Rescue dog wearable device

Abstract

A rescue dog wearable device for IoT-based monitoring is disclosed. The rescue dog wearable device comprises: a communication unit supporting two or more different wireless communication schemes for establishing a communication connection with a user terminal; and a processor that controls the communication unit to switch to any one of the two or more different wireless communication schemes on the basis of at least one of the quality of communication with the user terminal and distance according to a relative position. This enables smooth monitoring of a rescue dog through adaptive switching of communication schemes.
