An advertising information display system comprising: one or more storage units that store vehicle maintenance information for a first vehicle, first product information for a plurality of first products usable for the first vehicle, and usage information for the plurality of first products in one or more second vehicles different from the first vehicle; and a processing unit capable of identifying one or more advertising targets based on information read from the one or more storage units and outputting the product information of the identified one or more advertising targets to an external device, wherein the processing unit is capable of identifying maintenance targets for the first vehicle based on the vehicle maintenance information read from the one or more storage units, reading product information for a group of products that can be substituted for the identified maintenance targets and usage information for the product group from the one or more storage units, identifying one or more advertising targets from the product group based on the usage information of the product group read, and extracting the product information of the identified one or more advertising targets from the product information of the product group read.

The advertising information display system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle maintenance information includes at least the make, model, and mileage of the first vehicle, and information on the usage period and estimated replacement cycle of a plurality of products used in the first vehicle.

3. The advertising information display system according to claim 1, wherein the maintenance target is at least engine oil or tires.

4. The advertising information display system according to claim 1, wherein the usage information of the product group includes information regarding the number of users for each of the first products.

The advertising information display system according to claim 1, wherein the one or more storage units further store first skill evaluation information relating to the skill evaluation of the driver of the first vehicle, the product group usage information includes second skill evaluation information relating to the skill evaluation of the driver of the second vehicle obtained as a result of using the first product in the second vehicle, for each first product and each second vehicle, and the processing unit reads the first skill evaluation information from the one or more storage units, and can identify one or more advertising targets from the product group based on the first skill evaluation information read from the one or more storage units and the product group usage information.
