Abstract
A striking glove; it has a body comprising a hand portion and a wrist portion extending from the hand portion; an exterior wrap; an interior strap joined to the inner surface of the body at the first lateral side of the wrist portion, at the palm face of the body, the interior strap comprising a first fastener on a first face of the interior strap; a first elongated aperture; a second elongated aperture; a fastener located on the dorsal face of the body; wherein a length of the interior strap is sufficient to pass through the second aperture, then through the first aperture, before securing the striking glove onto the wrist of a user; and the exterior wrap has a length that is sufficient to wrap around the palm face of the body and fasten onto the dorsal face of the body; a method of use thereof.
