Abstract
Description
[0001] Technical field: Universal carpet washing machine.
[0002] State of the art. Currently, there are three main types of machines on the market for performing a full carpet washing cycle.
[0003] The first is a knockout machine for knocking out solid particles, sand and other things, an example - https: / / www.youtube.com / watch?v=Qo_hwZTY_yE
[0004] Secondly, these are rotary carpet washing machines, which use a mechanical method of washing carpets using brushes with plastic bristles, for example - https: / / www.youtube.com / watch?v=9J_zm25H 1 LY
[0005] Thirdly, there are centrifugal centrifuges for wringing out carpet products, for example - https: / / www.youtube.com / watch?v=Q07L2rabpdY And also drying chambers with warm air circulation, for example - https: / / www.youtube.com / watch?v=lvEm3fZQ4dk
[0006] These machines collectively take up large production areas and contain numerous mechanical components that wear out and require constant, expensive repairs and maintenance. In a rotary washing machine, the carpet is washed unrolled, with water applied to the face of the carpet, which does not completely remove dirt deposits from the carpet's internal pile structure.
[0007] Disclosure of the invention. Based on the state of the art, the primary objective of the invention is to reduce the cost of manufacturing this equipment, as well as labor costs for maintenance personnel, ensuring a simple design, low component costs, and ease of assembly. Furthermore, this machine is more compact and combines four types of equipment into a single carpet washing machine, using a continuous cycle of beating, washing, rinsing, wringing, and drying the carpet. This significantly reduces the work process time, requires fewer personnel, and occupies less work space. The machine utilizes a fundamentally new method of washing and wringing carpets, using a perforated shaft and panels mounted above and below it, equipped with vibrating drives that generate shock waves. This method makes the machine easier to maintain and operate. The machine has fewer wearing mechanical parts, making it cheaper to manufacture. The carpet is washed in a bathtub with running water, which facilitates better removal of dirt deposits. It also reduces energy and detergent consumption, saving labor time and effort, as well as space.
[0008] Brief description of the drawings.
[0009] Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the equipment according to the invention. Fig. 2 illustrates a diagram of water circulation in the equipment.
[0010] Carrying out the invention. The main parts of the equipment 1 illustrated in Fig. 1 are a frame 2 on which are placed: a washing tank 3, above the tank a perforated shaft 4 for transporting a carpet 5 is installed, with a washing panel 6 installed below it and a wringing panel 7 installed above it.
[0011] Vibrating drives are mounted in the perforated shaft 4, in the washing panel 6 and in the wringing panel 7, which, by means of vibration, wash and subsequently wring out (knock out) water from the carpet 5. In order to reduce the level of noise impact on the environment in the equipment 1, the perforated shaft 4, the washing panel 6, the wringing panel 7, which move by vibration, are mounted on platforms on (permanent neodymium) magnetic cushions. The perforated shaft 4 is made as a drive and is provided with needle spikes, with the possibility of pricking from the rear part of the carpet 5, which controls the transportation of the carpet in a given direction, indicated by the arrow H between the named parts of the equipment. Thus, in the claimed device, a mechanism is created that does not allow the carpet 5 to slip, taking into account that the detergent composition and water create a certain difficulty in transporting the carpet 5 in a given direction H. As can be seen in Fig.1 at the start of operation, the carpet 5 moves with its front side down in the direction H from the beginning of the frame body 2 to the bottom of the washing tub 3, where the washing panel 6 is located. During washing, during which the front side of the carpet 5 is cleaned, the perforated shaft 4 and the washing panel 6, with the help of vibration drives built into them, form shock waves that create vibrations, the frequency and strength of which are initially selected for all types of carpets taking into account not to tear the carpet products, and at the same time to provide sufficient power to peel off solid particles and wash away dirt deposits, which will settle to the bottom of the washing tub 3 and be washed away with running water. After the carpet has passed through the washing cycle, the carpet moves along the rotating perforated shaft 4 to the wringing panel 7, which presses the carpet tightly against the rotating perforated shaft 4, where the cleaning composition is knocked out of the body of the carpet 5 into the washing tank 3 by means of vibration impacts. In order to ensure less residual moisture in the carpet 5 during spinning, hot compressed air is supplied through the spinning panel 7 by a compressor; at the final stage after spinning, the carpet is fed along the perforated shaft 4 to the tray for temporary storage of the carpet 9.
[0012] The equipment 1 according to the invention also contains a control cabinet 8 schematically shown in Fig. 1. With the help of the control cabinet 8, the state of various devices and the water circuit 100 is monitored, which are controlled by the control means contained in the equipment 1 and installed at the various devices, providing the ability to control the following parameters: the efficiency of washing and wringing the carpet product by adjusting the speed and the rotating perforated shaft 4, as well as increasing and decreasing the amplitude of movement of the vibration drives, through frequency converters installed in the control cabinet 8. In addition, with the help of the control cabinet 8 it is possible to control the inlet electromagnetic valve 20 and the drain electromagnetic valve 25, regulating the flow of liquids into the equipment 1.
[0013] The equipment 1 according to the invention also contains a water circuit 100 schematically shown in Fig. 2. The main parts of the water circuit 100 shown in Fig. 2 are a water supply pipeline 15 to the washing tank 3 through a unit with an inlet electromagnetic valve 20, which is switched through a control cabinet 8 and water is supplied to the washing tank 3 as needed. In the washing tank 3 there is a sensor detecting the water surface level, which opens and closes the inlet and drain electromagnetic valves 20, 25 through the control cabinet 8, and also if the water surface level in the washing tank 3 exceeds a predetermined upper limit, water can be drained from the washing tank 3 in the form of an overflow, through the drain electromagnetic valve 25. All types of liquids from the equipment 1 are drained through a mesh filter trap for small and large particles 30 and a water drain pipeline 50.To enhance the washing effect and wash out the falling sediment of mud deposits from the body of the carpet 5, a water pump is additionally installed, which will create excess water pressure and circulation of the outflow of mud deposits from the washing bath for washing 3 through the mesh filter 30 and the water drain pipe 50.
