Anti-coal-spillage coal conveying device for power plant

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is an anti-coal-spillage coal conveying device for a power plant, comprising an inclined belt conveyor, wherein the lower-height end of the belt conveyor is provided with a tail-end interception assembly, and two sides of the belt conveyor in a conveying direction are provided with side-wing shielding assemblies; the tail-end interception assembly comprises a tail frame, and a height adjustment mechanism is fixedly connected to an outer side wall of the tail frame; each side-wing shielding assembly comprises a plurality of sets of vertical posts arranged on two side frames of the belt conveyor, the plurality of sets of vertical posts on the same side are arranged in parallel, the top ends of the plurality of sets of vertical posts on the same side are hingedly connected to the same blocking plate, and a telescopic power member in hinged connection with the blocking plate is hingedly connected to the belt conveyor. In the present invention, by providing the tail-end interception assembly, the tail frame is used to intercept coal blocks falling downward, and on the basis of the size of falling coal and actual working conditions, the height of the tail frame can be adjusted using a height adjustment mechanism; additionally, the blocking plates of the side-wing shielding assemblies are controlled to block lateral coal spillage, thereby preventing coal blocks from falling from the sides.
