Abstract

One aspect of the invention relates to a motor vehicle light system (100) comprising: - a housing (110) suitable for being fitted in the motor vehicle; - at least one lighting module (130) housed in the housing (110); - a protective lens (120) hermetically joined to the housing; and - a disassembly tape (160) housed between the protective lens (120) and the housing (110), the disassembly tape (160) comprising an adhesive tape (161) and at least one expandable element (162, 163, 164) expanding under the effect of an external activation. Another aspect of the invention relates to a method for disassembling a protective lens (120) and a housing (110) from a light system (100), wherein an activation device is arranged in the vicinity of the disassembly tape (160) in order to expand the expandable element (162, 163, 164) of the disassembly tape (160) and disconnect the protective lens (120) from the housing (110).
