Abstract
Disclosed herein is a method for preparing a soil conditioner from red mud, wherein the red mud comprises an alkaline component. The method comprises: mixing an activating agent, a modifying agent, cellulose-containing waste biomass, water and red mud to obtain a red mud mixed slurry containing an alkaline component and cellulose; performing a co-hydrothermal reaction on the red mud mixed slurry containing the alkaline component and cellulose by using a reaction raw material gas containing carbon dioxide, so as to obtain a mixed product; and performing a post-treatment on the mixed product, so as to obtain a soil conditioner.
