Abstract
A pharmaceutical product for administration of an anti- HER2 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) in combination with an anti-TROP2 ADC is provided. The anti-HER2 ADC and the anti-TROP2 ADC comprise a drug-linker. An exatecan may be the drug of the drug-linker and the drug-linker may be conjugated to the respective antibody via a thioether bond. Also provided is a therapeutic use and method in which the anti-HER2 ADC and the anti-TROP2 ADC are administered in combination to a subject. The anti-HER2 ADC and anti-TROP2 ADC in combination have excellent anti-cancer properties.
