wheelchair (1) comprising: a seat (2); a first wheel (4a) and a second wheel (4b); and a first manual wheel drive (10a) for the first wheel (4a) and a second manual wheel drive (10b) for the second wheel (4b), each having an actuating lever (11), wherein a first wheel hub unit (21a) is provided in or on a first wheel hub (20a) and a second wheel hub unit (21b) is provided in or on a second wheel hub (20b), which are configured to: - in a first position, rotate the first (4a) / second wheel (4b) in a forward direction (V) by the first (10a) / second manual wheel drive (10a); - in a second position, freewheel the first (4a) / second wheel (4b); - in a third position, brake the first (4a) / second wheel (4b); and - in a fourth position, rotate the first (4a) / second wheel (4b) by the first (10a) / second manual wheel drive.
