Abstract

This utility model discloses an auxiliary lifting device for installing a chemical reaction vessel, including an auxiliary lifting cage mechanism. The auxiliary lifting cage mechanism includes several lifting strap structures forming a cage-like structure. A base support structure, supported at the bottom of the vessel body, is detachably installed at the lower end of the lifting strap structures. The base support structure includes an annular support base, which includes several locking rod units that are detachably connected in sequence. The lower end of the lifting strap structures is suspended from the locking rod units. The base support structure also includes an upper support base and a lower support base, detachably installed at the top and bottom of the annular support base. The locking rod units are detachably and fixedly installed between the upper and lower support bases. This structure allows for easy disassembly of the lifting structure after the vessel body is lifted onto the mounting holes on the worktable. During the lifting process, the entire vessel is suspended within the cage-like lifting structure, resulting in higher stability and minimal swaying of the entire device during suspension, thus increasing the safety of the suspension.
