Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to the technical field of hydrogen production, and in particular to a hydrogen generating apparatus for hydrogen production and inhalation. Prior Technology
[0002] Free radicals are substances produced after oxygen is metabolized in the human body. They can also come from the environment and unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as ultraviolet radiation, smoking, air pollution, psychological stress, and staying up late. Excessive accumulation of harmful free radicals can accelerate aging and increase the risk of disease. Recently, hydrogen has been discovered to be a natural antioxidant with anti-inflammatory, cell-delaying, and metabolism-promoting properties. Hydrogen molecules are extremely small and can easily penetrate different substances. Within the body, they can pass through cell membranes and reach deep into the cell nucleus and free radical-producing areas. Inhaling hydrogen is an effective way to inhibit free radicals. Currently, most hydrogen inhalers on the market use electrolysis technology. One example is the Chinese invention patent application publication number CN110818057A, "A Dual-Function Hydrogen-Rich Water Cup for Long-Term Hydrogen Inhalation," which discloses obtaining hydrogen through electrolysis. However, this method has drawbacks such as high manufacturing costs and the production of unpleasant odors.
[0003] There are also methods for producing hydrogen through chemical reactions, such as Chinese invention patent authorization announcement number CN111329143B "A Portable Hydrogen-Oxygen Mixed Breathing Mask" and Chinese invention patent authorization announcement number CN105084468B "Manufacturing Hydrogen-Rich Water Alloy Ceramic Material and Its Preparation Method and Application". These methods disclose the use of hydrogen production materials as alloy ceramic materials. The alloy ceramic material requires baking the base material components, hydrogen-rich components, antibacterial components and binders into spherical, sheet or columnar shapes. In order to enhance the hydrogen production efficiency, layered functional layers and microporous structures can also be formed. The disadvantages are: first, baking the powdered materials into blocks increases the cost; second, after agglomeration, the layered and microporous structure increases the contact surface with water, which will change the mass-volume ratio and cause it to float to the surface, thus reducing the hydrogen production efficiency. Summary of the Invention
[0004] In view of the aforementioned problems, the inventors have diligently researched and developed a hydrogen generator. The main process involves inserting a hydrogen generator pack into a submerged tube, which is then placed inside a tank. Water is added to the tank to completely submerge the hydrogen generator pack. The powdered hydrogen generator in the pack reacts fully with the water to produce hydrogen gas. The tank opening is then tightened to allow the hydrogen gas to escape through the outlet. Depending on the user's needs, connectors and hoses can be added to work with beauty devices, nose masks, eye masks, and ear cleaners, supplying hydrogen gas to the corresponding parts to achieve the effects of inhibiting free radicals and promoting metabolism.

[0006] Preferably, the hydrogen generator package contains a mixed powder of 40% to 55% calcium oxide and 40% to 60% aluminum powder packaged in non-woven fabric.
[0007] Preferably, the hydrogen generator is doped with sodium carbonate.
[0008] Preferably, the immersed tube is made of plastic or stainless steel.
[0009] Preferably, the nozzle is fitted with a connector, the connector has an air outlet, and the air outlet is connected to a flexible hose.

[0023] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The hydrogen generating device of the present invention includes a hydrogen absorber 10. The hydrogen absorber 10 is provided with a cylindrical tank 20. The tank 20 is provided with a cylindrical body 21. One end of the cylindrical body 21 is a can opening 22 through which an object can be placed. The cylindrical body 21 has a heat insulation effect and a transparent window 23 is provided on its side for observing the inside of the cylindrical body 21. The outer edge of the can opening 22 is provided with an external thread 221.
[0024] The tank 20 can accommodate a hollow tube 30, which has a specific gravity greater than water. The tube 30 is made of plastic or stainless steel. A hydrogen generator pack 40 can be inserted into the tube 30, ensuring that both the tube 30 and the hydrogen generator pack 40 remain heavier than water and sink. Because the tube 30 is hollow, the hydrogen generator pack 40 can be inserted, and water is poured into its hollow structure. The generated hydrogen gas can then float out from the hollow tube 30. The hydrogen generator pack 40 contains calcium oxide (C...). The hydrogen generator pack 40 is made of a mixture of calcium oxide (Al) powder, aluminum powder (Al), and sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) powder. The hydrogen generating agent pack 40 has a hydrogen generating dosage ratio of 40%~55% calcium oxide powder and 40%~60% aluminum powder powder. The mixed hydrogen generator pack 40 is packaged in non-woven fabric. The hydrogen generator pack 40 packaged in non-woven fabric usually has a lower specific gravity than water. If placed in water, it will float, which will reduce the contact between the hydrogen generator and water, and thus affect the efficiency of hydrogen generation. Therefore, the hydrogen generator pack 40 needs to be used in conjunction with the submerged tube 30 to effectively generate hydrogen. In order to enhance the catalytic reaction, less than 15% sodium carbonate is added. The submerged tube 30 and the hydrogen generator pack 40 are placed in the cylinder 21 of the tank 20 and water is added. The hydrogen generator pack 40 is submerged in water and begins to carry out a chemical reaction. Two minutes later, hydrogen begins to be generated and heat is generated. Since the cylinder 21 has a heat insulation effect, it is not difficult for the user to hold. At the same time as the hydrogen is generated, since the hydrogen generator pack 40 is submerged in water, the generated hydrogen will be presented in the form of bubbles 24. The user can observe the generation of hydrogen through the transparent window 23.
[0025] To accommodate different applications, the hydrogen inhalation machine 10 is also equipped with a top cover 50. One end of the top cover 50 has an internal thread 51 for tightening onto an external thread 221, and the other end of the top cover 50 has a nozzle 52. The nozzle 52 has a through-hole vent 521, which can supply a large amount of hydrogen. When a strong flow of hydrogen is required, a connector 60 is fitted onto the nozzle 52. The connector 60 has a small-diameter vent 61, which is connected to a hose 62. Various devices can then be used to allow users to utilize the hydrogen. The hydrogen generated in the hydrogen inhalation machine 10 by the hydrogen generator pack 40 can be used in various ways with the help of various instruments.
[0026] Please refer to Figure 3. The pressurizer 71 is connected to the connector 60 of the hydrogen inhalation machine 10 via the hose 62. The pressurizer 71 has the effect of pressurizing the airflow. The pressurizer 71 is connected to the nozzle 711 of the skin beauty device 70. The hydrogen gas from the outlet 61 is pressurized by the pressurizer 71 and sprayed onto the skin on the face 72 through the nozzle 711, providing hydrogen gas to the face 72. Since the hydrogen molecules are small, they can penetrate the skin for skin care. As shown in Figure 4, the hydrogen gas is pushed by the pressurizer 71 to penetrate the stratum corneum 721, granular layer 722, spinous layer 723 and basal layer 724 of the epidermal tissue, thereby inhibiting melanocytes 725.
[0027] Figure 5 shows a nasal mask 73 connected to the connector 60 of the hydrogen inhalation machine 10 via a flexible tube 62. The nasal mask 73 is placed over the nose 74, allowing hydrogen to be inhaled through the nose 74. After the hydrogen enters the nasal cavity 741, a small portion is absorbed by the olfactory nerve 742, and then the hydrogen enters the brain through the olfactory bulb 743. Most of the hydrogen enters the lungs through the respiratory system, supplying hydrogen to the lungs and activating lung cells. Another method of supplying hydrogen through the nose 74 is shown in Figure 6. A nasal cannula 75 is connected to the connector 60 of the hydrogen inhalation machine 10 via a flexible tube 62. The nasal cannula 75 is placed over the ear, and its outlet 751 is inserted into the nose 74 to supply hydrogen.
[0028] Figure 7 shows the use of the eye mask 76. The eye mask 76 covers the eyes and hydrogen gas is injected into the eyeball through the pressurizer 761. The microvessels of the eyeball tissues such as the cornea, iris and vitreous body absorb the hydrogen gas to inhibit free radicals, and the provided hydrogen gas activates the cells of the eye.
[0029] Please refer to Figure 8. The hose 62 is connected to the pressurizer 771 of the ear cleaner 77. The ear spray nozzle 772 of the ear cleaner 77 is inserted into the ear canal 81 of the ear 80. The pressurized hydrogen gas supplies hydrogen gas to the tympanic membrane 82, which regenerates new cells, delays aging, and improves hearing and balance.
[0030] Please refer to Figure 9. A bubbler 91 is installed inside the bathtub 90. The bubbler 91 is connected to the nozzle 52 of the hydrogen inhalation machine 10 through a large-diameter air pipe 92. The air outlet 521 of the nozzle 52 provides a large amount of hydrogen gas. The hydrogen gas dissolves in the water through the bubbler 91, making the water in the bathtub 90 hydrogen-rich water for users to bathe and soak to regenerate skin cells.
[0031] The foregoing description provides a preferred embodiment of the invention, but various variations or modifications can be made according to the spirit of the invention. Therefore, any obvious substitutions and modifications that can be made by those skilled in the art are still included within the scope of the patent claimed by this invention.
