connecting pipe 3235. The connecting pipe 3235 may extend towards the back of the soap dish 32. The upper end of the suction pipe 325 may communicate with the connecting pipe 3235. When the soap dish 32 is pushed into the water inlet box 31, the connecting pipe 3235 can connect with the liquid inlet end of the dispensing pump 33, which facilitates the connection between the suction pipe 325 and the liquid inlet end of the dispensing pump 33. Therefore, the liquid inlet end of the dispensing pump 33 can draw laundry detergent from the filter area 3202 in the liquid storage chamber 320 through the connecting pipe 3235 and the suction pipe 325, so that the laundry detergent passes sequentially through the inside of the suction pipe 325, the inside of the connecting pipe 3235, and then into the inside of the dispensing pump 33.
[0119] Please refer to Figures 12 to 16. In some embodiments, a shrinkage tube 326 may be provided inside the extraction tube 325. The shrinkage tube 326 can be detachably disposed inside the extraction tube 325, allowing it to be inserted into or removed from the extraction tube 325. The existing extraction tube 325 has a relatively large internal space, and during use, especially during the first use, the extracted laundry detergent needs to fill the internal space of the extraction tube 325 first. The shrinkage tube 326 can fill the internal space of the extraction tube 325, thereby reducing the internal space occupied by the laundry detergent.
[0120] It should be noted that some related technologies reduce the internal space of the liquid extraction tube 325 by reducing the internal diameter of the tube. However, this solution is prone to clogging the liquid extraction tube 325 and makes it difficult to accurately control the flow rate and speed of the laundry detergent.
[0121] In some embodiments, the shrinkage tube 326 may have a shrinkage channel 3260 inside. The upper end of the shrinkage channel 3260 may communicate with the inside of the extraction tube 325. The lower end of the shrinkage channel 3260 may communicate with the inside of the storage chamber 320. Therefore, the extraction tube 325 can communicate with the bottom region of the storage chamber 320 through the shrinkage channel 3260, and the inlet of the dispensing pump 33 can draw laundry detergent from the storage chamber 320 through the extraction tube 325 and the shrinkage channel 3260, thereby dispensing the drawn laundry detergent into the washing chamber 20.
[0122] When the dispensing component 3 is in use, especially during the first use, the internal space of the liquid extraction tube 325 is filled by the shrink tube 326, which can reduce the space occupied by the liquid extraction tube 325 for laundry detergent, thereby avoiding affecting the amount of laundry detergent dispensed and reducing the error in laundry detergent dispensing.
[0123] It should be noted that the internal space of the existing liquid extraction tube 325 remains unchanged, making it difficult to adjust and precisely control the liquid extraction flow rate. In some embodiments of this application, different types of shrinkage tubes 326 can be replaced inside the liquid extraction tube 325. Different types of shrinkage tubes 326 can have flow-constricting channels 3260 with different diameters. By replacing the shrinkage tube 326 with a shrinkage channel 3260 of a different diameter, the liquid extraction speed of the dispensing pump 33 can be changed and adjusted, facilitating precise control of the liquid extraction volume of the dispensing pump 33, and precisely controlling the dispensing speed and volume of laundry detergent to reduce dispensing errors.
[0124] Referring to Figure 16, in some embodiments, the extraction tube 325 can be arranged to extend vertically. The volume reduction tube 326 is also arranged to extend vertically. The vertical extension of the extraction tube 325 facilitates its installation and arrangement. The extension direction of the volume reduction tube 326 can be consistent with the extension direction of the extraction tube 325, thereby simplifying the fabrication and installation of the volume reduction tube 326.
[0125] It should be noted that in some other embodiments, the suction tube 325 may also be arranged at an angle. The suction tube 325 may have an angle with the vertical direction. Correspondingly, the volume reduction tube 326 may also be arranged at an angle. The volume reduction tube 326 may have an angle with the vertical direction.
[0126] In some embodiments, the constriction channel 3260 within the constriction tube 326 can extend axially along the constriction tube 326, which simplifies the manufacturing process of the constriction tube 326. It should be noted that in other embodiments, the constriction channel 3260 within the constriction tube 326 may not extend axially along the constriction tube 326, and the constriction channel 3260 may also be curved or inclined.
[0127] Please refer to Figures 14 and 16. In some embodiments, a fixing rib 3261 may be protruding from the outer peripheral wall of the shrinkage tube 326. The fixing rib 3261 may extend vertically. The fixing rib 3261 may extend axially along the shrinkage tube 326.
[0128] When the shrink tube 326 is installed inside the liquid extraction tube 325, the outer wall of the fixing rib 3261 can abut against the inner wall of the liquid extraction tube 325. By means of interference compression, the shrink tube 326 can be fixed inside the liquid extraction tube 325.
[0129] In some embodiments, the distance between the outer wall of the fixing rib 3261 and the outer peripheral wall of the shrinkage tube 326 can be gradually reduced to zero in the bottom-to-top direction. The thickness of the fixing rib 3261 can also be gradually reduced to zero in the bottom-to-top direction. Therefore, when the shrinkage tube 326 is installed inside the extraction tube 325, a zero gap can be maintained between the outer peripheral wall of the top end of the shrinkage tube 326 and the inner wall of the extraction tube 325, and the outer peripheral wall of the top end of the shrinkage tube 326 can be tightly attached to the inner wall of the extraction tube 325. When the inlet end of the dispensing pump 33 draws liquid, the dispensing pump 33 can only draw the laundry detergent from the storage chamber 320 through the constriction channel 3260 inside the shrinkage tube 326.
[0130] In some embodiments, the fixing rib 3261 may be arranged only in the lower region of the outer peripheral wall of the shrinkage tube 326. The fixing rib 3261 is not arranged in the top region of the outer peripheral wall of the shrinkage tube 326, thereby ensuring that the outer peripheral wall at the top of the shrinkage tube 326 can be tightly attached to the inner wall of the suction tube 325.
[0131] It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the fixing rib 3261 may be arranged only in the middle region of the outer peripheral wall of the shrink tube 326.
[0132] Referring to Figure 14, in some embodiments, multiple fixing ribs 3261 may be provided. Multiple fixing ribs 3261 may be arranged circumferentially at intervals on the outer peripheral wall of the shrinkage tube 326. Multiple fixing ribs 3261 can improve the stability of the shrinkage tube 326 fixed within the suction tube 325. It should be noted that the number, length, and thickness of the fixing ribs 3261 can be adjusted as needed and are not limited here.
[0133] Referring to Figures 12 to 16, in some embodiments, a stepped groove 3251 may be recessed into the peripheral side of the bottom port of the extraction tube 325. The stepped groove 3251 may have an annular structure. The stepped groove 3251 may be arranged around the peripheral sidewall of the bottom port of the extraction tube 325. A stepped portion 3262 may be protruding from the outer peripheral wall of the bottom end of the shrinkage tube 326. The stepped portion 3262 may have an annular structure. The stepped portion 3262 may be arranged around the outer peripheral wall of the bottom end of the shrinkage tube 326. When it is necessary to insert the shrink tube 326 into the liquid extraction tube 325, the shrink tube 326 can be inserted into the liquid extraction tube 325 through the bottom port of the liquid extraction tube 325. The stepped part 3262 can be embedded in the stepped groove 3251, thereby fixing the shrink tube 326 inside the liquid extraction tube 325, preventing the shrink tube 326 from extending too far into the liquid extraction tube 325, and preventing the shrink tube 326 from being unable to be removed from the liquid extraction tube 325.
[0134] Please refer to Figures 12 to 16. In some embodiments, a first protrusion 3252 extending downward may be provided on the peripheral sidewall of the bottom port of the liquid extraction tube 325. The first protrusion 3252 may be used to abut against the bottom surface of the liquid storage cavity 320 to maintain a gap between the bottom port of the liquid extraction tube 325 and the bottom surface of the liquid storage cavity 320.
[0135] In some embodiments, a plurality of downwardly extending first protrusions 3252 may be provided on the peripheral sidewall of the bottom port of the extraction tube 325. The plurality of first protrusions 3252 may be arranged circumferentially at intervals along the peripheral edge of the bottom port of the extraction tube 325. A first flow gap 3253 may be formed between two adjacent first protrusions 3252. When the distance between the first protrusion 3252 and the bottom surface of the liquid storage chamber 320 is small, or when the first protrusion 3252 abuts against the bottom surface of the liquid storage chamber 320, the bottom port of the extraction tube 325 can draw laundry detergent from the liquid storage chamber 320 through the first flow gap 3253.
[0136] It should be noted that the number and spacing of the first protrusions 3252 can be adjusted as needed, and no restrictions are imposed here.
[0137] Referring to Figures 12 to 16, in some embodiments, a second protrusion 3263 extending downward may be provided on the peripheral sidewall of the bottom port of the shrinkage tube 326. The second protrusion 3263 may protrude from the bottom port of the suction tube 325. The second protrusion 3263 may be used to abut against the bottom surface of the liquid storage chamber 320 to maintain a gap between the bottom port of the shrinkage tube 326 and the bottom surface of the liquid storage chamber 320.
[0138] In some embodiments, a plurality of downwardly extending second protrusions 3263 may be provided on the peripheral sidewall of the bottom port of the shrinkage tube 326. The plurality of second protrusions 3263 may be arranged circumferentially at intervals along the peripheral edge of the bottom port of the shrinkage tube 326. A second flow gap 3264 may be formed between two adjacent second protrusions 3263. When the distance between the second protrusion 3263 and the bottom surface of the liquid storage chamber 320 is small, or when the second protrusion 3263 abuts against the bottom surface of the liquid storage chamber 320, the suction tube 325 can draw laundry detergent from the liquid storage chamber 320 through the bottom port of the shrinkage channel 3260 and the second flow gap 3264.
[0139] It should be noted that the number and spacing of the second protrusions 3263 can be adjusted as needed, and no restrictions are imposed here.
[0140] Figure 17 is an exploded structural diagram of the water inlet box 31 in Figure 5. Figure 18 is a partial structural diagram of Figure 17.
[0141] Please refer to Figures 3 to 5, and in conjunction with Figures 17 and 18. In some embodiments, the water inlet box 31 may be provided with a dispensing cavity 310. The front end of the water inlet box 31 may be provided with an opening communicating with the dispensing cavity 310. The soap dish 32 may be removably disposed within the dispensing cavity 310 through the front opening of the water inlet box 31.
[0142] In some embodiments, the bottom of the water inlet box 31 may be provided with a water outlet 311. The water outlet 311 may be provided with a water outlet (not shown in the figure). The water outlet in the water outlet 311 may be connected to the washing chamber 20. The other end of the water passage may be connected to the washing chamber 20 inside the drum assembly 2 via a pipe. The other end of the water passage may also be connected to the dispensing chamber 310, which in turn is connected to the washing chamber 20 inside the drum assembly 2 via a pipe.
[0144] In some embodiments, the water inlet box 31 may include a top cover 313. The top cover 313 may be disposed on the top surface of the water distribution plate 312. [0145] Figure 19 is an exploded view of Figure 18. Figure 20 is a structural schematic diagram of the water distribution plate 312 in Figure 19.
[0146] Please refer to Figures 18 to 20. In some embodiments, the water inlet box 31 may be provided with a volume-regulating cavity 314. The volume-regulating cavity 314 may be recessed into the top surface of the water distribution plate 312. The outlet end of the dispensing pump 33 may communicate with the volume-regulating cavity 314. The dispensing pump 33 can pump the liquid in the storage chamber 320 into the volume-regulating cavity 314. When the dispensing pump 33 is running, the inlet end of the dispensing pump 33 can draw the laundry detergent in the storage chamber 320 of the soap box 32 and deliver the drawn laundry detergent to the volume-regulating cavity 314 through the outlet end of the dispensing pump 33.
[0147] Figure 21 is a structural schematic diagram of Figure 20 from another perspective. Figure 22 is a structural schematic diagram of the top cover 313 in Figure 19. Figure 23 is a structural schematic diagram of Figure 22 from another perspective.
[0148] Referring to Figures 20 to 22, in some embodiments, the volume-regulating cavity 314 may be formed between the top surface of the water-dividing plate 312 and the bottom surface of the top cover 313. The bottom region of the volume-regulating cavity 314 may be formed on the top surface of the water-dividing plate 312. The top region of the volume-regulating cavity 314 may be formed on the bottom surface of the top cover 313.
[0149] Please refer to Figures 18, 20, and 23. In some embodiments, the water inlet box 31 may be provided with a liquid extraction passage 319. The liquid extraction passage 319 may be recessed on the top surface of the water distribution plate 312. The liquid extraction passage 319 may be formed between the top surface of the water distribution plate 312 and the bottom surface of the top cover 313. One end of the liquid extraction passage 319 is used to connect to the liquid inlet end of the dispensing pump 33.
[0150] Figure 24 is a top view of Figure 4. Figure 25 is a cross-sectional view along the CC direction in Figure 24. Figure 26 is a partially enlarged structural diagram of Figure 25.
[0151] Please refer to Figures 18, 20, and 26. In some embodiments, the other end of the liquid extraction passage 319 may be provided with a liquid extraction connector 3191. The liquid extraction connector 3191 can be used to connect with the connecting pipe 3235 of the soap box 32, so that the liquid inlet of the dispensing pump 33 can sequentially extract laundry detergent from the liquid chamber 320 of the soap box 32 through the liquid extraction passage 319, the liquid extraction connector 3191, the connecting pipe 3235, and the liquid extraction pipe 325.
[0152] Please refer to Figures 19 and 20. In some embodiments, the inlet end of the dispensing pump 33 may be provided with a suction port 331. The suction port 331 may be connected to one end of the suction passage 319.
[0153] Please refer to Figures 19 and 20. In some embodiments, the outlet end of the dispensing pump 33 may be provided with a drain port 332. The drain port 332 may be connected to the constant volume chamber 314.
[0154] Figure 27 is a cross-sectional view along the DD direction in Figure 24. Figure 28 is an enlarged structural schematic diagram of region E in Figure 27.
[0155] Please refer to Figures 4, 18, 20, and 28. In some embodiments, the water passage within the water inlet box 31 may include a premixed water passage 315. One end of the premixed water passage 315 may be connected to a water source. The other end of the premixed water passage 315 may be used to connect to the washing chamber 20. The premixed water passage 315 may be connected to the volume-regulating chamber 314 via a pipe. When water enters the premixed water passage 315, the premixed water passage 315 can draw laundry detergent from the volume-regulating chamber 314, mix it with the water in the premixed water passage 315, and then deliver it to the washing chamber 20 through the pipe.
[0156] Please refer to Figures 18, 20, and 23. In some embodiments, the premixed water path 315 may be recessed on the top surface of the water distribution plate 312. At least a portion of the premixed water path 315 may be enclosed between the bottom surface of the top cover 313 and the top surface of the water distribution plate 312.
[0157] Please refer to Figures 18, 20, and 28. In some embodiments, a Venturi tube 316 may be provided in the premixed water path 315. The Venturi tube 316 can be provided in the premixed water path 315. The Venturi tube 316 can be used to draw laundry detergent and air from the volumetric cavity 314 into the premixed water path 315.
[0158] Referring to Figure 28, in some embodiments, the Venturi tube 316 may have an inlet 3161. The inlet 3161 of the Venturi tube 316 may communicate with the inlet end of the premixed water passage 315. The diameter of the inlet 3161 may gradually decrease in the direction from the inlet end of the premixed water passage 315 toward the inlet 3161. The diameter of the inlet 3161 may gradually decrease in the direction of liquid flow.
[0159] Referring to Figure 28, in some embodiments, the venturi tube 316 may have a diffuser 3163. The diffuser 3163 may be connected to the outlet of the premixed water passage 315. The diameter of the diffuser 3163 may gradually increase in the direction from the diffuser 3163 toward the outlet of the premixed water passage 315.
[0160] Referring to Figure 28, in some embodiments, the venturi tube 316 may have a constriction section 3162. The constriction section 3162 may be located between the inlet section 3161 and the diffuser section 3163. The inlet section 3161 can communicate with the diffuser section 3163 through the constriction section 3162. The diameter of the constriction section 3162 may be smaller than the diameter of the inlet section 3161. The diameter of the constriction section 3162 may be smaller than the diameter of the diffuser section 3163. When water enters the premixed water passage 315, the water flow can flow from the inlet section 3161 to the constriction section 3162, and then through the diffuser section 3163 to the outlet end of the premixed water passage 315.
[0161] Referring to Figure 28, in some embodiments, the Venturi tube 316 may have a negative pressure suction port 3164. One end of the negative pressure suction port 3164 may be connected to the contraction section 3162. The other end of the negative pressure suction port 3164 may extend into the constant volume cavity 314 and communicate with the interior of the constant volume cavity 314. When water enters the premixed water path 315 and flows through the contraction section 3162, a negative pressure can be formed in the negative pressure suction port 3164, allowing the negative pressure suction port 3164 to draw the laundry detergent and air in the constant volume cavity 314 into the contraction section 3162, that is, into the premixed water path 315, so that the laundry detergent, air and water in the premixed water path 315 mix to form a foam liquid, and then the foam liquid is released into the washing chamber 20 through the pipeline, thereby improving the mixing degree of the released laundry detergent and water, which is beneficial to improving the washing effect of the released laundry detergent and improving the washing ratio of the garment treatment device.
[0162] It should be noted that in some embodiments, the water inlet speed of the premixed water path 315 is relatively high, which can generate a large suction force at the negative pressure suction port 3164. This can quickly draw the laundry detergent in the fixed volume chamber 314 into the premixed water path 315, and allow the air in the fixed volume chamber 314 to also enter the premixed water path 315 from the negative pressure suction port 3164, so that the laundry detergent, air and water can be fully mixed to form foam liquid.
[0163] In some embodiments, the water inlet velocity of the premixed water path 315 can be much greater than the velocity at which the dispensing pump 33 injects laundry detergent into the volume-regulating chamber 314. The water inlet velocity of the premixed water path 315 can be more than 100% of the velocity at which the dispensing pump 33 injects laundry detergent into the volume-regulating chamber 314. The greater water inlet velocity of the premixed water path 315 can generate sufficient suction force at the negative pressure suction port 3164, allowing the laundry detergent in the volume-regulating chamber 314 to be quickly drawn into the premixed water path 315 through the negative pressure suction port 3164, and also allowing air in the volume-regulating chamber 314 to enter the premixed water path 315 through the negative pressure suction port 3164.
[0164] It should be noted that in some embodiments, the laundry detergent in the volume-fixing cavity 314 may have a certain viscosity. When the suction speed at the negative pressure suction port 3164 is greater than the preset speed, the laundry detergent in the space where the lower port of the negative pressure suction port 3164 is located in the volume-fixing cavity 314 can be quickly emptied. Before the nearby laundry detergent has filled the area, the air in the volume-fixing cavity 314 can be sucked into the premixed water channel 315 through the negative pressure suction port 3164, so that the laundry detergent, air and water can be fully mixed inside the premixed water channel 315 to form a foam liquid.
[0165] In some embodiments, the diameter of the negative pressure suction port 3164 may be greater than 0.8 times the diameter of the contraction portion 3162 and less than the diameter of the contraction portion 3162.
[0166] When water enters the premixed water circuit 315, the diameter of the negative pressure suction port 3164 is 0.8 times larger than the diameter of the contraction section 3162. This allows the negative pressure suction port 3164 to have a sufficient diameter width, which can increase the suction speed of the liquid in the constant volume chamber 314. This allows both liquid and air in the constant volume chamber 314 to enter the premixed water circuit 315 through the negative pressure suction port 3164.
[0167] It should be noted that in some other embodiments, the diameter of the negative pressure suction port 3164 may also be 0.8 times the diameter of the contraction portion 3162. Based on the ratio of the diameter of the negative pressure suction port 3164 to the diameter of the contraction portion 3162, it is convenient to form a venturi tube of the corresponding model.
[0168] In some embodiments, the diameter of the negative pressure suction port 3164 can be larger than the diameter of the contraction section 3162, but less than 1.2 times the diameter of the contraction section 3162. When water enters the premixed water path 315, the negative pressure suction port 3164 is less than 1.2 times the diameter of the contraction section 3162, which ensures that the negative pressure suction port 3164 has sufficient suction force on the liquid in the constant volume chamber 314, so that both liquid and air in the constant volume chamber 314 can enter the premixed water path 315 through the negative pressure suction port 3164.
[0169] It should be noted that in some other embodiments, the diameter of the negative pressure suction port 3164 may also be equal to 1.2 times the diameter of the contraction portion 3162.
[0170] In some embodiments, the diameter of the negative pressure suction port 3164 can preferably be any one of 0.9 times, 0.95 times, 1 time, 1.05 times or 1.1 times the diameter of the contraction portion 3162, so as to facilitate the molding of the corresponding model of Venturi tube according to the preset diameter.
[0171] In some embodiments, the cross-section of the negative pressure suction port 3164 may be a circular hole structure. In other embodiments, the cross-section of the negative pressure suction port 3164 may also be a hole structure of a certain direction or other shape.
[0172] It should be noted that when the negative pressure suction port 3164 is not a non-circular structure, the diameter of the negative pressure suction port 3164 can be determined based on the cross-sectional area of the negative pressure suction port 3164. That is, the cross-sectional area of the negative pressure suction port 3164 can preferably be any one of 0.9 times, 0.95 times, 1.05 times, or 1.1 times the diameter of the contraction part 3162.
[0173] In some embodiments, the venturi tube 316 may be disposed above the constant volume cavity 314. The negative pressure suction port 3164 of the venturi tube 316 may extend downward within the constant volume cavity 314. The negative pressure suction port 3164 may have a channel structure extending vertically. The lower end of the negative pressure suction port 3164 may communicate with the bottom region of the constant volume cavity 314.
[0174] Referring to Figures 22, 23, and 28, in some embodiments, the Venturi tube 316 may protrude from the bottom surface of the top cover 313. The Venturi tube 316 may have a downwardly extending negative pressure suction tube 3165. A negative pressure suction port 3164 may be formed within the negative pressure suction tube 3165. The negative pressure suction tube 3165 may extend along its axial direction. When the top cover 313 is placed on the top surface of the water distribution plate 312, the negative pressure suction tube 3165 of the Venturi tube 316 may extend downward into the volumetric cavity 314, such that the lower end of the negative pressure suction tube 3165 may be positioned in the bottom region of the volumetric cavity 314, and the lower end of the negative pressure suction port 3164 may communicate with the bottom region of the volumetric cavity 314.
[0175] Please refer to Figures 17, 18, and 20. In some embodiments, the water passage within the water inlet box 31 may include a main water inlet channel 317. The main water inlet channel 317 may have a main water inlet 3171. The main water inlet 3171 can be used to connect to a water source. The main water inlet channel 317 may include a first branch channel 3172. One end of the first branch channel 3172 can be connected to the main water inlet 3171. The other end of the first branch channel 3172 can be connected to the fixed volume chamber 314. After the dosing step of the laundry detergent in the fixed volume chamber 314 being added to the washing chamber 20 by the water flow from the premixed water channel 315 is completed, the main water inlet channel 317 can supply water to the fixed volume chamber 314 through the first branch channel 3172 to clean the residual laundry detergent in the fixed volume chamber 314.
[0176] In some embodiments, the main water inlet channel 317 may be recessed on the top surface of the water distribution plate 312, and the main water inlet channel 317 may surround the bottom surface of the top cover 313 and the top surface of the water distribution plate 312.
[0177] Please refer to Figures 17, 18, and 20. In some embodiments, an overflow port 3141 may be provided on the side wall of the volume-fixing cavity 314. The overflow port 3141 can connect the volume-fixing cavity 314 and the dispensing cavity 310. When the liquid in the volume-fixing cavity 314 reaches a preset height, the liquid in the volume-fixing cavity 314 can flow into the dispensing cavity 310 through the overflow port 3141, and then flow into the washing cavity 20 in the drum assembly 2 through the water outlet 311 at the bottom of the dispensing cavity 310. It should be noted that air in the dispensing cavity 310 can enter the volume-fixing cavity 314, so that the volume-fixing cavity 314 can contain a certain amount of air.
[0178] In some embodiments, the height between the overflow port 3141 and the bottom surface of the volume-fixing cavity 314 can be a preset height. When the liquid in the volume-fixing cavity 314 reaches the preset height, the liquid level in the volume-fixing cavity 314 reaches the overflow port 3141, and the liquid volume in the volume-fixing cavity 314 is the preset volume.
[0179] Please refer to Figures 17, 18, and 20. In some embodiments, when the main water inlet channel 317 supplies water to the fixed volume chamber 314 through the first branch channel 3172, the mixed liquid after the water flow washes the residual laundry detergent in the fixed volume chamber 314 can flow through the overflow port 3141 into the dispensing chamber 310, and then flow into the washing chamber 20 in the drum assembly 2 through the water outlet 311 at the bottom of the dispensing chamber 310.
[0180] In some embodiments, the port of the first branch 3172 communicating with the volume-fixing cavity 314 can be arranged on the top side wall of the volume-fixing cavity 314, thereby facilitating the cleaning of residual laundry detergent on the inner side wall of the volume-fixing cavity 314.
[0181] In some embodiments, the position height of the port connecting the first branch 3172 and the fixed volume cavity 314 can be higher than the position height of the overflow port 3141, so that the liquid in the fixed volume cavity 314 can be smoothly discharged from the overflow port 3141, and prevent the liquid from flowing back into the first branch 3172 and the main water inlet channel 317.
[0182] Please refer to Figures 17 and 18. In some embodiments, a drain outlet 3142 may be provided on the bottom surface of the volume-fixing cavity 314. The drain outlet 3142 can be connected to the dispensing cavity 310. When the first branch 3172 supplies water to the volume-fixing cavity 314, the water used to rinse residual laundry detergent in the volume-fixing cavity 314 can enter the dispensing cavity 310 through the drain outlet 3142.
[0183] In some embodiments, the diameter of the drain outlet 3142 may be less than or equal to a preset diameter. When the laundry detergent in the storage chamber 320 enters the volume-fixing chamber 314, due to the viscosity of the laundry detergent, the laundry detergent in the volume-fixing chamber 314 cannot enter the dispensing chamber 310 through the drain outlet 3142.
[0184] It should be noted that when water is supplied to the volume-fixing chamber 314 for washing via the first branch 3172, most of the mixture of residual laundry detergent in the volume-fixing chamber 314 flows into the dispensing chamber 310 through the overflow port 3141. Only at the end of the washing process or after the water supply has finished washing, when the liquid component in the volume-fixing chamber 314 is mostly water, can the liquid in the volume-fixing chamber 314 enter the dispensing chamber 310 through the drain port 3142.
[0185] Please refer to Figures 17, 18, and 20, and in conjunction with Figures 3 to 5. In some embodiments, the outlet end of the premixed water path 315 may have a first outlet 3151. The dispensing assembly 3 may include a dispensing pipe 34. The dispensing pipe 34 may be located outside the water inlet box 31. One end of the dispensing pipe 34 may be connected to the first outlet 3151. The other end of the dispensing pipe 34 may be connected to the washing chamber 20. The mixed liquid formed in the premixed water path 315 can be dispensed and transported to the washing chamber 20 of the drum assembly 2 through the dispensing pipe 34.
[0186] In some embodiments, the main water inlet channel 317 may include a second branch channel 3173. One end of the second branch channel 3173 may be connected to the main water inlet 3171. The other end of the second branch channel 3173 may form a second outlet 3174. The dispensing assembly 3 may include a cleaning pipe 35. The cleaning pipe 35 may be located outside the water inlet box 31. One end of the cleaning pipe 35 may be connected to the second outlet 3174. The other end of the cleaning pipe 35 may be connected to the washing chamber 20. The main water inlet channel 317 can clean a portion of the washing chamber 20 of the drum assembly 2 through the second branch channel 3173 and the cleaning pipe 35. It should be noted that the main water inlet channel 317 can supply water to the washing chamber 20 of the drum assembly 2 through the second branch channel 3173 and the cleaning pipe 35.
[0187] In some embodiments, the cleaning area of the cleaning pipe 35 within the washing chamber 20 and the dispensing area of the dispensing pipe 34 within the washing chamber 20 may at least partially overlap. Within the washing chamber 20, the cleaning area of the cleaning pipe 35 and the dispensing area of the dispensing pipe 34 may largely overlap, allowing residual laundry detergent on the inner wall of the washing chamber 20 to be rinsed through the second branch 3173 and the cleaning pipe 35, thereby improving washing efficiency and reducing laundry detergent residue on the inner wall of the washing chamber 20.
[0188] Please refer to Figures 17, 18, and 20. In some embodiments, a spray chamber 318 may be provided inside the water inlet box 31. The spray chamber 318 may be located on the top surface of the water distribution plate 312. The spray chamber 318 may surround the top surface of the water distribution plate 312 and the bottom surface of the top cover 313. The spray chamber 318 may be arranged above the top of the manual dispensing tank 324. A plurality of spray nozzles 3181 may be provided on the bottom surface of the spray chamber 318. The plurality of spray nozzles 3181 may be arranged at intervals on the bottom surface of the spray chamber 318. The spray nozzles 3181 may be connected to the manual dispensing tank 324.
[0189] When water is supplied to the spray chamber 318, the water in the spray chamber 318 can spray downwards onto the manual dispensing tank 324 through multiple spray nozzles 3181, rinsing the laundry detergent or liquid in the manual dispensing tank 324. The laundry detergent or liquid is then rinsed into the dispensing chamber 310 by the water flow, and then dispensed into the washing chamber 20 in the drum assembly 2 through the drain section at the bottom of the dispensing chamber 310.
[0190] It should be noted that in other embodiments, the spray chamber 318 can also supply water directly to the washing chamber 20 inside the cylinder assembly 2 through the spray port 3181, the manual dispensing tank 324, and the dispensing chamber 310.
[0191] Please refer to Figures 17, 18, and 20. In some embodiments, the main water inlet channel 317 may include a third branch channel 3175. One end of the third branch channel 3175 may be connected to the main water inlet 3171. The other end of the third branch channel 3175 may be connected to the spray chamber 318. The main water inlet channel 317 can supply water to the spray chamber 318 through the third branch channel 3175, which in turn can supply water to the washing chamber 20 of the drum assembly 2, or can deliver laundry detergent or liquid detergent from the manual dispensing tank 324 into the washing chamber 20.
[0192] Referring to Figures 3 and 24, in some embodiments, the dispensing component 3 may include an inlet valve 36. The inlet valve 36 may have a first valve port 361. The first valve port 361 can be connected to the inlet end of the premixed water circuit 315 via a premixed water inlet pipe 37. One end of the premixed water inlet pipe 37 can be connected to the first valve port 361 of the inlet valve 36. The other end of the premixed water inlet pipe 37 can be connected to the inlet end of the premixed water circuit 315. Therefore, water can be supplied to the premixed water circuit 315 separately through the first valve port 361 of the inlet valve 36 and the premixed water inlet pipe 37.
[0193] In some embodiments, the Venturi tube 316 may be located at the inlet end of the premixed water passage 315. The inlet portion 3161 of the Venturi tube 316 may serve as the inlet end of the premixed water passage 315. The end of the premixed water inlet pipe 37 away from the first valve port 361 may communicate with the inlet portion 3161 of the Venturi tube 316. The end of the premixed water inlet pipe 37 away from the first valve port 361 may be sleeved on the inlet portion 3161 of the Venturi tube 316, so that the premixed water inlet pipe 37 can directly supply water to the inside of the Venturi tube 316.
[0194] Please refer to Figures 3 and 24. In some embodiments, the inlet valve 36 may have a second valve port 362. The second valve port 362 can be connected to the main inlet 3171 via the main inlet pipe 38. One end of the main inlet pipe 38 can be connected to the second valve port 362 of the inlet valve 36. The other end of the main inlet pipe 38 can be connected to the main inlet 3171. Therefore, water can be supplied to the main inlet 3171 and the main water supply passage 317 through the second valve port 362 of the inlet valve 36 and the main inlet pipe 38.
[0195] It should be noted that in some embodiments, when the water inlet valve 36 supplies water to the main water inlet channel 317 through the main water inlet pipe 38, the main water inlet 3171 can simultaneously supply water to the first branch channel 3172, the second branch channel 3173 and the third branch channel 3175, so that the water can flow from different water channels to the washing chamber 20 in the drum assembly 2 at the same time.
[0196] In some embodiments, a garment processing apparatus includes a housing 1. The housing 1 can be used to form the outer shell of the garment processing apparatus. The outer shell can be of any shape based on installation and usage requirements, and no limitations are imposed herein.
[0197] The garment handling device includes a drum assembly 2. A washing chamber 20 for accommodating the garments to be processed is formed within the drum assembly 2. The drum assembly 2 can be installed horizontally or vertically. No restrictions are placed on the installation direction of the drum assembly 2 relative to the ground.
[0198] The garment handling device may include a water inlet valve 36, disposed within the housing 1, for supplying water to the washing chamber 20. In some embodiments, the water inlet of the water inlet valve 36 is directly connected to a water source. In some embodiments, the water inlet of the water inlet valve 36 is connected to the outlet of a water pump.
[0199] The garment handling device may include a dispensing component 3, which includes a water inlet box 31, a soap box 32, and a dispensing pump 33. The water inlet box 31 is located inside the housing 1. The soap box 32 is removably located inside the water inlet box 31 and has a liquid storage chamber 320 for storing liquid.
[0200] The garment processing device may include a volumetric cavity 314, and a dispensing pump 33 is capable of pumping liquid from the storage cavity 320 into the volumetric cavity 314.
[0201] The garment processing device may include a premixed water path 315, the water inlet of the premixed water path, i.e., the inlet 3161 of the venturi tube 316, is connected to the first valve port 361 of the water inlet valve 36, and the water outlet of the premixed water path may form a first outlet 3151 that connects to the washing chamber 20.
[0202] The garment processing device may include a venturi tube 316, which is located in the premixed water path 315, and the negative pressure suction port of the venturi tube 316 extends into the constant volume chamber 314.
[0203] The premixed water circuit 315 is provided with a Venturi tube 316, which includes an inlet section 3161, a constriction section 3162, and a diffuser section 3163 connected in sequence. The diameter of the inlet section 3161 gradually decreases along the direction of liquid flow, and the diameter of the diffuser section 3163 gradually increases along the direction of liquid flow. The inlet and outlet ends 3161 of the premixed water circuit are the inlet section 3161, and the negative pressure suction port is provided on the constriction section 3162.
[0204] The garment processing device also includes a controller, which is located inside the housing 1 and is electrically connected to the water inlet valve 36 and the dispensing pump 33. The water inlet valve 36 may have multiple valve ports, and the controller can control the water inlet valve 36 to open different valve ports to supply water to different water circuits or branches. Alternatively, the garment processing device includes multiple water inlet valves 36, with different valves controlling different branches. The controller controls the opening and closing of the corresponding water inlet valve 36 to supply or stop water to the premixed water circuit 315. It should be further noted that the controller also has a calculation and storage function, capable of storing data information and performing calculations based on the data information.
[0205] It should be clarified that the subject of the control behavior mentioned below can be a controller.
[0206] In some embodiments, the controller may include, but is not limited to, one or more CPUs (central processing units) and memory.
[0207] The CPU is one of the main components of an electronic computer, and a core part of the computer. Its main functions are to interpret computer instructions and process data in computer software. The CPU is the core component in a computer responsible for reading instructions, decoding instructions, and executing instructions. The CPU mainly consists of two parts: the control unit and the arithmetic logic unit (ALU), which also includes high-speed cache memory and the data and control buses that connect them.
[0208] In some embodiments, the controller may be a PLC.
[0209] PLC stands for Programmable Logic Controller, a digital electronic system designed for industrial applications. It uses programmable memory to store instructions for performing logical operations, sequential control, timing, counting, and arithmetic operations, and controls various types of machinery through digital and analog inputs and outputs.
[0210] Based on the above-mentioned clothing processing device, the controller determines whether to supply water to the premixed water circuit 315 by controlling the opening or closing of the water inlet valve 36. When the water inlet valve 316 is opened, water is supplied to the premixed water circuit 315. The pressure at the negative pressure suction port 3164 decreases, that is, the pressure of the liquid at the negative pressure suction port 3164 is less than the pressure at the constant volume chamber 314. The negative pressure suction port 3164 extracts the liquid in the constant volume chamber 314 based on this pressure difference. The first time is a preset value.
[0211] When liquid has been added to the washing chamber 20 for a first duration, the inlet valve 36 is closed to stop the water supply to the premixed water circuit 315. The first duration can be a preset value.
[0212] In this way, the liquid can be automatically dispensed, and during the dispensing process, the liquid will be diluted or foamed in the premixed water channel 315. After entering the washing chamber 20, it can directly treat the clothes well without waiting for the liquid to dissolve and dilute in the washing chamber 20.
[0213] In some embodiments, before the garment processing device processes the garment to be processed, when the garment processing device is in the liquid dispensing stage, the water inlet valve 36 is controlled to open for a first duration to supply water to the premixed water circuit 315 for a first duration, where the first duration is a preset value. The first duration is the duration for which liquid is drawn out through the negative pressure suction port 3164.
[0214] The first duration is a preset value, such as 20s, 30s, or 40s. In some embodiments, the first duration can be set based on the instructions issued by the user.
[0215] In some embodiments, the first duration may be set by the manufacturer of the garment handling device at the time of manufacture. The manufacturer can determine the specific value of the first duration through multiple experiments. This ensures that a sufficient amount of foaming liquid is added without causing excessive foaming, thus preventing the foamed liquid in the washing chamber 20 from overflowing. If the washing chamber has good sealing properties, it avoids excessive pressure inside the washing chamber 20, which could damage the drum assembly 2.
[0216] In some embodiments, the first duration may be preset in various garment processing programs, and the first duration varies depending on the garment processing program selected by the user. For example, the first duration for "large item wash" is 30 seconds; the first duration for "small item wash" is 20 seconds.
[0217] When the clothes need to be treated, before or during the agitation process of the clothes by the control drum assembly 2, liquid needs to be delivered to the washing chamber 20. At this time, the controller controls the water inlet valve 36 to open the first valve port 361 for a first duration to supply water to the premixed water circuit 315.
[0218] Please refer to Figure 29, which illustrates a flowchart of calculating a second duration according to an embodiment of this application. This embodiment provides the execution steps for calculating the second duration, including:
[0219] Step S101: Determine the liquid injection volume based on the weight and / or volume of the garment to be treated;
[0220] Step S102: Determine the second duration of liquid extraction by the delivery pump based on the extraction speed and liquid injection volume of the delivery pump.
[0221] Step S103: Control the dispensing pump to extract liquid for a second duration and inject the liquid into the constant volume chamber.
[0222] The above three steps are described in detail below.
[0223] In step S101, the liquid injection volume is determined based on the obtained weight and / or volume of the garment to be treated. The garment to be treated refers to the clothing that needs to be processed. The liquid injection volume is tailored to the weight and / or volume of the garment to ensure the most suitable liquid injection volume for the garment being treated. This ensures both effective processing of the garment and prevents waste of liquid due to excessive amounts.
[0224] In some embodiments, the weight of the clothing can be obtained by a weight sensor configured in the clothing handling device itself. For example, when the clothing is placed in the washing chamber 20, the controller obtains the weighing signal emitted by the weight sensor to obtain the weight of the clothing. The weight of the clothing can also be input manually by the user, controlled via a mobile terminal, or through gestures and voice.
[0225] In some embodiments, the volume of the clothing can be obtained by a volume sensor configured in the clothing handling device itself. For example, when the clothing is placed in the washing chamber 20, the controller obtains the volume signal emitted by the volume sensor to obtain the volume occupied by the clothing in the washing chamber. The volume of the clothing can be input manually by the user, controlled via a mobile terminal, or through gestures and voice.
[0226] In some embodiments, the controller can determine the liquid injection volume based on a preset garment processing program. The preset garment processing program refers to the processing procedure that the garment processing device will perform on the garments to be processed, determined based on the user's operating behavior. Examples include "large item wash" and "small item wash".
[0227] The amount of liquid injected varies depending on the garment processing procedure. It should be clarified that user actions include, but are not limited to, operation via mobile devices (such as phones, computers, watches, etc.), voice control, gesture control, and button operation.
[0228] In step S102, the controller determines a second duration for the delivery pump 33 to extract liquid based on the extraction speed and liquid injection volume of the delivery pump 33. The second duration is defined as the ratio between the liquid injection volume and the extraction speed of the delivery pump 33.
[0229] In some embodiments, the liquid extraction speed of the delivery pump 33 can be adjusted by controlling the operating power of the delivery pump 33 through a controller. The controller may store extraction speeds corresponding to different operating powers of the delivery pump 33, such as a table showing the relationship between operating power and extraction speed.
[0230] In some embodiments, the second duration can be shortened by controlling the operating power of the dispensing pump 33 through a controller, thereby accelerating the effect of the garment processing device in processing the garments to be processed.
[0231] In step S103, the controller controls the dispensing pump 33 to extract liquid for a second duration and input it into the constant volume chamber 314. The amount of laundry in the constant volume chamber 314 is the liquid injection volume.
[0232] In this embodiment, based on the diameter variation characteristics of the inlet 3161, constriction 3162, and diffuser 3163 in the venturi tube 316 included in the premixed water path 315, when water enters the premixed water path 315, the pressure of the constriction 3162 in the premixed water path 315 is less than that of its adjacent inlet 3161 and / or diffuser 3163. As a result, the negative pressure suction port 3165 located in the constriction 3162 forms a suction force towards the premixed water path 315. Since the negative pressure suction port 3165 is connected to the liquid washing chamber 20, the liquid in the liquid washing chamber 20 will be sucked into the interior of the premixed water path 315 through the negative pressure suction port 3165. In the premixed water path 315, the liquid and water can be fully mixed and foam is formed. When it is introduced into the washing chamber 20, it can quickly dissolve and spread to enhance the treatment effect on the clothes to be treated. This also means that the liquid is quickly and evenly distributed on the clothes to be treated, thus increasing the treatment effect on the clothes to be treated.
[0233] On the other hand, the liquid injection volume can be precisely controlled according to the volume and / or weight of the clothes to be treated. This will not affect the treatment effect of the clothes due to insufficient liquid injection, while also avoiding waste due to excessive liquid addition.
[0234] Finally, the pump 33 can pump the liquid from the storage chamber 320 into the constant volume chamber 314. The liquid and air in the constant volume chamber 314 are extracted through the premixed water path 315 and the negative pressure suction port 3165 of the venturi tube 316. The liquid and air are mixed with the water flow in the premixed water path 315 to form foam liquid. The foam liquid is then added to the washing chamber 20, which can improve the mixing degree of the added liquid and water, and thus enable the liquid to be quickly and evenly distributed on the clothes to be treated, thereby increasing the treatment effect on the clothes to be treated.
[0235] In some embodiments, after the controller has controlled the dispensing pump 33 to run for a period of time, the controller controls the inlet valve 36 to open and supply water to the premixed water circuit 315.
[0236] In some embodiments, the controller controls the inlet valve 36 to open at the same time as the dispensing pump 33 starts running, supplying water to the premixed water circuit 315.
[0237] In some embodiments, after the controller controls the dispensing pump 33 to run for a second period of time, the controller controls the inlet valve 36 to open and supply water to the premixed water circuit 315.
[0238] In some embodiments, the liquid extraction speed of the delivery pump 33 is less than the liquid extraction speed of the negative pressure suction port 3164. Therefore, at the same time as or after the delivery pump 33 starts running, but before it finishes running, the control valve 36 is opened to supply water to the premixed water circuit 315. The negative pressure suction port 3164 will quickly extract all the liquid in the constant volume chamber 314. At this time, the delivery pump 33 is still delivering liquid into the constant volume chamber 314. In this case, the negative pressure suction port 3164 will simultaneously draw in air and liquid, realizing the foaming of the liquid in the premixed water circuit 315.
[0239] In some embodiments, after the negative pressure suction port 3164 has completely sucked up the liquid around the liquid contact point, a depression will appear. Since the liquid is viscous, it cannot fill the depression immediately; the higher the density or viscosity, the slower the filling. In this case, the negative pressure suction port will simultaneously draw in air and liquid, achieving foaming of the liquid in the premixed water path 315.
[0240] Increasing the speed of the negative pressure suction port 3164 can enhance the foaming effect of the liquid in the premixed water circuit 315. For liquids of different densities or viscosities, the pressure difference between the negative pressure suction port 3164 and the outside can be controlled by adjusting the flow rate of the water in the premixed water circuit 315, thereby changing the speed at which the negative pressure suction port 3164 extracts the liquid. Thus, even when dealing with liquids of low density or low viscosity, foaming of the liquid can be achieved in the premixed water circuit 315.
[0241] The premixed water path 315, in conjunction with the negative pressure suction port 3164 of the venturi tube 316, draws liquid and air from the constant volume chamber 314 and mixes them with the water flow in the premixed water path 315 to form foam liquid. The foam liquid is then added to the washing chamber 20, which can improve the mixing degree of the added liquid and water, thereby enabling the liquid to be quickly and evenly distributed on the clothes to be treated, and increasing the treatment effect on the clothes to be treated.
[0242] When or after the dosing pump 33 starts running, the controller controls the inlet valve 36 to open the first valve port 361, supplying water to the premixed water circuit 315. When or after the dosing pump 33 starts running, liquid is added to the constant volume chamber 314. Simultaneously or subsequently, the controller controls the inlet valve 36 to open the first valve port 361, supplying water to the premixed water circuit 315, and the negative pressure suction port 3164 extracts the liquid. This ensures that as much liquid as possible is pumped into the premixed water circuit 315 during the first extraction time, preventing the negative pressure suction port 3164 from generating suction when there is no liquid in the constant volume chamber 314.
[0243] In some embodiments, a main water inlet channel 317 is formed in the water inlet box 31. The water inlet end 3171 of the main water inlet channel is connected to the water inlet valve 36, and the water outlet end of the main water inlet channel 317 is connected to the washing chamber 20 for supplying water to the washing chamber 20.
[0244] In this embodiment of the application, by setting a main water inlet channel 317 in the water inlet box 31, water is supplied to the washing chamber 20 by the main water inlet channel 317, while the premixing water channel 315 is specifically used to supply a mixture of water and liquid to the washing chamber 20, thereby reducing the complexity of control.
[0245] In some embodiments, the fixed-volume cavity 314 is provided with a first through hole, which includes at least one of an overflow port 3141 and a drain port 3142. The drain port 3142 is located at the bottom of the fixed-volume cavity 314, and the overflow port 3141 is located at the top of the fixed-volume cavity 314. The first through hole allows the fixed-volume cavity 314 to communicate with the washing chamber 20. The main water inlet channel 317 includes a first branch channel 3172. The inlet end of the first branch channel 3172 is connected to the second valve port 362 of the water inlet valve 36 via the inlet end 3171 of the main water inlet channel, and the outlet end of the first branch channel 3172 is connected to the fixed-volume cavity 314. The provision of an overflow port 3141 and / or a drain port 3142 in the fixed-volume cavity 314 can prevent excessive liquid in the fixed-volume cavity 314. When the capacity of the fixed-volume cavity 314 is small, liquid may overflow or be transported to the washing chamber 20 through the drain port 3142, thus avoiding damage to the water inlet box 31.
[0246] In some embodiments, in response to a user trigger or a clothing processing program trigger, the controller controls the water inlet valve 36 to open the second valve port 362, supplying water to the first branch 3172 to clean the volume-fixing chamber 314. The cleaned water flows to the washing chamber 20 through the overflow port 3141 and / or the drain port 3142. This cleans the volume-fixing chamber 314, preventing blockages and mold growth over time. It also prevents liquid waste by directing the cleaned liquid from the volume-fixing chamber 314 into the washing chamber 20.
[0247] In some embodiments, the main water inlet channel 317 includes a second branch channel 3173. The inlet end of the second branch channel 3173 is connected to the second valve port 362 via the inlet end 3171 of the main water inlet channel. The water output from the outlet end 3151 of the premixed water channel and the outlet end of the second branch channel flows into the washing chamber 20 and the degree of overlap of the scattered areas reaches a set threshold. By ensuring that the degree of overlap of the scattered areas reaches the set threshold, the areas through which the liquid and water mixture passes are rinsed with clean water before entering the washing chamber 20. This ensures the cleanliness of each channel in the garment handling device and avoids liquid waste.
[0248] In some embodiments, in response to a user-triggered or garment processing-triggered instruction, the controller controls the water inlet valve 36 to open the second valve port 362 to supply water to the second branch 3173, so as to rinse the scattered area of the outlet end 3151 of the premixed water path and / or to deliver water to the washing chamber 20.
[0249] In some embodiments, the garment handling device further includes a manual loading tray 324 disposed inside the housing 1. The manual loading tray 324 is used to store laundry. The bottom of the manual loading tray 324 is provided with a second through hole, which connects the manual loading tray 324 to the washing chamber 20.
[0250] In some embodiments, a spray chamber 318 is formed in the water inlet box 31. The spray chamber 318 is located above the manual dispensing tank 324. At least one spray nozzle 3181 is provided at the bottom of the spray chamber 318. The spray nozzle 3181 connects the spray chamber 318 and the manual dispensing tank 324.
[0251] In some embodiments, a third branch is also formed in the water inlet box 31. The water inlet end of the third branch is connected to the second valve port 362 of the water inlet valve 36 via the water inlet end of the main water inlet channel, and the water outlet end of the third branch is connected to the spray chamber 318.
[0252] In this system, the controller responds to user-triggered or garment processing program-triggered commands by opening the second valve port 362 of the water inlet valve 36 to supply water to the third branch 3175. The water flows sequentially through the third branch and the spray nozzle 3181 of the spray chamber 318 into the manual dispensing tank 324, dissolving the laundry to form a detergent solution. The dissolved detergent solution then enters the washing chamber 20 through the through-hole at the bottom of the manual dispensing tank 324. This greatly increases user convenience and avoids the problem of laundry not dissolving quickly or even failing to dissolve properly when placed directly into the washing chamber 20.
[0253] In some embodiments, the main water inlet channel 317 includes a first branch channel 3172, a second branch channel 3173, and a third branch channel 3175. Water entering the main water inlet channel 317 can simultaneously enter the first branch channel 3172, the second branch channel 3173, and the third branch channel 3175. This allows the water intake to the washing chamber 20, the rinsing of the volume-regulating chamber 314, and the dissolution of the laundry and the cleaning of the manual loading tank 324 to occur simultaneously, greatly improving the working efficiency of the laundry handling device.
[0254] In some embodiments, after detergent is added to the washing chamber 20 through the premixed water path 315, the water inlet valve 36 is controlled to open the second valve port 362 to supply water to the main water inlet path 317 for a third time, and water enters through the first branch path 3172, the second branch path 3173, and the third branch path 3175 to clean the washing chamber 20, the manual dispensing tank 324, and the volume-regulating chamber 314, respectively. Alternatively, water can be injected into the washing chamber 20.
[0255] Please refer to Figure 30, which shows a flowchart of controlling the water intake of the main water inlet circuit according to an embodiment of this application. After the water inlet valve opens the first valve port and water is supplied to the premixed water circuit, this embodiment of the application provides steps for controlling the water intake of the main water inlet circuit, including:
[0256] Step S201: If the pump is still running, after the pump finishes running, control the inlet valve to open the second valve port for a third time to supply water to the main water inlet circuit. The third time is a preset value.
[0257] If the system detects that the pump has finished running, it controls the inlet valve to open the second valve port for a third duration to supply water to the main inlet water circuit.
[0258] The above steps are described in detail below.
[0259] After the controller controls the inlet valve 36 to open the first valve port 361 and supply water to the premixed water path 315, the areas through which the liquid has passed need to be cleaned. Before controlling the second valve port 362 to open and supply water to the main inlet water path 317, it is necessary to sense whether the feed pump 33 has stopped working. If the feed pump 33 has not stopped working, it means that the liquid delivery to the constant volume chamber 314 has not been completed, and liquid needs to continue to be delivered to the constant volume chamber 314, even if the first valve port 361 is closed and no water is supplied to the premixed water path 315. The controller can also control the second valve port 362 to open and supply water to the main inlet water path 317 after the feed pump 33 stops running, so that the liquid enters the constant volume chamber 314 through the first branch 3172 to rinse the liquid in the constant volume chamber 314 and enter the washing chamber 20.
[0260] This allows the garment handling device to not only transport liquids through the premixed water path 315, but also through the second branch path 3173, thus enriching the methods of liquid transport.
[0261] In step S201, if the controller senses that the delivery pump 33 is still running, then after the delivery pump 33 finishes running, the controller controls the water inlet valve 36 to open the second valve port 361 for a third duration to supply water to the main water inlet circuit 317. The third duration is a preset value.
[0262] The third duration is a preset value, such as 20s, 30s, or 40s. In some embodiments, the third duration can be set based on the instructions issued by the user.
[0263] In some embodiments, the third duration may be set by the manufacturer of the garment processing device at the time of manufacture. The manufacturer determines the specific value of the third duration through experiments. This ensures that the third duration of water supply to the main water inlet 317 is sufficient to clean the washing chamber 20, the manual dispensing tank 324, and the volume-regulating chamber 314.
[0264] In some embodiments, the third duration may be preset in various clothing processing programs, and different third durations may correspond to different clothing processing programs selected by the user.
[0265] In step S202, if the controller senses that the delivery pump 33 has finished running, it controls the inlet valve 36 to open the second valve port 362 for a third duration to supply water to the main inlet water circuit 317.
[0266] In some embodiments, after the controller controls the second valve port 362 to open for a third duration, and after the washing chamber 20, the manual dispensing tank 324, and the volume-fixing chamber 314 are cleaned, the controller controls the water inlet valve 36 to open the first valve port 361 for a fourth duration to supply water to the premixed water circuit 315, so as to extract the residual cleaning liquid in the volume-fixing chamber 314 through the negative pressure suction port 3164 to ensure the cleanliness of the volume-fixing chamber 314. The fourth duration is a preset value.
[0267] The fourth duration is a preset value, such as 20s, 30s, or 40s. In some embodiments, the fourth duration can be set based on the instructions issued by the user.
[0268] In some embodiments, the fourth duration may be set by the manufacturer of the garment handling device at the time of manufacture. The manufacturer determines the specific value of the fourth duration through experimentation, ensuring that any residual water in the volumetric chamber 314 can be completely removed.
[0269] In some embodiments, the fourth duration may be preset in various clothing processing programs, and the fourth duration may vary depending on the clothing processing program selected by the user.
