Abstract
Description
Method of Applying Artificial Intelligence Content to Scenarios for Psychological Healing
[0001] The present invention relates to a method for creating a scenario for psychological healing, generating artificial intelligence content thereon, and applying it to psychological healing.
[0002] Today's modern society is undergoing rapid informatization, specialization, and industrialization across various fields. Consequently, a growing number of modern individuals are experiencing severe confusion amidst excessive competition, while simultaneously facing psychological distress in their daily lives, such as stress, insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Recently, various attempts are being made to identify psychological characteristics through diverse psychological tests and to restore a stable psychological state and concentration from trauma or anxiety through psychotherapy or healing programs. For instance, in addition to the use of prescription medication, non-pharmacological methods are being utilized, including continuous professional counseling by experts and specialized programs using music, art, and the like.
[0003] However, there are limitations in objectively assessing such a person's state of psychological anxiety through counseling, and relying solely on a few counseling sessions and programs designed to provide psychological stability makes it difficult to guarantee a healing effect.
[0004] Accordingly, the present invention has been devised to solve the aforementioned problems, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a method that enables psychological healing from a state of psychological anxiety by identifying psychological symptoms based on the subject's brainwaves and pulse waves, creating healing scenarios for each identified symptom, and generating artificial intelligence content, such as healing videos, based on a Large Language Model (LLM) according to the healing scenarios and providing it to the subject.
[0005] First, to summarize the features of the present invention, a method performed in a processor of a device according to one aspect of the present invention for achieving the above objective comprises: a step of calculating a symptom index from brainwave and pulse wave information of a subject obtained using a testing device and determining the psychological symptoms of the subject according to the calculated symptom index; a step of creating a healing scenario for the psychological symptoms of the subject by referring to a database storing healing scenarios for each symptom; a step of prompting one or more sentences or multiple words included in the healing scenario into an AI model based on a Large Language Model (LLM) to obtain healing content including a video for healing the psychological symptoms of the subject from the AI model; a step of providing brainwave stabilization content to the subject through an audiovisual device; and a step of providing the healing content to the subject through the audiovisual device when the brainwave of the subject measured through the testing device drops to a predetermined frequency.
[0006] After the step of providing the healing content, the method includes the step of re-determining the subject's psychological symptoms from the subject's brainwave and pulse wave information obtained using the examination device; and, according to the subject's psychological symptoms re-determined, the method includes the steps of updating the healing scenario creation, updating the acquisition of the healing content, providing the brainwave stabilization content, and repeating the process of providing the healing content, provided that if the subject's brainwave corresponds to the predetermined frequency, the process of providing the brainwave stabilization content may be omitted.
[0007] The above healing scenario includes one or more of character information, counseling content obtained as a result of counseling with the subject, essential expressions, example sentences, and specifications of output format, and may include additional counseling content in the update of the creation of the above healing scenario.
[0008] The above healing scenario includes facial video or voice recording information regarding a person included in the content, and the healing content can be obtained such that the person within the video has a face and voice based on the facial video or voice recording information.
[0009] In addition, a recording medium having a computer-readable code to be performed in a processor of a device according to another aspect of the present invention may be provided, comprising: a function of calculating a symptom index from brainwave and pulse wave information of a subject obtained using an inspection device and determining the psychological symptoms of the subject according to the calculated symptom index; a function of creating a healing scenario for the psychological symptoms of the subject by referring to a database storing healing scenarios for each symptom; a function of prompting one or more sentences or multiple words included in the healing scenario into a large language model (LLM)-based AI model to obtain healing content including a video for healing the psychological symptoms of the subject from the AI model; a function of providing brainwave stabilization content to the subject through an audiovisual device; and a function of providing the healing content to the subject through an audiovisual device when the brainwave of the subject measured through the inspection device drops to a predetermined frequency.
[0010] According to the method for applying artificial intelligence content to a scenario for psychological healing from a state of psychological anxiety according to the present invention, psychological symptoms can be objectively identified based on the subject's brainwaves and pulse waves obtained using an examination device, and a healing scenario for each symptom can be customized to suit the subject's healing by creating a combination of sentences, words, images, and audio. Additionally, content such as a healing video can be generated by combining healing images and audio through an artificial intelligence healing model (AI model) according to the healing scenario for each symptom. While watching the healing video provided by the artificial intelligence healing model, the subject can find comfort and psychological stability, thereby recovering a stable psychological state and concentration from a state of psychological anxiety.

[0026] FIG. 1 is a drawing for explaining a psychological healing system (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0027] Referring to FIG. 1, a psychological healing system (or device) (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention can objectively determine the psychological symptoms of a subject (10) based on brainwave information (see FIG. 4) and pulse wave information (see FIG. 5) for a subject (10) obtained by an examination device (50).
[0028] The psychological healing system (100) of the present invention is configured to create a symptom-specific healing scenario for the subject (10) in a combination of sentences, words, video, and audio, customized to suit the subject's healing according to the identified psychological symptoms. The psychological healing system (100) can generate content such as a healing video in a combination of healing video and audio through an artificial intelligence healing model (AI model) according to the symptom-specific healing scenario. While watching the healing video provided by the artificial intelligence healing model (AI model), the subject (10) finds comfort and psychological stability, and is able to recover a stable psychological state and concentration from a state of psychological anxiety.
[0029] To this end, the psychological healing system (100) may be composed of a combination of one or more devices to realize the psychological healing processes mentioned in the present invention, and may be implemented, for example, as a computer or computing system, or as a server on the Internet. When the psychological healing system (100) is composed of a combination of one or more devices, it may be implemented as hardware such as one or more semiconductor processors, software such as applications, or a combination thereof.
[0030] Figure 2 is a detailed block diagram of the psychological healing system (100) of Figure 1.
[0031] Referring to FIG. 2, the psychological healing system (100) of the present invention may include a control unit (110), a memory (111), a user interface (112), a test data receiving unit (120), a symptom determination unit (130), a symptom database (131), a scenario creation unit (140), a scenario database (141), a healing content creation unit (150), and a providing unit (160) to realize the psychological healing processes of the present invention.
[0032] Each system or device comprising a control unit (110), memory (111), user interface (112), test data receiving unit (120), symptom determination unit (130), symptom database (131), scenario creation unit (140), scenario database (141), healing content creation unit (150), and provision unit (160) constituting a psychological healing system (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be implemented as hardware such as one or more semiconductor processors, software such as applications, or a combination thereof.
[0033] The control unit (110) is responsible for the overall control of each component of the above-described psychological healing system (100), and the memory (111) may be a storage device for storing data or setting information necessary for performing the psychological healing process of the present invention. The user interface (112) may include buttons, a keyboard, or a touch panel for inputting various settings, and may also include an audiovisual device such as an LCD, an LED, or a display device for displaying the control status, video information, and monitoring information of the psychological healing process of the present invention, and a speaker for voice output as needed.
[0034] Here, the function of each component of the above-mentioned psychological healing system (100) is described, but it is possible for two or more of these components to be combined to form a single block, and it is also possible for each component to be implemented as two or more divided blocks.
[0035] Hereinafter, the functions performed by the processor of each component of the above-described psychological healing system (100) will be explained in detail with reference to the flowchart of FIG. 3.
[0036] FIG. 3 is a flowchart for explaining the operation of a psychological healing system (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0037] Referring to FIG. 3, first, the test data receiving unit (120) receives brainwave and pulse wave information of the subject (10). The brainwave and pulse wave information of the subject (10) can be obtained using a test device (50) as shown in FIG. 1. The brainwave and pulse wave information obtained using the test device (50) may be stored in a storage device such as a USB memory and configured to be received by the test data receiving unit (120), and if the psychological healing system (100) is connected to the test device (50) via wired or wireless communication, the test data receiving unit (120) can directly receive the brainwave and pulse wave information of the subject (10) from the test device (50). At the same time, the operator records the counseling content through counseling with the subject (10) and may store it in a predetermined storage device, and the test data receiving unit (120) can further receive the counseling content.
[0038] For example, the testing device (50) may be in the form of a headset configured to be mounted on the head using a band as shown in FIG. 1, and may include a brainwave measuring unit (51) equipped with a sensor for measuring brainwaves (e.g., two sensors in contact with the forehead) and a pulse wave measuring unit (52) equipped with a sensor for measuring pulse waves (e.g., a sensor in contact with the earlobe). In addition, it may further include a memory for storing measured brainwave and pulse wave information, and may be configured so that the measured brainwave and pulse wave information can be transmitted to an external device, such as a psychological healing system (100), via a USB port, etc.
[0039] The brainwaves measured by the testing device (50) can be classified as shown in FIG. 4. For example, the brainwaves can be classified into high beta, mid beta, low beta, alpha, theta, delta, etc., according to the frequency band. Among these, the mid beta wave corresponds to a normal psychological state targeted through psychological healing, and can be described as a state of maintaining concentration while thinking and being active. The present invention assists in enabling healing so that the subject (10) can return to a normal psychological state through psychological healing when the subject (10) is in a state of tension, anxiety, stress, etc., for example, when the subject exhibits brainwaves with a frequency higher than that of a high beta wave.
[0040] The pulse wave measured by the inspection device (50) may have a predetermined frequency depending on the blood circulation and blood vessel condition, and may be classified as shown in FIG. 5 according to the shape of the waveform. For example, the pulse wave may be classified according to the waveform pattern into a state of good blood circulation and blood vessel condition, a state where blood circulation and blood vessel condition is worse than the good state and requires management, a bad stage 1 state where blood circulation and blood vessel condition is worse than the state requiring management, a bad stage 2 state where blood circulation and blood vessel condition is worse than the bad stage 1 state, a bad stage 3 state where blood circulation and blood vessel condition is worse than the bad stage 2 state, and a bad stage 4 state where blood circulation and blood vessel condition is worse than the bad stage 3 state. Among these, the good state may correspond to the normal blood circulation and blood vessel condition targeted through psychological healing. In the present invention, when a subject (10) exhibits brain waves with a frequency of high beta or higher depending on a state of tension, anxiety, stress, etc., it may be possible to objectively determine symptoms by additionally reflecting the above classification state of the subject's (10) pulse wave.
[0041] The symptom determination unit (130) can calculate a symptom index from the brainwave and pulse wave information of the subject obtained using the examination device (50) (S110), and can determine the psychological symptoms of the subject (10) according to the calculated symptom index (S120). The symptom determination unit (130) can refer to a table such as FIG. 6 which shows symptom information by symptom index stored in the symptom database (131).
[0042] Referring to FIG. 6, for example, the symptom determination unit (130) analyzes brain waves for a predetermined period of time to calculate the ratio of high beta waves and alpha waves as a symptom index, and if the symptom index shows a predetermined range value, it can be determined as a stress symptom.
[0043] However, it is not limited to this, and the symptom determination unit (130) may calculate the above symptom index by additionally reflecting pulse wave analysis information, such as the TP (Total Power) value as an indicator representing the total energy level of the autonomic nervous system to evaluate the overall energy state without fatigue, overwork, etc., analyzed from the pulse wave, the VLF (Very Low Frequency) value as an indicator representing sympathetic nervous system activity such as hormone regulation and body metabolism, the LF (Low Frequency) value as an indicator representing the combined activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems to evaluate the state of stress or tension, and the HF (High Frequency) value as an indicator representing parasympathetic nervous system activity to evaluate the state of relaxation, stability, and psychological calm. For example, the ratio of high beta waves and alpha waves and a value obtained by giving weights to one or more of the above pulse wave analysis information and summing them can be calculated as the above symptom index. Additionally, the weights may be adjusted according to the shape of the pulse wave waveform as shown in FIG. 5.
[0044] In this way, the symptom determination unit (130) can determine psychological symptoms such as stress, insomnia, depression, anxiety, attention, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), panic symptoms, self-regulation symptoms, impulse control symptoms, and emotion control symptoms, as shown in FIG. 6. The determination of each symptom is performed by referring to the symptom database (131) with a symptom index (symptom index based on brainwaves) calculated based on the ratio of the duration of brainwaves such as high beta, mid beta, low beta, alpha, theta, and delta, as shown in FIG. 6. In addition to the symptom index based on brainwaves, the symptom index can be calculated by giving weights to one or more of the pulse wave analysis information as described above and summing the values. Furthermore, the weights can be adjusted according to the shape of the pulse wave waveform as shown in FIG. 5.
[0045] For example, in the example shown in Fig. 6, stress is a case where high beta is excessively activated and a state of tension persists; when alpha and theta decrease, they have a strong positive correlation with high beta, and high stress increases insomnia, anxiety, and depression indices in most cases. While stress can increase concentration in the short term, attention (linked to relaxation) tends to decrease. Since it is difficult to maintain psychological stability when alpha waves are lacking, anxiety and reduced self-regulation may appear in correlation. Stress suppresses alpha waves, thereby lowering emotional regulation and self-regulation abilities. However, if autonomic nervous system activity (TP (Total Power) value) remains within the normal range even under high stress, there is a possibility that the ability to cope with stress is maintained.
[0046] Furthermore, depression can manifest due to an imbalance between theta and beta (high / mid / low beta) waves. Additionally, impulse control is closely related to beta (high / mid / low beta) waves, while emotional regulation is more closely related to alpha waves. Moreover, insomnia is a condition in which sleep is disrupted by a persistent state of tension caused by an imbalance between beta (high / mid / low beta) and theta waves. Excessive beta (high / mid / low beta) waves are highly likely to lead to insomnia.
[0047] When the psychological symptoms of the subject (10) are identified in this manner (S120), the scenario creation unit (140) can create a healing scenario for the subject (10)'s psychological symptoms by referring to a scenario database (141) that stores healing scenarios for each symptom (S130). The scenario database (141) can store and manage one or more healing scenarios for each psychological symptom composed of sentences or words. For example, the healing scenario may include sentences or words regarding character information (e.g., name, age, gender, facial image, voice recording information, etc.), counseling content such as symptom content, essential expressions for healing psychological symptoms (e.g., sentences / words as words of comfort for psychological stability, etc.), example text (e.g., sentences or voice as dialogue content of characters, etc.), and specifications of output format (e.g., video content including voice content, content including still image and voice content, content of voice (sound source) content, etc.).
[0048] The above healing scenario may include one or more sentences or multiple words for prompting on a massive language model (LLM)-based AI model operated by the healing content generation unit (150). The above healing scenario may include information regarding character information, counseling content such as symptom details, essential expressions, example sentences, and specifications of output formats. Furthermore, the above healing scenario may further include counseling content obtained as a result of counseling with the subject (10).
[0049] The healing content generation unit (150) prompts a large language model (LLM)-based AI model according to one or more sentences or multiple words included in the healing scenario to obtain healing content including a video for healing the psychological symptoms of the subject (10) from the AI model (S140).
[0050] The above healing scenario may further include face images or voice recording information regarding a person included in the content of the above healing scenario (sentences, words, videos, voice recording information, etc.), and the healing content generated by the healing content generation unit (150) may be obtained such that the person in the video has a face and voice based on the face images or voice recording information in the form of VR (Virtual Reality), AR (Augmented Reality), etc.
[0051] The AI model based on a Large Language Model (LLM) operated in the healing content generation unit (150) is a learning model that operates based on a deep learning model structure called a Transformer to understand the context of sentences or words well and analyze the relationships between words, and learns various data (e.g., news, books, websites, etc.) such as the internet to heal psychological symptoms, has a lot of knowledge, and can skillfully perform tasks such as generating dialogue content of characters, background video, and sound effects to heal the psychological symptoms of the subject (10) in response to the prompt of the above-mentioned healing scenario content. Such LLM models may be various paid or free models such as GPT3.0, GPT4.0, LlaMa, Claude, BERT, etc., or other models developed directly by other companies, operators, or users. The abbreviations are GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer), LLaMA (Large Language Model Meta AI), Claude (Claude Shannon), and BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers).
[0052] Meanwhile, the providing unit (160) may first provide brainwave stabilizing content to the subject (10) through an audiovisual device. The brainwave stabilizing content may be a sound source that can cause the subject's (10) brainwaves to drop to a predetermined frequency (e.g., theta wave frequency in FIG. 4, or 7 Hz, etc.), that is, a sound source that psychologically stabilizes, and may additionally include a video in some cases. For example, this is because when the brainwaves are in a state of a predetermined frequency (e.g., theta wave frequency in FIG. 4, or 7 Hz, etc.) (e.g., a dreaming state), a person can easily reach a state of psychological stability.
[0053] When the brainwaves of the subject (10) measured through the examination device (50) drop to a predetermined frequency (e.g., theta wave frequency in FIG. 4, or 7 Hz, etc.), the healing content generated by the healing content generation unit (150) is provided to the subject (10) through an audiovisual device (S150). By providing the healing content, the subject (10) can be healed so that psychological symptoms improve. The healing content may include corresponding outputs according to the above-mentioned character information, counseling content such as symptom content, essential expressions (e.g., sentences / words as words of comfort for psychological stability), example text (e.g., sentences or voices as dialogue content of characters), and output format (e.g., video content including voice content, content including still images and voice content, content of voice (sound source) content, etc.), and the subject (10) can watch the video in the form of VR (Virtual Reality), AR (Augmented Reality), etc. through the audiovisual device and listen to the provided words of comfort or dialogue content.
[0054] Afterward, additional counseling is conducted to determine the healing status of the subject (10), and the subject's (10) brainwave and pulse wave information can be obtained using the examination device (50). The examination data receiving unit (120) can receive the subject's (10) brainwave and pulse wave information, and the symptom determination unit (130) can determine the subject's (10) psychological symptoms again (S160) from the subject's (10) brainwave and pulse wave information in the same manner as above.
[0055] The psychological symptoms of the subject (10) identified again above may be a state in which the psychological symptoms have been cured and the subject has recovered to a normal stable state (e.g., mid-beta state), but may also exhibit the same psychological symptoms as before or exhibit different psychological symptoms.
[0056] If the subject (10) is not healed to a normal stable state and exhibits psychological symptoms that are the same or different from before, the process of creating the healing scenario (S130) (which may include additional counseling content), obtaining the healing content (S140), providing the brainwave stabilization content, and providing the healing content (S150) can be repeated according to the corresponding psychological symptoms of the subject (10) identified again. Subsequently, based on the acquisition of brainwave and pulse wave information of the subject (10) using the examination device (50), the psychological symptoms of the subject (10) are identified again (S160) as described above, and if necessary, the process of creating the healing scenario (S130) (which may include additional counseling content), obtaining the healing content (S140), providing the brainwave stabilization content, and providing the healing content (S150) can be repeated multiple times according to the psychological symptoms identified again. However, during the process of providing the brainwave stabilization content and the healing content (S150), if the brainwave of the subject (10) is in a state of a predetermined frequency (e.g., theta frequency in FIG. 4, or 7 Hz, etc.), the process of providing the brainwave stabilization content may be omitted, and the healing content generated by the healing content generating unit (150) may be provided directly to the subject (10) through an audiovisual device (S150). Through the provision of the updated healing content multiple times in this manner, the subject (10) can be healed so that psychological symptoms gradually improve.

[0058] <Example 1>
[0059] Psychological symptoms: panic, anxiety
[0060] Key Figure: Coercive and controlling father
[0061] Healing Scenario:
[0062] Counseling Details: (Symptoms) Ms. Park O-na, who came for counseling due to recurring relationship issues, stated that she has always had problems with her boyfriend. Recently, her boyfriend became furious because she was late for an appointment; from the moment she saw him shouting and acting aggressively, she suddenly felt breathless and broke out in a cold sweat. Ms. Park ran away out of fear, but her boyfriend continued to contact her and pressure her even afterward. Terrified even more, Ms. Park stopped answering his calls altogether. Ms. Park, who had always run away in her previous relationships whenever her partner raised their voice or she felt they were forcing her to do something, has now become afraid of the very act of dating.
[0063] (Connecting Link) From a young age, Ms. Park O-na's father tried to control every aspect of her life according to his own will, which meant she could never even eat a meal in peace. He made her attend three after-school academies starting from the time school ended; no matter how much she complained about how difficult it was, he wouldn't listen, and she was even forced to take private tutoring. Having to do exactly as her father instructed, Ms. Park O-na could not rest for a single moment and felt as though she were suffocating. Even after becoming an adult, the emotions suppressed by such excessive control continued to escalate, and a conflict with her boyfriend served as the trigger.
[0064] (Difficult experience) My curfew was 8 PM, but I was so tired that I fell asleep and missed my tutoring class. When I arrived home late, my father picked up a stick. Even though I explained the situation, he wouldn't listen and, filled with rage, beat my calves until they were bloody bruised. Then, he locked me in my room for two whole days.
[0065] (Emotional state at the time) I felt like I had no will of my own and was my father's possession. It seemed like I had no free will. I felt completely disrespected, and I became filled with despair and depression. I wondered why I was even alive if things were going to be like this. I felt intimidated because I felt I didn't deserve to be respected even when I went outside. I was scared and afraid that my friends would find out about my situation.
[0066] (What I wish for) I want to be free. I wish my father would respect me. I wish he were someone who would support and cheer for me no matter what choices I make. I wish I could live the way I want.
[0067] (Healing Method) I thought about a situation that might make my father reflect on himself. He has a strong lust for power and honor and tries to control everything as he pleases; wouldn't it be enough if an incident occurred that showed him that this is wrong? Wouldn't he feel that way if his power and honor were tarnished?
[0068]
[0069] Updated scenarios (additional scenarios such as additional consultation content):
[0070] My father had believed that the company had succeeded because he had done things his own way, but he was reported internally for abusing his power and disregarding the opinions of his subordinates. This caused turmoil within the company, and the president eventually placed him on standby. Deeply shocked, my father began to wonder for the first time if he had done something wrong. However, it did not end there; other employees who had endured it until now banded together to take issue with the control and pressure my father had exerted up until that point and exposed it to the outside world. As the company became chaotic both inside and out, the work my father had been doing went awry, and only then did he realize that the way he had tried to control others was wrong.
[0071] Then, at dinner, he told me, "I haven't considered your feelings at all all this time and have only tried to do things my own way," admitting that he seemed to have made a wrong judgment. When Mom, who was listening nearby, burst into tears and poured out how difficult it had been for her, Dad looked flustered and apologized to Mom and me. He told me to do whatever I wanted from now on and said he would help with whatever he could. As he awkwardly patted my shoulder, I started crying. Sobbing uncontrollably, I asked him why he had treated me that way and said it had been so hard. I told him I had hated him so much. At that, Dad also choked up and said he didn't know, that he felt like he had ruined everything, and that he would make up for it. He said he would do everything I had wanted. Hearing those words, my crying gradually stopped.
[0072]
[0073] Subject's condition after watching healing content (partially shown) as in Fig. 7b in response to a scenario video as in Fig. 7a: When asked if he felt better, the subject said he felt more at ease. He felt relieved and experienced peace for the first time. After that, he thought that his father had also tried his best to make the family well in his own way. Although his methods were wrong, seeing that he was criticized by people because of them made him feel a little sorry for him. He no longer hated his father.
[0074]
[0075] Subsequent changes: Relief of panic symptoms, reduced anxiety.
[0076] Ms. Park O-na, who used to feel intimidated and anxious whenever someone pressured her or urged her to answer, said that this made her work life feel precarious. However, after resolving her fundamental wounds—including those inflicted by her mother and previous partners—she realized that she had been far too defensive all along. She understood that she had been blaming herself for meaningless actions and issues that actually belonged to her partner, and from then on, she was able to accept things without attaching any deeper meaning to them. Once she was able to have proper conversations with her boyfriend, she realized she had overreacted to his anger, and their relationship improved significantly by speaking her mind openly. She no longer felt startled or stressed as before when conflicts arose, and freed from the judgment of others, she felt much more at ease while working.

[0081] Counseling Details: (Details of Serious Injury) Ms. Choi O-hee came for counseling because she was overwhelmed by the fact that she could not do anything properly, as her mother found fault with everything she did. She had started her own business after quitting her corporate job because it was too difficult, but she said that no matter what she did, her mother would criticize her for every single thing. Because her mother kept doing this, she eventually lost confidence in everything she did and ended up giving up halfway; as a result, her self-esteem plummeted, and she faced financial difficulties. Her mother interfered in everything from what bank accounts to open to how much rent to pay, and whenever something went wrong, she did not hesitate to hurl abusive language, saying things like, "That is why you are failing," or "I mean, what are you even doing?" Eventually, Ms. Choi O-hee suffered from severe anxiety and was unable to sleep, and the stress even led to an eating disorder characterized by binge eating.
[0082] (Connecting Link) In fact, Ms. Choi O-hee's mother has been behaving this way since she was young. She always tried to control her child as she pleased, forcing her to do everything exactly as she had decided, from middle and high school, the subjects she had to excel in, and her university major, to her job. She even installed a location tracking app on her cell phone. As a child, Ms. Choi O-hee studied hard and did as she was told in an attempt to please her mother, but she always received only criticism, eventually becoming unable to make any decisions on her own.
[0083] (A difficult experience) When I took a test in elementary school, I came first in my class, but I was severely scolded for getting just a few questions wrong. After that, I developed dyslexia, which made it difficult for me to read for a while. My mother only pressured me further, asking why I couldn't read, and got angry, calling me weak.
[0084] (Emotional state at the time) When I couldn't read the text, everything I had been suppressing burst out, and I just cried all day long. I felt like I had become a useless person, no matter how well I did. I didn't know what it meant to be good at something, and I felt like I was a worthless existence no matter what I did.
[0085] (What I wish for) I want to hear complete acknowledgment and praise from my mom at least once. Even if things don't go the way she wants, I wish she would just look at me unconditionally. I want to be accepted just as I am.
[0086] (Solution) How can I get Mom to admit she was wrong and apologize? And how can she support me? Mom is aggressive, but she gives in easily to someone stronger than herself. What if it becomes known that she treated me badly? Wouldn't it be enough if someone stronger than her found out?
[0087]
[0088] Updated scenarios (additional scenarios such as additional consultation content):
[0089] My mother came to school for a parent-teacher conference, but even there, she treated me poorly and belittled me. When a teacher, unable to stand it any longer, tried to mediate, my mother instead hurled abusive language at the teacher, asking if she had ever given birth to a child and telling her to know her place since she wasn't going to take responsibility for a child's life. Shocked, the teacher called me aside and asked if my mother always treated me like that, noting that I must have had a very hard time. When I told her the truth, she said it seemed like emotional abuse and reported it to the police. Ultimately, my mother ended up at the police station.
[0090] During the investigation, it was revealed that a location tracking app had been installed on my phone and that I was taking medication for depression, and eventually, my mother was even placed under a restraining order. As the surrounding community was thrown into chaos and she received a legal warning, my mother realized that something was wrong. The police station ordered her to complete emotional education for children, and the instructor was a highly skilled expert who convinced my mother just how severe my situation was and what would happen if things continued this way. After hearing those stories, my mother finally realized that her approach was wrong.
[0091] Mom said that she had grown up that way herself, so she thought she should raise me the same way, believing that doing so would lead to my success. However, she admitted that living that way hadn't actually been good for her either, and seeing how things turned out, she felt she had been wrong. For the first time, she apologized, saying, "I am sorry for ignoring your feelings and forcing things upon you." She even went so far as to ask me what I wanted to do, mentioning, "Your teacher told me to ask what you want to do and let you do it." I finally mentioned that I wanted to learn piano, something I had secretly wished for all this time, and Mom said she would support me. When my grades actually improved after that, Mom fully admitted that she had been wrong. Overwhelmed by emotion at that, I asked if I had to be good at studying to be her daughter, and if she had been happy doing things that way. Hearing this, Mom's eyes welled up with tears as well. "I was so clueless. Because I never received any formal education," she replied, and I cried even more. "I won't do that again," Mom said, tears streaming down her face. "I did it for your own good, so I understand." With that, we reconciled.
[0092]
[0093] Subject's condition after watching healing content (partially shown) as in Fig. 8b for a scenario video as in Fig. 8a: Condition after resolution: I had always felt stifled, frustrated, and very depressed, but for the first time, I felt comfortable. When I looked into my inner child to see if they were okay, they said they were happy playing the piano. They said they were very happy to be able to do what they wanted to do. I felt that Mom was finally listening to me. It felt like I was accepted by someone for the first time.
[0094] Subsequent changes: Insomnia resolved, depression disappeared.
[0095] Ms. Choi O-hee had started a business but felt uncertain and lost, constantly wanting to quit and finding it difficult; however, after resolving her trauma, she became emotionally stable and was able to push forward with her decisions with more confidence. Although there were conflicts of opinion with her mother along the way, she was now able to honestly express her pain. Her mother, surprised by her daughter's change, was initially flustered but eventually backed down upon seeing her daughter's newfound determination.
[0096] Afterwards, she received positive feedback from a client for the first time, and empowered by this, Ms. Choi O-hee moved forward in her own direction, eventually securing a commission from a major corporation. Ms. Choi O-hee, who said she had never felt this good in life and that this work seemed to suit her aptitude, appeared happy to finally be able to unleash her potential.

[0099] Symptoms: ADHD, anxiety
[0100] Key Figure: Violent Older Brother
[0101] Consultation Details: (Details of Serious Injury) Ms. Kim O-na was a department store sales associate who had been receiving warnings for repeatedly making mistakes, such as forgetting free gifts or getting customer information wrong. She felt extremely frustrated and resentful of herself because she couldn't concentrate no matter how hard she tried, and the constant errors made her feel terrible. She was caught in a vicious cycle where criticism made her more anxious, and anxiety made her even less able to concentrate. In particular, she often became severely intimidated and froze up whenever a male customer raised his voice or argued with her. As time went on, her stress intensified to the point where she was considering quitting her sales job.
[0102] (Connecting Link) Ms. Kim O-na grew up in a particularly patriarchal family. As her older brother was the eldest grandson, everyone from her grandmother to her mother showed him immense favoritism. Her brother, who reigned like a tyrant, always tried to do as he pleased and would hit or threaten her whenever things didn't go his way. Meanwhile, her parents, both working, paid little attention to her. Instead, they only told her to take good care of her brother. Growing up in a household with no one to help her, Ms. Kim had to spend her childhood constantly trembling with anxiety regarding her brother. This fear, which persisted from her childhood, became a significant barrier when she dealt with men even after entering society.
[0103] (Difficult Incident) I was studying for an exam when my older brother suddenly came home angry and started yelling that I hadn't cleaned. Then he told me to cook ramen right away. When I refused, he suddenly hit me on the head with a heavy book that was nearby. Even though I fell down, he hit me two or three more times. A little while later, Dad came in asking what was wrong, and I explained the situation while crying, but he just walked out, saying he was tired and we should talk later.
[0104] (Emotional state at the time) I was so shocked because he suddenly got angry and hit me. I was just studying, so I didn't know what I had done to deserve being hit, and I felt so wronged and scared. I wondered how I could live in a house like this and how much longer I would have to stay. I felt like no one was protecting or helping me. I felt like I was someone who deserved to be treated that way by my family.
[0105] (What I wish for) I wish Dad or Mom would take my side and scold my older brother. I wish he would apologize. I wish he wouldn't treat me badly anymore. I wish Dad and Mom would protect me.
[0106] (Solution) Since Dad is the strongest person in the house, I think it will be resolved if he takes my side and scolds my brother. How can I make Dad realize how serious the situation is? What if something serious happens nearby?
[0107]
[0108] Updated scenarios (additional scenarios such as additional consultation content):
[0109] My dad has a close friend who often visits our house. Like me, he has an older son and a younger daughter, so I imagined a scenario where the two of them had a huge fight. The son lost his temper and couldn't control his strength, and the daughter was seriously injured and had to be hospitalized. My dad's friend said that he was usually too busy to pay attention, but he was so shocked that he stayed by the hospital for several days. He said he was shocked when he heard from the daughter about what had happened while he was unaware. In that family, too, the older brother had been mistreating and bullying his younger sister, but the parents hadn't known. He said the daughter had developed severe trauma.
[0110] My friend confided in my father about her worries, advising him that if children aren't properly guided when they are young, serious trouble could arise later, and that he should keep a close eye on his daughter as well. My father, perhaps shocked by this, came home, gathered us all, and told me to tell him everything that had happened. When I said I was too scared to speak, he went into a separate room to listen to me. I honestly poured out everything I had endured. My father became furious and went straight to my brother's room. Then, I heard my brother being severely scolded, and he told me to come out as well, so the three of us sat facing each other. My father told me to apologize for all the wrongs I had done, warned me that if such incidents occurred again while he wasn't around, it would be a big deal, and instructed me to tell him immediately if anything happened. He also apologized for not paying attention to me and told me that I was a precious daughter to him. Eventually, my brother apologized while crying. From then on, he couldn't treat me poorly anymore.
[0111]
[0112] Subject's condition after watching healing content (partially shown) as in Fig. 9b for a scenario video as in Fig. 9a: Condition after resolution: (Condition after resolution: Tears welled up as I felt that Dad had protected me. My inner child felt protected for the first time. Then, I said that I think I will be okay now that Dad is here. I said that after receiving an apology from my brother, I no longer hated him so much. I felt a sense of relief and peace.)
[0113] Subsequent changes: Improved concentration, relief of anxiety
[0114] After resolving her major symptoms, Ms. Kim O-na no longer felt as stressed or intimidated as before when dealing with male customers. She was able to respond more calmly than before, and as her anxiety subsided significantly, her attention and concentration naturally improved, greatly reducing the number of mistakes she made at work. Before long, she began hearing from several customers that she was meticulous and good at her job, and she happily shared the news that she eventually even received an award for outstanding employee.

[0116] <Example 4>
[0117] Depression, interpersonal problems
[0118] Main Target) My older sister who is causing discord between my parents
[0119] Consultation Details: (Details of Serious Injury) Ms. Yoo O-hee ran a flower shop. Although she was skilled at making beautiful bouquets and designs, she struggled with dealing with customers. This situation worsened particularly after she encountered a difficult female customer. This customer spoke to Ms. Yoo in an overbearing manner, made excessive demands, and acted violently if she did not comply with her wishes; since then, it has become difficult for Ms. Yoo to continue working. In fact, Ms. Yoo had previously found it somewhat difficult to interact with female friends, and she would react particularly sensitively when women used slightly sarcastic language. There were slightly more female customers than male customers at the flower shop, and Ms. Yoo gradually became afraid of greeting customers.
[0120] (Connecting Link) Her older sister, who is three years older than Yoo O-hee, was always praised for being good at studying. However, Yoo O-hee preferred drawing and had little interest in studying. Her sister would constantly show her report cards to their parents and tattle on her, claiming that her younger sister didn't study and only went out to play. She would also manipulate their parents to her advantage, forcing Yoo O-hee to make concessions and suffer losses. As this situation continued, Yoo O-hee became increasingly intimidated and developed a timid personality. Ultimately, her particular sensitivity toward women stemmed from the wounds carried over from her childhood relationship with her sister.
[0121] (A Difficult Incident) My parents came home while we were arguing because my older sister verbally abused me, asking if I thought someone as unintelligent as me would succeed at drawing. When I asked what was wrong, she started stirring up trouble, claiming that she needed to study but I kept messing up my room while pretending to draw and wasn't helping with the housework. My parents scolded me, asking if I wanted to block her future and telling me to at least take good care of her since I couldn't study well. After that, the housework fell to me.
[0122] (Emotional state at the time) I hated my older sister so much. I felt wronged because I hadn't caused her any harm by drawing. But since everyone was taking her side, I felt like I was the one at fault. I wondered if I was a useless child.
[0123] (What I hope for) I wish my older sister would apologize. I wish she would realize that studying isn't everything. Even if I'm not good at studying, I want to be accepted for who I am.
[0124] (Solution) What if our parents find out that my sister has been stirring up trouble and acting meanly? They might think it's okay since she's good at studying. If they realize there are things more important than studying, wouldn't they understand how I feel?
[0125]
[0126] Updated scenario (additional scenario (consultation content) such as additional consultation details):
[0127] My older sister looked down on kids at school who were worse at studying than her, and eventually got into a huge fight with one of them. My parents were called to the school, and other friends revealed exactly how much she had been ignoring and sowing discord among her peers. Shocked, my parents brought her back home and demanded that she tell them honestly about what had happened. Overwhelmed by anger, she burst into tears and shouted, asking what was wrong with that and if the kids who weren't good at studying were the ones at fault. My parents were so shocked that they told her to quit studying and everything else if she was going to act like this. They said they didn't know she was this way and that they felt they had raised her wrongly. Deeply traumatized, my sister locked herself in her room. Eventually, she came out of her room and apologized while sobbing, admitting she was wrong. My parents asked if she had treated her younger sibling that way all this time, and she cried again, saying she had. My parents told me it must have been hard for me and apologized for not understanding all this time. My sister also apologized for having been mean to me. My parents said they felt they hadn't been able to pay attention to us because they were busy earning money, and that our character was also I was told that having a good personality is essential to becoming a true leader when entering society later on. When I explained why successful people have good character, my older sister seemed to understand and said she would strive to become like that in the future. My parents told me that my strength as the second child was having a good and kind personality, and that it would be okay even if I wasn't good at studying, as long as I was good at just one thing.
[0128]
[0129] Subject's condition after watching healing content (partially shown) as in Fig. 10b for a scenario video as in Fig. 10a: The hatred toward the older sister subsided. When asked, the mind child said that she is okay now. She also said that her older sister must have had a very hard time. She said she realized that her parents were not bad people, but simply couldn't pay attention because they were very busy. She said that since she understood that they acted that way out of ignorance, her resentment toward her father and mother had also greatly diminished. She felt somewhat peaceful now.
[0130] Subsequent changes: Relief of depression and anxiety, restoration of interpersonal relationships
[0131] Ms. Yoo O-hee, who had previously been fluctuating between joy and sorrow and feeling indecisive over every customer's reaction, realized that she found herself becoming more at ease dealing with customers without even realizing it once her wounds healed. With a newfound sense of composure, she became gentler when dealing with female customers and realized that she had been overreacting. Feeling apologetic, she took better care of them, and surprisingly, a customer who had been difficult became grateful and turned into a regular. Above all, she said that working had become much more comfortable.
[0132] My older sister contacted me saying she needed flowers. Unlike how I usually reacted stiffly to her, I spoke softly to her. When I said, "Thank you for going out of your way to buy them for me," she was surprised and replied, "Actually, didn't I bully you a lot when we were little?" She added that she did it out of apology and that if she ever needed to buy flowers, she would buy them from me. Ms. Yoo O-hee shared that after hearing this unexpected sincerity, she and her sister became much closer.
