Abstract

This description relates to anti-CLEC5A antibodies (C-type lectin domain family 5 member A) and antigen-binding fragments thereof. This description relates to an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising a first antigen-binding domain that binds specifically to a tumor-associated antigen (TAA), a second antigen-binding domain that binds specifically to CLEC5A, and an Fc region. The present invention also relates to an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising a second antigen-binding domain that binds specifically to an autoimmune disease target and CLEC5A, and an Fc region.
