Claims
This description provides PTK-7 drug-antibody conjugates and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and methods of use for the treatment of cancer.
1. An antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) comprising an antibody conjugated to a cytotoxic agent, wherein the antibody binds to human PTK-7, and comprising a heavy chain variable region (HV) and a light chain variable region (LV), wherein the HV comprises heavy chain complementarity-determining regions (HCDRs) HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3, and the LV comprises light chain complementarity-determining regions (LCDRs) LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3, wherein: a) HCDR1 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 4, HCDR2 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 5, HCDR3 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 6, LCDR1 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 7, LCDR2 comprises sec. with ID number: 8, and LCDR3 comprises the section with ID number: 9; b) HCDR1 comprises the section with ID number: 14, HCDR2 comprises the section with ID number: 15, HCDR3 comprises the section with ID number: 16, LCDR1 comprises the section with ID number:: 17, LCDR2 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 18, and LCDR3 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 19; c) HCDR1 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 24, HCDR2 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 25, HCDR3 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 26, LCDR1 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 27, LCDR2 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 28, and LCDR3 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 29; od) HCDR1 comprises sec. with ident. no.: 34, HCDR2 comprises sec. with ID number: 35, HCDR3 comprises the section with ID number: 36, LCDR1 comprises the section with ID number: 37, LCDR2 comprises the section with ID number: 18, and LCDR3 comprises the section with ID number:
