In order to assist in smooth communication in a call between a plurality of users including a user with insufficient hearing, a processor or one of a plurality of processors executes: an acquisition process (S104) for acquiring speech data indicating speech of a caller inputted to a user terminal of the caller among a plurality of user terminals connected for the call; a speech process (S105) for generating clarified speech data by executing speech processing for clarifying speech on the speech data; and a speech output control process (S106) for performing control so as to output speech indicated by the clarified speech data from a user terminal of a call receiver among the plurality of user terminals.
