The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and discloses a signal time resource determination method and apparatus, a terminal, and a network side device. The signal time resource determination method in embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal receives configuration information, the configuration information being used for indicating a time resource set of a first signal; and the terminal determines, on the basis of the time resource set and a first time resource, a second time resource to which the first signal is mapped in a target occasion, wherein the first time resource is a time resource unavailable for the first signal, and the target occasion is an occasion configured by a network side device and available for transmitting the first signal.
