Automated vendor invoice dispute system

Abstract

Systems, devices, and methods may be related to an automated vendor invoice dispute system. A device may include a processor. The device may be configured to retrieve invoice information from an end user database. The device may be configured to retrieve shipping data that indicates at least that the shipment of goods was delivered to the end user. The device may be configured to extract relevant information from invoice information and shipping data. The device may be configured to determine, based at least on an invoice amount and an indication that a shipment of goods was delivered to the end user, to dispute the invoice amount. The device may be configured to generate, based on the determination to dispute the invoice amount, a dispute message associated with the shipment of goods. The device may be configured to transmit the dispute message to the end user.
