Another liquid phase outlet at the lower end of the liquid argon storage tank is connected to the booster via a second pipe. A gas phase outlet at the upper end of the liquid argon storage tank is connected to the booster via a third pipe. The booster is connected to the sealing gas interface of the liquid argon filling pump via an instrument pipe to supply a sealing gas source. The instrument pipe is connected to the second pipe via a tee. The gas phase outlet of the liquid argon storage tank forms a vent outlet at the top of the liquid argon storage tank via a tee on the third pipe.
