Abstract

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for improving skin condition or scalp condition, comprising a mixture of an extract of Anastatica hierochuntica, an extract of Opuntia ficus-indica, and an extract of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum. The cosmetic composition can have a scalp heat aging prevention effect, an anti-inflammatory effect, and a hair loss prevention effect.

Description

Cosmetic composition for preventing scalp heat aging and hair loss containing extracts of resurrection plant, prickly pear, and ice plant

[0001] This invention relates to a cosmetic composition having skin condition improvement effects and scalp condition improvement effects comprising a mixture of plant extracts.

[0002] The recent continuous rise in average temperatures due to global warming is increasing interest in skin health. Skin repeatedly exposed to heat suffers from problems such as reduced elasticity, increased wrinkles, and moisture loss. This weakens the skin barrier function, creating an environment that increases sensitivity to external stimuli and promotes inflammatory responses. Consequently, skin redness occurs easily, and weakened immune function increases the likelihood of inflammation.

Vasodilation and increased blood flow caused by heat stimulate the sebaceous glands, leading to excessive sebum secretion. Furthermore, changes in skin protein structures and damage to collagen and elastin fibers caused by heat can accelerate scalp aging and ultimately lead to hair loss.

1. A cosmetic composition for improving skin condition or scalp condition, comprising a mixture of extracts of Anastatica hierochuntica (resurrection plant), Opuntia ficus-indica (prickly pear), and Mesembryanthemum crystallinum (ice plant).

2. A cosmetic composition for improving skin condition or scalp condition, wherein the resurrection plant extract, prickly pear extract, and ice plant extract are extracted by ultrasonic extraction.

3. A cosmetic composition for improving skin condition or scalp condition according to claim 1, wherein the mixture comprises 25 to 40 weight% of resurrection plant extract, 25 to 40 weight% of prickly pear extract, and 25 to 40 weight% of ice plant extract.

4. A cosmetic composition for improving skin condition or scalp condition, wherein the mixture of resurrection plant extract, prickly pear extract, and ice plant extract is mixed in a weight ratio of 1:0.1 to 10:0.1 to 10.
