[Solution] The coffee extractor 10 comprises a water supply tank 2 equipped with an air pressure control valve 1, a flow rate adjustment unit 3, a filter container 4 containing coffee powder and a filter, and a coffee receiving container 5. The flow rate adjustment unit 3 has an intermediate layer 37 between its upper and lower surfaces, and a water supply pipe 32 for introducing water from the water supply tank 2 into the intermediate layer 37 and an air introduction pipe 31 on its upper surface that protrudes into the air layer in the water supply tank 2 and introduces air into the intermediate layer 37. A plurality of gaps 34 are provided between the lower part of the water supply pipe 32 and the bottom surface 38 of the intermediate layer 37, and a ring-shaped protrusion 35 surrounding the gap 34 and a plurality of holes 33 are provided on the bottom surface 38 of the intermediate layer 37, and these holes 33 are connected to a pipe 36.
