[0003] Compensation order
[0004] The invention relates to a compensating arrangement for at least one locking arrangement on at least one opening of at least one piece of cabinet furniture, comprising at least one axle device, at least one receiving device, wherein the at least one receiving device is arranged on the at least one axle device, at least one spring device which is fixed with its one free end to the axle device, and at least one adjusting device, according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0005] Such compensating arrangements for at least one locking arrangement on at least one opening of at least one piece of cabinet furniture have proven effective and are disclosed in the prior art.
[0006] For example, DE 20000179 U1 describes a cabinet with a blind that opens upwards from a closed position and slides into the rear of the cabinet. The blind is guided in lateral guides within the cabinet and has an internal pull element attached to it. This pull element can be wound up and down on a compensating arrangement, designed as a winding device and loaded by a torsion spring, located in the upper part of the cabinet. The winding device consists of a tubular sleeve that houses the torsion spring. One of the free ends of the torsion spring is connected to a stationary bearing block, while the other end is in direct operative contact with the tubular sleeve winding device. The preload of the torsion spring relative to the winding device is adjustable via a pretensioning device.
[0007] A disadvantage of this compensating arrangement, designed as a winding device for at least one locking mechanism on at least one opening of at least one piece of cabinet furniture, is that its installation and coordination with the corresponding blinds is very time-consuming and expensive. REHAU Industries SE & Co. KG Rehau, August 18, 2025
[0008] Int. sign: 24.044 / 1 dr.schie / hl-rb
[0009] A further disadvantage of this compensating arrangement, designed as a winding device, for a locking arrangement on at least one opening of at least one piece of cabinet furniture is that it absorbs a lot of space in a piece of cabinet furniture, since it has to be mounted on a separate intermediate shelf spaced away from the top shelf.
[0010] Another disadvantage of this compensating arrangement, designed as a winding device, for at least one locking arrangement on at least one opening of at least one cabinet furniture is that when the blind is opened, it has to be led into the rear area of the cabinet furniture, which in turn is not visible due to a separate cover plate, but thereby also significantly reduces the usable volume of the cabinet furniture.
[0011] This is where the invention comes in, which aims to overcome the disadvantages of the known prior art and to provide a compensating arrangement for at least one locking arrangement on at least one opening of at least one piece of cabinet furniture, which is both economical and cost-effective to manufacture, which is easy, quick and safe to assemble, which allows optimal adjustment to any type, geometry, size and weight of locking arrangements, and which also allows corresponding changes to settings during the use of the locking arrangement on at least one opening of at least one piece of cabinet furniture without disassembly.
[0012] According to the invention, this problem is solved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments are described in the dependent claims.
[0013] It has surprisingly been found that a compensating arrangement for at least one locking arrangement on at least one opening of at least one piece of cabinet furniture, comprising at least one axle device, at least one receiving device, wherein the at least one receiving device is arranged on the at least one axle device, at least one spring device which is fixed with one free end to the axle device, and at least one adjusting device, is characterized in that the first receiving device is operatively connected to the axle device via the adjusting device, that the adjusting device is arranged at least partially in a base of the first receiving device, that the adjusting device is rotatably arranged in the base of the first receiving device, that REHAU Industries SE & Co. KG Rehau, August 18, 2025
[0014] Int. sign: 24.044 / 1 dr.schie / hl-rb
[0015] The adjusting device, arranged to be longitudinally displaceable within the base of the first receiving device, solves this problem. It was surprisingly found that such a compensating arrangement is both economical and cost-effective to manufacture, easy, quick, and safe to assemble, allows for optimal adjustment to any type, geometry, size, and weight of locking mechanisms, and also permits corresponding adjustments to the settings of at least one opening of at least one piece of cabinet furniture during use, without disassembly.
[0016] The compensating arrangement is further designed such that the adjusting device is rotatably arranged on the axle device.
[0017] Furthermore, the compensation arrangement is designed such that the adjusting device is arranged to be longitudinally displaceable on the axle device.
[0018] This makes it advantageously possible to optimize the compensation arrangement for different geometries, sizes, and weights of the locking arrangements.
[0019] Furthermore, the compensating arrangement is designed such that the adjusting device is operatively connected to the first receiving device. This advantageous design allows the compensating arrangement to be adapted to various types of locking arrangements without disassembly.
[0020] Another advantage of the compensating arrangement is that the first receiving device has at least one base and at least one receiving space. The compensating arrangement can therefore be optimally adapted to use with different components for locking mechanisms in cabinet furniture.
[0021] A further advantage of the compensation arrangement is that the adjusting device is at least partially arranged in the base of the first receiving device.
[0022] Another advantage of this leveling arrangement is that the adjustment device can be fixed in the base of the first mounting device. This makes leveling arrangements available that have a small installation space and can therefore be easily integrated into existing cabinet furniture.
[0023] One advantage of the compensating arrangement is that the first receiving device has at least one lumen. REHAU Industries SE & Co. KG Rehau, August 18, 2025
[0024] Int. sign: 24.044 / 1 dr.schie / hl-rb
[0025] Another advantage of the compensation arrangement is that the adjustment device is at least partially located in the lumen of the base of the first receiving device.
[0026] This also makes the installation space of the compensation arrangement very compact and it can be manufactured economically and cost-effectively.
[0027] It has also proven advantageous in the compensation arrangement that the adjusting device has at least one knob element.
[0028] A further advantage of the compensation arrangement is that the adjusting device has at least one receiving space.
[0029] Another advantage of the compensating arrangement is that the adjusting device has at least one receiving opening. The compensating arrangement can therefore be manufactured economically and cost-effectively thanks to the advantageous adjusting device.
[0030] The advantageous compensating arrangement is designed such that the adjusting device is operatively connected to the spring device at its first free end. This allows the compensating arrangement to be adapted or optimized to the various geometries and weights of locking mechanisms in cabinet furniture.
[0031] In this compensating arrangement, it has also proven advantageous that the first free end of the spring device is positioned in the receiving opening of the adjusting device. The individual components of the advantageous compensating arrangement can thus be optimally adjusted to one another.
[0032] Another advantage of the compensation arrangement is that at least one receiving space is arranged in the lumen of the base of the first receiving device.
[0033] A further advantage of the compensation arrangement is that the first receiving device has at least one receiving space bounded by at least two pin elements.
[0034] Another advantage of the compensating arrangement is that at least one receiving space, bounded by at least two pin elements, is arranged in the lumen of the base of the first receiving device. This advantageous design of the individual components allows the compensating arrangement to be optimally adjusted to the necessary sizes, weights, and dimensions of locking mechanisms for cabinet furniture. [0035] Int. sign: 24.044 / 1 dr.schie / hl-rb
[0036] The settings of the compensation arrangement are changed in the following steps:
[0037] • Longitudinal displacement of the adjusting device in the axial direction beyond the first free end of the axial device,
[0038] • Rotation of the adjusting device in a clockwise and / or counterclockwise direction in the base of the first receiving device,
[0039] • Longitudinal displacement of the adjusting device in the axial direction away from the first free end of the axial device in the direction of the first receiving device,
[0040] • Insert the adjustment device into the lumen of the base of the first receiving device as follows:
[0041] ■ that at least one stud element of the adjustment device is in operative connection with at least one receiving space in the lumen of the base of the first receiving device,
[0042] ■ that at least one pin element of the first receiving device is in operative connection with at least one receiving space of the adjusting device,
[0043] ■ that at least one pin element of the first receiving device is in operative connection with at least one first receiving space of the adjusting device.
[0044] The invention has surprisingly recognized that the following advantages have been found in the compensation arrangement:
[0045] • that at least one stud element of the adjusting device is in operative connection with at least one receiving space in the lumen of the base of the first receiving device,
[0046] • that at least one pin element of the first receiving device is in operative connection with at least one receiving space of the adjusting device,
[0047] • that at least one pin element of the first receiving device is in operative connection with at least one first receiving space of the adjusting device,
[0048] • that at least one pin element of the first receiving device is in operative connection with at least one first receiving space of the adjusting device.
[0049] This makes it possible to provide compensating arrangements using economically and cost-effectively manufactured components, which can be used with both closure arrangements. REHAU Industries SE & Co. KG Rehau, August 18, 2025
[0050] Int. sign: 24.044 / 1 dr.schie / hl-rb can be used for new cabinets as well as for the repair / refurbishment of locking mechanisms of existing cabinets.
[0051] The advantageous compensation arrangement is further designed such that the first receiving device has at least one winding receiving space.
[0052] Furthermore, it has proven advantageous in the compensation arrangement that the winding receiving space has at least one radially circumferential boundary at at least one free end.
[0053] A further advantage of the compensation arrangement is that the second receiving device has at least one winding receiving space.
[0054] A further advantage of the compensating arrangement is that the winding chamber has at least one radially circumferential boundary at at least one free end. The compensating arrangement can thus be optimally connected to the locking mechanisms of cabinet furniture using tension elements such as ropes, in a known manner.
[0055] The compensating arrangement is also designed such that at least one second opening is arranged on the first receiving device.
[0056] Another advantage of the compensation arrangement is that the adjusting device has at least one connecting device in the at least one receiving space.
[0057] Advantageously, the compensating arrangement is designed such that at least one first opening is arranged at the base of the second receiving device.
[0058] A further advantage of the compensating arrangement is that at least one second opening is provided on the second receiving device. The compensating arrangement can therefore be manufactured economically and cost-effectively.
[0059] Furthermore, it has proven advantageous in the compensation arrangement that the axle device is designed to be prismatic, polygonal, square, triangular, or the like at at least one free end.
[0060] The invention will now be described in more detail using these non-restrictive embodiments.
