Abstract

To provide an antivirus sheet to be used by covering a mattress and the like is excellent in alcohol resistance and can maintain antivirus performance even if being repeatedly wiped with alcohol when used on a mattress and the like especially for care facilities and hospitals.SOLUTION: An antivirus layer is provided at least on one side of a base material of an antivirus sheet. The antivirus layer contains an urethane-based resin and a quaternary ammonium salt. Alcohol swelling ratio of the antivirus layer is 5% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Claims

1. An antiviral sheet having an antiviral layer provided on at least one surface of the substrate, The antiviral layer contains a urethane resin and a quaternary ammonium salt. The aforementioned quaternary ammonium salt is didecyldimethylammonium chloride. The didecyldimethylammonium chloride is contained in the urethane resin in an amount of 0.3 to 3% by weight relative to the solid content. The alcohol swelling rate of the antiviral layer is 5% or less. The urethane resin is a polycarbonate-based polyurethane resin. Antiviral sheet. The method for measuring the alcohol swelling rate is as follows: A 70 mm square sample is taken from the antiviral layer and immersed in a 70% isopropyl alcohol aqueous solution for 10 minutes. The distance between the diagonals of the sample before and after immersion is measured and calculated using the following formula. Formula 1: Alcohol swelling rate (%) = (B - A) / A × 100 In the formula, A represents the diagonal distance before immersion, and B represents the diagonal distance of the wet sample after immersion.

2. The antiviral sheet according to claim 1, wherein the antiviral layer is provided on the outermost layer of the antiviral sheet.
