[0034] [Heavy Door 1] First, the overall configuration of a heavy door 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, the front side of the page shown in Fig. 1 is the front of the heavy door 1, and the rear side of the page is the rear of the heavy door 1. Also, the right side (the tail end side of the door body 2) shown in Fig. 1 is the right side of the heavy door 1, and the left side (the leading end side of the door body 2) is the left side of the heavy door 1.
[0035] The heavy door 1 in this embodiment is composed of a door frame (tail frame 4, front frame 5, upper frame 6, and lower frame 7) provided along an opening Wa (see FIG. 3) formed in a wall W, and a door body 2 connected to the door frame (tail frame 4) via two hinges 3, 3. A handle 8 and a handle 9 are provided on the front and rear surfaces of the door body 2, respectively.
[0036] In the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, the door body 2 is movable between an open state in which it is spaced apart from the opening Wa as shown in FIG. 3(b), a closed state in which it is close to the opening Wa and a gap is formed between it and the door frame as shown in FIGS. 3(a) and 4, and a sealed state in which it abuts against the door frame and seals the opening Wa as shown in FIG.
[0037] 4 and 6, in the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, a protrusion 21c is provided on the peripheral edge of the rear surface of the door body 2 (the rear surface of the door main body 21 described later), and a packing P is installed on the outer periphery of the door frame. As a result, when the door body 2 is fastened to the door frame in a sealed state, the protrusion 21c is pressed against the packing P, sealing the gap between the door body 2 and the door frame. In this way, the packing P is used to seal the gap between the door body 2 and the door frame when the door body 2 approaches the door frame.
[0038] In this embodiment, the packing P is provided on the door frame, but it is also possible to provide the packing P on the door body 2, or to provide the packing P on both the door body 2 and the door frame. It is also possible to provide no packing P, or to provide double packing P.
[0039] [Door body 2] In the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, the door body 2 is configured to include a door main body 21 and a door insertion portion 25 that protrudes to the rear side of the door main body 21, as shown in Fig. 3. The rear surface of the door main body 21 abuts against the door frame to seal the opening Wa. The door insertion portion 25 is formed with dimensions slightly smaller than the door main body 21, and is inserted into the door frame as shown in Fig. 3(a).
[0040] As shown in Figure 2, the door body 21 of the door element 2 has an opening formed on the left side (front side) that communicates with the internal space. A plurality of blocks 23, 23... are inserted vertically into the internal space of the door body 21. Each block 23 has a radiation shielding function and can be inserted into the internal space from the opening of the door body 21. These blocks 23, 23... configure the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment as a radiation-shielding door.
[0041] In the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, even after the door body 2 has been assembled to the door frame and installed, the radiation shielding function can be changed by changing the type of block 23. The material of the block 23 can be concrete, polyethylene, mortar, palladium, etc.
[0042] In this embodiment, the opening surface of the door body 21 is formed on the door leading side of the door element 2. As a result, even after the door element 2 has been installed by being assembled to the door frame, it is not necessary to remove the door element 2 from the hinge 3 when replacing the block 23. In other words, the block 23 can be easily replaced after the heavy door 1 has been installed.
[0043] 2, the interior space of the door body 21 is divided into a plurality of insertion sections vertically by block guides 21a, and the blocks 23 can be inserted into each of the insertion sections from their openings. This allows the plurality of blocks 23 to be smoothly inserted into the interior space of the door body 21.
[0044] In this embodiment, each block 23 is formed in a rectangular column shape, but the blocks 23 may have other shapes. For example, it is possible to form an engaging portion on the top surface of a block 23 that engages with another block 23 above, and an engaged portion on the bottom surface of the block 23 that engages with another block 23 below. This allows the engaging portion to close the gap between the blocks 23, thereby preventing radiation from leaking from the gap between the blocks 23.
[0045] A cover member 22 that covers the opening is provided on the left side of the door body 21. In the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, by covering the opening of the door body 21 with the cover member 22, it is possible to stably hold the multiple blocks 23, 23...
[0046] As shown in Figure 2, in the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, each block 23 can be provided with a handle 24 on the opening side, which makes it possible to easily replace the block 23.
[0047] In this embodiment, a female threaded portion 23a is formed on the block 23. A male threaded portion (not shown) is formed on the handle 24. The male threaded portion of the handle 24 is screwed into the female threaded portion 23a, thereby assembling the handle 24 to the block 23. By making the handle 24 detachable from the block 23 in this way, it is possible to eliminate the need for space for the handle 24 inside the door main body 21.
[0048] [Hinge 3] As shown in Fig. 1, the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment is provided with a pair of upper and lower hinges 3, 3 as a support structure for pivotally displacing the door body 2 between the open state and the closed state. In this embodiment, the upper hinge 3 and the lower hinge 3 are configured in substantially the same manner with vertical symmetry. Below, the upper hinge 3 will be described, and a detailed description of the lower hinge 3 will be omitted.
[0049] 1 and 9, the hinge 3 is configured to include a fixed hinge 31, a movable hinge 32, and a pivot shaft 33. In the hinge 3, the fixed hinge 31 fixed to the door end frame 4 and the movable hinge 32 attached to the door body 2 are connected via the pivot shaft 33 so as to be relatively rotatable. As a result, the door body 2 is attached to the door frame via the hinge 3 so as to be relatively rotatable.
[0050] In the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, the hinge 3 is provided with a sliding displacement mechanism that enables the door body 2 to move closer to or farther from the door frame between the closed state and the sealed state, and includes a hinge side support portion 34, a door side support portion 35, a guide member 36, a guide holding portion 37, and a hinge spring 38.
[0051] In the sliding displacement mechanism, the hinge-side support part 34 is fixed to the movable hinge 32, and the door-side support part 35 is fixed to the door main body part 21 of the door body 2. The hinge-side support part 34 and the door-side support part 35 are connected by a guide member 36 so as to be able to slide and displace in the front-rear direction (thickness direction of the door body 2).
[0052] The guide member 36 is composed of a fixed guide 36a and a movable guide 36b, which are engaged via a bearing (not shown) to enable smooth relative sliding displacement. The fixed guide 36a is fixed to the hinge-side support part 34, and the movable guide 36b is fixed to the door-side support part 35 via a guide holder 37.
[0053] 10, two restriction pieces 34a, 34a are formed on both the front and rear ends of the hinge-side support part 34 toward the door-side support part 35. The restriction pieces 34a, 34a restrict the sliding range of the movable guide 36b.
[0054] As described above, in the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, the sliding displacement mechanism allows the door body 2 to approach the door frame while maintaining a parallel posture with respect to the door frame. This allows the timing of the door body 2 and the door frame to be synchronized, allowing the door body 2 and the door frame to be smoothly sealed, improving operability.
[0055] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the slide displacement mechanism can synchronize the timing of contact between the packing P and the mating protrusion 21c, thereby suppressing friction between the packing P and the protrusion 21c.
[0056] In the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, the sliding displacement mechanism includes two compression hinge springs 38, 38 as biasing means for biasing the door body 2 in the direction of closing. As shown in Fig. 10(a), the hinge spring 38 is interposed between a spring receiving portion 34b that protrudes from the hinge-side support portion 34 toward the door-side support portion 35, and a compression portion 35a that protrudes from the door-side support portion 35 toward the hinge-side support portion 34.
[0057] With the above-described configuration, the door-side support portion 35 and the door body 2 are always biased by an elastic force toward the front. In other words, the door body 2 is biased in a direction away from the door frame by the elastic force of the hinge spring 38. Even if the door body 2 is displaced rearward and the hinge spring 38 is compressed as shown in Fig. 10(b), the elastic force of the hinge spring 38 causes the door body 2 to return to the front position as shown in Fig. 10(a). In this way, in this embodiment, the door body 2 is biased in a direction away from the door frame.
[0058] In this embodiment, the hinge 3 is configured to include a sliding displacement mechanism that allows the door body 2 to move toward or away from the door frame between the closed state and the sealed state, but the sliding displacement mechanism can also be used in configurations other than hinged doors. For example, the heavy door 1 may be configured to include a sliding support part that slides the door body 2 in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the door body 2 (left-right or up-down direction) between the open state and the closed state, and the sliding displacement mechanism may be provided on this sliding support part. In other words, the heavy door 1 may be configured to include a sliding displacement mechanism as a sliding door.
[0059] Even when the heavy door 1 is configured as a sliding door as described above, the sliding displacement mechanism allows the door body 2 to approach the door frame while maintaining a parallel posture with respect to the door frame. This allows the timing of the door body 2 and the door frame to be synchronized, allowing the door body 2 and the door frame to be smoothly sealed, improving operability.
[0060] 4 and 5 , the pressing means includes a handle 9, a shaft member 41, a pinion gear 43, racks (upper rack 44 a and lower rack 44 b), a first connecting member 45 a, a second connecting member 45 b, a rod 50, and a pressing pin 53.
[0061] 4, in the heavy door 1, the handles 9, 9 provided on both sides of the door body 2 are connected by a shaft member 41 that penetrates the door body 2 so as not to be displaced relative to each other. The shaft member 41 is supported by a shaft holder 42 fixed to the rear surface of the door main body 21. In other words, the handles 9, 9 are provided so as to be rotatable in a direction perpendicular to the door body 2, with the axial direction of the shaft member 41, which is the rotation axis, facing in the direction.
[0062] 5, a pinion gear 43 is integrally provided on the shaft member 41 in the internal space of the door insertion portion 25. An upper rack 44a that meshes with the pinion gear 43 is provided above the pinion gear 43, and a lower rack 44b that meshes with the pinion gear 43 is provided below the pinion gear 43. The upper rack 44a and the lower rack 44b are arranged with their longitudinal directions facing left and right.
[0063] Rack guides 46 equipped with rack rollers 46a are disposed above the upper rack 44a and below the lower rack 44b. That is, the upper rack 44a and the lower rack 44b are sandwiched between the pinion gear 43 and the rack guide 46 from above and below, and are therefore movable back and forth in the left and right directions by rotation of the pinion gear 43. In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 7, the upper rack 44a is arranged to advance to the left (the leading edge side of the door body 2), and the lower rack 44b is arranged to advance to the right (the trailing edge side of the door body 2).
[0064] 7, the center of a first connecting member 45a, which is a rod-shaped member with its longitudinal direction oriented vertically, is fixed to the left end of the upper rack 44a, and the center of a second connecting member 45b, which is a rod-shaped member with its longitudinal direction oriented vertically, is fixed to the right end of the lower rack 44b.
[0065] The first connecting member 45a has first guided portions 45c with guide grooves formed in two locations, one above and one below. Similarly, the second connecting member 45b has second guided portions 45d with guide grooves formed in two locations, one above and one below. The first guided portions 45c and the second guided portions 45d are guided in their sliding movement in the left-right direction by a connecting guide 47, which is a guide member equipped with a connecting roller 47a. In this way, in this embodiment, the connecting guide 47 enables the first connecting member 45a and the second connecting member 45b to be slidably moved in the left-right direction.
[0066] A first roller 45e is provided at the lower end of the first connecting member 45a. Similarly, a second roller 45f is provided at the lower end of the second connecting member 45b. The first roller 45e and the second roller 45f are capable of rolling on the upper surface of a support member 48 provided inside the door insertion portion 25 of the door body 2. In this manner, in this embodiment, by allowing the first roller 45e and the second roller 45f to roll on the upper surface of the support member 48, the first connecting member 45a and the second connecting member 45b can be slid and displaced in the left-right direction more stably.
[0067] As shown in Figure 5, two rods 50, 50 extending leftward are fixed to the upper and lower ends of the first connecting member 45a. Similarly, two rods 50, 50 extending rightward are fixed to the upper and lower ends of the second connecting member 45b. An inclined surface 50a facing forward and outward is formed at the tip of each rod 50.
[0068] Each rod 50 is supported by being inserted into a rod guide 51. When the first connecting member 45a and the second connecting member 45b slide in the left-right direction, the four rods 50 slide inside the rod guides 51 and can extend outward in the left-right direction from the door insertion portion 25.
[0069] 4 and 5, pressure pins 53 supported by pin support portions 52 are fixed to the door frame (end frame 4 and front frame 5) of the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment at four positions facing the respective rods 50. When each rod 50 is extended outward in the left-right direction from the door insertion portion 25, the inclined surfaces 50a of the rods 50 come into contact with the pressure pins 53, as shown in FIGS.
[0070] In the pressing means configured as described above, when a user rotates the handle 9 counterclockwise in Fig. 5, the handle 9 rotates the pinion gear 43, causing the upper rack 44a and the lower rack 44b to slide outward in the left-right direction, as shown in Fig. 7. This causes the first connecting member 45a and the second connecting member 45b to slide outward, and the four rods 50 extend outward in the left-right direction from the door insertion portion 25.
[0071] 6, the inclined surface 50a comes into contact with the pressing pins 53 fixed inside the end frame 4 and the front frame 5, respectively, and the door body 2 is pressed backward (towards the door frame). In this way, in this embodiment, the pressing means housed inside the door body 2 displaces the upper rack 44a and the lower rack 44b by operating the handle 9, and the door body 2 is pressed against the door frame. That is, in the heavy door 1, the pressing means brings the door body 2 into close contact with the door frame, changing from a closed state to a sealed state.
[0072] Furthermore, in the heavy door 1, the rod 50 is extended toward the door frame due to the displacement of the upper rack 44a and the lower rack 44b, and the inclined surface 50a formed at the tip of the rod 50 abuts against the pressing pin 53, thereby pressing the door body 2 in the direction toward the sealed state. In this way, in this embodiment, the door body 2 can be sealed with a simple structure.
[0073] In addition, in the heavy door 1, pressure pins 53 are provided on both the left and right sides of the door frame, and the rack is configured to include an upper rack 44a located above the pinion gear 43 and a lower rack 44b located below the pinion gear 43. The rods 50 include one rod 50 that extends leftward due to displacement of the upper rack 44a, and the other rod 50 that extends rightward due to displacement of the lower rack 44b. The one and other rods 50 are configured to abut against the left and right pressure pins 53, respectively. In this way, it is possible to apply a pressure force from the pressing means to the door body 2 equally on the left and right.
[0074] Furthermore, in the heavy door 1, pressure pins 53 are provided on the upper and lower sides of both the left and right sides of the door frame, and the upper rack 44a and the lower rack 44b are provided with first and second connecting members 45a and 45b, respectively, whose longitudinal directions are in the up-down direction. Furthermore, the left and right rods 50 are provided above and below the first and second connecting members 45a and 45b, respectively. The left and right rods 50 are configured to abut against the upper and lower pressure pins 53 on both the left and right sides. This makes it possible to apply pressure from the pressing means to the door body 2 evenly above and below.
[0075] 8(a), the inclined surface 50a formed on the rod 50 is formed with a first surface C1 formed on the tip side of the rod 50 and a second surface C2 formed continuously with the first surface C1. In a plan view (a cross-sectional view passing through the axis of the rod 50), the cutting line between the first surface C1 and the second surface C2 forms an arc. In addition, the radius of curvature R1 of the first surface C1 (the distance between the first surface C1 and the first imaginary center O1) is smaller than the radius of curvature R2 of the second surface C2 (the distance between the second surface C2 and the second imaginary center O2).
[0076] By forming the inclined surface 50a of the rod 50 in the above-described shape, the angle formed by the tangent line between the inclined surface 50a and the pressing pin 53 and the axis of the rod 50 becomes smaller as the rod 50 is extended. Specifically, as shown in Figures 8(b) to 8(d), the angle formed by the tangent line between the inclined surface 50a and the pressing pin 53 and the axis of the rod 50 is as follows: angle α1 in Figure 8(b) > angle α2 in Figure 8(c) > angle α3 in Figure 8(d).
[0077] 8(b) to 8(d), even if the reaction force F received from the pressing pin 53 increases (F1 < F2 < F3) as the rod 50 is extended, it is possible to reduce the change in the magnitude of the component forces Fa1, Fa2, and Fa3 resolved in the axial direction of the rod 50. In this way, even if the reaction force received from the pressing pin 53 increases as the extension length of the rod 50 increases, it is possible to suppress an increase in the force required to operate the handle 9 (the reaction force received in the axial direction of the rod 50). In other words, even if the reaction force received by the rod 50 from the pressing pin 53 increases, the handle 9 can be operated smoothly.
[0078] 5, 11, and 12, the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment includes a handle regulating portion 60 that regulates the operation of the handle 9 when the door body 2 is in the open state. As shown in Fig. 11, the handle regulating portion 60 includes a regulating member 61, a regulating protrusion 62, a regulated portion 63, a release pin 65, etc.
[0079] In the handle restricting portion 60, the restricting member 61 is a plate-shaped member that restricts the operation of the handle 9. A lower left side of the restricting member 61 is rotatably supported on the door main body 21 by a rotation shaft 61a. The restricting member 61 is rotatably displaceable up and down between a lower restricting position that restricts the operation of the handle 9 as shown in Fig. 11(b) and an upper release position that releases the restriction on the operation of the handle 9 as shown in Fig. 11(a). An elongated hole 61b is opened above the rotation shaft 61a in the restricting member 61.
[0080] A downwardly projecting restricting protrusion 62 is fixed to the right end of the restricting member 61. As shown in Figures 11(b) and 12, a restricted portion 63 that supports the restricting member 61 when the restricting member 61 is in the restricting position is fixed to the rear surface of the second connecting member 45b.
[0081] As shown in Figure 11(b), when the restricting member 61 is in the restricting position, the restricting protrusion 62 restricts the restricted portion 63 from moving to the right. That is, the sliding movement of the second connecting member 45b to the right and the operation of the handle are restricted. As shown in Figure 11(a), when the restricting member 61 is in the released position, the restricting protrusion 62 retracts upward, so the rightward displacement of the restricted portion 63 is not restricted. That is, the sliding movement of the second connecting member 45b to the right and the operation of the handle are possible.
[0082] In the handle restricting portion 60, the release pin 65 is a rod-shaped member that releases the restriction imposed by the restricting member 61. The release pin 65 is supported by the pin holding portions 64, 64 so as to be able to slide in the left-right direction while extending to the right from the door insertion portion 25 of the door body 2. A tip portion 65a is provided at the right end of the release pin 65, and an engagement rod 65b that protrudes rearward is provided at the left end (see FIG. 12).
[0083] As shown in Figure 12, the engagement rod 65b of the release pin 65 is inserted into the elongated hole 61b of the regulating member 61. When the release pin 65 is located on the left side as shown in Figure 11(a), the regulating member 61 is rotated counterclockwise by the release pin 65 to the released position. When the release pin 65 is located on the right side as shown in Figure 11(b), the regulating member 61 is rotated clockwise by the release pin 65 to the regulating position.
[0084] In the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 11(a) , when the door body 2 is closed, the release pin 65 of the handle restricting portion 60 is pressed into the door insertion portion 25 by the door frame (end frame 4), causing the restricting member 61 to be displaced to the release position. On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 11(b) , when the door body 2 is open, the restricting member 61 is displaced to the restricting position by its own weight, causing the release pin 65 to extend outside the door insertion portion 25.
[0085] As described above, in the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment, when the door body 2 is in the open state, the handle regulating section 60 is not released by the release pin 65, and is configured to regulate the operation of the handle 9. This makes it possible to suppress the extension of the rod 50 when the door body 2 is in the open state, thereby preventing the extended rod 50 from colliding with the door frame when the door body 2 is in the open state and damaging the rod 50.
[0086] In this embodiment, the release pin 65 of the handle restricting portion 60 is disposed so as to extend toward the pivot center (the trailing edge side) of the door body 2. As a result, by rotating the door body 2 from the open state to the closed state, the release pin 65 is pressed by the trailing edge frame 4, and the restriction by the restricting member 61 can be released.
[0087] In addition, in this embodiment, the regulating member 61 of the handle regulating unit 60 is configured to regulate the displacement of the second connecting member 45b to the right, thereby regulating the displacement of the lower rack 44b and regulating the operation of the handle 9. In this way, by regulating the operation of the pressing means using the pinion gear 43, whose axial direction is perpendicular to the surface of the door body 2, with the regulating member 61, it is possible to make the dimension of the handle regulating unit 60 in the thickness direction compact.
[0088] 3 and 13, the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment is provided with a door restricting section 70 for restricting the opening angle of the door body 2 from the door frame when the door body 2 is in the open state. The door restricting section 70 is configured to include a shaft section 71, a restricting member 72, a restricting roller 73, and a buffer member 74. It is also possible to provide the restricting member 72 on the door frame.
[0089] 13A, the restricting member 72 of the door restricting portion 70 is interposed between the upper surface of the door insertion portion 25 of the door body 2 and the door frame (upper frame 6). The base end of the restricting member 72 is rotatably supported by the upper frame 6 via a shaft portion 71.
[0090] A restricting roller 73 is provided at the tip of the restricting member 72. The restricting roller 73 is inserted into a rail 25a provided on the upper surface of the door insertion portion 25. The restricting roller 73 is able to roll inside the rail 25a, allowing the door body 2 to be opened and closed smoothly.
[0091] The rail 25a of the heavy door 1 according to this embodiment is provided with a buffer member 74 against which the regulating roller 73 abuts when the door body 2 is in the open state. The buffer member 74 includes a main body portion 74a fixed to the rail 25a, a contact portion 74b that abuts against the regulating roller 73, and a compression spring 74c interposed between the main body portion 74a and the contact portion 74b.
[0092] According to the heavy door 1 of this embodiment, when the door body 2 is in the open state, the shock applied to the restricting member 72 can be absorbed by the buffer member 74, as shown in Fig. 13(b). Therefore, it is possible to suppress damage to the restricting member 72.
[0093] 13B, in this embodiment, the contact surface of the contact portion 74b that comes into contact with the regulating roller 73 is formed in a concave shape that conforms to the outer shape of the regulating roller 73. This makes it possible to improve the shock absorption properties when the regulating roller 73 comes into contact with the buffer member 74.
[0094] 14(a) and 14(b), the buffer member 74 in the door regulating unit 70 according to this embodiment has a variable position within the rail 25a in the longitudinal direction of the rail 25a (the fixed position of the main body 74a). As a result, the opening angle of the door body 2 caused by the regulating member 72 is changed depending on the position of the buffer member 74. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 14(a) and 14(b), the opening angle of the door body 2 is reduced by displacing the position of the main body 74a toward the door end of the door body 2 compared to FIGS. 13(a) and 13(b). In this way, according to this embodiment, the opening angle of the door body 2 can be easily adjusted by adjusting the position of the buffer member 74.
[0095] [Modifications] The above embodiment can be modified as appropriate as shown in the following modifications. Each modification may be applied in combination with other modifications as long as no contradiction occurs.
[0096] In this embodiment, the hinge 3, which is a support structure for displacing the door body 2 between the open state and the closed state, is provided on the door frame, but the support structure may be provided in a location other than the door frame. For example, the hinge 3 may be attached to the wall W.
[0097] It is also possible for the heavy door 1 to be configured without the packing P. Even if the packing P is provided, it is also possible to provide the packing P in the door body 2, or in both the door body 2 and the door frame.
[0098] It is also possible to configure the heavy door 1 without providing a pressing means. Even if a pressing means is provided, a configuration other than a rod and a pressing pin can be adopted as long as the door body 2 can be brought into close contact with the door frame. It is also possible to configure the slide displacement mechanism without providing a biasing means.
[0099] In addition, although the pressing means for tightly contacting the door body 2 with the door frame is provided on the door body 2, it is also possible to provide the pressing means at a location other than the door body 2. For example, it is also acceptable to apply a force from the outside to the door body 2 to tightly contact the door frame. Furthermore, as long as the door body 2 can be tightly contacted with the door frame, a configuration other than the rod 50 and pressing pin 53 can be used as the pressing means.
[0100] In the heavy door 1, the locations and numbers of the rods 50 and the pressure pins 53 can be configured differently. For example, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which they are arranged in the vertical direction in addition to the left-right direction of the door body 2, or a configuration in which they are arranged in the vertical direction instead of the left-right direction of the door body 2. Furthermore, it is also possible to configure the heavy door 1 without providing a guide member for guiding the displacement of the connecting member or a roller at the lower end of the connecting member.
[0101] In this embodiment, the material of the block 23 used in the heavy door 1 can be concrete, polyethylene, mortar, palladium, etc. The shape of the block 23 can also be a shape other than a rectangular pillar. A single block 23 can also be made by combining multiple types of materials.
[0102] The heavy door 1 may be configured not to have a plurality of divided insertion portions formed in the internal space of the door body 2. In other words, the blocks 23 may be stacked vertically in one internal space, and the blocks 23 may be inserted into the door body 2.
[0103] The heavy door 1 may be configured without the cover member 22 that shields the opening surface of the door body 2. It is also possible to provide the opening surface on another surface of the door body 2 (for example, the top surface or the rear surface).
[0104] The heavy door 1 may be configured so that the block 23 does not have a handle 24. Alternatively, the handle 24 of the block 23 may be configured to be non-detachable, or may be configured to be detachable by means other than screws, or may have a recess in the block 23 as the handle 24.
[0105] In this embodiment, the hinge 3, which is a support structure for displacing the door body 2 between the open state and the closed state, is provided on the door frame, but the support structure may be provided in a location other than the door frame. For example, the hinge 3 may be attached to the wall W.
[0106] Furthermore, the restricting member 72 may be attached to a location other than the door frame in the door restricting portion 70. For example, the restricting member 72 may be attached to the wall W.
[0107] It is also possible to configure the door regulating section 70 so that the position of the buffer member 74 is not variable. It is also possible to configure the buffer member 74 without a compression spring. The contact portion 74b of the buffer member 74 may have a different shape. It is also possible to configure the regulating member 72 so that the regulating roller 73 is not provided at the tip thereof.
[0108] In this embodiment, the shape of the inclined surface 50a of the rod 50 is not limited to this embodiment. For example, the inclined surface 50a may be a single arc shape or a combination of three or more arc shapes. Furthermore, even when multiple arc shapes are combined, the magnitude of their radii of curvature may be changed as appropriate, or they may be interchanged.
[0109] In the heavy door 1, the positions and numbers of the rods 50 and the pressing pins 53 can be configured differently. For example, a configuration in which the rods 50 and the pressing pins 53 are arranged in the vertical direction in addition to the horizontal direction of the door body 2, or a configuration in which the rods 50 and the pressing pins 53 are arranged in the vertical direction instead of the horizontal direction of the door body 2 can be adopted.
[0110] In the heavy door 1, the handle regulating unit 60 may be configured not to include the release pin 65. For example, a configuration may be adopted in which a protrusion is formed on the door frame, and the handle regulating unit regulates the operation of the handle 9 by inserting this protrusion into the door body 2. Furthermore, when the handle regulating unit 60 is provided with the release pin 65, the release pin 65 may be extended rearward to abut against the door frame.
[0111] In the heavy door 1, the restricting member 61 of the handle restricting unit 60 is not limited to a specific location as long as it restricts the displacement of any location of the pressing means that extends the rod 50. For example, it is also possible to restrict the operation of the handle 9 by restricting the displacement of the pinion gear 43 or the racks 44a and 44b in this embodiment.
[0112] This application is based on Japanese Patent Applications Nos. 2024-154968, 2024-154969, 2024-154970, 2024-154971, 2024-154972, and 2024-154973 filed on September 9, 2024, the contents of which are included in this application. Note that the specific embodiments or examples described in the section on the form for carrying out the invention are intended to clarify the technical content of the present invention, and the present invention should not be interpreted narrowly by being limited to only such specific examples.
[0113] According to the heavy door of the present invention, by bringing the door body close to the door frame while maintaining a parallel posture to the door frame, the timing of the abutment between the door body and the door frame can be synchronized, which is useful as it allows the door body and the door frame to be smoothly sealed and operability to be improved.
