Liquefied gas receiving equipment and method for controlling same

Abstract

In liquefied gas receiving equipment including: a liquefied gas tank that stores a liquefied gas; a dispensing line for dispensing the liquefied gas from the liquefied gas tank in a liquid state; a delivery pump that delivers the liquefied gas from the liquefied gas tank to the dispensing line; and a minimum flow line branching from the dispensing line and capable of returning the liquefied gas to the liquefied gas tank, a pump suction pressure of the delivery pump below a liquid surface of the liquefied gas is calculated from a density and a liquid surface level of the liquefied gas stored in the liquefied gas tank and a gas phase pressure on the liquid surface of the liquefied gas in the liquefied gas tank, and a minimum flow of the delivery pump is controlled using the pump suction pressure and a pump performance curve of the delivery pump.
